IT’S TIMELESS TIMES – SUCH A TIME AS THIS GENERATION: DON’T BE IN A DESPONDENT STATE – SEEK A FRIEND, PASTOR, COUNSELOR! 

“Without COUNSEL PURPOSES ARE DISAPPOINTED: but in the MULTITUDE of COUNSELLORS, they are ESTABLISHED” Proverbs 15:22. 

It’s TIMELESS TIMES with many reasons to be in a DESPONDENT state – an UNHEALTHY state. But in a time like this, you don’t have to be in a DESPONDENT state. To have leverage and move into an onward and upward trajectory with God in Christ Jesus, it’s time to crave, seek, pursue and follow the path that gives you the KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING you need through counselling.  That way, you can thrive and move onward and upward, out of the darkness that has bewildered you. Know this truth: there’s light of God shining out of the midst of the dark, by God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.  

“For God, who COMMANDED the LIGHT to shine OUT of DARKNESS, hath SHINED in our HEARTS, to give the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE of the GLORY of God in the FACE of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6. 

More so, you can get help through finding [and confiding on] a reliable and trusted FRIEND, PASTOR and COUNSELOR to help you out of any of the dark and darkness in whatever form of DESPONDENCY into the light of life in Christ Jesus stead; and by such wisdom nugget counsel, you can thrive and live again in God’s grace, wisdom and speed in every way in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“A man that hath friends must SHEW himself FRIENDLY: and there is a friend that STICKETH CLOSER than a brother” Proverbs 18:24. 

It’s always good and healthy for me to take time – one –on- one – to share life matters with a gracious person, a TRUSTED Sister, friend, or confidant, in a relaxed and leisurely moment, without prejudice, sentiments, or pretence. And you can find one and keep it alive, refreshing, rejuvenating, rekindling and ongoing while it lasts, like I do. Life is good and enriching with God, having one good, God reverential fearing Friend, Pastor, or Counselor – at least one you can rely on and trust without shame or fear. Someone you can also be honest and open-hearted with, share with, even in tears over a shameful fault, without being judged. That will help you and give you the enabling gracious path you need to thrive again and fulfil the God-given and God-driven-purpose being affected by your current despondent state.  

“Without COUNSEL PURPOSES ARE DISAPPOINTED: but in the MULTITUDE of COUNSELLORS, they are ESTABLISHED” Proverbs 15:22. 

It’s true there may have been many disappointing friends, pastors, or counselors to TRUST and RELY ON, but I know you can still find one TRUSTED one among many- as you ensure you are TRUSTWORTHY too, in expecting the same from OTHERS. And you can find one today, that can BOOST your FAITH, HOPE and LOVE of God in Christ Jesus stead, no matter how bad it seems; this is only possible if you can make an effort to reach out to them without shame, pride and arrogance, rather than staying in a state of being DESPONDENT about life generally – for there’s a gracious opportunity out there under God, to give you the leverage you need for an onward and upward trajectory in doing life and loving godly by God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine HEART, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15. 

Just as we seek after trusted Pastor’s and friends, to FEED us without prejudice, sentiments and dissimulation, it’s important to ensure that such counsel and counselling of help is built on the PRINCIPLE of rightful knowledge and understanding in God’s Word to authenticate your redemption in Christ Jesus – this is to enable you do life in the grace, effectually and efficiently; hence, you must endeavour to get a trusted, and God reverential fearing FRIEND – PASTOR – COUNSELOR, that won’t market you for their selfish, self-centredness and self-gratification, while on your part, you can be HONEST enough to detail matters even to a fault and feel safe in every way in LIFE and GRACE. 

Although it may be rare to get a trusted, honest, and God reverential fearing person, they ARE there – people of goodwill and love of God in Christ Jesus stead. When you take a step of faith, acting by the Holy Spirit within you for direction, don’t stay STUCK or sit STATIC in life and suffer when there’e help out there for your good and wellbeing. God has more to do in and through you than you can imagine in your LONE or LONELY path or self-defeat position. No matter how bad things are today, cornering you to a despondent state, always remember this scriptural thought: 

“. . . 16 for a just [justified, righteous] man FALLETH seven times, and RISETH up again . . .” Proverbs 24:15-18/Emphasis Mine.  

It’s time to BELIEVE again in order to create, innovate, initiate and explore God’s given opportunities and endowments out there. Get a trusted and faithful friend, Pastor, or counselor, that you can sit together and share your hearts without shame, fear and prejudice even if it’s to a fault by being honest to yourself, to God, and to your counselor.  

There’s hope in God. There’s a miracle. God is faithful, true, and sure. His gift and callings are without repentance [irrevocable] except you refuse God’s enabling opportunity in His grace and BLESSEDNESS. I know it, hence I challenge you today – don’t give up due to one mistake, failure, or moment that went very badly directly or indirectly by you. In God, there’s a rising up again. DON’T BE A LONER WHERE THERE’S OPPORTUNITY AND HOPE IN CHRIST JESUS! 

May you find a reason to rise again today. God loves and cares about you, even so, do so in His grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

IT’S TIMELESS TIMES – SUCH A TIME AS THIS GENERATION: DON’T BE IN A DESPONDENT STATE – SEEK A FRIEND, PASTOR, COUNSELOR! 

“Without COUNSEL PURPOSES ARE DISAPPOINTED: but in the MULTITUDE of COUNSELLORS, they are ESTABLISHED” Proverbs 15:22. 

It’s TIMELESS TIMES with many reasons to be in a DESPONDENT state – an UNHEALTHY state. But in a time like this, you don’t have to be in a DESPONDENT state. To have leverage and move into an onward and upward trajectory with God in Christ Jesus, it’s time to crave, seek, pursue and follow the path that gives you the KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING you need through counselling.  That way, you can thrive and move onward and upward, out of the darkness that has bewildered you. THE PANDEMIC FAITH CHALLENGE

THE PANDEMIC FAITH CHALLENGE: ALWAYS KNOW FOR SURE THAT – YOU ARE THE CHURCH THAT GOD IS BUILDING – NO ROOM TO FEAR! 

“Come, my people, enter thou into thy CHAMBERS, and SHUT THY DOORS about thee: HIDE THYSELF as it were for a LITTLE MOMENT, until the INDIGNATION be overpast” Isaiah 26:20. 

In the pandemic challenge, our Christian Faith in Christ Jesus stead and our relationship with Father God is a testing time of our Faith reality. To authenticate the earnestness of our Faith in Christ Jesus toward Father God, one must be intentional, pragmatic, and assured, knowing and understanding that we are to be different in the world, though we are in the world during this pandemic. 

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because YOU ARE NOT OF THE WORLD, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you” John 15:18-19. 

“You ARE of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is GREATER than he who is in the world. 5 They ARE of the world. Therefore, they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. 6 We ARE of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error” 1 John 4:4-6. 

For YOU ARE the Church that God is Building; and you ARE not closed, as some may indicate. You Can’t be closed – it’s just the GATHERING [MEETING] place that’s been temporarily shut. The real Church is alive in the grace and not limited by the building. There is no more time to play games with our lives or the lives of others. It’s time to take a spiritual stand in wisdom, to guide you on how to navigate life and live godly in a time like this – the pandemic. 

“If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to MORE strength: BUT WISDOM IS PROFITABLE TO DIRECT” Ecclesiastes 10:10. 

The Scriptures says wisdom is PROFITABLE to direct (Ecclesiastes 10:10). Since we are not all in the same place of grace and strength as a Church to robustly withstand some measures, it’s crucial that every sacrifice to help – especially the young in Faith – is considered. The building gathering may be shut for now; but the services for advancing Kingdom Causes are not shut. This isn’t a weakening, but a wise approach to flourish in all circumstances. It’s a challenge to awaken to the times, to become WHAT you are and WHOM you are in Christ, regardless of circumstances. 

 Apostle Paul said, ‘To the WEAK I became WEAK, that I might win the weak.’ (1 Corinthians 9:22) He became like them to help them grow. A good shepherd cares for the flock, strengthening the strong and protecting the vulnerable – especially the lambs, who need extra care. They are part of this journey of life and grace in God’s kingdom, and we must keep the enemy at bay. 

“To the WEAK became I as WEAK, that I might GAIN the WEAK: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means SAVE some. 23 And this I do for the GOSPEL’S SAKE, that I might be partaker thereof with you” 1 Corinthians 9:22-23. 

“We then that are STRONG ought to bear the INFIRMITIES of the WEAK, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to EDIFICATION. 3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me” Romans 15:1-3. 

For we are the Church being built of the Father God in our Lord Christ Jesus by the Word through prayers in the empowering of the Holy Spirit; as such we the Church are not the structurally and architecturally building; hence as a charismatic and dynamic body, we can adapt with the changes to advance the Kingdom Causes of our God as we keep the enemy and cohorts at bay through this period until the world present predicament come to a hold at least. 

Just as Moses let the Israelites through the wilderness to the promised land, despite all the challenges, may every pastoral leader, by God’s wisdom, guide their flock to stability, strength, and counsel during these challenging times of Health and Economic struggles worldwide. We are all being tested, but may leaders shepherd their people through, to a place of resilience and godliness, 

The Churches leadership can use the services of the home cell groups, social media streamlining platforms, recorded videos, and Audio formats to transmit the Word to keep the Church services alive and engaged gracefully and graciously in knowledge and understanding without disruptions. Additionally, utilising telephone lines for counseling and prayer support can help channel care effectively. 

May this be a note for everyone: as we navigate this process, the dynamics of how we conduct Church services will shift, and denominational boundaries will be broken. It’s time to wise up and break free from limitations we have built around ourselves. 

It’s my prayer that as the Pastoral leadership team yield to the Holy Spirit, they will be equipped to lead God’s flocks unhindered, guiding them in LIFE and GODLY LIVING through Christ Jesus stead.

“The ELDERS which are among you I EXHORT, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 2 FEED THE FLOCK of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; 3 neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. 4 And when the CHIEF SHEPHERD shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away“ 1 Peter 5:1-4.

God’s PASTORAL Set-Man

God’s PASTORAL Set-Man: Feed the SHEEP of God with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING! 

“And I will GIVE you SHEPHERDS according to My heart, who will FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15. 

“Be DILIGENT to know the STATE of your flocks, And ATTEND to your herds” Proverbs 27:23/NKJV 

In this age of multifarious and multi-various MULTIMEDIA – TELEVISION, RADIO and SOCIAL MEDIA platforms and such like – you can read, hear and watch all sorts of INFORMATION. Sometimes you wonder from which pit of hell are some of the stuffs coming from. However, in all, God had promised to give us Pastor’s [Shepherd], that will feed us with the knowledge of His will and purpose concerning us, and to our understanding of Him in our redemption in Christ Jesus. Shepherd that will lead us by His WORD in Christ Jesus, and not by traditions, gimmicks, indoctrination, dogmas, creeds and such like acts of prejudice, sentiments and dissimulation. 

“Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, SET A MAN over the CONGREGATION, 17 who may GO OUT before them and GO IN before them, who may LEAD them out and BRING them in, that the CONGREGATION of the Lord may not be like SHEEP which have no SHEPHERD.” Numbers 27:16-17. 

In the word of Apostle Paul in the Holy Writ, some people have twisted the Holy Scriptures to appeal to denominational dogmas, creed, traditions and oblations; while some are not fully explained in order to appeal to certain groups of people’s sentiments and bye-laws; and while others are deliberately made to create havoc in the Churches of Christ to appeal to popular opinions; and while there are those who in love are truly committed and dedicated to the cause of the Gospel in Christ Jesus stead, as Apostle Paul will say in all these as enjoined in the Holy writs. 

“SOME indeed PREACH Christ even of ENVY and STRIFE; and SOME also of GOOD WILL: 16 the one PREACH Christ of CONTENTION, not SINCERELY, supposing to ADD AFFLICTION to my bonds: 17 but the other of LOVE, knowing that I am set for the DEFENCE of the GOSPEL. 18 What then? notwithstanding, every way, WHETHER IN PRETENCE, OR IN TRUTH, Christ is PREACHED; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice” Philippians 1:15-18. 

“I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a DIFFERENT GOSPEL, 7 which is not another; but there are SOME who TROUBLE you and want to PERVERT the GOSPEL of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, PREACH any other GOSPEL to you than what we have PREACHED to you, let him be ACCURSED. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone PREACHES any other GOSPEL to you than what you have RECEIVED, let him be ACCURSED” Galatians 1:6-9/NKJV. 

It’s a high TIME for God’s precious PEOPLE to truly CRAVE for genuine KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of God’s precious WORD of LIFE in all sincerity in the midst of the FALSEHOOD, FAKE NEWS, ADULTERATED and COUNTERFEIT that runs and tends to rule in the various MULTIMEDIA platforms in our today worlds. 

THEREFORE I SAY: 

Are You A Believer In Christ Jesus? Do you belong to an Assembly or Denomination where the fellowship of brethren and worship of God in Christ Jesus takes place? 

“How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification” 1 Corinthians 14:26/NKJV. 

Ensure you steadfastly and steadily BELONG to a Local Assembly where you know and are known of other Brethren; and don’t be a SPIRITUAL HARLOTS or POTTED PLANT running and moving from Church to Church with no steady or stable place to account or count of you as a devotional worshipper with other people of God.  

“Not FORSAKING THE ASSEMBLING of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching” Hebrews 10:25/NKJV. 

It’s good, gracious and graceful for you to ENSURE you have a place you BELONG and you can call THERE – a place you entrust your well being in SCRIPTURAL TRUTH and GUIDANCE in Christ Jesus; and is the place where you are FEED with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of God in Christ Jesus just as the BEREAN BELIEVER’S where certainly certain while with Apostle Paul and others. 

“Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. 12 Therefore many of them believed, and also not a few of the Greeks, prominent women as well as men” Acts 17:10-13/NKJV. 

And you need to ensure hopefully, that it’s not a place of sectarianism: gimmicks, philosophy, traditional oblations, denominational dogmas, creed, bye-laws and trash of what you want to hear even when it’s clear there are unscriptural; for in such atmosphere you will be as guilty as that so called Pastoral whom you can sense Scripturally that he/she has lost it, while you still listen to and desire such error and mistaken preaching and teaching to fill up your void places. 

“Therefore you have no excuse or justification, everyone of you who [hypocritically] judges and condemns others; for in passing judgment on another person, you condemn yourself, because you who judge [from a position of arrogance or self-righteousness] are habitually practicing the very same things [which you denounce]. 2 And we know that the judgment of God falls justly and in accordance with truth on those who practice such things. 3 But do you think this, O man, when you judge and condemn those who practice such things, and yet do the same yourself, that you will escape God’s judgment and elude His verdict?” Romans 2:1-3/Amplified. 

Are you a GOSPEL Minister to the congregation of God’s precious people? 

“So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “FEED MY LAMBS.” 16 He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “TEND MY SHEEP.” 17 He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “FEED MY SHEEP” John 21:15-17/NKJV 

Ensure you FEED them to the KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING of our God in doing life on earth for good, while heavenly mindful; and as a goodwill Minister of grace and Pastoral Shepherd of God’s precious people – and Not A Story Teller, Dubious, Cunning, Crafty Manipulator and or as a Extortionate.

THERE MAY BE SPIRITUAL DROUGHT: THERE’S HOPE IN GOD – FOR YOUR SPIRITUAL WELLBEING IN THE GRACE!

“Then [in the final time] I will GIVE you [SPIRITUAL] SHEPHERDS after My own heart, who will FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and [TRUE] UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15/Amplified.

There may be spiritual drought of the TRUTH of God’s WORD about you, know full well that God won’t keep you lacking, He’s there to ensure that you are fed healthily with knowledge and understanding in the grace by His provision of spiritual shepherds to feed you in season and out of season. Just open your eyes and locate them, otherwise you will feed unhealthily and live afterwards in errors and being mistaken too. For God’s intent is to see you perfected [matured, whole, complete] in the grace in doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead.

“And [His gifts to the church were varied and] He Himself appointed some as APOSTLES [special messengers, representatives], some as PROPHETS [who speak a new message from God to the people], some as EVANGELISTS [who spread the good news of salvation], and some as PASTORS and TEACHERS [to shepherd and guide and instruct], 12 [and He did this] to fully EQUIP and PERFECT the saints (God’s people) for works of service, to BUILD up the body of Christ [the church]; 13 until we all reach oneness in the faith and in the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God, [growing spiritually] to become a MATURE believer, reaching to the measure of the fullness of Christ [manifesting His spiritual completeness and exercising our spiritual gifts in unity]. 14 So that we are no longer children [spiritually immature], tossed back and forth [like ships on a stormy sea] and carried about by every wind of [shifting] doctrine, by the cunning and trickery of [unscrupulous] men, by the deceitful scheming of people ready to do anything [for personal profit]. 15 But speaking the truth in love [in all things—both our speech and our lives expressing His truth], let us grow up in all things into Him [following His example] who is the Head—Christ. 16 From Him the whole body [the church, in all its various parts], joined and knitted firmly together by what every joint supplies, when each part is working properly, causes the body to grow and mature, building itself up in [unselfish] love” Ephesians 4:11-16/Amplified.

You have a responsibility to ensure that you don’t go to the waste bin to feed because you are hungry, but to locate the place of healthy spiritual meal for your wellbeing in the grace. So, don’t be caught up with the famine because by staying in religious setting instead of in the word of faith setting, by the hearing of the word of grace that build you up and give you access to your inheritance in the grace, which is available for all who are SANCTIFIED [set apart] for uniqueness to be the living epistle of God’s enrichment in Christ Jesus. Amen.

“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord: 12 and they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it. 13 In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst” Amos 8:11-13.

“And now, brethren, I COMMEND you to God, and to THE WORD of his grace, which is able to BUILD you up, and to give you an INHERITANCE among all them which are SANCTIFIED” Acts 20:32.

God has made available His WORD for your enrichment and has equally given Shepherd that will feed you with His knowledge and understanding by the supervision of the standby Holy Spirit, so that the spiritual food is easy to receive and not burdensome, taskmaster, irksome,  slavery and grievous. And the shepherds are supposedly to break the word down to a plain state for your knowledge and understanding. This is so, so that your wellbeing as a NEW CREATION BABES for the living truth of God’s WORD, is ensured and assured in the faith, as the shepherd do help you to break it, divide it, sized it to your capacity, ability and ease to assimilates and digest it accordingly in the grace. This will help to ensure and assure that you build up the needed faith that gives the VICTORY over the world system, and the enemy and cohorts from activities in humanity.

“Wherefore LAYING ASIDE all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, 2 as newborn babes, DESIRE the SINCERE milk of the WORD, that ye may GROW thereby: 3 if so be ye have TASTED that the Lord is GRACIOUS” 1 Peter 2:1-3.

“The tongue of the sucking child cleaveth to the roof of his mouth for thirst: the young children ask bread, and no man BREAKETH [DIVIDED, BLENDED, SIZED] it unto them”  Lamentations 4:4/Emphasis mine.

“For this is the LOVE of God, that we keep his commandments: and His commandments are not GRIEVOUS [BURDENSOME, IRKSOME, TASKMASTER, SLAVERY]. 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the VICTORY that overcometh the world, even our FAITH. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:3-5.

Just know that God loves you and cares about you. And our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ in humanity, assures us that if we continue in His Word and not in fables and myths, we will KNOW the TRUTH, that TRUTH will sets us free, and it will give us the unadulterated, and unpolluted freedom – the freedom that’s free from indoctrination that’s built on sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation. And Jesus is THE WORD, and THE TRUTH, that sets free, and He that gives illumination to enlighten our wellbeing in the grace, because He is the light and life of our wellbeing. And the earnest grace and truth we need to do life and live godly in the grace are embedded in Him as He is the grace and truth – what a mystery. Hallelujah to our God, for great is the mystery of godliness in Christ Jesus. Amen.

PASTORAL MINISTRY – IT’S NOT A GAME: IT’S A SHEPHERD AND SHEPHERDING MINISTERIAL CALLING!

You are either CALLED or NOT. Everyone CALLED is a MESSENGER. And every MESSENGER is GIVEN a SPECIFIC and SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT with a MESSAGE to FEED the FLOCKS – God’s own Heritage – with the needed KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING, that’s TOWARD God and His Christ, and NOT TOWARD man or creation at all. John 17:3/Jeremiah 3:15.

And with such there is NO MESSAGE nor any specific given assignment of God but that of their self indulgence, extortion, gratification, men applaud and egotism under the influence of satanic/demonic and cohorts mission. This is the reason for – Adulteration, Schism, Bewitching, Robbery, Dogmas, Sorcery, Falsehoods, Confusion and such like, in the body Ministry of the Gospel, indicating and supposedly the signs of the last days – [Philippians 1:15-18; 2 Timothy 3:1-9; 2 Peter 3:1-7].
 
These sets of SELF-MADE-UP and SELF-CALLED Pastors, are full of fables, philosophy of men, endless genealogies, vain jangling, teachers of idealism and realism, denominational made up creeds, religious bigots, sectarianism, man-made tradition and dogmas that leads people to further bondages and hence makes God’s WORD of no effect in the Gospel. [1 Timothy 1:1-11; Colossians 2:8; Mark 7:1-13].
 
PASTORAL MINISTRY? It’s not an Office Position – It’s a set Ministerial Calling – It’s a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING that is principled with responsibility and accountability in Christ Jesus stead, for the GLORY and PRAISE of God. [Galatians 6:14-16; Revelation 4:11]. It’s a set MINISTERIAL calling to FEED God’s people without sentiment, prejudice and dissimulation ; and to LEAD them healthily in purposeful LEADERSHIP as God’s REDEEMED, PRECIOUS and BLESSED people; and not to the BOSS and DOMINEER people around for self gratification and egotism. There’s no room for SELF INTEREST and SELFISHNESS in the PASTORAL MINISTRY as a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING of God.
 
“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.
 
“And I will SET UP SHEPHERDS over them which shall FEED them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 23:4.
 
Also, you are either sent by God as John the Baptist and the Disciples as in the Gospel days or you are your own sending. God does call and send [John 1:6-36; Mark 6:7-13]. Those he called and send, He keeps and protects and defends. It’s not about liking the Ministerial outfits but being called and sent forth should be paramount. Send forth could be to a person to enhanced the calling or to a people, or to a generation or to a dispensation or to a community or to a special group of people. You must know the definition of the calling and sending before taking a step because of the warfare and many uncertainty and unknown in cause and course of that obedience demands without having any reason to regrets your step of faith to advance the kingdom of our God and to keep the Enemy and cohorts at bay.

PASTORAL MINISTRY? It’s not an Office Position – It’s a set Ministerial Calling – It’s a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING that is principled with responsibility and accountability in Christ Jesus stead, for the GLORY and PRAISE of God. [Galatians 6:14-16; Revelation 4:11]. It’s a set MINISTERIAL calling to FEED God’s people without sentiment, prejudice and dissimulation ; and to LEAD them healthily in purposeful LEADERSHIP as God’s REDEEMED, PRECIOUS and BLESSED people; and not to the BOSS and DOMINEER people around for self gratification and egotism. There’s no room for SELF INTEREST and SELFISHNESS in the PASTORAL MINISTRY as a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING of God.

“And I will SET UP SHEPHERDS over them which shall FEED them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 23:4.

Also, you are either sent by God as John the Baptist and the Disciples as in the Gospel days or you are your own sending. God does call and send [John 1:6-36; Mark 6:7-13]. Those he called and send; He keeps and protects and defends. It’s not about liking the Ministerial outfits but being called and sent forth should be paramount.  Send forth could be to a person to enhance the calling or to a people, or to a generation or to a dispensation or to a community or to a special group of people. You must know the definition of the calling and sending before taking a step because of the warfare and many uncertainties and unknown in cause and course of that obedience demands without having any reason to regrets your step of faith to advance the kingdom of our God and to keep the Enemy and cohorts at bay.

PASTORAL MINISTRY – IT’S NOT A GAME: IT’S A SHEPHERD AND SHEPHERDING MINISTERIAL CALLING!

“And Moses spake unto the Lord, saying, 16 Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, SET A MAN OVER THE CONGREGATION, 17 which may GO OUT before them, and which may GO IN before them, and which may LEAD THEM OUT, and which may BRING THEM IN; that the CONGREGATION of the Lord be not AS SHEEP which have NO SHEPHERD” Numbers 27:15-17.

You are either CALLED or NOT. Everyone CALLED is a MESSENGER. And every MESSENGER is GIVEN a SPECIFIC and SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT with a MESSAGE to FEED the FLOCKS – God’s own Heritage – with the needed KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING, that’s TOWARD God and His Christ, and NOT TOWARD man or creation at all. John 17:3/Jeremiah 3:15.

“And how I kept back nothing that was PROFITABLE unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house, 21 TESTIFYING both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance TOWARD God, and faith TOWARD our Lord Jesus Christ” Acts 20:20-21.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to RECEIVE glory and honour and power: for thou hast CREATED ALL THINGS, and for THY PLEASURE they ARE and WERE CREATED” Revelation 4:11.

Those NOT CALLED, are not MESSENGERS but HIRELING – Thieves and Robbers – John 10:8, 12-13. And with such there is NO MESSAGE nor any specific given assignment of God but that of their self indulgence, gratification, men applaud and egotism under the influence of satanic/demonic and cohorts mission. This is the reason for – Adulteration, Schism, Bewitching, Robbery, Dogmas, Sorcery, Falsehoods, Confusion and such like, in the body Ministry of the Gospel, indicating and supposedly the signs of the last days – [Philippians 1:15-18; 2 Timothy 3:1-9; 2 Peter 3:1-7].

These sets of SELF-MADE UP and SELF-CALLED Pastors, are full of fables, philosophy of men, endless genealogies, vain jangling, teachers of idealism and realism, denominational made up creeds, religious bigots, sectarianism, man-made tradition and dogmas that leads people to further bondages and hence makes God’s WORD of no effect in the Gospel. [1 Timothy 1:1-11; Colossians 2:8; Mark 7:1-13].

IT’S TIMELESS TIMES – SUCH A TIME AS THIS GENERATION: DON’T BE IN A DESPONDENT STATE – SEEK A FRIEND, PASTOR, COUNSELOR!
 
“Without COUNSEL PURPOSES ARE DISAPPOINTED: but in the MULTITUDE of COUNSELLORS they are ESTABLISHED” Proverbs 15:22.
 
It’s TIMELESS TIMES with many reasons to be in DESPONDENT state – an UNHEALTHY state – and in such time as of this generation, you don’t have to be in a DESPONDENT state. And to have leverage and an onward and upward trajectory of God in Christ Jesus stead, it’s your time to crave, seek, pursue and follow the path that will help you get the needed KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING through counselling – so that you might thrive and live towards an onwards and upwards trajectory, from every dark and darkness that has bewildered or is bewildering you right now in cause of time and in life. Know of a truth that there’s light of God to shine out of the midst of the dark and darkness by God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.
 
“For God, who COMMANDED the LIGHT to shine OUT of DARKNESS, hath SHINED in our HEARTS, to give the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE of the GLORY of God in the FACE of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6.

It’s always good and healthy for me in taking or making out time – on a one to one timeline – to share life matter with my gracious person amongst many, a gracious and TRUSTED Sister, friend and confident person at relax and leisure moment when it matters without prejudice, sentiments and dissimulation. And you can find one and keep it alive, refreshing, rejuvenating, rekindling and ongoing while it last as I do.
 
Life is good and enriching with God and for you, in having one good, God reverential fearing Friend, Pastor and or Counselor; having one of them at least that you can rely upon and trust without shame, fear, sentiments, and you can also be honest and open-hearted toward, to share with – even in tears on a shameful fault without being judgemental, that will help you and give you the enabling gracious path that you need to ensure and assure you thrive again; and to fulfil the God-given and God-driven-purpose that’s being affected by your current despondent state.

It’s true that there may have been many disappointed friend, pastor and or counselor to TRUST and RELY UPON, but I know you can still be able to find one TRUSTED one among many, as you ensure you are TRUSTWORTHY too in expecting same from OTHERS. And you can find one today, that can BOOSTER your FAITH, HOPE and LOVE of God in Christ Jesus stead, no matter how bad it seems; this is only possible if you can make an effort to reach out to them without shame, pride and arrogance, rather than staying in a state of being DESPONDENT about life generally – for there’s a gracious opportunities out there under God, to give you the leverage you need for an onward and upward trajectory in doing life and loving godly by God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Just as we seek after trusted Pastor’s and friends, to FEED us without prejudice, sentiments and dissimulation, it’s important to ensure that such counsel and counselling of help it’s built on the PRINCIPLE of rightful knowledge and understanding in God’s Word to authenticate your redemption in Christ Jesus – this is to enable you do life in the grace, effectually and efficiently; hence, you must endeavour to get a trusted, and God reverential fearing FRIEND – PASTOR – COUNSELOR, that won’t market you for their selfish, self-centerdness and self-gratification, while on your part, you can be HONEST enough to detail matters even to a fault and feel safe in everyway in LIFE and GRACE.
 
Although it may be rare to get a trusted, honest and God reverential fearing sometimes, but they ARE there who are of a goodwill and love of God in Christ Jesus stead, when you take a step of faith to act by the Holy Spirit within you for direction. You mustn’t stand or sit STATIC in life and suffer in the midst of endless helps out there for your good and well-being. God has more to do in and through you than you can imagine in your LONE or LONELY path or self-defeat position. No matter how bad things are about you today to be cornered to a despondent state, always remember this scriptural thoughts:
 
“. . . 16 for a just [justified, righteous] man FALLETH seven times, and RISETH up again . . .” Proverbs 24:15-18/Emphasis Mine.
 
It’s time to BELIEVE again in order to create, innovate, initiate and explore God’s given opportunity and endowment that are out there. Get a trusted and faithful friend and or Pastor and or counselor, that you can sit together and share your hearts without shame, fear and prejudice even if it’s to a fault by being honest to yourself and to God and to your counselor.
 
There’s hope in God. There’s a miracle. God is faithful, true and sure. His gift and callings are without repentance [irrevocable] except you refused yourself of God’s enabling opportunity in His grace and BLESSEDNESS. I know it, hence I challenge you today – don’t give up due to one mistake or failure or moment that went very badly directly or indirectly by you. In God, there’s a rising up again. DON’T BE A LONER WHERE THERE’S OPPORTUNITY AND HOPE IN CHRIST JESUS!
 
May you find a reason to rise again today. God loves and cares about you, even so do in His grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Come, my people, enter thou into thy CHAMBERS, and SHUT THY DOORS about thee: HIDE THYSELF as it were for a LITTLE MOMENT, until the INDIGNATION be overpast” Isaiah 26:20.
 
In the pandemic challenge, our Christian or Believing Faith in Christ Jesus stead toward Father God is a testing time of our Faith reality’s. And to authenticate the earnestness of our Faith in Christ Jesus toward father God, one must always and intentionally be assured to know and understand in order to ensure that we are different in the world though in the world of pandemic – that You ARE the Church that God is Building; and you ARE not being closed as supposedly indicates because – You Can’t be closed – it’s just the GATHERING [MEETING] place that’s been shut temporarily while you the real Church it’s alive in the grace and not limited by the building. There is now no more time to play games with our life or that of others but to take the spiritual stand in wisdom to direct you, on how to do life and live godly, in such a time as the – pandemic.
 
“If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to MORE strength: BUT WISDOM IS PROFITABLE TO DIRECT” Ecclesiastes 10:10.
 
The Scriptures says that wisdom is PROFITABLE to direct. And because not all of us are in the same wave of grace and strenght as a Church to withstand robustly some measures, it’s very important that every sacrifice to help especially the young in Faith are considered – hence the building gathering may be considered shut for the time been, the services for the advancement of the Kingdom Causes are not shut. It’s not a weakening but a wise sense to flourish all. It’s a challenge to a the awakening of the times in order to become WHAT you are and of WHOM you are in all circumstances.
 
For Apostle Paul did say, for the WEAK I became WEAK to make them grow along and together as others, to the place of STRENGHT – that’s what a good shepherd of the flocks does. And to the strong, I do all I can to keep them strenghten the more he said. As we take care for the Sheep, so the Lambs who are most vulnerable, for they can’t be forgotten; they are part of this journey of LIFE and GRACE in the Kingdom Causes of our God – to keep the enemy and cohorts at bay.
 
“To the WEAK became I as WEAK, that I might GAIN the WEAK: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means SAVE some. 23 And this I do for the GOSPEL’S SAKE, that I might be partaker thereof with you” 1 Corinthians 9:22-23.
 
“We then that are STRONG ought to bear the INFIRMITIES of the WEAK, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to EDIFICATION. 3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me” Romans 15:1-3.
 
For we are the Church being built of the Father God in our Lord Christ Jesus by the Word through prayers in the empowering of the Holy Spirit; as such we the Church are not the structurally and architecturally building; hence as a charismatic and dynamic body, we can adapt with the changes to advance the Kingdom Causes of our God as we keep the enemy and cohorts at bay through this period until the world present predicament come to a hold at least.
 
As Moses and His leadership was able to take along the mobile Church in the wilderness to the promised land of grace in spite of the ups and downs, may every Pastoral leadership I pray, will by God’s wisdom takes God’s people under their Shepherding to the places of stability, strength and counsel in LIFE and GODLINESS during this challenging and difficult times of our Health and Economic depravity, as we all all being tested again WORLD wide.
 
The Churches leadership can use the services of the home cell groups or and social media streamlining platforms or and recorded videos and or Audio and video formats to transmit the Word to keep the Church services alive and engaged gracefully and graciously in knowledge and understanding without disruptions. More so, using the telephone lines as timeless avenues for counseling and prayers where needed in cause of channeling cares.
 
May I make this profound note for everyone to know that during the cause and course of this process that the dynamics in which we go about doing and running Church services will be changing and denominational boundary and limitations will be broken. So get ready to wise up from the limited bonds and conditions you may have build yourself all these while.
 
Its my prayers that as Pastoral leadership team open up the more to the Holy Spirit, there will be absolute update to lead the flocks of God unhindered in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus stead.
