STOP CRYING AS ONE WITHOUT HOPE, FAITH AND LOVE IN GOD: FOR IN YOUR DARK AND DARKNESS – THERE IS GOD’S GLORY AND BEAUTY!

“Therefore we do not become DISCOURAGED [spiritless, disappointed, or afraid]. Though our OUTER self is [progressively] wasting away, yet our INNER self is being [progressively] RENEWED day by day. 17 For our MOMENTARY, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal weight of glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]! 18 So we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen; for the things which are visible are temporal [just brief and fleeting], but the things which are invisible are everlasting and imperishable” 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 Amplified.

I know what tears and pain and disappointments feels and looks like. I know what setbacks with hopelessness, faithlessness, lovelessness looks like. I know how it feels that there should be no tomorrow. I know how it feels to wish the morning was night and the night was day; and when the day and night seems so long and you wish you could BURY YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND AS AN OSTRICH INSTEAD OF SOARING AS AN EAGLE; and when the darkness seems so dark that nothing in life matters any more and all you think about is to stop living because you are overwhelmed with matters of life. I know how it looks when all one can see it’s danger and such like, and nothing meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling any more. I have seen it in many forms to know it’s only by God and through God in Christ Jesus stead to come through under the Sun in humanity.

“For God, who commanded THE LIGHT TO SHINE OUT OF DARKNESS, hath SHINED in our hearts, TO GIVE THE LIGHT of the knowledge of the GLORY of God in the FACE of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6.

And I want you to know what else that I know – God does bring forth LIGHT OUT OF EVERY DARK and DARKNESS that shows up in our day to day challenges. The dark and darkness that shows up momentarily or as long standing obstacles in metaphorical form as MOUNTAIN, VALLEY, CROOKED ROAD and ROUGH PLACES, in our path of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. Am very certain and assured that God will not OVERSHADOWED that your darkness with light to keep you in circus but will BRING FORTH LIGHT OUT of that seemly impossible DARK PLACE and the DARKNESS with the needed and needful graciousness and gracefulness in His BLESSEDNESS. For God intent is to see you glow, rejuvenate, refresh and blossom out of “THAT” dark and darkness you are dealing with right now. I know it without a shadow of a doubt because each rivers of challenges that I have seen and walk and gone through have made me BETTER than BITTER because I know the essence of light OUT of darkness in doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY.

“But the PATH of the JUST (RIGHTEOUS) is like the LIGHT of dawn, that SHINES BRIGHTER and BRIGHTER until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the PERFECT (DAWN) day” Proverbs 4:18 Amplified.

Therefore be at peace with yourself today, for the DAYSTAR in you, which is Christ Jesus the Saviour and Lord for today, tomorrow and always, will shine again in you and through you, and many in darkness will come to your light in Him to share in your joy and testimony of grace. For darkness can’t overshadowed light. Light will always be superior to any darkness. The darker the case, the the more the glow in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Stop CRYING as one without hope in God; for in that your DARKNESS – therein is God’s GLORY and BEAUTY of you in Christ Jesus. I pray that you will take on a new look and leap of faith in life,  that your onward and upward trajectory in Christ Jesus can’t be stop by any level of darkness no matter the momentary lapses and delays in the now.

HAVE FAITH IN GOD – and be BLESSED in God’s GRACE and BLESSEDNESS.

OBEYING THE HEAVENLY MANDATE: PREACH CHRIST, PREACH THE WORD – THERE WOULD BE JOY IN THE CITY OF YOUR BEING!

“. . .4 Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where PREACHING THE WORD. 5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and PREACHED CHRIST unto them . . . 7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. 8 And there was GREAT JOY in that CITY . . .” Acts 8:1-20.

Don’t be Mistaken on the GOSPEL MESSAGE – It’s the POWER and ANSWER to all HUMAN INNERMOST QUEST for – yesterday, today and tomorrow.

“For I am not ASHAMED of the GOSPEL of Christ: for it is the POWER of God unto SALVATION to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For THEREIN is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith” Romans 1:16-17.

We live today in the times of divergence of pendamic, trials, brutality, bitterness, greed,  persecutions, evils, denials, wickedness, hatred and poverty in our worlds, while there’s yet in the midst of all these happenings are God’s abundant provisions of DELIVERANCE, HOPE, FAITH and LOVE – for all hopeless, faithless and loveless challenges and circumstances.

The likelihood of the challenging times today is for most people to blame or curse or accuse or transfer aggressions to others. And some will take advantage of others by appealing to their emotions, sentiments and fears in other to have holds over them in their vulnerability.

And what people needs today in the midst of the situations, circumstances and challenges before them is the UNSPEAKABLE and INDESCRIBABLE JOY of the Lord in their hearts, family and communities; and much more the HOPE, FAITH and LOVE that can well out of their darkness as fountains with peace, worth, blessedness, graciousness, gracefulness and dignity. Hence a person of the HEAVENLY MANDATE, which is YOU, is of a great need and demand for today’s challenges and changing times. And your OBEDIENCE is PARAMOUNT to it all.

And a  person of the HEAVENLY MANDATE indeed, will do only one thing: PREACH CHRIST, PREACH THE WORD in the midst of the irrelevancy of one’s and or people challenges and circumstances in order to trigger the needed JOY and PEACE that the individual, family, community and nations might need, in times of today’s challenges and changing times.

In the Apostolic days, all that was needed to bring OVERWHELMING JOY to the City of SAMARIA in the midst of persecution, evils, wickedness, falsehood, sorcery and divining, satanic cohorts preachers was to preach Christ, who is – The Living WORD. And the needed JOY came and took hold of the people while evil, hatred, falsehood and satanic cohorts and such likes, were silently KEPT AT BAY as God’s Kingdom and intent of overwhelming Joy advance to flood in the hearts of the Samaritan City.

I make bold to say that if you must keep your enemy at bay and keep the kingdom of God and intent advance in your life and those about you, PREACH CHRIST, PREACH THE WORD; Preach Not Sentiments, Not Denomination, Not Self egotism, and more importantly not Religion and not rudiments and traditions of this world. For that will create more conflicts than solving human needs and QUESTS.

I am been emboldened to make known to you that there will be a miracle of change in your life and godly living, because – THERE’S A MIRACULOUS POWER IN THE WORD, when CHRIST is PREACHED. The SALVATION that you, family and community you care about needs, is in The WORD, which is the GOSPEL OF CHRIST. Preach it! Live it!! And Joy Overwhelmingly will come!!! AMEN.

PREACH CHRIST – PREACH THE WORD – FOR THE GOSPEL MESSAGE – IS THE POWER, ANSWER AND ANTIDOTE TO THE QUEST, IN ALL HUMAN NEEDS.

“For God, who commanded the light to shine OUT OF DARKNESS, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us” 2 Corinthians 4:6-7.

JESUS IS COMING BACK AGAIN TO REWARD: MAKE A DIFFERENCE NOW – WHILE YOU HAVE YOUR BREATH OF LIFE ON THIS SIDE OF THE HEAVENLY!

Today is another day like many other days to remind you that – JESUS IS COMING BACK AGAIN ONE DAY – and beside, our heavenly home time call are unpredictable. And while you have this opportunity of being alive, endeavour to – MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND BE A HISTORY MAKER – in someone else life – today and always.

IT’S TIME TO ADD COLOUR TO SOMEONE ELSE LIFE – IT’S A GRACIOUS AND GRACEFUL THING TO DO. AM HERE TO SAY – THANK YOU AS YOU START THE ACT TODAY.

Make it good to give COLOUR of graciousness and gracefulness to someone beyond you. Take out any or all of these resources in your disposals today – TIME, FINANCE and EFFORT (Skill), and CALL or and GO visit that friend, relation or someone you know that have not being around for a while; more so, especially the one that have been absence for a while towards the Church community gathering, and show sure God’s LOVE and CARES without worries and complaints. It’s moment in life and history to encourage their faith in the Lord, pray with them and be of help to make them seek the Lord and His Church one more time.

A SMILE to the orphan, bereaved, wounded, broken and weary is not only gracious and graceful, but CONTAGIOUS and MEMORABLE. Show some humane of love and cares today to someone in NEED – This is Scripturally called “PURE RELIGION” indeed.

Be Blessed in GRACE and LIFE as you show some LOVE and CARE today in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. Be a DIFFERENCE – Be a HISTORY MAKER to someone else today in Christ Jesus stead. Give colour to your words in another.

MIRRORING YOUR WELL-BEING BY GOD’S LOVE

MIRRORING YOUR WELL-BEING BY GOD’S LOVE: LOVING THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD IN THE EYES OF CHRIST JESUS!

“And [that you may come] to KNOW [practically, through personal experience] the LOVE of Christ which far SURPASSES and TRANSCENDS [mere] SENSE knowledge [without experience], that you may be FILLED up [throughout your being] to all the FULLNESS of God [so that you may have the RICHEST experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely FILLED and FLOODED with God Himself]” Ephesians 3:19 Amplified.

Mirroring God’s LOVE in our lives, is believer’s earnest desired intent and expectations to live along with in their respective day to day walk with God in Christ Jesus stead. The question then is, how would you do it? How do you do it? And how are you doing it in your day to day living thus far? Is it through the eyes of your DENOMINATIONAL and DOCTRINAL Church sectarian by-laws and creeds or as done in the WORLD definition or you are DOING it through the EYES and FACE of Christ in the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE of God as in the Scriptures?

“For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” is the One who has SHONE in our hearts to give us the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE of the glory and majesty of God [clearly revealed] in the FACE of Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6 Amplified.

LOVING through KNOWLEDGE in the EYES and FACE of JESUS by the Holy Spirit that’s GIVEN to us, is the essence of FULFILLING scriptures and being FULFILLED in God, in Christ Jesus.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the LOVE of God is SHED abroad in our HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us . . .  8 But God COMMENDETH his LOVE toward us, in that, while we were YET sinners, Christ DIED for us” Romans 5:5-8.

If you do mirror your essence of God’s love in order to do life through the eyes of the DENOMINATIONAL and DOCTRINAL Church as by their set by-laws and creeds and or the WORLD definition as seen in today’s view, I promised you this verily, that you will be stigmatised, lock in dogmas, creed and self-centred; more so, you will eventually be full of any or all of these: religion-made, self-made and man-made, with it’s bondages and captivity which are as ascertain from all sorts, and may seems good in human eyes but full of sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation (hypocrisy) in every perception and life dealings; and the worst of it is that, it’s not healthy and gracious for godly living before the God of LOVE in in the knowledge of Christ Jesus stead as SCRIPTURALLY enjoined.

For when you mirror God’s love from and through the saving gracious knowledge on the eyes and face of Christ Jesus, in order to do life and live godly, I can verily promise you, that you will be LIBERATED from all forms of bondage and captivity, and you will eventually – have be WHOLEHEARTEDLY experiencing WHOLENESS in your triune being of spirit, soul and body; and God’s love in Christ Jesus will take hold of you in all way to do life and live FULFILLING scriptures – BLESSEDLY, MEANINGFULLY and PURPOSEFULLY.

“Love is to be sincere and active [the real thing—without guile and hypocrisy]. Hate what is evil [detest all ungodliness, do not tolerate wickedness]; hold on tightly to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another with [authentic] brotherly affection [as members of one family], give preference to one another in honor; 11 never lagging behind in diligence; aglow in the Spirit, enthusiastically serving the Lord; 12 constantly rejoicing in hope [because of our confidence in Christ], steadfast and patient in distress, devoted to prayer [continually seeking wisdom, guidance, and strength], 13 contributing to the needs of God’s people, pursuing [the practice of] hospitality . . .” Romans 12:9-21 Amplified.

Genuine freedom is seeing God’s love from the eyes of Christ Jesus if you dare desire to genuinely live free in GRACE and in God’s KNOWLEDGE – wholesomely, purposefully and meaningfully.

“Beloved, let us LOVE one another, for LOVE is of God; and everyone who LOVES is born of God and knows God.  8 He who DOES NOT LOVE does not know God, for GOD IS LOVE.  9 In this the LOVE of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON into the world, that we might LIVE THROUGH HIM.  10 In this is LOVE, not that we LOVED God, but that He LOVED us and sent His Son to be the PROPITIATION for our sins.  11 Beloved, if God so LOVED us, we also ought to LOVE one another” 1 John 4:7-11.

Loving God – Will Cause All Things To Work Together For Your GOOD!

Love is the working essence of all things for your good with God. If you want all things – positive or negative – to work for your good, then start loving God in spirit (hearts) and in truth (His Word).

Loving God is a deliberate conscious act from your hearts (human spirit) and not in your heads; knowing and understanding that God’s love is only poured or shared in human spirit (heart) by the Holy Spirit for a genuine expression of God’s love – Romans 5:5. This will cause all things to work for your good, as you can only make meaningful worship of God from your hearts of love towards Him.

Material instruments as Stethoscope, Scan, X-ray and more may be useful in human endeavors, yet can’t detect the human spirit, because the human spirit is eternal and not earthly. Simply put, the spirit of a man is the candle or lamp of the Lord, searching and watching all the inner depths of his heart, hence only can by all means worship God.

For Faith pleases God and Faith only functions by Love, and when Faith towards God is essence by Love, you’ve gotten hold of God for the release of His blessings upon you.

If you are desiring God’s BLESSEDNESS – just LOVE God; for ALL THINGS will work together for your GOODNESS, GRACIOUSNESS and GRACEFULNESS in Christ Jesus stead.

Today, start Loving God.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And we know that ALL THINGS work together for good to them that LOVE God, to them who are the CALLED according to his PURPOSE.  29 For whom he did FOREKNOW, he also did PREDESTINATE to be CONFORMED to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did PREDESTINATE, them he also CALLED: and whom he called, them he also JUSTIFIED: and whom he justified, them he also GLORIFIED.” Romans 8:28-30.

There’s GREAT POWER To FUNCTION In LOVE: And GREAT GRACE To BECOME In What LOVE Entails!

“And with GREAT POWER gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:33.

God’s LOVE it’s of the HUMAN HEARTS and it’s express effortlessly by the precious and blessed Holy Spirit of promise; outside it, is PERVERTS, hence no man can genuinely LOVE in the fullness beside what is Scripturally entails.

“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been POURED out in our HEARTS by the Holy Spirit who was GIVEN to us” Romans 5:5 NKJV.

There’s the need to MANIFEST and DEMONSTRATE God’s kind of Love to this generation and dispensation. A world full of LOVE PERVERTS that’s indescribable in lusts and affections, hatred, evil and wickedness.

“For the EARNEST EXPECTATION of the CREATURE (CREATION) waiteth for the MANIFESTATION of the sons of God . . . 28 And we know that ALL THINGS work together for good to them that LOVE God, to them who are the CALLED according to his PURPOSE” Romans 8:19, 28 (Emphasis Mine).

Manifesting and demonstrating God’s love is of the Holy Spirit embedded in human hearts, that is – the human spirit (Romans 5:5; Ecclesiastes 3:11 (Amplified). Outside it are acts of perversions. Hence there are many evils and in fightings today in the name of love (James 4:1-5/Galatians 5:24-25).

Loving God and experiencing His eternal purpose for you is of the human spirit, because God’s love is poured or shared only in our hearts by the Holy Spirit; and from that human hearts (spirit being) we can manifest and demonstrate God’s love in us. It thus indicates, when you can’t receive and comprehends God’s love in your spirit being to manifest and demonstrate it by the Holy Spirit, it turns to PERVERTS. Hence many today have in the name of love which is of the head (senses) and not of the hearts (spirit) done many silly, evil and dangerous acts that’s too marveling to comprehend (Proverbs 20:27/Galatians 5:24).

For example, when you keep BEATING UP your spouse and yet say to her or him – I LOVE YOU. That’s pervert and demonic, because it’s only in the head. When it’s of the hearts by the Holy Spirit, you won’t think or imagine to do that at all.

For God gives the POWER to FUNCTION in LOVE and the GRACE to BECOME what Love entails!

The Scriptural writ of the Acts of the Apostles indicates that the Holy Spirit is of – POWER to FUNCTION – Acts 1:8/Acts 4:33; and of GRACE to BECOME – Hebrews 10:29/Zechariah 12:10/Acts 4:33.

It thus mean in the context of LOVE with God, one can’t genuinely acclaim to love God and still struggle to be in His presence, pray, read the Bible, fellowship with like-minded believers and more – 1 John 5:1-3. God’s love when it’s of the heart – human spirit – by the Holy Spirit, life is at ease, there’s no room for excuses because God don’t excuse Himself, for He is love and in you.

LOVE AT ITS BEST: IT DOES INSTRUCTS AND DISCIPLINES!

You may not like and love this except you genuinely wants God WORD to define you in LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

“And ye have FORGOTTEN the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, DESPISE not thou the CHASTENING of the Lord, nor faint when thou art REBUKED of him: 6 for WHOM THE LORD LOVETH HE CHASTENETH, AND SCOURGETH EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVETH. 7 If ye endure CHASTENING, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father CHASTENETH not? 8 But if ye be without CHASTISEMENT, whereof all are PARTAKERS, then are ye BASTARDS, and not sons” Hebrews 12:5-8.

For some, LOVE is about been spoken to softly, taken to the mall for shopping, being showed with gifts now and then, taken for holidays, spoilt with every good things or goodies while their short falls in real life failings are never mentioned or told them, which would rather help them amend, brace up, mature and grow; they don’t realized the dangers of not wanting the truth, until they found themselves in the break points of life deceptions, because such LOVE was never MEASURED with the true reality of life – discipline and instructions to righteousness.

Herein are three hard TRUTH in the lots about genuine LOVE one needs to give thoughts towards. There are needful in order to help you, and or your friend, spouse, colleagues and those you love and cares about:

1.*** LOVE with ‘OPEN REBUKES’ – helps to DELIVER and SAVE – Proverbs 27:5-6.

“OPEN REBUKE is better than SECRET love. 6 FAITHFUL are the WOUNDS of a friend; but the KISSES of an ENEMY are deceitful” Proverbs 27:5-6.

  1. *** LOVE That ‘CHASTENS’ – helps to MOLD and AMEND – Hebrews 12:5-11.

“And above all things have fervent love among yourselves: for LOVE shall COVER (OVERLOOK, MAKES UP) the multitude of sins” 1 Peter 4:8 (Emphasis Mine).

“Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love COVERETH (OVERLOOK) all sins” Proverbs 10:12 (Emphasis Mine).

God wants us to love while we enjoy His love shed and spread abroad in our inner hearts by the Holy Spirit of love. It’s by this love of God we are saved. And God has commended His Love towards us in Christ Jesus to enable us live in Christ Jesus stead by it.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the LOVE OF GOD IS SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us . . . 8 But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:5, 8.

LIVING IN A WORLD WITHOUT GOD: GOD’S LOVED WORLD – THE ONLY POSSIBLE ANTIDOTE TO THE HATE AND INJUSTICE WE SEE EVERYDAY!

GOD’S LOVED WORLD IS THE ANTIDOTE TO THE HATE AND INJUSTICE IN THE UNJUST WORLD. AND THE POSSIBLE ANSWER TO ALL THE EVIL AND WICKEDNESS AROUND IS IN GOD’S LOVED WORD . . .IN CHRIST JESUS.

“For God so LOVED the WORLD, that he GAVE his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God SENT not his Son into the WORLD to CONDEMN THE WORLD; but that THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED. 18 He that BELIEVETH on him is not CONDEMNED: but he that BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, because he hath not BELIEVED IN THE NAME of the only begotten Son of God” John 3:16-18.

In a world full of the UNDOING of others for selfishness, greed, wickedness, evil and such like by some across the board: colleagues, friends, family, community, society and nation in the world, there’s a thirst and hunger for love in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead; for an environment where injustice, hatred, evil, selfishness, wickedness and perversions of all sorts exist, what human hearts need is a loving friend and friendship to avert such WICKEDNESS and EVIL as we see daily within our vicinity and abode.

IN GOD’S LOVED WORLD, WE RESPOND BY THE WORD. WE DON’T REACT BY OUR SENSES (FEEL, TASTE, SMELL, FEEL, SEE) TO INJUSTICE, EVIL, WICKEDNESS AND SUCH LIKE, OTHERWISE, WE MAY END UP BEING HURT, HATE, BITTER, UNFORGIVING,  DEPRESSED, FEAR PHOBIA AND SUCH LIKE.

 

God has promised to see you through in LOVE, in His LOVED WORLD from the present EVIL DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD as in the Holy Writ – ‘HOLY ‘BIBLE’, which I term as the – “BLESSED INFORMATION BRINGING LIFE ETERNAL”. And God has ENSURED and COMMENDED us to the Holy Spirit of love, to make it possible in 24/7, to love too in the face of adverse uncertainty as it’s written:

“Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins, THAT HE MIGHT DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, according to the will of God and our Father: 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” Galatians 1:3-5.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; BECAUSE THE LOVE OF GOD IS SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us. 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:5-8.

Jesus had made the act to love a COMMAND and not an ADVICE. God will only commend what He commands, therefore let God’s love rule your day as you take on with people. It is in this act of living and walking in God’s love shall you be known as a Follower of Christ, not by religious gimmicks and oblations.

“A NEW COMMANDMENT I GIVE TO YOU, that you LOVE one another; as I have LOVED you, that you also LOVE one another.  35 By this all will know that you are MY DISCIPLES, if you have LOVE for one another” John 13:34-35.

LET GOD’S LOVE RULE AND REIGN IN AND THROUGH YOU TO – OUR HATE AND EVIL WORLD OF DARKNESS IN GOD’S GRACIOUSNESSS, GRACEFULNESS AND BLESSEDNESS IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD. AMEN.

OCCUPY TILL I COME: EARTHLY USEFUL AND HEAVENLY MINDED – BY LIVING AND WALKING IN LOVE!

Talking about LOVE! Here is a didactic sense of measure, such that we don’t just say we have love, but we do LIVE and WALK in LOVE, knowing that love is of God; and it’s the lubricant for our life in Christ Jesus and for all mankind. Upon this we can Occupy in Christ by ‘Being Earthly Useful while Heavenly Minded’.

Love is an attitude, a deliberate choice, an exercise of the will, a choice of life and is not just a feeling, it is an expression of the nature of God. It is spiritual, divinely inspired and imbedded in the very hearts of all God’s human creation, and more importantly in the very nature of the redeemed child of God. Hence it’s not a doctrine, creed and dogmas. It outlived generation because it’s timeless and of God’s. God is love – 1 John 4:7–10.

Love is a FRUIT and not a GIFT. FRUITS are GROWN while GIFTS are IMPARTED. Genuine Bible love – Agape – is born and is a product of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 5:5; Galatians 5:22-23; Ephesians 5:9).

Let’s consider love in diversity for a clearer understanding of the kind of love being implied in this context.

DEFINING THE THREE KINDS OF LOVE:

*1. PHILEO: Grk (of the soul) – Love relationship in family – between parent and child. The Family kind of love. It also embodied love relationship towards friends and colleagues. It means to be fond of; it is based on FEELINGS and not on PRINCIPLE. It’s never used of man’s love to or for God. This is human or natural kind of love. (Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Genesis 8:19; Ephesians 6:4; Colossians 3:21). This kind of love is however essential and crucial for a family bonding and wellbeing.

*2. EROS: Grk (of the Physical body) – Sexual love; purely reserved for the married – within the bond of marriage. It’s based on PHYSICAL ATTRACTION. It’s neither for fornication nor adultery. Lust and immoral desires have gotten some into it, hence there’s a great act of PERVERSION in our societies today – and we are paying hugely for the consequences across the board. (Hebrews 13:4; 1 Corinthians 7:1-9; 1 Corinthians 6:15-20).

*3. AGAPE: Grk (of the spirit) – God kind of love; unconditional, limitless, divine, spiritual. It transcends race, gender, generation, culture, family, physical, personal (self) etc. 1 Corinthians 13. It’s built on PRINCIPLE. Agape love even helps to ensure, STRENGTHEN and MAINTAIN the Phileo and Eros kind of love in all life endeavours. Agape love is based on PRINCIPLE – be it towards things or people.

Notably, the PHILEO OR EROS kinds of Love need to be controlled by AGAPE kind of love or else it will hinder our fellowship with God and leads to SIN acts. (E.g. EROS – 1 Corinthians 13:5; PHILEO – 1 Samuel 2:22-36).

Let’s not just say we have love, lets LIVE and WALK IN LOVE, for love is of the Spirit – Romans 5:5.

IT’S BY TIME TO LIVE AND WALK IN LOVE. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN.

MONTH JUNE – OBEYING THE HEAVENLY MANDATE: TO PREACH AND LIVE THE GOSPEL!

“And Jesus went about all the CITIES and VILLAGES, TEACHING in their synagogues, and PREACHING THE GOSPEL of the kingdom, and HEALING every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with COMPASSION on them, because they FAINTED, and were SCATTERED abroad, as SHEEP HAVING NO SHEPHERD” Matthew 9:35-36

When you PREACH and LIVE Christ, PREACH and LIVE THE WORD – there would be JOY in the City and in the DESERT of your being. For the GOSPEL is Christ Jesus: which is, that, He came, He was crucified, He died, He was buried, He rose again, for our SIN and SINS. 1 Corinthians 15:1-11. This thus mean, whether you ARE in the CITY CHURCH or in the DESERT (VILLAGE) LOCAL CHURCH, you shouldn’t be mistaken on the GOSPEL MESSAGE – for it is the POWER and ANSWER to all HUMAN INNERMOST QUEST – for yesterday, today and tomorrow. Romans 1:16-17; Hebrews 13:8; 1 Corinthians 3:10-13; 1 Corinthians 15:1-19.

“. . . Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where PREACHING THE WORD. 5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and PREACHED CHRIST unto them . . . 8 And there was GREAT JOY IN THAT CITY . . . 26 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, WHICH IS DESERT. 27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship . . . 37 And Philip said, If thou BELIEVEST with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD. 38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he BAPTIZED him . . .” Act 8:1-40

We live today in the times of pendamic, trials, brutality, bitterness, greed,  persecutions, evils, denials, wickedness, hatred and poverty in our worlds; while there’s yet in the midst of all these happenings are God’s abundant provisions of DELIVERANCE, PROSPERITY, HEALTH, HOPE, FAITH,  LOVE and such like the more – for all the hopeless, faithless and loveless challenges and circumstances in our world. Colossians 1:13-14; Galatians 1:3-5; Hebrews 2:14-15; Luke 2:68-75.

The likelihood of the challenging times today is for most people to blame or curse or accuse or transfer aggressions to others. While some will take advantage of others by appealing to their emotions, sentiments and fears in other to have holds over them in their vulnerability.

And what people needs today in the midst of the current situations, circumstances and challenges before them is the UNSPEAKABLE and INDESCRIBABLE JOY of the Lord in their hearts, family and communities; much more, they need HOPE, FAITH and LOVE that can WELL them out of THAT life darkness in exchange with the fountains of peace, personal worth, blessedness, graciousness, gracefulness and dignity. And it will take a person OBEYING THE HEAVENLY MANDATE, which is YOU, to make it possible; that’s why you ARE of a great need and demand for today’s challenges and changing times. And your OBEDIENCE is PARAMOUNT to it all. 2 Corinthians 4:6; Proverbs 4:18; Job 36:11; Isaiah 1:19.

And a person OBEYING THE HEAVENLY MANDATE indeed, will do only one thing: PREACH and LIVE CHRIST, PREACH and LIVE THE WORD in the midst of the irrelevancy of personal and or people challenges and circumstances; this is the order to trigger the needed JOY and PEACE that the individual, family, community and nations might need, in times of today’s challenges and changing times.

In the Apostolic days, all that was needed to bring OVERWHELMING JOY to the City of SAMARIA in the midst of persecution, evils, wickedness, falsehood, sorcery and divining, satanic cohorts preachers was to preach Christ, who is – The Living WORD. And the needed JOY came and took hold of the people while evil, hatred, falsehood and satanic cohorts and such likes, were silently KEPT AT BAY as God’s Kingdom and intent of overwhelming Joy advance to flood in the hearts of the Samaritan City. Acts 8; Philippians 1:15-18.

I make bold to say that if you must keep your enemy at bay and keep the kingdom of God and intent advance in your life and those about you, PREACH/LIVE CHRIST and PREACH/LIVE THE WORD; Preach Not Sentiments, Not Denomination, Not Self egotism, and more importantly not Religion and not rudiments and traditions of this world. For that will create more conflicts than solving human needs and QUESTS.

I am been emboldened to make known to you that there will be a miracle of change in your life and godly living, because – THERE’S A MIRACULOUS POWER IN THE WORD, when CHRIST is PREACHED. The SALVATION that you, family and community you care about needs, is in The WORD, which is the GOSPEL OF CHRIST. Preach it! Live it!! And Joy Overwhelmingly will come!!! AMEN.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For I am not ASHAMED of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST: for it is the POWER of God unto SALVATION to EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVETH; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For THEREIN is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH” Romans 1:16-17

“And Saul was CONSENTING unto his death. “Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might DELIVER us from this PRESENT EVIL WORLD, according to the WILL of God and our Father: 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” Galatians 1:3-5.

“And without CONTROVERSY great is the mystery of godliness: God was MANIFEST in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, PREACHED unto the Gentiles, BELIEVED on in the world, RECEIVED up into glory” 1 Timothy 3:16.
