THE “EVER INCREASING FAITH” TO VICTORIOUS LIVING: COMES BY “THE HEARING OF THE WORD OF FAITH!” 

“And Jesus INCREASED in WISDOM (in broad and full understanding) and in STATURE [PHYSIQUE] and years, and in FAVOR with God [SPIRITUAL] and man [SOCIAL]” Luke 2:52/AMPCE. 

I have come thus far in the grace, to know, to ensure, to insure and be assured in the cause and course of my life, that in the concept and context in the grace, that whatever I can’t find in Christ Jesus as regards my redemption must never be admitted into my cause and tenet of faith in God in Christ Jesus. For redemption is only as authentic and assured in the grace in what God has done, is done and doing in our life, and set to do through our lives in Christ Jesus, by the WORD and by the bestowed Holy Spirit of grace that’s given to us. Anything else is religiously created to hold people bound to rules and regulations in order to legislate faith and their faith with dogmas and traditional creeds and bylaws, which is unscriptural. For the only way and path to communicate faith for effectual results, to have productive effects is only in our acknowledging of that good and goodness in redemption, that God had and has done in us in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers, 5 hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints; 6 that the COMMUNICATION OF THY FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by the ACKNOWLEDGING of EVERY GOOD THING which is IN you IN Christ Jesus” Philemon 1:4-6. 

“. . . 4 For Christ is the END OF THE LAW [it leads to Him and its purpose is fulfilled in Him], for [granting] righteousness to everyone who believes [in Him as Savior] . . . 6 But the righteousness based on faith [which produces a right relationship with Him] says the following: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into Heaven?’ that is, to bring Christ down; 7 or, ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ that is, to bring Christ up from the dead [as if we had to be saved by our own efforts, doing the impossible].” 8 But what does it say? “THE WORD is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, THE WORD [the message, the basis] OF FAITH which we PREACH” Romans 10:4, 6-8 [1-10]/Amplified. 

And, to authenticate the steadfastness in the faith as I spelt out in the first paragraph above, I found out that in the Holy Writ of Luke 2:52, the Scriptures indicated how Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord INCREASED and went INCREASING in four dimensions: Wisdom [Mentality], Physique [Physically], Spiritually [Favour with God] and Socially [Favour with men (non-gender)]. And this increased and increasing nature of Him in humanity, that’s to doing life as human [God in humanity], came as a process [journey] to becoming as pertaining to every human. [John 1:1-5, 14; Hebrews 5:5-11]. 

While and very likely in some quarters to obtain an increase or be increasing in four dimensions would be in our religious mindset, to lean towards just and only by praying and possibly fasting, for God to increase our Faith in our cause of doing life and living godly in His Kingdom cause. But when you closely see through the context of the Scriptures, you will notice that the progression and the onward and upward trajectory of increase and increasing was a consequence of Christ Jesus, SITTING to HEAR and LISTEN to the “The WORD” from the teachers of His time in a customised setting, which otherwise today can be deduced to Him, hearing and listening to “THE WORD OF FAITH” as shown in Luke 2:46. For Jesus took time to SIT, HEAR and LISTEN on the EVER INCREASING WORD for Him to develop and increase on the ever INCREASING FAITH in humanity, which results is the four dimension experience in the grace as written: 

“. . . 46 Three days later they found Him [Jesus] in the [court of the] temple, SITTING among the teachers, both LISTENING to them and ASKING them questions. 47 All who heard Him were amazed by His intelligence and His understanding and His answers . . . 52 And Jesus kept INCREASING in WISDOM and in STATURE [PHYSIQUE], and in FAVOR with God and men” Luke 2:41-52/Amplified. 

The increasing knowledge of Jesus should be seen as a basic foundation and fundamental truth to liberate you from the religious mindset of sacrifices, instead of giving our hearing hearts, ears, and listening spirit to The WORD of God that affects any context of our doing life and living godly in the grace: Family, Relationship, Marriage, Leadership, Ministry, Entrepreneurship, Trade/Skill development, Business, Government, Governance, Career Development and such like. I have found in my journey in the grace that there’s a scripture word of faith for every human need when applied in context. That’s why it’s important to incline your EARS by giving your HEARING EARS to the SAYING of Father God to you – by the WORD and the Holy Spirit, standing by 24/7 to illuminate our life in simplicity and tranquility. 

“But the PATH OF THE JUST [RIGHTEOUS] is as the shining light, That shineth more and more unto the perfect day . . . 20 My son, ATTEND TO MY WORDS; INCLINE THINE EAR UNTO MY SAYINGS. 21. Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life” Proverbs 4:18, 20-23. 

One day, the Disciples of Jesus, were listening and hearing the word being spoken by Him, our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ while in humanity, on the context of OFFENCE and FORGIVENESS. When Jesus was done speaking, they had a craving [Hunger and Thirst] in their hearts for an INCREASE IN FAITH if they were to be DOERS OF THE WORD [James 1:22-25]. They figured out that what the Master, the Teacher, was teaching them as they gave their hearing and listening ears to, was beyond human achievement. They know it will take the supernatural to make it happen for them to be offended, and forgive, and justify the offender without sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation. And they know that the only supernatural agent to ease and make their request a reality and tangible is THE WORD OF GOD, otherwise named for this context – The WORD of FAITH. And THE WORD Of FAITH comes by the Hearing and continuously hearing the WORD of FAITH. Thus, it indicates that, a no hearing and continuous hearing, means a no faith signature. For as life goes on, there’s a reason to keep HEARING and LISTENING to the WORD in order to communicate the faith to our life’s challenges like offence and forgiveness, until Christ Jesus second returns for His glorious Church – which is you. 

“Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that OFFENCES will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! . . . 3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, FORGIVE him. 4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt FORGIVE him. 5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, INCREASE OUR FAITH . . .” Luke 17:2, 3-5 [1-10] 

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, THE WORD OF FAITH, which we PREACH; 9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation . . . 17 So then FAITH COMETH BY HEARING, and HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD” Romans 10:8-10, 17. 

“But be DOERS OF THE WORD, and NOT HEARERS ONLY, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a HEARER OF THE WORD and NOT A DOER, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a DOER of the work, this one will be BLESSED in what he does” James 1:22-25/NKJV. 

So Beloved, the answer to many questions and questionable things about our lives is centred on what we are hearing and giving our listening EARS towards. IS IT THE WORD OF FAITH OR GARBAGE? For, if you hear wrongly, you will believe wrongly and will act wrongly. Worst still, if it’s unscriptural, then there’s no basis of FAITH in operation about that subject or context with God; and it’s irrelevant and irrespective of who is teaching or speaking, as many are respecters of men and not of God [Acts 10:34-35]. Also, it doesn’t matter the decorations and religious coating and doctrinal and denominational inclusion in it – falsehoods, adulteration, perversions and distortion must never be permitted around you if you want to experience the four dimensions as Jesus did for our example in humanity. God’s word is pure. And makes someone hearing and listening to it pure. There’s no second guessing and confusion when the pure word of faith is spoken and heard with a listening heartfelt ear in the grace.  

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS: 35 but in EVERY NATION he that FEARETH [REVERENCE] him, and WORKETH RIGHTEOUSNESS, is ACCEPTED with him” Acts 10:34-35/NKJV. 

“And now I COMMEND you to God [placing you in His protective, loving care] and [I commend you] to THE WORD OF HIS GRACE [the counsel and promises of His unmerited favor]. His grace is able to build you up and to give you the [rightful] inheritance among all those who are sanctified [that is, among those who are set apart for God’s purpose—all believers]” Acts 20:32/Amplified. 

So today, I urge you to give your hearing EARS to the WORD OF FAITH, to ensure all that pertains to life and godliness in the grace that concerns you is ensured and assured through knowledge in the grace [2 Peter 1:2-4]. For THE WORD OF GOD’S GRACE, will build you up in the faith and give access to all set apart Believers of God in Christ Jesus stead. And may the knowledge of the WORD OF FAITH help you increase, be strong, victorious, triumphant, an overcomer and more than conqueror in life and grace in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

SELAH – PAUSE! THINK! 

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the KNOWLEDGE of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His DIVINE POWER has given to us all things that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS, through the KNOWLEDGE of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4/NKJV. 

“MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. Because you have REJECTED KNOWLEDGE, I also will REJECT you from being PRIEST for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children” Hosea 4:6/NKJV. 

“Therefore MY PEOPLE HAVE GONE INTO CAPTIVITY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE; Their honorable men are famished, And their multitude dried up with thirst. 14 Therefore Sheol has enlarged itself And opened its mouth beyond measure; Their glory and their multitude and their pomp, And he who is jubilant, shall descend into it. 15 People shall be brought down, Each man shall be humbled, And the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled” Isaiah 5:13-15/NKJV. 

“Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but THE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THEIR GOD SHALL BE STRONG, AND CARRY OUT GREAT EXPLOITS” Daniel 11:32/NKJV 

“Jesus answered and said to them, “YOU ARE MISTAKEN, NOT KNOWING THE SCRIPTURES nor the power of God” Matthew 22:29. 

“But the PATH OF THE JUST is as the SHINING LIGHT, that SHINETH MORE and MORE unto the PERFECT (DAWN) DAY. 19 The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble. 20 My son, ATTEND to my words; INCLINE thine EAR unto my SAYINGS. 21. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the MIDST of thine HEART. 22. For they are LIFE unto those that find them, and HEALTH to all their flesh. 23. Keep thy HEART with all DILIGENCE; for out of it are the ISSUES OF LIFE” Proverbs 4:18-23 (Emphasis Mine). 

“But as it is WRITTEN, EYE hath not SEEN, nor EAR HEARD, neither have ENTERED into the HEART of man, the things which God hath PREPARED for them that love him. 10 But God hath REVEALED them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit SEARCHETH all things, yea, the deep things of God” 1 Corinthians 2:9-10. 

“For THE WORD of God is QUICK, and POWERFUL, and SHARPER than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the DIVIDING asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do” Hebrews 4:12-13. 

“We having the SAME spirit of FAITH, according as it is WRITTEN, I BELIEVED, and therefore have I SPOKEN; we also BELIEVE, and therefore SPEAK” 2 Corinthians 4:13.

BE SWIFT TO HEAR GOD AS SAMUEL

BE SWIFT TO HEAR GOD AS SAMUEL: HE STILL SPEAKS TODAY!  

“Now the boy Samuel MINISTERED to the Lord before Eli. And THE WORD of the Lord was RARE in those days; THERE WAS NO WIDESPREAD REVELATION . . . 3 and BEFORE THE LAMP of God went out in the tabernacle of the Lord where the ark of God was, and while Samuel was lying down, 4 that the Lord CALLED Samuel. And he ANSWERED, “Here I am!” . . . 10 Now the Lord came and stood and CALLED as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel answered, “SPEAK, FOR YOUR SERVANT HEARS . . .” 1 Samuel 3:1-21. 

Open up your hearts as Samuel, to hear God speak to you specifically and specially. He’s your Father God in Christ Jesus stead. Run toward Him today in Christ Jesus through THE WORD and the Holy Spirit, to hear Him out for yourself – in everything concerning you and your life in grace. It’s time to stop hiding from yourself and your Father God. 

Turn on your hearing ears and hear God with listening hearts. Ignorance is destructive. Misinformation, disinformation, falsehoods, and adulteration come from second-hand or third-person information. You need to hear God for yourself and be forever free to do life and live godly in the grace and BLESSEDNESS that defines you in God’s cause. Be SWIFT to HEAR God speak to you through His WORD in Christ Jesus stead. For in His WORD, you are truly BLESSED with His BLESSEDNESS in the grace.  

“So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be SWIFT TO HEAR, slow to speak, slow to wrath; 20 for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God . . . 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and CONTINUES in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a DOER of the work, this one will be BLESSED IN WHAT HE DOES” James 1:18-25. 

Own your life and own your decisions no matter the path it takes you. It’s healthier than taking diluted and distorted information that leads you away from the SAYINGS of God for your healthy wellbeing in the grace. HEARING God for yourself, like Scriptural Prophet Samuel help’s you to complete the fulness of you no matter the number of books that purpose will require of you. Resolving the issues of life comes from within you and you can only do that by what you let in, when you incline your hearing hearts to God’s SAYINGS to you as young Samuel did. 

“My son, GIVE ATTENTION TO MY WORDS; INCLINE YOUR EAR TO MY SAYINGS. 21. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the MIDST OF YOUR HEART; 22 For they are LIFE to those who find them, And HEALTH to all their flesh. 23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life” Proverbs 4:20-23. 

“For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. 44 For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush. 45 A GOOD MAN out of the GOOD TREASURE OF HIS HEART brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. FOR OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART HIS MOUTH SPEAKS” Luke 6:43-45 [Matthew 12:33-37]. 

“. . . 11 “Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man” . . . 18] But those things which PROCEED OUT OF THE MOUTH come from the HEART, and they defile a man . . .” Matthew 15:11,18 [10-20]. 

Just like there’s a sound waves conveying radio and video messages of the radio and Television stations around you, there’s also a spiritual waves of God speaking that’s in operations even when you can’t tangibly sense it – see it and feel it – but can visibly and virtually see it’s reality when you turn on the audio and video device’s that makes it all possible. So, turn on your hearing and listening hearts to God’s sayings to hear Him. 

For God doesn’t operate or speak to His own through a vacuum but through His WORD. For His word is life and light and personified in the grace [John 1:1-5, 14; 1 John 5:7]. And by HEARING God like Samuel, you personify His presence and land in a place of grace and BLESSEDNESS in His stead.  

I challenge you today, to give your hearing hearts to God to hear Him. And when you do as Samuel, you can then say: SPEAK LORD, YOUR SERVANT IS HEARING. YES LORD, your child, the believing one in Christ Jesus stead, that SERVES acceptably and worship you worthily in spirit and in truth. 

“For we are the circumcision, who WORSHIP God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh” Philippians 3:3. 

“. . . 23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the TRUE WORSHIPERS will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth” John 4:19-24. 

Be blessed in the grace with God’s BLESSEDNESS as you hear Him for your today and tomorrow, while fulfilling His plan, purpose and pursuit for you in the grace.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“Now the boy Samuel was ATTENDING to the SERVICE of the Lord under the SUPERVISION of Eli. The WORD of the Lord was RARE and PRECIOUS in those days; VISIONS [that is, new REVELATIONS of divine truth] were not widespread. 2 Yet it happened at that time, as Eli was lying down in his own place (now his eyesight had begun to grow dim and he could not see well). 3 and the [oil] lamp of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was lying down in the temple of the Lord, where the ark of God was, 4 that the Lord called Samuel, and he answered, “Here I am.” 5 He ran to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But Eli said, “I did not call you; lie down again.” So, he went and lay down. 6 Then the Lord called yet again, “Samuel!” So, Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But Eli answered, “I did not call, my son; lie down again.” 7 Now Samuel did not yet KNOW [or personally experience] the Lord, and the word of the Lord was not yet REVEALED [directly] to him. 8 So the Lord called Samuel a third time. And he stood and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli understood that it was the Lord [who was] calling the boy. 9 So Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down, and it shall be that if He calls you, you shall say, ‘SPEAK, LORD, FOR YOUR SERVANT IS LISTENING.’ ” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 10 Then the Lord came and stood and called as at the previous times, “Samuel! Samuel!” Then Samuel answered, “SPEAK, FOR YOUR SERVANT IS LISTENING.” 11 The Lord said to Samuel, “Behold, I am about to do a thing in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will ring. 12 On that day I will carry out against Eli everything that I have spoken concerning his house (family), from beginning to end. 13 Now I have told him that I am about to judge his house forever for the sinful behavior which he knew [was happening], because his sons were bringing a curse on themselves [dishonoring and blaspheming God] and he did not rebuke them. 14 Therefore I have sworn to the house of Eli that the sinful behavior of Eli’s house (family) shall not be atoned for by sacrifice or offering forever.” 15 So Samuel lay down until morning. Then he opened the doors of the Lord’s house. But Samuel was afraid to tell the vision to Eli. 16 But Eli called Samuel and said, “Samuel, my son.” And he answered, “Here I am.” 17 Then Eli said, “What is it that He said to you? Please do not hide it from me. May God do the same to you, and more also, if you hide from me anything of all that He said to you.” 18 So Samuel told him everything, hiding nothing from him. And Eli said, “It is the Lord; may He do what seems good to Him.” 19 Now Samuel grew; and the Lord was with him and He let none of his words fail [to be fulfilled]. 20 And all Israel from Dan [in the north] to Beersheba [in the south] knew that Samuel was appointed as a prophet of the Lord. 21 And the Lord continued to appear in Shiloh, for the Lord REVEALED Himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the Lord” 1 Samuel 3:1-21/Amplified.

THE HEARING OF THE WORD

THE HEARING OF THE WORD: THE NEED TO BE QUICK TO HEAR AND SLOW TO SPEAK! 

“Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Let everyone be QUICK TO HEAR [be a careful, thoughtful listener], SLOW TO SPEAK [a speaker of carefully CHOSEN WORDS and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving]” James 1:19 [17-25] /Amplified. 

In a world today experiencing unimaginable misinformation, adulteration, falsehoods, and misdirection from the truth, it’s a wake-up call to every gatekeeper of the truth, to wake up with the truth than being a spectator with a nonchalant attitude until the depraved state becomes irreparable. 

Only by hearing and speaking forth the word of truth can we fiercely confront and steadfastly resist the menace and garbage around us, before what’s called “alternative truth” – which is just misinformation, adulteration and falsehoods takes over.  

We can’t just be observers while disrupted minds affect and tear down the foundation of our human values and dignity. We need to step up and safeguard the wellbeing of individuals, families, communities, societies – everything.  

In a proximity near you, you see and observe the gradual decay in some leaders and their followers, in Churches, governments, Communities, Businesses – right in front of you. You don’t need anyone to wake you up; be intentional and pragmatic about it, or you will become a prey to the consequences. 

And worse still, is the temptation to play it safe and not step up. Instead, we should be partakers, channels, carriers, and heralds of the truth – stopping the toxicity and toxic misinformation spreading like cancer in our worlds. Let’s live godly in the grace, for the good of self and all. 

We need to FLEE from every appearance of misinformation, adulteration and falsehoods fashioning around us. Being RESOLVED to be the change, the default, that’s what our messed-up world needs – away from the evils and wickedness caused by fashionable falsehoods, misinformation, disinformation and adulteration. 

“But TEST ALL THINGS carefully [so you can recognize what is good]. HOLD FIRMLY to that which is good. 22 ABSTAIN FROM EVERY FORM OF EVIL [withdraw and keep away from it]” 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22/Amplified. 

The Holy writ is giving you and I the charge in the Bible book of James 1: 19 of the need to be QUICK TO HEAR, meaning to be a careful, thoughtful listener and to be SLOW TO SPEAK. Meaning a speaker of carefully chosen words, otherwise you will become a part of those heralding the fashionable lies of today, that have created, resulted and generated evil and wickedness in our world today. Don’t you see the fears, deceptions and mistrust around you? 

Looking closely within your family, community and society around you, you will see the evils, wickedness and destructions that are emanating and resulting because of the falsehoods, misinformation, and adulteration that’s at a swift spread. And in many cases, it has wrecked families and communities, and has destroyed the fabric of trust, honesty, decency and truth that was the strength and anchor for a very healthy living environment we all hold dearly and healthily. 

And with this age of social media and content creation for the purpose of getting views to monetisation, you don’t need anyone to tell or inform you of the diversity, gravity and heaviness of the lies and perversion that have grown around us and our world; and these uncontrollable dissimilation of falsehoods and lies have filled the media space, and the average Christian is being deceived, leading to relationship breakdown, family issues, business mistrust, Church distrust, unstable governance – and it becomes the order of the day. 

“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall DECEIVE many. 6 And ye shall HEAR OF WARS AND RUMOURS OF WARS: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7. I just want you to know and understand that, in the midst of these deprave state of our worlds and society, God’s expectation for the Believers of God in Christ Jesus, is to be SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE. To herald the GOSPEL GOOD NEWS that transforms and not to be entangled with what you have no personal revelation of God about it that can lead you or your HEARERS to a place of godly transformation. Only the hearing from God of His word that brings about the information that’s transformative for the good and goodness of all. And this is only possible when you are resolved and determined, to ensure that your default in the grace is to be THE HEARING OF THE WORD, in order to fashion and define you in doing life and living godly in the grace. And this happens when you INTENTIONALLY RESOLVE to be “QUICK TO HEAR” AND “SLOW TO SPEAK FORTH”, knowing that words matter, and the effects matter and have consequences. For speaking forth, good and goodness come by hearing healthily. IT’S TIME TO HERALD THE GOOD BY HEARING THE GOOD IN LOVE FOR YOU AND OTHERS BY THE WORD OF GOD. 

“But, SPEAKING [HERALDING] THE TRUTH IN LOVE, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the EDIFYING of itself in love” Ephesians 4:15-16/NKJV. 

“My son, GIVE ATTENTION TO MY WORDS; INCLINE YOUR EAR TO MY SAYINGS. 21. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; 22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. 23 Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life” Proverbs 4:20-23/NKJV. 

It’s time beloved of God in Christ Jesus to become a DOER OF THE WORD by HEARING THE WORD that can make a difference in you and through you to give hope to your world and our world of doing life and living godly in the grace. You must resolve to hear rightly and healthily for you to do life without compromise, sentiments, prejudice, and dissimulation. That’s how to keep at bay evil, wickedness and deception from you and those around you. 

“Therefore LAY ASIDE ALL filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the IMPLANTED WORD, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be DOERS OF THE WORD, and NOT HEARERS ONLY, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a DOER of the work, this one will be BLESSED in what he does” James 1:21-25/NKJV. 

Today, be resolved, be intentional and pragmatic to be SWIFT, that’s to be QUICK to hear, QUICK to perceive, QUICK to understand by being smart, clever, sensitive, alert, vigilant, alive, actively engaged and engaging to decipher and filter lies, misinformation, adulteration and falsehoods in order to herald the truth that can set you and your audience free from the cancerous monsters that’s destroying our world with warmongers in our families, communities, societies and world’s today.  

Resolve to HERALD what builds for the good of all and not what destroys others because of gains, selfishness, greed and covetousness resulting to wickedness and evil that breakdown families, communities, societies and the world around us.

INCLINE YOUR HEARING HEARTS TO HEAR GOD: ONLY THE HEARING OF FAITH PLEASES GOD! 

“My son, ATTEND TO MY WORDS; INCLINE THINE EAR unto MY SAYINGS. 21. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of THINE HEART. 22 For they are LIFE unto those that find them, and HEALTH to all their FLESH” Proverbs 4:20-22. 

It’s an eminent and timeless time today, in our lives and our world to hear God with our spirit heart ears and not with our head. You can’t afford to stay in today’s world without hearing from God with your heart in the midst of the confusion in the world. It’s time to incline our hearing heart ears to God for our complete wholeness in a confused and detached world that’s depraved in many ways. I mean the hearing from the heart [spirit-being] to the effect of the Soul [will, emotion, intuition] and to the effect of body expression by the senses [smell, hear, see, taste and touch/feel] by which we do life and live godly in the world [1 John 5:4-5; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 4:12-13]. 

So, inclining our hearing ears is about inclining our hearing and listening hearts that makes up our defining moment in life in the grace, as we are a spirit-being, having a soul and living in a body. It is our spirit-being spiritual health that defines our happiness and the victory we crave to have to deal with matters of our soul [will, emotion, intuition and body [senses], that overtime are our weakness, limitations and pain. When you incline your hearing ears [hearts] of your spirit-being to THE HEARING OF THE WORD, you will in time have wholeness in your total being, being blamelessly prepared for the coming our saviour and Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. Let’s just take a thought to read meditatively this spirit, soul and body relationship on these scriptural injunctions for your perusal: 

“But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” Job 32:8. 

“The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life” Job 33:4. 

“The spirit of man [that factor in human personality which proceeds immediately from God] is the lamp of the Lord, searching all his innermost parts” Proverbs 20:27/Amplified Classic Edition. 

“The strong spirit of a man SUSTAINS HIM IN BODILY PAIN OR TROUBLE, but a weak and broken spirit who can raise up or bear?” Proverbs 18:14/Amplified Classic Edition. 

“A happy heart is GOOD MEDICINE, and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones” Proverbs 17:22/Amplified Classic Edition. 

“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

The inclining of our hearing ears [spirit-being – hearts] to listen to God’s sayings should be our earnest priority in such a time of our life today for our tomorrow. There are so much ongoing in our world that the likelihood to get cut into the web is very easy; and any errors of being mistaken in our judgment without God authorisation could cause us the power of God in the grace. That’s why HEARING and KEEPING God’s WORDS should be our priority in our present age; for the scriptures thus indicates that only by the continuous HEARING of God’s Word that FAITH comes, otherwise it goes where there’s no HEARING OF THE WORD; For by Faith, the consequence of THE HEARING OF THE WORD, leads one to the pleasing of God, and overcoming of the world system [de facto] and in bringing the enemy of our faith to God’s order of obedience in the grace. 

“Jesus answered and said to them, “You are MISTAKEN [ERRONEOUS], not KNOWING the Scriptures nor the POWER of God” Matthew 22:29/NKJV. 

“So then FAITH cometh by HEARING, and HEARING by the WORD of God” Romans 10:17. 

“But WITHOUT FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to [WALK with God and] PLEASE Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him” Hebrews 11:6/Amplified. 

“When a MAN’S WAYS PLEASE the Lord, He makes even HIS ENEMIES to be at PEACE with him” Proverbs 16:7/NKJV. 

“For everyone born of God is VICTORIOUS and OVERCOMES the world; and this is THE VICTORY that has CONQUERED and OVERCOME the world—our [continuing, persistent] FAITH [in Jesus the Son of God]” 1 John 5:4-5/Amplified. 

It’s time to HEAR God for yourself; it will SAVE your from being MISTAKEN – meaning, from working and walking EERENEOUSLY and in DELUSION. For FAITH in God is HOPE and ASSURANCE for our today and tomorrow in the gracious and graceful love of God in His purpose and will in life and grace in Christ Jesus stead. [Hebrews 13:8; Romans 8:28; Ephesians 1:11]. 

The only scriptural set default to pleasing God is by FAITH. And FAITH comes by the HEARING, and by the HEARING of THE WORD of God; this in other words means, THE HEARING OF THE SAYINGS OF GOD. As FAITH please God, thus indicates that THE WORD pleases God. And PLEASING God is REWARDING. It thus Mean therefore that – a NO WORD means a NO FAITH; and a NO FAITH, means a NO PLEASING of God; and a NO Pleasing God, means a NO God’s kind of REWARD. This thus indicates that it’s only when a man’s ways PLEASE the Lord, that He MAKES His ENEMIES to be at PEACE with him – [Proverbs 16:7]. It also shows that the easiest way to get rid of the ENEMY and COHORTS around you and your faith of God in Christ Jesus, is by FAITH. And Faith is acting correspondingly on what one believes in context of God’s WORD we heard and received of Him into our spirit-being in the grace. 

Therefore, we can boldly conclude that FAITH PLEASES GOD and makes you VICTORIOUS and THE WORLD OVERCOMER in the grace in Christ Jesus stead. [1 John 5:4-5]. And acting upon the heard word in context by FAITH takes one out of SIN and SINFUL CONSCIOUSNESS to being RIGHTEOUS and in RIGHTEOUSNESS CONSCIOUSNESS. [Romans 14:23]. 

THEREFORE, INCLINE YOUR HEARING EARS [HEARTS] TO HEAR GOD – HEAR THE WORD HEALTHILY UNTIL YOU FEED YOUR SPIRIT-BEING, IT’S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AND GOODNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD. AMEN. 

Inclining your hearing ears to hearing God by THE HEARING OF THE WORD, gives entrance of the WORD into the human spirit. And it’s only by the entrance of the WORD that one gets enlightened, illuminated and a simplified life in all CONTEXT to keep the dark and darkness at bay. [Psalms 119:105, 130; John 1:1-5; Proverbs 4:18-23; 2 Corinthians 4:6]. And the HEARING OF THE WORD is the HEARING of God, which will save us now and always from being MISTAKEN, ERRORNEOUS, and DELUDED in every way in doing life with God in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. For FAITH in God is hope and assurance for your today and tomorrow wellbeing in life and godly living. [Hebrews 13:8, Matthew 22:29].

THE DIVINE LOVE OF GOD – VERSUS – THE LOVE OF THE FIVE SENSES! 

“Now we have RECEIVED, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. . . 14 But the NATURAL MAN receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED” 1 Corinthians 2:12, 14. 

There’s THE DIVINE LOVE OF GOD, which is of God and God PERSONIFIED; and there’s THE LOVE OF THE FIVE SENSES which results from and it’s about what we SEE, HEAR, TASTE, SMELL and TOUCH/FEEL to know and understand it, in its context. And such sensual or senses love can’t fathom THE DIVINE GOD, and His divinity as THE GOD OF LOVE and LOVE PERSONIFIED. Neither can it be compared by any measure to THE GOD KIND OF DIVINE LOVE irrespective. 

Hence, there’s the need to KNOW The LOVE of Christ, which SURPASSES, SUPERCEDES and TRANSCENDS SENSE KNOWLEDGE; and that’s if you must make sense of God’s default and personified divine LOVE. The divine love of God gives and serves – it’s a GIVING love and serving love, meaning, it does not DEMAND to be loved because the embodiment is love and love personified, and it lavishly gives and serves LOVE unconditionally. And divine love in virtue, is a COMMENDED love because of what Christ Jesus is done for us by His love in our REDEMPTION in Him. 

“For God so loved the world, that he GAVE his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16. 

“And hope maketh not ashamed; BECAUSE THE LOVE OF GOD IS SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5: 5-8 

The FIVE SENSES love speaks of the NATURAL – SENSUAL man who operates by material sensory of FEELING/TOUCHING, TASTING, SMELLING, HEARING and SEEING, to make a concise conclusion in order to ensure its definition in love. It tends to demand and fight to be loved; otherwise, it goes into a mood or mode of irreparable returns at some point. 

This FIVE SENSES LOVE requires laboratory test of men for approval, and as such: 

  • It’s limited and 
  • It’s subject to change depending on the public poll of acceptance. 
  • It’s always awaiting all the time for the acknowledging and approval in – friendship, family, work and in places of governance, doing life and such like. 
  • It’s built of and on human selfishness even though it’s not easily acknowledged or spoken of as if it is or not. 
  • It’s based on conditionality in expression 
  • It’s based on sentiments in nearly all its intent. 

And because the five senses love is natural and sensual, it can’t fathom the divine God of love nor God personified in His divine kind of love, hence – LAWS and RULES are made to regulate it with CHANGES in times to suit the human demand and supply. 

And unfortunately, the SENSE love kind, could be deadly when not fully actualised, as many have been disappointed, derailed, depressed, suicidal and some even passed on untimely, when the expected expectations didn’t materialised and or come to fruition. 

Divine Love is Good and is of God. And is lavishly given to all who comes to God in Christ Jesus by the Blessed Holy Spirit that dwells within a born-again child of God. Romans 5:5-8.

IT IS WRITTEN – THE FAITH THAT WORKS: THE POWER OF THE WRITTEN WORD! 

I love photos or pictorial info. I love video info. But the Written Info, surpassed them all in my worlds of grace and life. It takes the WRITTEN WORD to create the potential PICTURED WORD to BECOME the Motion and Kinetic VIDEO WORD. It’s simply for this knowing and Understanding: 

  • FAITH to do life with God comes by HEARING, the HEARING of the WORD of God – Romans 10:17. FAITH does not come by HAVING HEARD, but by the HEARING – present tense continuous. However, to be APPROVED of God of that FAITH, it comes by STUDYING the WRITTEN WORD of God. 
  • The acts to study and of studying requires READING, MEDITATING, which is PONDERING THROUGH the WRITTEN WORD and AFFIRMING the WRITTEN WORD in our human spirit by the Holy Spirit until it takes hold of one’s total being. 
  • And as one begins to make a declaration, that is – testifying or proclaiming or announcing or professing and confessing of the affirmed WORD in our human spirit by the Holy Spirit, we create the atmosphere and realms of the worlds of God, which we enjoy in our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus. Amen. 

Hence, it’s at the WRITTEN WORD that the consciousness of the Living WORD which is the Revealed WORD comes, and through STUDY, it’s developed and transformed into the Incarnate WORD – The WORD that BECOMES FLESH, that’s, the reality, the tangible and the truth in real life terms, for one to enjoy in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

Remember this, that Jesus in humanity said – “IT IS WRITTEN” (Matthew 4:1-11), and He did not say – “IT IS PICTORIAL or VIDEO FORMAT” to enable Him or any, put the enemy the Devil and cohorts at bay. It’s simply for the implication of the POWER of the WRITTEN WORD to other means of application to life communications which I don’t undermine at all. 

Therefore, don’t take the WRITTEN WORD for granted, simply because of the Picture, pictorial and Video format of the multimedia worlds; and if the WORD of God must be INCARNATE – a reality and tangible, in your life through FAITH, the WRITTEN WORD is the ANSWER.

PRESENTING YOUR BODIES (FLESH – SENSES) TO GOD: THE EASIEST WAY TO KNOWING GOD’S WILL AND TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD! 

“This I say then, WALK in the Spirit, and ye shall not FULFIL the LUST of the FLESH . . . 24 And they that are Christ’s have CRUCIFIED the FLESH (SENSUAL) with the AFFECTIONS and LUSTS. 25 If we LIVE in the Spirit, let us also WALK in the Spirit” Galatians 5:16, 24-25 (Emphasis Mine). 

I do know that every Believer in Christ wants to live triumphantly and experience the EASIEST way to their daily TRIUMPH and to be MORE THAN CONQUERORS, OVERCOMERS and VICTORIOUS (2 Corinthians 2:14; Romans 8:37; 1 John 5:4-5; 1 Corinthians 15:57); also, everyone in Christ Jesus stead wants to KNOW THE HOW and OPERATIVE PRINCIPLE in God’s WILL, for them, as they do life and live in grace, without obstructions. 

Being a GOSPEL Minister have given me such a rare privilege to know relatively, the questions and the feelings of people who struggle day to day, in order to ensure that they are at peace within themselves, especially on matters affecting their personal relationship with God; and in the HOW they do life with others and in carrying out their daily earthly affairs. Unknown to some, the solution and matters are simple – it’s for you to PRESENT YOUR BODIES AS A LIVING SACRIFICES UNTO GOD. 

But HOW can one present one’s BODIES to God as a living sacrifice? To present your BODIES simply means to hand over your SENSES which makes you BODY-RULED or FLESH-RULED toward God instead of being SPIRIT-RULED or WORD-RULED toward Him. The human body is functional by the operation of the FIVE SENSES: These senses are – 

  • Sight (Seeing), 
  • Hear (Hearing/Listening), 
  • Taste (Tasting), 
  • Feel (Feeling) or Touch (Touching) and 
  • Smell (Smelling). 

These five senses have made and unmade humanity in various ways in what they have become to themselves, relatives and to OTHERS intentionally and unintentionally. It’s of these senses that man failed and fell in the first place with God and himself. And many are still in such a great danger in their daily walk with God. 

The scriptures enjoined us to WALK by FAITH SENSE – that is,  by the WORD SENSE, for FAITH is functional by the WORD, it comes by the WORD and it’s built up by the WORD; hence we should not WALK by SIGHT – SENSE (Five Senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling (touching). 

More so, FAITH IS SPIRITUAL, and it’s of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, PRESENTING YOUR SENSES TO BE SPIRIT-LED (WORD LED), will ensure EASE and TRIUMPH in knowing and operating in God’s precious – GOOD, SURE, TRUE, ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT (wholesome, mature and complete) WILL for your life and unhindered in the grace wherein you stand in Christ Jesus stead. HAVE FAITH IN GOD: THERE’S THE FAMINE OF THE HEARING OF THE WORD!

It’s a great time to HAVE FAITH IN GOD, before the FAMINE OF THE HEARING OF THE WORD takes hold of you as it’s so obvious in many places.

“. . . 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “HAVE FAITH IN GOD” Mark 11:12-14, 20-24.

It’s time to INCLINE your EARS to GOD’S WORD by HEARING and giving attendance to God’s SAYINGS, in order to be ABOVE ONLY, in the midst of the challenging times. For FAITH comes by the HEARING of the WORD.

“So then FAITH COMES BY HEARING, and HEARING BY THE WORD of God” Romans 10:17.

There are many VOICES in the air 24/7, and whom and what you listen to shape up your life every now and then. One is either HEARING to the saying of the WORD of God to APPROVE one, otherwise hearing the saying that’s pose for self-APPLAUD by social and other media platforms; and or the tradition and rudiments of the world, and or the satanic and cohorts sayings, and or self make-believe or made-believe, and or the circumstances of the environment.

It’s time not to feed on rubbish or from the waste bin simply because you wants to feed. Wake up and locate a place for the HEARING OF THE WORD OF GOD not SENTIMENTS that appeals to your emotions and circumstances. God’s INTENT is to GIVE you SHEPHERD that will FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING. (Jeremiah 3:15; Proverbs 4:7). Locate one today.

There’s a genuine reality today of falsehoods, adulteration, perversion and dilution of the authentic and authoritative WORD of God by the deluded preachers and others in manifold manifestations in the name of Church or Ministry (Galatians 1:6-9; Philippians 1:15-18) It’s not surprising because the Scriptures knew before now of the upcoming FAMINE of the HEARING of The WORD of God.

A lack of the genuine HEARING of the WORD means a lack of FAITH. Faith is the transaction tender between Man and God. Which when lack, or adulterated or fake or diluted, one can’t trade in the Kingdom or Heavenly Business with God. Do you know the effect and consequences of that? It’s therefore imperative that you wake up from your lazy butt and begin to examine what you are HEARING today before the “THE FAMINE OF THE HEARING OF THE WORD KICKS INTO YOUR BEING.

A NO HEARING means a NO FAITH and that means a NO TRANSACTION. Heaven does not accept fake or adulterated or counterfeited or polluted and such likes tender outside THE WORD of God that builds up FAITH.

Do yourself a favour and examine what you are feeding your being if its God’s WORD or any of these: Man make-believe, traditional dogmas, creeds, byelaws, rudiments of this world, philosophy of men, emotional sentimental appeals and such likes.

THE ONLY ANTIDOTE TO THE FAMINE OF THE WORD, IS THE HEARING OF THE WORD.

I pray you don’t run to and fro when it’s too late to look for the WORD. Do yourself a favour today before FAMINE kicks in and make-believe or made-believe takes over.

ENSURING POWER AND GRACE

ENSURING POWER AND GRACE: IT’S ABOUT PERCEPTION AND REFLECTION!
 
“And David PERCEIVED that the Lord had established him king over Israel, and that he had EXALTED his kingdom for his people Israel’s sake” 2 Samuel 5:12.
 
Your REFLECTION of godliness is the outcome of your PERCEPTION of the WORD of God that’s within your reach. When you PERCEIVE wrongly, you REFLECT wrongly. You are REFLECTING what you are today as a result of the PERCEPTION you have of God’s WORD in every subject that concerns you and probably others. Hence, you don’t have to blame any – and it’s irrelevant how long you’ve been on that PERCEPTION trajectory. And if it’s wrong, you can make a change today and now, in order to enjoy the fulness of God in His POWER to FUNCTION and GRACE to BECOME.
 
PERCEPTION is not a FEELING. PERCEPTION is of the Spirit – spiritual – of your innermost being by the Holy Spirit through the WORD of God, while FEELING is of the flesh – the SENSES – which is a by-product of SUSPICION, by defining matters from how you – see, taste, touch, smell and hear – about it.
 
Living a life of PERCEPTION by the WORD of God DELIVERS from living a life of SUSPICION that makes one REFLECT wrongly about matters of life and godliness in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.
 
Know full well today, that, it’s how you PERCEIVE of God’s WORD in matters of life and godliness that you REFLECT in your world of doing life and godly living.
 
“And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, PERCEIVED the GRACE that was GIVEN unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision” Galatians 2:9.
 
And that means, that the level of the operation and manifestations of the POWER of God to FUNCTION and the GRACE of God to BECOME in everyway of doing life and living godly, are define within the concept of your PERCEPTION of God’s WORD in any particular subject _ and that gives the outcome that you are currently REFLECTING and may have experience in your worlds.
 
It’s how you PERCEIVE of God’s WORD that you REFLECT in subject as: Christian marriage, Christian gathering, Christian Prayer and Fasting, Christian giving, Christian and politics, Christian and medicine, Christian and Prosperity, Christian and Leadership, Christian and Unbelieving Relationship and such like.
Just examine these three SCRIPTURAL examples that their PERCEPTION of God’s WORD or SAYING also REFLECTED what brought the changes in their walk with God:
 
ABRAHAM – As far as you can PERCEIVE – so you can REFLECT, God told him – Genesis 22:3-19.
 
THE BLIND MAN – What do you PERCEIVE, Jesus asked the blind man – I PERCEIVED men as TREES (REFLECTION) and then when helped to PERCEIVED well, he REFLECTED his good sight afterwards – Mark 8:23-25.
 
JEREMIAH – what do you PERCEIVE – what he perceived then changed his mischaracterisation of himself to REFLECT the new him – Jeremiah 1:11-12.
 
You can’t LIVE to REFLECT beyond your PERCEPTION of God’s WORD. Hence, the amount of availability of God’s POWER to FUNCTION and GRACE to BECOME is as experienced by the Apostles.
 
“And when they had PRAYED, the place was shaken where they were ASSEMBLED TOGETHER; and they were all FILLED with the Holy Ghost, and they SPAKE THE WORD of God with BOLDNESS . . . 33 And with GREAT POWER gave the apostles WITNESS of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:31, 33.
 
I PRAY that you begin to study God’s WORD for yourself in order to have your own personal PERCEPTION as Timothy did as he was instructed by Apostle Paul, to give him the needed REFLECTION of himself with God.

“Study to shew thyself APPROVED unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” 2 Timothy 2:15.
 
“For the WORD of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do” Hebrews 4:12-13.
 
“And the Lord brought Abram outside [his tent into the night] and said, “LOOK (PERCEIVE) now toward the heavens and COUNT (PERCEIVE) the stars—if you are able to COUNT (PERCEIVE) them.” Then He said to him, “So [numerous] shall your descendants be (REFLECTION)” 6 Then Abram believed in (affirmed, trusted in, relied on, remained steadfast to) the Lord; and He counted (credited) it to him [a]as righteousness (doing right in regard to God and man)” Genesis 15:5-6 Amplified. THE DIVINE LOVE OF GOD – VERSUS – THE LOVE OF THE FIVE SENSES!

“Now we have RECEIVED, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. . . 14 But the NATURAL MAN receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED” 1 Corinthians 2:12, 14.

There’s THE DIVINE LOVE OF GOD, which is of God and God PERSONIFIED; and there’s THE LOVE OF THE FIVE SENSES which results from and it’s about what we SEE, HEAR, TASTE, SMELL and TOUCH/FEEL to know and understand it, in its context. And such sensual or senses love can’t fathom THE DIVINE GOD, and His divinity as THE GOD OF LOVE and LOVE PERSONIFIED. Neither can it be compared by any measured to THE GOD KIND OF DIVINE LOVE irrespective.

Hence, there’s the need to KNOW The LOVE of Christ, which SURPASSES, SUPERCEDES and TRANSCENDS SENSE KNOWLEDGE; and that’s if you must make sense of God’s default and personified divine LOVE. The divine love of God gives and serves – it’s a GIVING love and serving love, meaning, it does not DEMAND to be love because the embodiment is love and love personified, and it lavishly gives and serves LOVE unconditionally. And divine love in virtue, is a COMMENDED love because of what Christ Jesus is done for us by His love in our REDEMPTION in Him.

“For God so loved the world, that he GAVE his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; BECAUSE THE LOVE OF GOD IS SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

The FIVE SENSES love speaks of the NATURAL – SENSUAL man who operates by material sensory of FEELING/TOUCHING, TASTING, SMELLING, HEARING and SEEING, to make a concise conclusions in order to ensure its definition in love. It tends demand and fight to be love otherwise goes into a mood or mode of irreparable returns at some point.

This FIVE SENSES LOVE requires laboratory test of men for approval, and as such:

** It’s limited and

** It’s subject to change depending on the public poll of acceptance.

** It’s always awaiting all the time for the acknowledging and approval in – friendship, family, work and in places of governance, doing life and such like.

** It’s built of and on human selfishness even though it’s not easily acknowledged or spoken of as if it is or not.

** It’s based on conditionality in expression

** It’s based on sentiments in nearly all its intent.

And because the five senses love is natural and sensual, it can’t fathom the divine God of love nor God personified in His divine kind of love, hence – LAWS and RULES are made to regulate it with CHANGES in times to suit the human demand and supply.

And unfortunately, the SENSE love kind, could be deadly when not fully actualised, as many have been disappointed, derailed, depressed, suicidal and some even passed on untimely, when the expected expectations didn’t materialised and or come to fruition.

Divine Love is Good and is of God. And is lavishly given to all who comes to God in Christ Jesus by the Blessed Holy Spirit that dwells within a born again child of God. Romans 5:5-8.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath PREPARED for them that LOVE him. 10 But God hath REVEALED them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God” 1 Corinthians 2:9-10.

“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] CAUSES ALL THINGS TO WORK TOGETHER [as a plan] for good for those who LOVE God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose” Romans 8:28. Amplified.
