This Christmas Time

December 23, 2013 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

This Christmas Time: This is the time to love, forgive and forget, to extend and receive peace and goodwill to love ones and fellow men!

It’s for this cause was Christ Jesus born whose birthday we celebrate and commemorate. Let’s keep His CAUSE ongoing and ALIVE in this Christmas.

Christmas is come! As you give your gifts to friends & love ones, I pray you don’t forget to ask the birthday celebrant – Christ Jesus – what He wants for this Christmas from you. Give Him your heart I guessed, for it’s a gift that would be unspeakable and cherished by the Lord, the celebrant indeed.

Christmas is here! May the Christ of Christmas gives you all it takes to commemorate and celebrate Him in your own way. I pray you’ll be content this Christmas.

Jesus loves you so do I.

Blessed celebration and commemoration.

Be Blessed!

This Christmas – Do It Without Debt

December 21, 2013 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

Don’t Be INDEBTED In The Name of Commemoration And Celebration!

Giving and sharing gift is good which I agree and believe totally into with all graciousness and gracefulness, but let it be where you can but not in debt, so that you can do it cheerfully without murmuring and complaining; and with no psychological and emotional unrest. And worst, not to being spiritually disarmed when debt letters or collectors hit your door.

I don’t think Christ Jesus would approve of all the indebtedness that people indulge themselves, in the name of Christmas. It’s best to live within your means – that is, your FAITH – in joy, happiness, and grace. For the just in Christ shall live by his faith in Christ. Habakkuk 2:4.

Always know in hearts of thoughts that Jesus is risen and Enthroned! He’s no longer:

* The baby in the manger,

* Nor the servant on the cross

* But the Lord God on the throne and He reigns over ALL.

Therefore be merry, enjoy yourself with what you have available to yourself in peace and grace; and where more, share in grace, love and peace joyfully.

HAVE MERRY CHRISTMAS WITHOUT DEBT!

“For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not” 2 Corinthians 8:12 (Deuteronomy 16:17).

“Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver” 2 Corinthians 9:7.

“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath DEALT to EVERY MAN the MEASURE of FAITH” Romans 12:3.

This Christmas

This Christmas: A Gracious And Graceful Time To Give Your Best!

Genuine Love is marked by being a giver; that is, Giving ‘FORGIVENESS’ to the unforgivable, making PEACE to your enemy, FOOD to the hungry, DRINK to the thirsty, and many other such likes.

Jesus did, He gave His best – His life, hence we are commemorating and celebrating Him in this Christmas. So go therefore and do likewise as Jesus told the questioning Lawyer about who is his neighbour in the parable of the Samaritan who is now nicknamed ‘Good Samaritan’

Scriptural Meditation: John 3:16-18; Matthew 5:43-48; Mark 11:25-26; Romans 12:19-21; Proverbs 25:21-22; Acts 20:35; Luke 10:25-37
