MARCH2018 – MORE THAN CONQUERORS: Appropriate & Enact To RECEIVE Your Rights & Privileges In REDEMPTION!

One gracious and graceful thing God DID FOR US in REDEMPTION by Christ Jesus was to ensure and authentic that we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION; hence, Christ Jesus RECEIVE and GIVE GIFTS to us, as our RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES in HIM.

And Jesus RECEIVED and GAVED to us these REDEMPTION rights and privileges to enable us stay afloat as MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION.

There are Seven(7) Spiritual blessings and Five (5) Ministerial gifts, which are firstly in the heavenly places, and we are to appropriate and enact them on earth. Today, we can virtually see the five in manifestation and operation, but a struggle of the seven, in the Believers day to day living. But Why?

When you watch some ACTS and LISTEN to the  use of WORD in the cause of most PRAYERS, TEACHING and PREACHING, you wonder if indeed some people knows that what God has given them, only requires ACCEPTANCE with THANKSGIVING and THANKS-LIVING to help one APPROPRIATE and ENACT it into REALITY.

In life, when you are given something, say a gift, you receive and accept it with thanks. You don’t go about ASKING again and again for what’s already GIVEN to you. Unfortunately that’s what most Believers have made their acts in Prayers, even in their Fasting galore to measure spirituality – instead of RECEIVING and GIVING THANKS they are ASKING and ASKING and ASKING . . . Instead of them to see the need to maintain a hearts of GRATUTUDE as the ATTITUDE in which they will then enhance their ALTITUDE in life and godliness in Christ Jesus.

Most times religious obligations, traditions, oblations and bye-laws dogmas has kept us in a particular routine with no substance that can do us any good in Christ. We FAST and PRAY for same thing and stay in same acts and process just because it seems good even when it’s obvious we are acting and praying AMISS and in ERRORS. That’s not the Gospel of God in our Redemption in Christ; and as such, we can’t APPROPRIATE and ENACT our rights and privileges WHOLLY and live MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION.

Therefore, it’s your time to express with RECEIVING, THANKSGIVING and THANKS-LIVING, your rights and privileges in these seven (7) key REDEMPTION DONE DEED for us in Christ, which are:

** POWER (Authority) – In place of fear, oppression, intimidation etc (Luke 10:19; 2 Timothy 1:7 etc).

** RICHES (Prosperity) – In place of poverty, hunger, famine, lack etc (3 John 2; 2 Corinthians 8:9; Philippians 4:19; Ephesians 1:3).

** WISDOM (Mental) – Sound mind & mental IQ in place of ignorance, foolishness etc (James 1:5; Luke 2:40, 52 etc).

** STRENGHT (Physique) – In place of weakness, sickness, and all ‘ness etc (Philippians 4:13; Isaiah 40:28-30 etc).

** HONOUR (Dignity) – In place of dishonour, shame, disdain, inferiority etc (Colossians 1:13-14; Ephesians 1:7; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21).

** GLORY (Beauty & Adoration) – In place of reproach, embarrassment, ashes, shame etc (Isaiah 63:3; 1 Peter 2:5, 9 etc).

** BLESSING (Empowering & Bestowed Grace) – In place of curses, setbacks, stagnation etc (Ephesians 1:3; Priverbs 10:22; 2 Peter 1:2-4 etc).

I pray that THESE that Christ has RECEIVED and GIVEN us in His REDEMPTION DEED will be APPROPRIATED and ENACTED in our life accordingly.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who HAD BLESSED us with all SPIRITUAL blessings in HEAVENLY places in Christ” Ephesians 1:3.

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast MADE us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth . . . 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to RECEIVE POWER, and RICHES, and WISDOM, and STRENGHT, and HONOUR, and GLORY, and BLESSING” Revelation 5:9-12.

“Thou hast ASCENDED on high, thou hast LED captivity captive: thou hast RECEIVED gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them” Psalms 68:18.

“Wherefore he saith, When he ASCENDED up on high, he LED captivity captive, and GAVE gifts unto men . . . 11 And he GAVE some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers” Ephesians 4:7-11.

UNDERSTANDING In The GRACE – The leverage To Be – ABOVE ONLY: It Gives The Needed Altitude To OUTSMART Your TEACHERS And TEXTBOOKS!

I don’t know who has been your TEACHER, INSTRUCTOR, MENTOR and what kind of ANCIENTS (Books, Biography) you have read or reading or understudy or understudying at this moment, but I have miniature short story of life at sunrise to sunset as a teen.

Growing up, I hear this continuous phrase that our children should be better than us and they should outsmart one in LIFE and GODLY LIVING. For this cause most parents I know work so hard to ensure that their children become exactly that in many ways, though most of the bulk lies on the Child/Children to become what they are purported to be in many ways too.

I remember while getting set for my secondary, my Dad of blessed memory called me to his bedroom one early morning which is unusual, to give me an instruction to greatness in my life. He called me many times by my name and asked me, how many times did he call me. Then said, what’s my family name. I answered him accordingly. He said that as I leave to the Boarding School, I should not forget my name and family name. Meaning, live up to it and ABOVE ALL, I should ensure to be better of than he is. Meaning, it’s my RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY to BECOME. I heard him well. And INDEED.

And as a young teenage that have accepted Christ then, the only thing I could hear within, supposedly by the Holy Spirit then, was to be PRINCIPLED in my PATH in order to evade distractions and then become. And out of my given pocket spending while in boarding school, I bought extra textbook or workbook way beyond what the school recommended in syllabus to top up my intent in GRACE. It was not necessarily as I recall now and as then to meet up with my loving Dad intents or demands, but to ensure that I don’t jeopardize my FAITH in Christ Jesus by being a FAILURE or FAILING student, who then have to live on the mercy of my TEACHERS or TUTORS. I wanted to be ABOVE ONLY. And it paid off. Am grateful to Dad. Thank you God.

Overtime, my class Tutor, will call me to give my classmates teaching classes while away for staff meeting to keep ORDER and DECENCY in the classroom. And my classmates were so surprised of such accord by the Classroom Tutor, that two of them came to my hostel and stole away my gifted Bible by my Uncle Austin, as a measure to deter me. Thank God one of them gave his life to Christ Jesus afterwards and now Pastor a Church to God’s glory. Also, during classes, I will ask my Tutors of various interest subjects, questions that they were wandering and wondering how manage and how come if I am using same teaching syllabus materials as others. They NEVER knew that I have read in my Bible – Psalms 119:97-100 of what I can be if I give in to channel my life by God’s WORD. The Psalmist Scripture is the consequence of my KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of Proverbs 22:29 and Proverbs 21:31. And ever since, I knew that by the SCRIPTURES, I could be tailored to OUTSMART my TEACHERS, INSTRUCTORS, MENTORS and the ANCIENT – (written records set before time by others in books and other life format) if I will in my subject of interest. Simply because, life is dynamic and evolves in different ways to answer the QUEST of humanity. The rest today is history to God’s eternal glory. Amen.

I have share the above foretaste to let you know and understand that you can OUTSMART your TEACHERS, INSTRUCTORS, MENTORS and the ANCIENT in that trade and field of ENDEAVOURS, if you give yourself to the UNDERSTANDING of that SUBJECT in question. I know God’s WORD works for all who will DILIGENTLY with gracious delight look up to it as the WISDOM NUGGETS in LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

Therefore, in all your getting, get UNDERSTANDING in the light of the Scriptures on that Trade, Family, Marriage, Business, Career, Leadership, Enterprise and such likes. This is to enhance the BEST of God in you TANGIBLE, LIVEABLE and COMPREHENSIBLE as desired in the LIGHT of the SCRIPTUES. God’s WORD works today and it’s more ASSURED now than ever before.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING:

“O how love I thy law! it is my MEDITATION all the day. 98 Thou through thy commandments hast MADE ME WISER than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. 99 I have more UNDERSTANDING than all my TEACHERS: for thy testimonies are my meditation. 100 I UNDERSTAND more than THE ANCIENTS, because I keep thy precepts” Psalms 119:97-100.

“Seest thou a man DILIGENT in his BUSINESS? he shall STAND before KINGS; he shall not STAND before MEAN MEN” Proverbs 22:29.

“But without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a REWARDER of them that DILIGENTLY seek him” Hebrews 11:6.

“The HORSE is PREPARED against THE DAY OF BATTLE: but safety is of the Lord” Proverbs 21:31.

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have PEACE with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into THIS GRACE WHEREIN WE STAND, and REJOICE IN HOPE of the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2.

BLESSED REDEMPTION – EQUIPPING HIS CHURCH: HE GAVE MINISTERIAL GIFTS TO MEN!

Jesus GAVE MINISTERIAL GIFTS to perfect and mature His people spiritually as found but not limited in the scriptures of Ephesians 4:7-16. These MINISTERIAL GIFTS are: APOSTLES, PROPHETS, EVANGELISTS, PASTORS and TEACHERS and such likes as may be found in the Holy Writ.

In COURSE and CAUSE of our PASSOVER, our Saviour-King and Lord – Jesus Christ, did not only RECEIVED GIFTS for us in His REDEMPTION DEED, He also GAVE MINISTERIAL GIFTS to us, to enhance and enable the building up to maturity and perfection of His Church, in fulfilment to God’s eternal PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUITS.

For in Christ Jesus we ARE REDEEMED, we ARE BEING REDEEMED and we SHALL BE REDEEMED. It thus indicates the essence of us being GIVEN MINISTERIAL GIFTS to help us live meaningfully, purposefully And fulfilling as His Church to display His glory and wisdom on Earth.

Hence the need to know full well that when Jesus led captivity captive, He did not only RECEIVED GIFTS for men but He also GAVE GIFTS to men to fulfill Father God’s intent for His people in order for them to walk in KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of Him and to be secured from falsehood, adulteration, alteration and ignorance that the ENEMY and COHORTS of our FAITH in Christ Jesus will Pose. Meaning the GIVEN MINISTERIAL GIFTS was and is to EQUIP HIS CHURCH. Anything contrary is not just BONDAGE but FALSEHOOD and MAN-MADE MAKE BELIEVE leading to HELL. Hence I love this unknown author publication writ, which reads:

“BUILDING the CHURCH merely on MIRACLES makes the Church a SUPERMARKET: people come and shop for their miracles and leave.
If you BUILD the CHURCH merely on HEALING you make the Church a HOSPITAL: People come to be HEALED and leave.”

And if you BUILD the CHURCH merely on the PROPHETIC, you make the Church a PSYCHIC and DIVINATION CENTRE: People come to be READ and leave.

“BUT if you BUILD the Church PURELY as A WORD BASED CHURCH, every other thing people seek naturally just happens” – Author Unknown.

Dear friend, know for sure that Jesus GAVE MINISTERIAL GIFTS to FEED God’s people with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING, thereby to EDIFY, PERFECT and MATURE His people spiritually. So if you must go to a place of fellowship and worship, ENSURE your total well being in Christ is firstly in place as found in the scriptures as written:

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and GAVE GIFTS unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

11 And he GAVE some, APOSTLES; and some, PROPHETS; and some, EVANGELISTS; and some, PASTORS and TEACHERS; 12 for the PERFECTING of the saints, for the WORK of the ministry, for the EDIFYING of the body of Christ: 13 till we all come in the UNITY of the faith, and of the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God, unto a PERFECT man, unto the MEASURE of the STATURE of the fulness of Christ: 14 that we henceforth be no MORE CHILDREN, TOSSED TO and FRO, and carried about with EVERY WIND of DOCTRINE, by the SLEIGHT of men, and CUNNING CRAFTINESS, whereby they lie in wait to DECEIVE; 15 but SPEAKING the TRUTH in LOVE, may GROW UP into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 from whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the EDIFYING of itself in LOVE” Ephesians 4:7-16.
