DARE TO – BELIEVE – BELONG – IN ORDER TO BECOME IN THE STEAD: FOR NO WORD – NO BELIEVE – NO FAITH – MEANS NO BECOMING! 

“And BLESSED is she that BELIEVED: for there shall be a PERFORMANCE of those things which were told her from the Lord” Luke 1:45. 

In course of time, I have seen how some so-called Believers who just want to wake up in the Christian faith with everything readily ready for them at no cost. There are some who will not take a stand in Christ Jesus, but want to get everything readily ready and available at their disposal at no cost; and while there are some too, who are without a signal of commitment and dedication in the stead, but thinks it’s their entitlement to have anything at no cost. While in another scenario, there are some Believers who wants to wake up on a Church gathering services day, expecting a perfect church services section that’s readily set, with music set, decorations set, message set, reception set, welcoming set, and such like, as may be applicable, with no iota of their input. These are the Believers, so-called, who want to belong but want to have a beautiful atmosphere, and gracious environment to enjoy a good outlook service while they are there without a participatory contribution to the desired outcome. 

“NOT FORSAKING our meeting together [as BELIEVERS for worship and instruction], as is the HABIT of SOME, but encouraging one another; and all the more [faithfully] as you see the day [of Christ’s return] approaching” Hebrews 10:25/Amplified.  

And these set of nonchalant Believers who are less or of no concerns to play a role in the act of BELONGING to their set Church gathering place, which they wish to serve God acceptably and worship Him worthily, are already knowingly and unknowingly hindering their own Blessedness. The concept to see that other Believers, but not them, are to do the needed good setting atmosphere for great gatherings indicates pure ignorance to spiritual understanding; and to watch others working for the common good and goodness that ensures that the environmental demands for great meetings are in place, with everyone participating shows how shortsighted such a group are in the affairs of the Kingdom of God. Everyone in the kingdom is given the measure of faith and grace to enable them participate in the kingdom affairs – and not having one’s hands involved to make good to be done collectively, and with the hearts of BELONGING – it’s already an indicator that such a person or group can’t enjoy the BLESSEDNESS of God in BECOMING in Christ Jesus stead. 

“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath DEALT to every man THE MEASURE OF FAITH” Romans 12:3. 

“But unto every one of us is GIVEN GRACE according to THE MEASURE of the gift of Christ” Ephesians 4:7. 

I want you dear reader to know that the Christian faith stead in Christ Jesus is reachable, lovable, liveable, tangible and touchable in every sense of the Believer’s life. And for each of the Believer’s to enjoy the corporate BLESSEDNESS of BECOMING in the kingdom stead of God, there’s the need to BELIEVE, BELONG in order to BECOME it in life and godliness in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“But as many as RECEIVED him, to them gave he POWER to BECOME the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name: 13 which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the WORD was made FLESH [HUMAN], and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of GRACE and TRUTH” John 1:12-14/Emphasis Mine. 

And you can’t just BELIEVE in emptiness as a BELIEVER in Christ Jesus, otherwise you are contacting demons and strange spirits of contamination which are contagious in every respect. The Believer’s BELIEVE must be of faith-based on the Holy Scriptural WORD of God, otherwise it’s magic, bondages, sorcery and such like that have kept many in religious circus and religiosity circle, without actualising their blessedness in becoming in Christ Jesus stead. 

Every Believer must come to the knowing and understanding that a NO-scriptural WORD of God as the basis of our stead in Christ Jesus, means a NO FAITH to walk and please God in His BLESSEDNESS to be your reality – and that means you can’t FUNCTION in the grace, and NOT able to ensure and be assured of BECOMING in the receiving of God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“So then FAITH cometh by HEARING, and HEARING by THE WORD of God” Romans 10:17. 

“STUDY and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God APPROVED (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] THE WORD of Truth” 2 Timothy 2:15/AMP Classic Edition. 

It’s therefore time for you to – DARE TO BELIEVE by the scriptural WORD of truth, in order to ensure your FAITH stand in the grace to BECOME by God – and in EVERYWAY in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

For many times I have seen Church folks being very skeptical to step up for a full dedication and commitment to God’s WORD – both privately and publicly in the gatherings – towards God’s work in His Church; while yet, they want the FULLNESS of God’s POWER and GRACE to FUNCTION and to BECOME in every way of doing LIFE and living GODLY. And we must all know that God can’t be mocked and be taken for a ride when He wants His people to belong in order to enjoy His BLESSEDNESS in their fellowship. 

“Not FORSAKING or NEGLECTING to ASSEMBLE TOGETHER [as BELIEVERS], as is the HABIT of some people, but ADMONISHING (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching” Hebrews 10:25/AMP Classic Edition. 

And sometimes most of these excuse-givers and absentee Believers give some frivolous reasons that are simply born out of their fear and phobia or that they may lose out if they make such an act of dedication and commitment by belonging in the stead of Christ Jesus. And unfortunately, some of them, with all their act of being skeptical not to belong to the church after being a believer as they believe, had not made much better of themselves, in spite of their despise toward God’s WORD, in not willing to literally obey the instructions by faith; and the knowing of the truth, that believing God and belonging to His Church – the gathering of His redeemed, precious, and chosen people, is there to help all irrespective, to become of God in the blessedness that’s in Christ Jesus. 

“For the [true] LOVE of God is this: that we do His commands [KEEP His ordinances and are mindful of His PRECEPTS and TEACHING]. And these orders of His are not IRKSOME (BURDENSOME, OPPRESSIVE, OR GRIEVOUS). 4 For whatever is born of God is VICTORIOUS over the world; and this is the victory that CONQUERS the world, even our FAITH. 5 Who is it that is victorious over [that conquers] the world but he who BELIEVES that Jesus is the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on that fact]?” 1 John 5:3-5/AMP Classic Edition. 

I make BOLD to say that God is GOOD and FAITHFUL, TRUE and SURE to His WORD and will NEVER fail and CAN’T and WON’T begin to FAIL because of YOU. And FAITH is only active to bring about results to FUNCTION and BECOME by the WORD. Faith in Christ Jesus’ stead is of the WORD. FAITH IS NOT A DOCTRINE nor a DOCTRINAL, nor DENOMINATIONAL creed, by-law and religious dogmas that’s just there to be known and applied. 

Faith is the Believer’s in Christ Jesus life access, and their justified essence in grace to stand with God. Faith is ACTING correspondingly on what you believe on God’s WORD. BELIEVE is PASSIVE, while FAITH is ACTIVE. BELIEVE is the CONCEPTION and CONSEQUENCE of what you HEAR of God’s WORD, while FAITH is the action upon that conception and consequence of the hearing, to bring it into reality accordingly. Meaning a NO FAITH, means a NO access and essence for God to reward one’s endeavours to FUNCTION and BECOME in God. 

“Therefore, since we are JUSTIFIED (ACQUITTED, DECLARED RIGHTEOUS, and given a RIGHT STANDING with God) THROUGH FAITH, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). 2 Through Him also we have [our] ACCESS (entrance, introduction) BY FAITH into this GRACE (state of God’s favor) in which we [FIRMLY and SAFELY] STAND. And let us rejoice and exult in our hope of experiencing and enjoying the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2/AMP Classic Edition. 

“Now FAITH is the ASSURANCE (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the EVIDENCE of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses]. 2 For by this [kind of] FAITH the men of old GAINED [DIVINE] APPROVAL. 3 By FAITH [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the power, wisdom and goodness of God] we understand that the worlds (universe, ages) were FRAMED and CREATED [formed, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose] by THE WORD of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible . . . 6 But WITHOUT FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to [WALK with God and] PLEASE Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] BELIEVE that God EXISTS and that He REWARDS those who [earnestly and diligently] SEEK Him” Hebrews 11:1-3, 6/AMP. 

And to FUNCTION and BECOME in God, one needs to ensure that they BELIEVE in Christ Jesus and BELONG to His Church WITHOUT PREJUDICE, SENTIMENTS and DISSIMULATION, and with a daring spirit of truth and not with a fear and phobia, both in doing LIFE and living GODLY. And you can then FUNCTION and BECOME what you BELIEVE upon in God’s WORD of BLESSEDNESS by God’s POWER and GRACE in Christ Jesus. Amen. 

I PRAY YOU DARE TO BELIEVE BY THE WORD, TO ENSURE FAITH, IN ORDER TO BECOME IN LIFE AND GODLY LIVING IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD. AMEN

“But without FAITH it is impossible to PLEASE him: for he that cometh to God must BELIEVE that he is, and that he is a REWARDER of them that DILIGENTLY seek him” Hebrews 11:6.

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, THE WORD OF FAITH, which we PREACH; 9 that if thou shalt CONFESS with thy MOUTH the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE in thine HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the HEART man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH CONFESSION is made unto salvation” Romans 10:8-10. 

“For what saith the scripture? Abraham BELIEVED God, and it was COUNTED unto him for RIGHTEOUSNESS . . . 6 Even as David also describeth the BLESSEDNESS of the man, unto whom God imputeth RIGHTEOUSNESS without works, 7 saying, BLESSED are they whose iniquities are FORGIVEN, and whose sins are COVERED. 8 BLESSED is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 9. Cometh this BLESSEDNESS then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that FAITH was RECKONED to Abraham for RIGHTEOUSNESS” Romans 4:3, 6-9.

YOU CAN NOW LIVE AND REIGN IN LIFE BY THE RISEN POWER: THE RISEN POWER ENABLES YOU TO CREATE YOUR DESIRED WORLDS IN CHRIST JESUS – AMEN! 

“. . . But if the Spirit of him that RAISED up Jesus from the dead DWELL IN YOU, he that RAISED up Christ from the dead shall also QUICKEN (GIVE LIFE TO) your MORTAL BODIES by his Spirit that DWELLETH in you” Romans 8:9-11/Emphasis Mine. 

It’s time to create, initiate, explore and innovate a new you in Christ Jesus by the reason of the DONE WORK of our REDEMPTION in Him. 

The PASSOVER – EASTER week and holiday may come and go, but the ESSENCE of PASSOVER lives on for all eternity. The ESSENCE of REDEMPTION in SUM was to end the three basic human failures in God’s sight, which originated from Adam in Eden – these failures being the consequence [effect] of SIN, namely the Sinful NATURE: 

“For He hath made Him to be SIN for us, who KNEW NO SIN; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in Him” 2 Corinthians 5:21. 

  • Spiritual Death (Results from Adamic treason – SIN). 
  • Poverty (Impoverishment) – (The Effect Of Spiritual Death – SIN) 
  • Sickness and Disease (The Effect Of Spiritual Death – SIN). 

These aforementioned are the effect, result and consequences of human depraved state resulting from SIN – the SINFUL NATURE; and the SINFUL NATURE is due to the fall in Eden resulting the placement of Adamic curses – CURSED OF THE FALL [Genesis 3:1-24] which leads to the CURSED OF THE LAW [Deuteronomy 28:15-68]. The SPIRITUAL DEATH gave birth to PHYSICAL DEATH and to the final blow – ETERNAL DEATH. Then the curse effect of SPIRITUAL DEATH brought about POVERTY and SICKNESS (PESTILENCE – DISEASE). 

Now, today, we can THANK God for our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, which enables us to commemorate and celebrate our Triumphant Victory in Him; and to do LIFE and LIVE GODLY continually WITHOUT shame, fear, inferiority complexes and intimidations. For there is therefore NOW, no more CONDEMNATION, instead, is the enabling grace of God, GIVEN to us in Christ Jesus, in order to be functional and triumphant in our mortal being in Him. This enabling grace helps us to CREATE our REDEMPTION worlds over our human failures and limitations in every way of DOING LIFE [Romans 8:1-2; 2 Corinthians 2:14]. 

THEREFORE, IT THUS MEAN –  

  • that every Adamic mortal limitation can and has been quickened in REDEMPTION, and we are NOW made alive in REDEMPTION to live and reign in Christ Jesus, operating ABOVE and beyond those limitations in all life circumstances – [Ephesians 2; Colossians 2 & 3; Revelation 5:9-12; Colossians 1:12-14; 1 Peter 2:4-10]. 
  • You can live ABOVE your mortal being weakness and limitations in Sickness, Poverty and Spiritual Bondages of the fall by the quickening Spirit of God that indwell in us – [Romans 8:1-2, 9-11; 1 John 4:4-6; 1 John 5:3-5; Hebrews 11:1-3]. 
  • There’s the ENABLING POWER that will accompany ALL who RECEIVE Christ Jesus into their personal life, and duly BELIEVE in the accomplished work of REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus for them – [John 1:11-12; John 14:15-17; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15-20; Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 10:17-20]. 
  • There’s the enabling and empowering to CREATE wealth in order to end poverty as enshrined in our COVENANTED BILL OF RIGHTS IN REDEMPTION – [Deuteronomy 8:18; 3 John 2; Psalms 37:25; Psalms 35:27; John 10:10]. 

Know that when Christ Jesus was betrayed and crucified, when He died and was buried, when He rose from the dead (grave), ascended, and was enthroned, the scriptures indicates and enjoined that we were in that process of REDEMPTION. And if you can actualise that IDENTIFICATION, the SPIRIT of the ESSENCE will begin to manifest in fullness in your life. 

Therefore, let that same Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead, dwell in you, in order to QUICKEN, that is, ACTIVATE your mortal being to live again, from every known and unknown Adamic limitations [Romans 5:12-21]. May the scriptures begin to be fulfilled in your life as written in Romans 8:11 in Jesus’ name. Amen.

“Beloved, I wish ABOVE ALL things that thou mayest PROSPER and be in HEALTH, even as thy soul PROSPERETH. 3 John 2.

  4. Call to Action: The message encourages believers to actualise their identification with Christ’s redemption, receive the enabling power of the Holy Spirit, and live a triumphant life, reigning in life by the risen power of Christ Jesus. 

The message emphasises the believer’s position in Christ, encouraging them to live above their mortal limitations and create their desired world in Christ Jesus.

MORE THAN CONQUERORS: APPROPRIATE AND ENACT TO RECEIVE YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES IN REDEMPTION! 

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast MADE us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth . . . 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to RECEIVE POWER, and RICHES, and WISDOM, and STRENGHT, and HONOUR, and GLORY, and BLESSING” Revelation 5:9-12. 

One gracious and graceful thing God DID FOR US in REDEMPTION by Christ Jesus was to ensure and authentic that we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION. Hence, Christ Jesus RECEIVED and GAVE GIFTS to us, as our RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES in HIM. 

And Jesus RECEIVED and GAVE to us these REDEMPTION rights and privileges to enable us stay afloat as MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION. 

There are Seven  (7) Spiritual blessings and Five (5) Ministerial gifts BLESSEDNESS, which are firstly in the heavenly places, and we are to appropriate and enact them on earth. Today, we can virtually see the five in manifestation and operation, but there’s a struggle of the seven, in the Believers day to day living. But Why? 

When you watch some ACTS and LISTEN to the use of the WORD in the cause of most PRAYERS, TEACHING and PREACHING, you wonder if indeed some people know what God has given them, which on their part would only require ACCEPTANCE with THANKSGIVING fora Life of Gratitude, to help one APPROPRIATE and ENACT it into REALITY effortlessly and without sweat. 

In life, when you are given something, say a gift, you receive it with acceptance and with thanksgiving. You don’t go about ASKING again and again for what’s already GIVEN to you. Unfortunately, that’s what most Believers do in PRAYERS, and go further, even in their FASTING galore to measure spirituality – instead of RECEIVING and GIVING THANKS to God the Father in the name of Jesus, they go about ASKING and ASKING and ASKING . . . Instead of them to see the need to maintain a heart of GRATITUDE as the main ATTITUDE, in which they will then enhance their ALTITUDE in life and godliness in Christ Jesus stead in God’s BLESSEDNESS. 

Most times religious obligations, traditions, oblations and bye-laws dogmas have kept us in a particular routine with no substance that can do us any good in Christ. We FAST and PRAY for the same thing and stay in the same act and process just because it seems good religiously and to our sentiments and sensual feelings, even when it’s obvious, we are acting and praying AMISS and in ERRORS. That’s not the Gospel of God in our Redemption in Christ Jesus stead; and as such, we can’t APPROPRIATE and ENACT our rights and privileges WHOLLY and live MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION. 

Therefore, it’s your time to express with RECEIVING, and a life of GRATITUDE your rights and privileges in these seven (7) key REDEMPTION DONE DEED for us in Christ Jesus stead.

THESE ARE: 

  • POWER (Authority) – In place of fear, oppression, intimidation etc. (Luke 10:19; 2 Timothy 1:7 etc). 
  • RICHES (Prosperity) – In place of poverty, hunger, famine, lack etc. (3 John 2; 2 Corinthians 8:9; Philippians 4:19; Ephesians 1:3). 
  • WISDOM (Mental) – Sound mind & mental IQ in place of ignorance, foolishness etc. (James 1:5; Luke 2:40, 52 etc.). 
  • STRENGTH (Physique) – In place of weakness, sickness, and all ‘ness etc. (Philippians 4:13; Isaiah 40:28-30 etc.). 
  • HONOUR (Dignity) – In place of dishonour, shame, disdain, inferiority etc. (Colossians 1:13-14; Ephesians 1:7; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21). 
  • GLORY (Beauty & Adoration) – In place of reproach, embarrassment, ashes, shame etc. (Isaiah 63:3; 1 Peter 2:5, 9 etc.). 
  • BLESSING (Empowering & Bestowed Grace) – In place of curses, setbacks, stagnation etc. (Ephesians 1:3; Proverbs 10:22; 2 Peter 1:2-4 etc.). 

I pray that THESE REDEMPTION DEEDS that Christ has RECEIVED and GIVEN to us will be APPROPRIATED and ENACTED in our life accordingly for an effortless mark without sweat in doing LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

ENACTING THE ENABLING – “POWER TO FUNCTION AND GRACE TO BECOME”: THROUGH THE “KNOWLEDGE” – IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD! 

“And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret. 35 And when the men of that place HAD KNOWLEDGE OF HIM, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased; 36 and besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as TOUCHED were MADE PERFECTLY WHOLE” Matthew 14:34-36. 

“And when they had PRAYED, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all FILLED with the Holy Ghost, and they SPAKE THE WORD of God with BOLDNESS . . . 33 And with GREAT POWER gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:31, 33. 

Lots of Believer’s supposedly in the Faith of Christ Jesus stead, are living outside the CONTEXT of God’s WORD; many are MORE captivated and influenced by the religious and denominational rites and doctrinal ordinances as they strictly adhere and follow without check and balance – which is through the KNOWLEDGE of God in Christ Jesus stead. For the Scriptures makes it very clear that not ALL HAVE FAITH in the FAITH in Christ Jesus – meaning not all have their spirit being built upon the KNOWLEDGE of God in Christ Jesus, which principle CONTEXT is of the WORD of God that builds and establishes the FAITH in all that comes to God in Christ Jesus. Amen – 2 Thessalonians 3:2 (1-4); Romans 10:17; Acts 20:32; Romans 1:8-12; Hebrews 4:12-13; 2 Timothy 3:14-17. 

I want you to know full well, that it’s the KNOWLEDGE of the TRUTH that one possesses within, that sets one FREE – SAVES, DELIVERS and LIBERATES – from all forms of limitations and restrictions and bondages outside the CONTEXT of God’s WORD. John 8:32; 1 Timothy 2:4-5; Acts 4:12. 

And through KNOWLEDGE you communicate the WORD OF FAITH to matters. it’s only by communicating the WORD OF FAITH to MATTERS of doing life and living godly through the KNOWLEDGE of the GOOD did, that’s DONE and DEED in Christ Jesus, that brings genuine liberty and freedom, that all seeks to attain and possess, in order to be fulfilled in God, in Christ Jesus stead – Philemon 1:4-6; Romans 10:8-13, 17. 

“Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I PROFIT you, except I shall SPEAK to you either by REVELATION, or by KNOWLEDGE, or by PROPHESYING, or by DOCTRINE? 7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a DISTINCTION in the sounds, how shall it be KNOWN what is piped or harped?” 1 Corinthians 14:6-7. 

Many are in captivity and in various self-afflicted bondage for their lack of PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE which indeed is dangerous, jeopardous and worrisome each time I recall – how many SUFFERED in the Bible days as written: 

“My people are DESTROYED for LACK OF KNOWLEDGE: because thou hast REJECTED KNOWLEDGE, I will also reject thee, that thought shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children” Hosea 4:6. 

“Therefore my people are GONE INTO CAPTIVITY, because they have NO KNOWLEDGE: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst . . .” Isaiah 5:13-15. 

Besides, the indicative of the above mentioned scriptures, many also, are working and walking in ERRORS and are been MISTAKEN for lack of KNOWLEDGE as it affects the path of doing life and living godly as the religious SADDUCEES where, in the days of Christ Jesus humanity, as it’s written. 

“The same day came to Him (Jesus Christ) the SADDUCEES, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him . . . 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, YE DO ERR (IN ERROR AND MISTAKEN), NOT KNOWING the SCRIPTURES, nor THE POWER of God” Matthew 22:29 Emphasis Mine. 

Therefore, I plead with you today to get engrossed with doing life and godly living THROUGH KNOWLEDGE for these but not limited reasons: 

  • DELIVERANCE – THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE: 

” . . . but THROUGH KNOWLEDGE shall the just be DELIVERED” Proverbs 11:9. 

“Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who GAVE himself for our sins, that he might DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, according to the WILL of God and our Father: 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” Galatians 1:3-5. 

  • GRACE AND PEACE, DIVINE POWER AND DIVINE NATURE – THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE: 

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 according as his DIVINE POWER hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4 

  • TO ESCAPE POLLUTION OF THE WORLD – THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE: 

“For if after they have ESCAPED THE POLLUTIONS of the world THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning” 2 Peter 2:20. 

  • WISDOM AND REVELATION – IN THE KNOWLEDGE! 

“. . .16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of WISDOM and REVELATION IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM: 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. . .” Ephesians 1:15-23. 

  • OVERCOME BARRENNESS AND UNFRUITFULNESS – IN THE KNOWLEDGE! 

“For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” 2 Peter 1:8. 

  • RENEW, REFRESH, REJUVENATE – IN THE KNOWLEDGE 

“And have put on the new man, which is RENEWED IN KNOWLEDGE after the image of him that created him” Colossians 3:10. 

I will like you to take an assignment for yourself by making out time toward searching the scriptures to find out, mark and highlight every SCRIPTURAL place that indicates – THROUGH KNOWLEDGE, BY KNOWLEDGE, IN KNOWLEDGE AND SUCH LIKE. You will discover lots of what you’ve become in God, in Christ Jesus stead. It will bring forth a transformation and translation that will revitalise you beyond words because of the insights and foresight trajectory of the revelation you will receive of God. Give it a go from today.

MONTH MARCH: MONTH TO DARE TO LIVE BY GOD’S ENABLING – POWER AND GRACE! 

To dare to live by God’s POWER AND GRACE is toward being earthly useful and heavenly mindful, in order to FUNCTION and BECOME in God’s PURPOSE concerning you – in life and godliness. 

“And with GREAT POWER gave the apostles WITNESS of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:33. 

Living in the fulness of God in Christ Jesus stead does not come by accident or coincidence but by the consequence of God’s WORD that’s set in REDEMPTION default-motion, to fulfil His PURPOSE, by His enabling GRACE and POWER, to enact His BLESSEDNESS toward us, in Christ Jesus stead for His PLEASURE. 

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive GLORY and HONOUR and POWER: for thou hast CREATED all things, and for thy PLEASURE they are and were created” Revelation 4:11. 

For we are CREATED and MADE by God’s design as in all creation, for His PLEASURE. Hence all glory, honour and power are of God and for God in Christ Jesus stead as written. 

  • What then is God’s POWER? – It is the enabling of God to FUNCTION and PERFORM in Life and Godliness – toward God’s PURPOSE. 
  • What then is God’s GRACE – The enabling of God to BECOME in Life and Godliness – toward God’s PURPOSE. 

I want you to know full well, that God’s POWER in context, is not magical or a curious acts; and neither is it mystical, occultic nor sorcery or attributes to demonic divination and witchcraft as we do see in many places of gathering, in the name of ‘signs and wonders and miracles’ in quotes. 

Therefore, know for certain that what I am sharing here is about the enabling of God that MAKES and POSITION one with DARING spirit in life, to enable one FUNCTION by God’s Spirit and might, quickening one’s inability and weakness, in order to FULFILL Gods PURPOSE in LIFE and GODLINESS. (Acts 1:8; Zechariah 4:6/Ephesians 6:10, 19; Romans 8:28-30; 2 Peter 1:3-4). 

It’s time to know again that your ABILITIES are IRRELEVANT to God’s ABILITY. And God only needs your AVAILABILITY and not your ABILITY if you must FUNCTION in His stead and BECOME in His stead. That is the exact picture God gave to Apostle Paul for him to genuinely carry His inspiration, revelation and empowerment to write more than anyone, of the New Testament Epistles. 

For Apostle Paul to attain to the excellency of God in Christ Jesus, he considered his human ABILITY as dung in order to FUNCTION by God’s POWER and BECOME by His GRACE – though being a learned Lawyer under Sanhedrin, circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. Philippians 3:4-8. 

To authenticate the essence of God’s POWER and GRACE, each time Apostle Paul tried to use his ABILITY to do God’s Kingdom Business, he was denied over and over again. All he hears from God was – “My GRACE is sufficient to make you BE – BECOME, while My POWER is made mighty in your availability to make you FUNCTIONAL in His PURPOSE. 2 Corinthians 12:9; Ephesians 1:11; Romans 8:28. 

“Each time he said, “My GRACE is all you need. My POWER works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the POWER of Christ can work through me” 2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT (Emphasis Mine). 

Therefore, if you want God’s POWER to FUNCTION and GRACE to BECOME in God’s PURPOSE, you need to make yourself AVAILABLE on God’s terms and not on yours – for your ABILITY is zero and of no consequence in matters of God, in His GRACE and POWER, and in His BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen!

“. . . 14 And Jesus returned in the POWER of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about . . .” Luke 4:1-22. 

“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this PURPOSE, the Son of God was MANIFESTED, that he might DESTROY the WORKS of the devil” 1 John 3:8. 

“Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this CAUSE came I into the world, that I should bear WITNESS unto the truth. Everyone that is of the truth heareth my voice” John 18:37.

THE DANGER OF SCRIPTURAL IGNORANCE: IT LEADS ONE TO ERRORS, TO BECOME MISTAKEN AND TO BE ELUDED FROM THE POWER OF GOD!

“The man that WANDERETH out of THE WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall remain in the CONGREGATION [GATHERING] of the DEAD [UNPRODUCTIVE, TASKMASTER, OBSCURED, SLOTHFUL, SLUGGARD]” Proverbs 21:16.

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but THE WAY of TRANSGRESSORS [DISOBEDIENT, ARROGANT] is HARD (DIFFICULT, FRUSTRATING, CHALLENGING)” Proverbs 13:15.

Our Father God does not contain ignorance, the masterpiece of stupidity and foolishness and arrogance, especially in the midst of every opportunity to earn knowledge. Wisdom to do life and become in the grace, comes through knowledge and understanding. Playing the game of ignorance, takes no one along with God. God WINKS at ignorant people, especially when there’s every opportunity and possibility and signs indicating to ask to know and enquire the understanding to enable one excel in life and grace.

“And the times of this IGNORANCE God WINKED at [OVERLOOKED]; but now COMMANDETH all men every where to REPENT  [CHANGE]: 31 because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in RIGHTEOUSNESS by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given ASSURANCE unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” Acts 17:30-31.

Jesus Christ our saviour and Lord didn’t increase in wisdom, statue and in favour with Father God and man, by a mere wish, but took early time of His humanity to sit to know and understand by being in places to ask questions and get answers to be in understanding, in order to fulfil purpose meaningfully in Father God’s BUSINESS  [ASSIGNMENT] concerning Him. And why can’t you too, seek after knowing and understanding in context the matter of life and godliness, in order to ensure an assured content in the grace. So, get out of the erroneous and mistaken path due to ignorance and get into the path of knowledge and understanding in context; in order to be fulfilled purposefully and meaningfully in the grace wherein you are called in content.

“And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, SITTING in the midst of the DOCTORS [TEACHERS], both HEARING them, and ASKING them questions. 47 And all that heard him were astonished at his UNDERSTANDING and answers. . . . 49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my FATHER’S BUSINESS? 50 And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them . . . 52 And Jesus INCREASED in WISDOM and STATURE, and in FAVOUR with God and man” Luke 2: 46-52.

“And we know that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER for GOOD to them that LOVE God, to them who are the CALLED according to his PURPOSE” Romans 8:28/Ephesians 1:11-12; 1 Corinthians 2:9-10].

Avoid ignorance by every means. It’s dangerous and the sides effects and consequences it’s unimaginable. Ensure in every subject you endeavour to know and understand the context and possibly contents in order to avoid – erroneous position, become mistaken and misconstrued, and eluded from the power of God – meaning, the enabling of God’s grace for such context to be made revealing and manifesting for your good and BLESSEDNESS.

Ignorance hurts and hunts. It makes one stupid and foolish. It frustrates one’s efforts. It keeps one away from the good of God – for God winks at ignorance. Ignorance subjugates. It enslaves. It captivates. It’s destructive. The sides effects it’s innumerable and unimaginable and never a wish for any – therefore don’t even imagine it or allow it plays around you and within your domain at any given moment. PURSUE to ENSURE knowledge and understanding always in order to stay safe.

“A WISE man is STRONG; yea, a man of KNOWLEDGE INCREASETH STRENGTH” Proverbs 24:5.

“WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy GETTING GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7.

For God is FAITHFUL and rewarding Father God, who cherished achieving and accomplishing anything through process which is a consequence of knowledge and understanding. For wisdom to succeed in excellence is the application of knowledge, unlike ignorance whose effects it’s to be slothful [sluggard] and unproductive. For whatever has no process of accomplishments is a fraud and a scam in context and content. God wants you to be a follower of Him and those who do life and godliness, through knowledge and understanding of the scriptural context to ensure an assured content.

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“For God is not UNRIGHTEOUS [UNGRATEFUL, UNFAITHFUL] to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same DILIGENCE to the FULL ASSURANCE of hope unto the end: 12 that ye be NOT SLOTHFUL, but FOLLOWERS of them who through faith and patience INHERIT [ACCOMPLISH, ACHIEVE] the promises” Hebrews 6:10-12.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a REWARDER of them that DILIGENTLY seek him” Hebrews 11:6.

IT PAYS TO PATIENTLY STRIFE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THAN TO STAY IN IGNORANCE WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STUPIDITY AND FOOLISHNESS, SLOTHFULNESS AND SLUGGISHNESS THAT IT BRINGS – UNPRODUCTIVE IN CONTEXT AND CONTENT.

IGNORANCE is not just bad enough, but a DIS-EASE [UN-EASE] place and position that is worst than cancerous disease of any sorts. For by IGNORANCE many talents, vision and dreams that would have enhance life and godly living in uplifting and placing people and persons’ in an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory, has landed and ended such in the GRAVEYARDS – unfulfilled, unsung, unproductive, unwritten, unaccomplished and such like.

THE DANGER OF SCRIPTURAL IGNORANCE: IT LEADS ONE TO ERRORS, TO BECOME MISTAKEN AND TO BE ELUDED FROM THE POWER OF GOD!
 
“The man that WANDERETH out of THE WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall remain in the CONGREGATION [GATHERING] of the DEAD [UNPRODUCTIVE, TASKMASTER, OBSCURED, SLOTHFUL, SLUGGARD]” Proverbs 21:16.
 
“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but THE WAY of TRANSGRESSORS [DISOBEDIENT, ARROGANT] is HARD [DIFFICULT, FRUSTRATING, CHALLENGING]” Proverbs 13:15.
 
Our Father God does not contain ignorance, which is the masterpiece of stupidity and foolishness and arrogance, especially in the midst of every opportunity to acquiring and earning the knowledge to answer to your earnest quest in life and godliness. Wisdom to do life and become in the grace, comes through knowledge and understanding. Playing the game of ignorance, takes no one along with God. God WINKED at ignorance and ignorant people, especially when there’s every opportunity and possibility and signs indicating wisdom, – to ask to know and enquire the understanding to enable one excel in life and grace.

THE KINGDOM GOSPEL

THE KINGDOM GOSPEL: GIVES SALVATION UNTO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH!

“For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST: for it is THE POWER of God UNTO SALVATION to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith” Romans 1:16-17.

The Gospel of Christ Jesus, it’s the POWER of God that brings about the SALVATION of all mankind for today and tomorrow. How relevant it is today than ever before, in the midst of the turbulence, confusion, distrust, breakdown, hunger, chaos, wars, pandemic and such like, that have raven our world today.

And SALVATION in this context is not necessarily only about just being born of God into His Kingdom; but it’s also about matters of life and not limited to the following: PEACE, SOUND MIND, HEALTH, PROSPERITY, HEALING, SECURITY, SAFETY, DELIVERANCE, RESTORATION, STRENGHT, LIVELIHOOD, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP and Such like the MORE.

So, the preaching of the GOSPEL is the preaching of THE WORD of God, which is the preaching of Christ Jesus, who is THE WORD, the GOOD NEWS of human redemption. The good news is that man’s debt and eternal judgement is everted because Christ Jesus has paid for it by the sacrifice He made to take on the human condemnation – which is the consequence of sin, so that man can be JUSTIFIED before God instead of facing the Judgement of condemnations; and thereafter man can then live in FREEDOM from sin and it’s effect, in an onward and upward trajectory toward God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“And THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM shall be PREACHED in all the world for a WITNESS unto ALL NATIONS; and then shall the end come” Matthew 24:14.

“But ye shall receive POWER, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be WITNESSES unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, AND UNTO THE UTTERMOST PART OF THE EARTH” Acts 1:8.

“Yea, so have I strived to PREACH THE GOSPEL, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation: 21 but as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand” Romans 15:20-21.

AUGUST YOUR LIFE BY GOD’S ENABLING POWER: JESUS DID, SO WERE THE FIRST AND EARLY APOSTLES AND FELLOW BELIEVER’S!

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the CALLED according to HIS PURPOSE . . .” Romans 8:28-30.

The power of God is the enabling of God to accomplish His PURPOSE in your life. Hence, a PURPOSELESS living lifestyle, can’t receive God’s POWER to enable the actualisation of the set out divine PURPOSE of God – in the individual – both in life and godliness, in Christ Jesus stead.

“. . . 11 in whom also we have OBTAINED an inheritance, being PREDESTINATED according to the PURPOSE of him who worketh all things after the COUNSEL of his own will . . .” Ephesians 1:3-12.

Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord, live for God’s given CAUSE and PURPOSE in humanity to accomplish God’s intent for humanity. And for that PURPOSE to be accomplished He was not only ANOINTED with the Holy Spirit, He was also EMPOWERED by the Holy Spirit, to fulfill that PURPOSE under God. 1 John 3:8; John 18:37; Luke 4:1-2, 14. Thus, indicating that Christ Jesus in humanity, in order for Him to fulfill God’s PURPOSE, and be able to bear WITNESS of the Gospel truth, could only have accomplished it all by the given POWER of God for that purpose. John 18:37 (John 5:31-33, 36-37; John 8:18; John 10:25).

Just know today for sure and assuredly, that God’s POWER is not a GIVEN for NOTHING. It’s for the PURPOSE of being a WITNESS of God, to humanity in all capacity of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. These places are thus but not limited: marriage, family, ministry, career, business, enterprise, relationship, leadership and such like. In all, it’s about being God’s representative and ambassador with the message of reconciliation to humanity through every avenue of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. Acts 1:8; Matthew 24:14; 2 Corinthians 5:17-20; Ephesians 6:20.

The Disciples of Jesus Christ that turns Apostles, live to bear WITNESS of the Gospel of God in Christ Jesus, by the enabling POWER of God in His grace, that was bestowed upon them. Long before Christ Jesus was done of His humanity cause and purpose, He did inform and assured them and to us of today, of the promised POWER of God toward them and us of today, which will give the enabling of fulfilling God’s PURPOSE in humanity for any that comes to Him. Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; Acts 4:33.

In summary, one can say that the essence of God’s POWER in an individual Christian, is to fulfil God’s PURPOSE in the individual, in order to ensure God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Romans 8:28-30. Hence, if you seek or are seeking after God’s enabling POWER in your life, ensure you’ve resolved the God’s PURPOSE in your life, otherwise you get NOTHING from God, but the counterfeit, adulteration and falsehood, just as many that have been BEWITCHED into SORCERIES as Simon of Acts 8:9-24, who goes about claiming as being attributed with the great POWER of God, in self-denial and self-deception to himself and his followers.

I hereby employ you to – AUGUST YOUR LIFE BY GOD’S ENABLING POWER IN CHRIST JESUS, as Jesus Christ DID experience in humanity, and so were, THE FIRST AND EARLY APOSTLES and FELLOW BELIEVER’S, in Christ Jesus stead did experience. Amen.

“But ye shall receive POWER, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be WITNESSES unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” Acts 1:8.

“And this GOSPEL of the kingdom shall be PREACHED in all the world for a WITNESS unto all nations; and then shall the end come” Matthew 24:14.

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: 27 and ye also shall bear WITNESS, because ye have been with me from the beginning” John 15:26-27.

“And with great POWER gave the apostles WITNESS of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:33.

“There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a WITNESS, to bear WITNESS of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear WITNESS of that Light . . . 15 John bare WITNESS of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me” John 1:6-8, 15.

AUGUST YOUR LIFE BY GOD’S ENABLING POWER: CHRIST JESUS IS THE POWER OF GOD AND THE WISDOM OF GOD!

“And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore ERR, because ye KNOW NOT THE SCRIPTURES, neither THE POWER OF GOD?” Mark 12:24.

“. . . 24 but unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, CHRIST THE POWER OF GOD, and THE WISDOM OF GOD . . .” 1 Corinthians 1:18-31.

When person’s or rather people don’t know the genuine POWER of God that is of Christ Jesus stead, they give into SORCERIES and BEWITCHING. And over the years many have found themselves into such bondages as the Scriptures says in Hosea 4:6 and Isaiah 5:13-15, that my people perish for lack of knowledge and had become prey and captives and have gone further into captivity for lack of knowledge. And I know exactly what it all means.

It’s for this lack of knowledge that a whole city of Samaria in Bible days was held in captivity and BEWITCHED with SORCERIES because a man called Simon and not Christ Jesus, was considered to be the great POWER of God. And multitude became victims and prey to this outrageous acts of SORCERIES and BEWITCHING by a man that held them as PREY and in CAPTIVITY for a very long, long time.

Take a look today and picture, how many have taken similar seating position in many supposed believer’s life by the accordance they give to these fallible men as to have the great POWER of God than to Christ Jesus in the fulness of the activities been carried out about them. And unfortunately, like Simon, these fallible men allowed these applaud of what they are not, to happen and keeping happening because they know that the people are BEWITCHED by their SORCERIES acts knowingly and unknowingly.

It’s for these acts and route of attributing the POWER of God that is of Christ Jesus to men, that cause God to let King Herod to be eaten up with worms when he allowed himself to be consumed by the applaud of men in Acts 12:20-24. That single act of God as happened also to Simon in Acts 8:18-24 with sharp and heavy handed rebuke, for wanting to buy the Holy Spirit with money in order to maintain his status, was needful then and more today, so that the  genuine POWER and the WORD of God which is of Christ Jesus, could multiply in the hearts of men rather than the falsehood of these fallible men that’s BEWITCHING by SORCERIES, the creation of God as it was of Simon of Samaria.

Therefore, think and ponder today, if you are one of those attributing the POWER of God which is of Christ Jesus to a man, thereby leading them to errors; also, if you are one of the men as Simon and king Herod, receiving the accordance of the POWER of God, which is of Christ Jesus as yours, in order to maintain and keep the status of your pride and arrogance, in bewitching the people with that act, practice and scheme that you are using which is unknown to your followers.

For there is no POWER but of God: the POWERS that be are ORDAINED of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 for he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake . . .” Romans 13:1-10.
