THE EAGLE WAY: RENEWAL OF STRENGTH!

Don’t get burnt out before you evaluate your well-being in life and godly living. Do life in the EAGLE WAY for your good. Life is such a precious gift of God that’s given to us and we need not let a failing nature happen, before we see the need of refreshing, awakening and rejuvenating to your fullness, in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead.

You need to know full well that in Christ Jesus, that AGE is not a limitation plan, as the Eagle have proven over and over again; it’s simply for the fact, that the Eagle do not FLAP as chicken but MOUNT UP WINGS on the WIND; and as such, it doesn’t get BURNT OUT easily on its synergy; for the Eagle with its GLIDING on the Wind, will MOUNT UP WINGS from a position of REST than from a position of STRESS and ANXIETY which many have become accustomed, in order to indicate how much they are busy but in essence are actually getting BURNT OUT.

One good characteristics of the EAGLE WAY is that, when the Eagle is expected to deteriorate, retire and be weakened by virtue of age from being the king of the sky, it shed off its old and weak feathers, re-energies for the new and refreshes up by taking some time out to evaluate life span, thus enabling much more years added to rule in the sky. THIS IS THE EAGLE WAY!

When last did you take time out to do some evaluation, that is, do some check and balance with the Holy Spirit on the assignment you’ve committed into His hands – that had been given to you to accomplish. (By assignment I mean your MARRIAGE, FAMILY, CAREER, MINISTRY, LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, RELATIONSHIP, BUSINESS, POLITICS, CHARITABLE CAUSES and such like).

Know for sure that our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ and His disciples took time out to rest, refresh, leisure, rejuvenate and to evaluate, that is, to do check and balance on the assignment at hand in humanity.

“And the APOSTLES GATHERED THEMSELVES TOGETHER UNTO JESUS, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught. 31 And he said unto them, COME YE YOURSELVES APART INTO A DESERT PLACE, AND REST A WHILE: for there were many coming and going, and they had NO LEISURE SO MUCH AS TO EAT. 32 and they departed into a desert place by ship privately” Mark 6: 30-32.

It’s time you take a holiday to evaluate, refresh, renew, revitalize and rejuvenate your relationships with all you do in LIFE and GODLY LIVING as your assignment from God to humanity.

THE EAGLE WAY – SOARING AS THE EAGLE: IT’S TIME TO DRESS UP FOR YOUR THRONE!

The Eagle Way is to DRESS for the throne you’ve envisioned and dreamed of BECOMING, even as Joseph did, no matter what it takes and the odds about you on every side. For FAITHFUL is our God that promise and will do it.

“Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful [to His word]” Hebrews 10:23.

“Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you [to Himself for your salvation], and He will do it [He will fulfill His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own]” 1 Thessalonians 5:24 Amplified.

It’s time to Get Up, Dress Up, Show Up and Never Give Up, because your time to manifest that envisioned graciousness and gracefulness within you is come, as Joseph did.

For Joseph to become his TIMELINE vision and dream, he did not hesitate to SHAVED himself, and CHANGED his RAIMENT and DRESS UP to answer his time call to become the PRIME MINISTER of the first civilized nation – Egypt, even from the prison dungeon, when the king time call was available. He may have been in PRISON, but wasn’t IMPRISONED in his VISION and DREAM to become somebody of WORTH, NOBLE, HONOUR and GRACE. He outlived what his situation and circumstances tends to define him with by the definition he has of himself by the graciousness and gracefulness of God.

What do you THINK of yourself? What WORTH have you placed upon yourself? Do you BELIEVE in your vision and dream? Are you SET for your definition when the timeline comes? Don’t be a SPECTATOR, be a PARTICIPANT, be the SPECTACULAR display for others watch.

It’s time to SOAR. It’s time to GLIDE. Your DEFINITION timeline is come. Now DRESS UP for the throne. And I pray that God’s enabling grace, wisdom and speed may abound to give you the needed leverage to SOAR and GLIDE in every way in His BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

THE EAGLE WAY: LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP!

It’s time to soar! Soaring as an Eagle over your mountain, valley, crooked and rough places.

You can’t be meddling with chicken and wants the eagle heights, neither can you live as Ostrich and enjoys Eagle way.

The eagles are known for beauty, strength, vision, mission and more. Eagles are characterized when it comes to – Leadership and mentorship. Knowing and understanding of the Eagle and Eagle way, in terms also of the Eagle and Eaglet as to being a Son and a Child – your great difference is then comes to be.

SOARING AS AN EAGLE: THE EAGLE WAY – THE EAGLE CHARACTERISTICS!

The WAY OF AN EAGLE IN THE AIR indicates the splendour, wonderful and elegant display with simplicity in the nature of the Eagle. This is what the scripture of Proverbs 30:18-19 described of this great, wonder and splendour of the magnificent bird – EAGLE.

“There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not: THE WAY OF AN EAGLE IN THE AIR; the way of a serpent upon a rock; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea; and the way of a man with a maid’’ Proverbs 30:18-19.

The Eagle tends to rejuvenate and revitalise itself at old age to keep itself full of life and vision. The Eagles do not allow age to deter them, instead renew their days to keep themselves alive and in command as the king of the air.

The EAGLE is a large bird of prey with a massive hooked bill and long broad wings, known and noted for its keenness of great sight – which is vision, and of size, strength and powerful soaring flight. Eagles are a symbol of beauty, bravery, courage, honour, pride, determination and grace.

The EAGLE They are venerated as living symbols of power, freedom, and transcendence. What makes this bird so important and symbolic to humanity are its characteristics.

The likelihood characteristics of the Eagle are of the following:

** The Eagles are known of KEENNESS of sight – VISION

** The Eagles are known to be BRAVED (ferocious) – FEARLESS

** The Eagles are known to be FIERCENESS (aggressive) – TENACIOUS

** The Eagles are known to RE-ENERGIES (metamorphosis) – VITALITY

** The Eagles are known as HIGH flyers – ALTITUDE

** The Eagles are known to NURTURE their young – MENTORING

** The Eagles are known NOT to EAT dead meat – NON SCAVENGER

** The Eagles are known to FLOCK together – COMMUNITY

** The Eagles are known to ENSURE assurance – TRUSTING

** The Eagles are known for BEAUTY in grace – ELEGANT

THE EAGLE WAY: IT’S VISION TO MISSION!

No MISSION can ever be comprehensive and achievable when there’s no VISION to it. Thus indicating – IF THERE’S NO VISION – THERE SHOULD BE NO MISSION.

Leadership MISSION is only authentic as the VISION. It’s disastrous to LEAD WITHOUT VISION and to FOLLOW anybody with NO VISION, otherwise, you will both perish in the MISSION. There’s no room for speculations where human life, money, time, and materials are involved. A clear cutting-edge vision will always sustain the mission no matter how long it takes and the opposition and challenges that will be involved.

The Eagles are known to be visionary, because of their highly sighted eyes. Foresight and insight are the great attributes that characterised this awesome creation of God. Hence it can take on its prey on the ground from its grandstand gliding sky with a calculated mission in such a grand style.

Where there’s leadership without vision, mission collapses, resulting in the waste of finance, material, time, and people. Hence, where there’s no vision, the mission of the family, marriage, relationship, business, career, ministry, government, governance, leadership, and such collapses. Infact, ANOINTING WILL BECOME ANNOYANCE due to the frustration of the mission; but by the indwelling Holy Spirit in you for insight and foresight, you can COLOUR your worlds and ENSURE the atmosphere you want to enjoy as VISIONED and VISUALISED.

So have a VISION, WRITE IT DOWN, THEN MAKE IT PLAIN – meaning endeavour to KNOW and UNDERSTAND it, READ it to your hearing for FAITH to BUILD UP before you RUN with it. DON’T RUN BEFORE YOU READ IT IN ORDER TO BUILD UP THE NEEDED FAITH TO WIN AND TRIUMPH WITH IT.

REMEMBER – READ BEFORE YOU RUN

“Where there is NO VISION, the PEOPLE PERISH: but he that KEEPETH the law, HAPPY is he” Proverbs 29:18.

“I will STAND upon MY WATCH, and set me upon the tower, and will WATCH to see what he will SAY unto me, and what I shall ANSWER when I am reproved. 2 And the Lord ANSWERED me, and said, WRITE the VISION, and MAKE it PLAIN upon TABLES, that he may RUN that READETH it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; BECAUSE IT WILL SURELY COME, IT WILL NOT TARRY. 4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the JUST shall LIVE by his FAITH” Habakkuk 2:1-4.

The EAGLE WAY: IT’S BY THE WIND – THE HOLY SPIRIT OF TRINITY!

It’s time to INCLINE your life to The WIND – The Holy Spirit of TRINITY God, for your absolute DOMINION in every sphere of life.

BE HOLY SPIRIT LED IF YOU WANT THE BEST OF GOD WITHOUT SWEAT AND BURNING OF STRENGTH; FOR IN GOD AND WITH GOD, DOING LIFE AND LIVING GODLY – IS NOT BY MIGHT AND POWER, BUT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT OF TRINITY.

“. . .This is the WORD of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by MIGHT nor by POWER, but by My SPIRIT,’ Says the Lord of hosts” Zachariah 4:6 NKJV.

The Eagle is known for its majestic power, strength, beauty, and dominion in the sky; and it’s capable of displaying this majestic glory and wonders of its fathered wings in the sky, as it’s SOARING and GLIDING on the POWER of the WIND.

There’s no FLAPPING of the feathered wings by the EAGLE as pigeon or turkey that get BURNT OUT easily; but the Eagle, with the MOUNTING UP of its WINGS, which is INCLINE on the WIND direction of travel, don’t get burnt out; and it’s strength is preserved to display and sustain it’s glorious wonders, beauty and might for a longer and longer period of time in the sky. The Eagle Way is not to FLAP, but to MOUNT UP on the WIND – The Holy Spirit of promised and of TRINITY.

In the same scenario, when you glide by inclining your marriage, family, relationship, career, business, ministry, and such like the more on the POWER of the WIND, the HOLY SPIRIT, you can then be able to weather every storm, such that the unease becomes ease, the mountain becomes plain, the valley is filled up or exalted, the crooked road and rough places becomes straight and smooth respectively.

THE EAGLE WAY – IT’S BY THE WIND – THE HOLY SPIRIT. An effortless and sweat-less default life is only possible by the WIND – the Holy Spirit. Rewrite your LIFE AND GODLY LIVING story today by THE EAGLE WAY on the WIND – the BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT.

Give the Holy Spirit the chance to SOAR you through life again, you will GLIDE in majesty, power, and strength as the Eagle – THE EAGLE WAY!

THE EAGLE WAY

THE EAGLE WAY: LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP!

A CHILD is BORN, but a SON is MADE. Sonship is not a MERE GIVEN neither should a CHILD BE BORN FOR NOTHING. The EAGLE WAY – It’s about RELATIONSHIP – THE EAGLE and THE EAGLETS – that is, LEADERSHIP and MENTORSHIP. For SUCCESS without a SUCCESSOR is a failure in disguise; in the same scenario, PROSPERITY without POSTERITY in view is a completely unprecedented disaster in the waiting.

The EAGLE unlike the OSTRICH is known for replicating its kind, that is, are DILIGENT in making the EAGLET become another KING of the Sky. It’s a belief that the sky is so wide and broad that there can be no room for clashes and jealousy for any that WILLS DILIGENTLY, to BECOME, and to MAKE others be in the sky. That’s the earnest act that makes the Eagle turn the Eaglet to be king of the sky. This phenomenon is the same, whether in FAMILY, MINISTRY, BUSINESS, CAREER, POLITICS, LEADERSHIP, CHARITABLE CAUSES and SUCH LIKES; it is in every endeavour of human acts of doing life.

It is upon the same scenario, Jesus said to Peter, FEED (look well after) my SHEEP and my LAMBS. When the SHEEP are well looked after, they give life to the LAMBS; and when the LAMBS are well looked after, they BECOME a SHEEP to give life to another lamb. That’s the process of PRODUCTIVITY and the continuous reproducing of one’s kind BECOMES inevitable. Therefore, the EAGLE WAY – is to MAKE CONVERTS into DISCIPLES and to MAKE the DISCIPLES to MAKE CONVERTS, that is, to replicate to other Disciples.

Hence LEADERSHIP without appropriate MENTORSHIP destroys the SEED of GREATNESS, and MENTORSHIP without appropriate LEADERSHIP is very dangerous to PRODUCTIVE humanity, and as such to one’s plans, purposes and pursuits in any endeavour of doing life.

Stop being a BOSS today! Be a LEADER and start MENTORING. Stop being a headless chicken WANDERING around, locate a LEADER and SUBMIT to MENTORSHIP. Don’t be a SHEEP without a SHEPHERD. Greatness is within your reach, cleave to the wind – the Holy Spirit – He will guide you to greatness if you are willing and obedient.

Greatness Is Within Your Reach. It’s Time For Productivity – THE EAGLE WAY.

THE EAGLE WAY: RENEWAL OF STRENGTH!

Don’t get burnt out before you evaluate your well-being in life and godly living. Do life in the EAGLE WAY for your good. Life is such a precious given not to let a fall out happen, before you see the need of refreshing, awakening and rejuvenating to your fulness, in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead.

You need to know full well that in Christ Jesus, that AGE is not a limitation plan, as the Eagle have proven over and over again; it’s simply for the fact, that the Eagle do not FLAP as chicken but MOUNT UP WINGS on the WIND; and as such, it doesn’t get BURNT OUT easily on its synergy; for the Eagle with its GLIDING on the Wind, will MOUNT UP WINGS from a position of REST than from a position of STRESS and ANXIETY which many have become accustomed, in order to indicate how much they are busy but in essence are actually getting BURNT OUT.

One good characteristic of the EAGLE WAY is that, when the Eagle is expected to deteriorate, retire, and be weakened by virtue of age from being the king of the sky, it shed off its old and weak feathers, re-energise for the new and refreshes up by taking some time out to evaluate life span, thus enabling much more years added to rule in the sky. THIS IS THE EAGLE WAY!

When last did you take time out to do some evaluation, that is, do some check and balance with the Holy Spirit on the assignment you’ve committed into His hands – that had been given to you to accomplish. (By assignment I mean your MARRIAGE, FAMILY, CAREER, MINISTRY, LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, RELATIONSHIP, BUSINESS, POLITICS, CHARITABLE CAUSES and such like). Know for sure that our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ and His disciples took time out to rest, refresh, leisure, rejuvenate and to evaluate, that is, to do check and balance on the assignment at hand in humanity.

It’s time you take a holiday to evaluate, refresh, renew, revitalize and rejuvenate your relationships with all you do in LIFE and GODLY LIVING as your assignment from God to humanity.

SOARING AS AN EAGLE: The Eagle Way – The Eagle Characteristics!

The WAY OF AN EAGLE IN THE AIR indicates the splendour, wonderful and elegant display with simplicity in the nature of the Eagle. This is what the scripture of Proverbs 30:18-19 enjoins of this great wonder and splendour of the magnificent bird.

“There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not: THE WAY OF AN EAGLE IN THE AIR; the way of a serpent upon a rock; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea; and the way of a man with a maid’’ Proverbs 30:18-19.

The Eagle tends to rejuvenate and revitalise itself at old age to keep itself full of life and vision. The Eagles do not allow age to deter them, instead renew their days to keep themselves alive and in command as the king of the air.

The EAGLE is a large bird of prey with a massive hooked bill and long broad wings, known and noted for its keenness of great sight – which is vision, and of size, strength and powerful soaring flight. Eagles are a symbol of beauty, bravery, courage, honour, pride, determination and grace.

The EAGLE They are venerated as living symbols of power, freedom, and transcendence. What makes this bird so important and symbolic to humanity are its characteristics.

The likelihood characteristics of the Eagle are of the following:

** The Eagles are known of KEENNESS of sight – VISION

** The Eagles are known to be BRAVED (ferocious) – FEARLESS

** The Eagles are known to be FIERCENESS (aggressive) – TENACIOUS

** The Eagles are known to RE-ENERGIES (metamorphosis) – VITALITY

** The Eagles are known as HIGH flyers – ALTITUDE

** The Eagles are known to NURTURE their young – MENTORING

** The Eagles are known NOT to EAT dead meat – NON SCAVENGER

** The Eagles are known to FLOCK together – COMMUNITY

** The Eagles are known to ENSURE assurance – TRUSTING

An *ENTREPRENEUR* moves ahead of the times

I’m always fascinated by people who see the value of something, only after others have seen it, and then rush to get a piece of the action. What if such people had the ability to see value in something before others see its value? My interest has always been about trying to identify what is valuable before it becomes valuable!

Think about it for a moment: Are you a @FastFollower or a @SlowFollower?

Yes, there is such a thing as a @SlowFollower. There are people who are rushing to get into things, but yet they are @SlowFollowers!

Every week I hear of people wanting to get into Data Centres; but we developed our first one more than 10 years ago, when no one even knew what they were! Our Data Centre in Nairobi was virtually empty for years, as we waited for a market to develop.

There are people who still call me to offer us a mobile license, and are surprised when I tell them I have not built a mobile network for more than 15 years…

Been there, done that, and long moved on!

A successful entrepreneur does not move with the times, but ahead of the times.

Many of you might have missed this, but about a week ago there was an announcement that our renewable energy business DPA [Distributed Power Africa] had sold 50% of its Kenya business to EDF, the French utility company, and one of the largest in the whole world.

This was a historic milestone in many ways:

#1. To see such a large global company team up with a small African start-up to develop to as 50:50 partners is quite unusual.

#2. It shows you what I have been saying for a long time, that the future of energy in Africa is renewable! EDF has more installed solar power than all the power generated by traditional means in the entire African continent.

#3. It shows the ambition we have for DPA: I want it to be the biggest power company in Africa. Period!

It took more than two years of negotiations with EDF to get this deal done. It will one day be bigger than Liquid, or even Econet itself. I know the pathway it will take, because it is a well beaten pathway.

What new entrepreneurial opportunities will these emerging businesses of ours create for other innovators, entrepreneurs, fast followers and even slow-followers across Africa?

Countless!

I know these are very tough times but I want all of you to remain focused like *EAGLES* in this storm of storms that our world is still facing right now: Keep your eyes open, your spirits up, and please continue to be very careful and follow the health guidelines so we can get this pandemic behind us ASAP.
