PASTORAL MINISTRY – IT’S NOT A GAME: IT’S A SHEPHERD AND SHEPHERDING MINISTERIAL CALLING!

You are either CALLED or NOT. Everyone CALLED is a MESSENGER. And every MESSENGER is GIVEN a SPECIFIC and SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT with a MESSAGE to FEED the FLOCKS – God’s own Heritage – with the needed KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING towards God and His Christ – John 17:3/Jeremiah 3:15.

Those NOT CALLED, are not MESSENGERS but HIRELING – Thieves and Robbers – John 10:8, 12-13. And with such there is NO MESSAGE nor any specific given assignment of God but that of their self-indulgence, gratification, men applaud and egotism under the influence of satanic/demonic and cohorts mission. This is the reason for – Adulteration, Schism, Bewitching, Robbery, Dogmas, Sorcery, Falsehoods, Confusion and such like, in the body Ministry of the Gospel, indicating and supposedly the signs of the last days – Philippians 1:15-18; 2 Timothy 3:1-9; 2 Peter 3:1-7.

These sets of SELF-MADE-UP and SELF-CALLED Pastors, are full of fables, philosophy of men, endless genealogies, vain jangling, teachers of idealism and realism, denominational made up creeds, man-made tradition and dogmas that leads people to further bondages and hence makes God’s WORD of no effect in the Gospel. 1 Timothy 1:1-11.

PASTORAL MINISTRY? It’s not an Office Position – It’s a set Ministerial Calling – It’s a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING that is principled with responsibility and accountability in Christ Jesus stead, for the GLORY and PRAISE of God. Galatians 6:14-16; Revelation 4:11. It’s a set MINISTERIAL calling to LEAD and LEADERSHIP of God’s REDEEMED, PRECIOUS and BLESSED people; and not to the BOSS and DOMINEER people around for self-gratification and egotism. There’s no room for SELF INTEREST and SELFISHNESS in the PASTORAL MINISTRY as a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING of God.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING:

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“And I will SET UP SHEPHERDS over them which shall FEED them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 23:4.

“The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 2 FEED the FLOCK of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for FILTHY LUCRE, but of a READY MIND; 3 neither as being lords over God’s HERITAGE, but being ENSAMPLES to the FLOCK. 4 And when the CHIEF SHEPHERD shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away” 1 Peter 5:1-4.

“I am the GOOD SHEPHERD: the GOOD shepherd giveth his life for the SHEEP” John 10:11.

“Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that GREAT SHEPHERD of the SHEEP, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. JESUS CHRIST IN OUR REDEMPTION: RECEIVED AND GAVE GIFTS TO MATURE HIS CHURCH!

Our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, did ensure that in our REDEMPTION in Him, He RECEIVED and GAVE spiritual gifts and endowment on our behalf to mature His Church (Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:7-16; Revelation 5:19-12). And YOU ARE THAT CHURCH; and I hereby remind you, that it’s your obligations and not someone else, to ENSURE that – WHAT YOU FEED ON – WHERE YOU FEED FROM – WHO AND WHOM YOU FEED FROM – are MATURING you in God’s GRACE and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. For you are the custodian of your FULFILMENT in FAITH, in Christ Jesus stead and not someone else.

We live in the last days, you must always remember, that you are the CUSTODIAN of your happiness for now, today and tomorrow. Meaning, you are responsible and accountable on every thought and corresponding action you take to make you have and become who you are. You are either REACTING or RESPONDING in life, to anything you consider to be the PRINCIPLE of life you are applying to fulfill PURPOSE.

Our Father God in His infinite wisdom has given us every good thing that can principally help us in all that PERTAINS to doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY in Christ Jesus stead. And the sure infinite wisdom gift of God are there to make us MATURE in Him in Christ Jesus, that we might THRIVE, ENSURE and ENJOY His GRACE and BLESSEDNESS in every way. 2 Peter 1:2-4.

When our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ led CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE in His journey of descending and ascending to Glory, He RECEIVE gifts and GAVE such gifts to men, to ENSURE and ASSURE MATURITY in and for His people; that they might fully fulfill His PURPOSE, meant for them as individual and collective ambassador’s, toward God and humanity, while there are in the earth. Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:7-10; Revelation 5:9-12.

One of such gifts of God in Christ Jesus, is classified as MINISTERIAL GIFTS of God. The SET MINISTERIAL GIFT in essence, embodied the SHEPHERDING of God’s people that they might be PERFECTED – meaning MATURED in all their dealings that pertains toward doing LIFE on earthly demands and living godly for the heavenly demands. And unfortunately, immaturity, contention, schism and disorder have taken hold within this Ministerial gifts, that the byproduct of the essence are not worth mentioning at all. That’s why you as an individual, must make it a matter of personal responsibility and accountability, to ENSURE that WHAT you are FEEDING on, WHERE you are FEEDING from, and WHO/WHOM you are FEEDING from, are in essence MATURING you, in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in Christ Jesus stead, in His GRACE and BLESSEDNESS. John 10:1-18.

Therefore, be assured to ensure, that you are PRINCIPLED enough, in all the PLATFORM of life you get yourself into, that you are fulfiling that God given PURPOSE in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, and such driven PURPOSE you acclaimed, is MATURING you in the knowledge and understanding that is presentable in the face of Christ Jesus, to whom you will answer one day – knowingly or unknowingly. 2 Corinthians 4:6; 2 Corinthians 3:18.

And if you are a part of the SET MINISTERIAL GIFTS that are GIVEN to MATURE the CHURCH, as a consequence of while Christ Jesus have to died and rose again, and sat on the throne, having led CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE, so that His Church might be PERFECTED in Him, you need to ENSURE you are actually fulfilling the PURPOSE of FEEDING God’s REDEEMED precious people, with His KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING; and not with religious bigots, man-made belief, tradition dogmas of men, religion bye-laws and creeds, and such like.

It’s my earnest PRAYER that each one of us in Christ Jesus, GROW MATURED in God’s GRACE and BLESSEDNESS – meaning, being PERFECTED and EQUIPPED, to keep the GOSPEL, the good news of God in Christ Jesus for human salvation without stain of contention, schisms, disorders, impurity and such like. Ensure you create within you, a well-guarded garrison, of a spiritual filter, that’s centered and centric to the WORD OF GOD, to keep you away and from non-maturing and sentimental poisoning that are now spreading like wild fire, all over the places, in the name of God. Hebrews 4:12-13; 2 Timothy 3:14-17; 2 Timothy 2:15.

Know today and always for your reminder toward your onwards and upwards trajectory that:

JESUS CHRIST IN OUR REDEMPTION – RECEIVED AND GAVE GIFTS TO MATURE HIS CHURCH – IT’S YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY THAT YOU ENSURE THAT WHAT YOU FEED ON, WHERE YOU FEED FROM, WHO AND WHOM YOU FEED FROM – ARE MATURING YOU IN GOD’S GRACE AND BLESSEDNESS IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD.

DON’T BE A LAZYBUTT IN THE KINGDOM: AWAKE TO READING – MAKE A DIFFERENCE – BE FREE FROM IGNORANCE AND THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN!

Ignorance is not just destructive, but enslaves one, keeps one in CAPTIVITY and BONDAGE of all sorts; it’s WORST than a CANCEROUS disease, it short circuits ones present and future greatness, and makes one to own up and give up ones WILL and WORTH unknowingly, thereby DESTROYING ones PURPOSE in LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

You can’t afford in 21st Century as the REDEEMED in Christ Jesus, to live less than what REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus has offered you and us all; to make us Triumphant, Victorious, More Than Conquerors and an Overcomer of this present world through FAITH until Christ Jesus earnest return; and to take us away into the indescribable and incomprehensible gracious and graceful bosom of His. As such, stop been in a hurry to escape from reality of LIFE and GODLY LIVING because of your being LAZYBUTT – to louse around as if nothing matters.

Something matters my dear – it’s about LIFE and GODLY LIVING. You are BORN AGAIN to FULFILL PURPOSE.

We are inexcusable for our ignorance – (Acts 17:30-31). You are only MISTAKEN and accordingly working in ERRORS, because of IGNORANCE of the TRUTH – (Matthew 22:29). Know for sure that it’s your principled responsibility and accountability when you fail through ignorance. Someone may be responsible for your falling in the ditch; you can’t live blaming such somebody for remaining and keeping yourself in the ditch. You are responsible and accountable for the decision you make to either RISE UP to be ABOVE ONLY, or STAY BACK, STAND SAME and STILL, mourning, complaining, excusing, accusing and such likes to fulfil sentimental position.

HENCE I SAY:

THE EVIL INFLUENCE OF TELEVISION

(Wisdom Nuggets: Worth Pondering with all graciousness and gracefulness in Christ Jesus stead).

THE EVIL INFLUENCE OF TELEVISION. BE CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL!!! HOPE YOU WILL READ ALL OF THIS POST ! PROTECT YOUR MIND AND THE MINDS OF YOUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN !! The influence of unfiltered T.V. watching is very subtle and very powerful and many times very direct and very obvious that it calls for ‘guarding your heart with all diligence’.

Read 6:5-7 “And you shall love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And you shall teach them diligently unto thy children, and shall talk of them when you sit in thine house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up”. ARE YOU ADDICTED TO T.V. PROGRAMS THAT DEFILE YOUR MIND? IS YOUR MIND FULL OF T.V. OR FULL OF THE HOLY WORD OF GOD? ARE YOU DEVOTED TO THE T.V OR TO THE LORD?.

STUDY BIBLE NOTE: THREE KEY POINTS.

The godly training of children should be a foremost concern of parents.
Spiritual instruction must be centered in the home, with both father and mother taking part. Devotion to the Lord in the home is not an option; it is a direct commandment from the Lord.
The purpose of parental instruction is to teach the children to fear the Lord, to walk in all His ways, to love and appreciate Him, and to serve Him with all their hearts and minds ( 10:12, Eph.6:4).

Dear Facebook friend the very atmosphere of your home should be filled with the Word of God. The flood of filth through T.V. and movies has polluted many homes and many minds. Pollution instead of wholesome purity and holiness. Are you being diligent in the Word or are you passively allowing the garbage of the world to invade your home through ungodly T.V programs and Movies?

Only eternity will reveal the sad horrible effects of television on the minds of Christians in this present evil age we live in. We have no reason to watch things that defile our minds. To say, ‘It does not affect me’ is a very poor excuse indeed! The writers have an agenda which is to promote evil in the name of entertainment.
According to Jeremiah 10:2 we must not ‘learn the way of the heathen’. Do you heed this warning from God? Constant watching of TV programs that are full of crime, violence, hatred, sexual impurity and mocking of God dulls your conscience and implants sinful thoughts into your mind. It is the very opposite of the command to ‘cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God’. (2nd Cor.7:1)

THINK ABOUT HOW THIS AFFECTS THE MINDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUR OWN MIND.

4. To watch the glorification of evil and sin is wrong for the child of God, who is to set his affections on things above. (Col.3:1-3).

The family hour is now prime time TV instead of gathering the family together for a time of Worship and instruction in the Word of God which renews the mind.

People live in a fantasy world that is unreal and makes sin look good! Hard to be a dedicated born again Christian if you are devoted to the idol of TV instead of being fully devoted to a holy God!

God must be 1st place in our lives!

TELEVISION is very distracting, time wasting, and causes temptation and the lowering of the holy standards of God. Watching a TV program that ‘calls evil good and good evil’ will cause you to compromise with evil and to tolerate evil since you allow yourself to be entertained by evil. This is very harmful and it is not innocent fun! TV is a deadly distraction that kills the spiritual atmosphere in your life and home.
You cannot easily sit with those who mock the Lord with filthy suggestive jokes and language and grieve the Holy Spirit and live wholly to the Lord at the same time. Sin is portrayed on TV not as sin but as “normal and acceptable” and God forbid that we approve of this portrayal of sin. Do you laugh at what God hates? Most TV viewing cannot be pleasing to The Spirit! It may pull and attract the flesh but we are commanded to deny worldly lusts. (Titus 2:12).
To look on and enjoy the things He has redeemed you from is very offensive to the Son of God. To allow your life to be cheapened by such garbage is to abuse the grace of God. Where is the love for worship, for fellowship with a holy God and renewing your mind with the Truth?
WE SHOULD BE IN CLOSE FELLOWSHIP WITH A HOLY GOD WHICH MEANS YOU WILL BE REPULSED AT THE AMOUNT OF WICKEDNESS ON TELEVISION!!

LIVE AND MAXIMISE YOUR BEST LIFE IN EVERYWAY: SERVE AND WORSHIP GOD IN JOYFULNESS AND GLADNESS – IN THE NOW!

The current atmosphere in the world in essence may directly or indirectly be affecting your well-being; it may be traumatizing, frustrating, beyond human comprehension and control in every sense of your thoughts and imaginations. However it may be, I want you to know and understand as God’s redeemed, it’s your time to take advantage of the atmosphere to celebrate your moment in grace and to live your best life in the now, in every way, no matter what betides you in the course of doing life and in the grace wherein you stand in Christ Jesus stead.

It’s time to be gracious and graceful to SERVE the LORD GOD acceptably and WORSHIP Him worthily with joyfulness and gladness in every moment in the now, else you’ll serve your enemies and the resultant effect is: hunger, thirst, nakedness, oppression, bondage and such like the more. And I am not sure that’s where you intend to be in the grace wherein God has set you free in Christ Jesus to stand in His stead.

In times like this – you need to have a personal KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of Father God in Christ Jesus in your heart thoughts in LIFE and GODLINESS. For you ARE the circumcised or circumcision in the heart – spirit man, who SERVE and WORSHIP God from the spirit being, the SIXTH sense, the sense of FAITH by the WORD of God; and you need not have any DELIGHT to SERVE and WORSHIP God from the realm of the flesh – of the five senses, that is, to – feel, smell, taste, see and hear, in order to BELIEVE and exercise FAITH in God.

Therefore I say to you in Christ Jesus’ stead:

SERVE AND WORSHIP GOD FROM YOUR SPIRIT BEING BY THE TRUTH – WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD. This thus means you have no cause to feel LIMITED or lost in Christ Jesus. The KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that the CHURCH that Christ Jesus is BUILDING is YOU and it is the ARCHITECTURAL building that we crave to gather therein which currently appears to be at LOCKED DOWN momentarily. So let’s live our BEST life now by all means in Christ Jesus.

I pray you to have an awesome, amazing, gracious, graceful, and a blessed day in every way you do LIFE and GODLINESS.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And this is LIFE ETERNAL, that they might KNOW thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” John 17:3.

“Because thou SERVEDST not the Lord thy God with JOYFULNESS, and with GLADNESS of HEART, for the ABUNDANCE of all things; 48 therefore shalt thou SERVE thine ENEMIES which the Lord shall send against thee, in HUNGER, and in THIRST, and in NAKEDNESS, and in WANT of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee” Deuteronomy 28:47-48.

BEING FRUITFUL, BLOSSOMING AND FLOURISHING IN GRACE: FOR IN GOD IN GRACE – AGE DOESN’T LIMIT ANY IN FRUITFULNESS!

God gives the enabling grace – anointing – to make us FLOURISH and be FRUITFUL in Him. And it is an indication of Him being our ROCK and without UNRIGHTEOUSNESS in Him. Psalms 92:12-15; 2 Corinthians 5:21.

The act of FLOURISHING and FRUITFULNESS is not limited to a few. It’s available and reachable and liveable to all, even at OLD age – NO LIMITATIONS IN GRACE – Galatians 3:26-29; Psalms 92:12-15. Hence, there’s no room to make excuses, complain, blame and assume there’s someone responsible and accountable for your UNPRODUCTIVE and UNFRUITFUL state in life, when and while all signs and indications of blossoming and flourishing are there. If there’s anything to blame, it’s one’s IGNORANCE to THINK that a mere blossoming and flourishing is sufficient without FRUITFULNESS. Unfortunately, God winked at ignorance. Acts 17:30-31.

Think about this – Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, while in humanity have to rebuke with woe to the PHARISEES and SCRIBES, who thinks that a mere paying of their TITHE is sufficient to ACCESS God’s favor and to LEGISLATE spirituality, when they overlook the essence of FRUITFULNESS and the fruitful character of JUSTICE, MERCY and FAITHFULNESS – Matthew 23:23. THINK about it – to BLOSSOM and FLOURISH but no FRUIT does not WIN God’s favor.

Therefore, get yourself PLANTED in the house of the Lord, in order to FLOURISH and be FRUITFUL in LIFE and GODLY LIVING. Don’t be a POTTED plant that is not ROOTED in a place and taken about places, but rather be a PLANTED plant that is ROOTED in the house of the Lord, in order to experience not just the segment of flourishing and blossoming as a Palm tree and a cedar in labor, but as a FRUITFUL one in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Remember that Christ Jesus CURSED a fig tree that was BLOSSOMING and FLOURISHING without FRUIT and FRUITFULNESS. Mark 11:11-14.

I PRAY that you will be ROOTED in your PLANTED place such that you will BLOSSOM and FLOURISH in Grace, and become fruitful in all that pertains to doing LIFE and GODLY LIVING – 2 Peter 1:2-4.

“And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve. 12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was HUNGRY: 13 and seeing a FIG TREE AFAR OFF HAVING LEAVES, HE CAME, IF HAPLY HE MIGHT FIND ANY THING THEREON: AND WHEN HE CAME TO IT, HE FOUND NOTHING BUT LEAVES; for the time of figs was not yet. 14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, NO MAN EAT FRUIT of thee hereafter forever. “But my HORN [my emblem of strength and power] You have EXALTED like that of a wild ox; I am ANOINTED with FRESH OIL [for Your service]. 11 My eye has looked on my foes; My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me. 12 The righteous will FLOURISH like the date palm [long-lived, upright and useful]; They will GROW like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic and stable]. 13 Planted in the house of the Lord, They will FLOURISH in the courts of our God. 14 [Growing in grace] they will still THRIVE and bear FRUIT and PROSPER in old age; They will FLOURISH and be vital and fresh [rich in trust and love and contentment]; 15 [They are living memorials] to declare that the Lord is upright and faithful [to His promises]; He is my ROCK, and THERE IS NO UNRIGHTEOUSNESS in Him” Psalms 92:10-15 Amplified.

“Woe to you, [self-righteous] SCRIBES and PHARISEES, hypocrites! For you give a TENTH (tithe) of your mint and dill and cumin [focusing on minor matters], and have NEGLECTED the weightier [more important moral and spiritual] provisions of the Law: JUSTICE and MERCY and FAITHFULNESS; but these are the [primary] things you OUGHT to have done without NEGLECTING the others” Matthew 23:23 Amplified.

“Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 for the kingdom of God is not MEAT (FOOD) and DRINK; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, and PEACE, and JOY in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is ACCEPTABLE to God, and APPROVED of men” Romans 14:16-18.

SOME SCRIPTURAL CONTEXT ON – FRUITFULNESS AND MATURITY IN THE SPIRIT: SOWING The SEED OF RIGHTEOUSNESS – TO EFFECT THE PEACEABLE FRUIT(S) OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN YOU!

God wants you to be FRUITFUL in every way in His grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead. His FRUIT(S) of RIGHTEOUSNESS is a consequence of SOWING the SEED of RIGHTEOUSNESS. For like begat likes, just as a Lion doesn’t give birth to a Goat and a Mango fruit does not reproduce a Cashew fruit – Genesis 1:11-12; Matthew 12:33-36; Luke 6:43-45.

Our character fruit of righteousness will always reproduce after its kind as we continuously sow the character seed of righteousness in every way of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus’ stead.

And the WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS which is PEACE toward God and humanity has a corresponding EFFECT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is QUIETNESS and ASSURANCE forever in doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY, even as it’s written:

“And the WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS shall be PEACE; and the EFFECT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS QUIETNESS and ASSURANCE forever” Isaiah 32:17.

As a result of the WORK and EFFECT of RIGHTEOUSNESS in FRUITFULNESS, herein are SOME SCRIPTURAL WRIT PRINCIPLES that are worth pondering and noting:

1*. IT IS ONLY THE GOD OF ALL GRACE THAT’S ABLE TO INCREASE YOUR FRUITS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AS YOU SOW YOUR SEED:

“And God is ABLE TO MAKE ALL GRACE ABOUND TOWARD YOU; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 9 (as it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth forever. 10 NOW HE THAT MINISTERETH SEED TO THE SOWER BOTH MINISTER BREAD FOR YOUR FOOD, AND MULTIPLY YOUR SEED SOWN, AND INCREASE THE FRUITS OF YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS;) 11 being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God” 2 Corinthians 9:8-11.

2*. THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS IN ALL GOODNESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH:

“For ye were SOMETIMES darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: WALK as children of light: 9 (FOR THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS IN ALL GOODNESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH;) 10 proving what is acceptable unto the Lord” Ephesians 5:8-10.

3*. SOWING THE PEACE OF THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS WORTH A LIVING:

“But the WISDOM that is from ABOVE (HEAVENLY) is first PURE, then PEACEABLE, GENTLE, and EASY to be intreated, full of MERCY and GOOD FRUITS, without PARTIALITY, and without HYPOCRISY. 18 And THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is SOWN in peace of them that make peace” James 3:17-18.

4*. ENSURING GODLY CHASTENING THAT YIELDS THE PEACEABLE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS:

“. . . 11 Now no CHASTENING for the PRESENT seemeth to be joyous, but grievous (severe, painful): nevertheless afterward it YIELDETH THE PEACEABLE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS unto them which are exercised thereby” Hebrews 12:1-11 Emphasis Mine.

BEING FILLED WITH THE FRUITS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS MAKES YOU:

“And this I pray, that your LOVE may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; 10 that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; 11 BEING FILLED WITH THE FRUITS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God” Philippians 1:9-11.

THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS MUCH MORE THAN FOOD AND DRINK – IT’S ABOUT RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT:

“Let not then your GOOD BE EVIL SPOKEN OF: 17 for the kingdom of God is not MEAT (FOOD) and DRINK; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, and PEACE, and JOY in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that IN THESE THINGS SERVETH Christ is ACCEPTABLE to God, and APPROVED of men” Romans 14:16-18 Emphasis Mine.

“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, THE HERB YIELDING SEED, AND THE FRUIT TREE YIELDING FRUIT AFTER HIS KIND, WHOSE SEED IS IN ITSELF, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good” Genesis 1:11-12.

“Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, HOW CAN YE, BEING EVIL, SPEAK GOOD THINGS? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment” Matthew 12:33-36.

“FOR A GOOD TREE BRINGETH NOT FORTH CORRUPT FRUIT; NEITHER DOTH A CORRUPT TREE BRING FORTH GOOD FRUIT. 44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. 45 A good man out of the GOOD TREASURE OF HIS HEART bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the EVIL TREASURE OF HIS HEART bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh” Luke 6:43-45.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast CREATED all things, and for thy PLEASURE they are and were CREATED” Revelation 4:11.
