THE MONTH AUGUST: ENTITLED – “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”!

The Month AUGUST ushers us into the realm of LIVING BY THE LAW OF FAITH IN THE GRACE – which is about synergising and energising our realm of doing life and living godly through THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE in Christ Jesus stead, thereby experiencing our God’s given BLESSEDNESS.

“Where is BOASTING then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by THE LAW OF FAITH. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is JUSTIFIED BY FAITH WITHOUT THE DEEDS OF THE LAW. 29 Is he the God of THE JEWS ONLY? is he not also of THE GENTILES? Yes, of THE GENTILES also: 30 seeing it is one God, which shall JUSTIFY THE CIRCUMCISION BY FAITH, and UNCIRCUMCISION THROUGH FAITH” Romans 3:27-30.

“There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For THE LAW of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death” Romans 8:1-2.

The law of faith is about the PRINCIPLES – the guiding laws – upon which the subject Faith operates – with, through, in, upon and on – in order to ensure and assure it’s fundamental and foundational basis of our belief and believe in God in Christ Jesus’ stead. The knowing and understanding of this principle helps one to do life and live godly in the grace of God through any form of persecution in receiving God’s promises, and help one through the process of the enduring and persevering in the faith, doing righteousness, stopping Satan and cohorts, and such like, respectively [Hebrews 11:32-40].

The essence of knowing and understanding of the act of living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace is to ensure and assure the Believers of God in Christ Jesus’ stead, and on how one can by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace be energised in their spirit-being instead of their mental exertion which is not of faith toward Father God and our Saviour and Lord, Christ Jesus.

The essence of living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace of God in Christ Jesus, consists of BELIEVING and RECEIVING what God has REVEALED – and hence, may be defined as the absolute trust in the God of the Scriptures and in Christ Jesus whom He sent, to fulfil the redemption of mankind through the loving obedience and good works [Acts 20:20-21; John 1:12; James 2:14-26; Hebrews 5:7-9].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace, is operational through this four fundamental principles of applications in doing life and living godly under God in Christ Jesus stead:

FOR SALVATION: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, ensures the personal faith (personal trust) to obtain Salvation is possible without our meritorious works to prove a point to Father God in Christ Jesus – who is our deliverer from the clutches of sin to our justification – wherein we’ve being made and declared – God’s righteousness in Christ Jesus. Amen. For our merits are filthy rags before God and our wealth can save a soul but our Faith operating under grace will give us our SALVATION access to Father God in Christ Jesus. [Romans 4:5, 23-25; 5:1-2; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Isaiah 64:6; Psalms 49:6-9].
FOR PRAYERS: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles helps to ensure that our PRAYERS [fellowship – communion – to enhance relationships] with Father God in Christ Jesus, is of assurance and confidence; it helps us to ensure that we are assured of our justified state of being and our access state of being, of our Father God in Christ Jesus, when we STAND in the grace of our RIGHTEOUSNESS of Him to offer PRAYERS without an iota of mistrust. [Romans 5:1-2; Hebrews 4:14-16; 1 John 5:14-15; Colossians 1:12-14; Philippians 3:3; 1 Corinthians 1:9; John 4:19-24].
The UNSEEN: Living by the THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, helps one to know and understand that the UNSEEN world makes and brings about the SEEN world; and that helps to make the act of doing life and living godly possible as it helps to bring about the unknown – the unseen – things into being – into reality – into tangibility. And one can then act on the conviction that God’s word is practicable, reachable and touchable beyond mere sights before believing God in Christ Jesus – [Hebrews 11:1-3; Romans 4:17; 2 Corinthians 6:13; 2 Corinthians 5:7].
DAILY LIVING: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, means living by the principles that ensure a practicable and liveable essence in our day to day living when we understand the working principle in life, and the uses and applications of faith – that the otherwise WORD OF FAITH is true and real to do life and live godly, irrespective of our daily circumstances. [Habakkuk 2:4 (Galatians 3:11; Romans 1:16-17; Hebrews 10:38); Romans 10:8-10].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace helps to ensure and to be assured that the Believers of God in Christ Jesus live beyond borders and walls, by the governing and bounding law by which THE [SAVED] JEWS (which is of the circumcision) and THE [SAVED] GENTILES (which is of the uncircumcision) can have access to God’s redemption rights and privileges to become and make up – THE CHURCH of Christ Jesus that makes up the born of God – Jews and the born of God Gentiles [Romans 3:27-29; Romans 2:28-29; 1 Corinthians 10:32].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH does mean for the Believers in Christ Jesus is subjected to operate LAWFULLY within the grace of God, otherwise there’s disqualification on that particular context and subjects of life plan, purpose and pursuit [2 Timothy 2:5.; Galatians 5:1; Romans 8:2; 1 Corinthians 9:24-27].

It beholds me therefore, to compel you to gear up to the realms of living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace, in order for you to be ensure and be assure of your blessedness in God in Christ Jesus. Amen..

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Therefore, since we have been JUSTIFIED [that is, acquitted of sin, declared blameless before God] BY FAITH, [let us grasp the fact that] we have PEACE with God [and the joy of reconciliation with Him] through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed). 2 Through Him we also have ACCESS BY FAITH into this [remarkable state of] GRACE in which we [firmly and safely and securely] STAND. Let us rejoice in our hope and the confident assurance of [experiencing and enjoying] the glory of [our great] God [the manifestation of His excellence and power]” Romans 5:1-2/AMP.

“No man that WARRETH entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may PLEASE him who hath CHOSEN him to be a soldier. 5 And if a man also STRIVE for MASTERIES, yet is he NOT CROWNED, except he STRIVE LAWFULLY” 2 Timothy 2:4-5.

“And every man that STRIVETH for the MASTERY is TEMPERATE in all things. Now they do it to OBTAIN A CORRUPTIBLE CROWN; BUT WE AN INCORRUPTIBLE. 26 I therefore so RUN, NOT as UNCERTAINLY; so FIGHT I, NOT as one that BEATETH the air: 27 but I KEEP UNDER MY BODY, AND BRING IT INTO SUBJECTION: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway” 1 Corinthians 9:25-27.

“Now we know [without any doubt] that THE LAW IS GOOD, if one uses it LAWFULLY and APPROPRIATELY, 9 understanding the fact that law is not enacted for the righteous person [the one in right standing with God], but for lawless and rebellious people, for the ungodly and sinful, for the irreverent and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for sexually immoral persons, for homosexuals, for kidnappers and slave traders, for liars, for perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine, 11 according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted” 1 Timothy 1:8-11/AMP.

“Give none offence, neither to THE JEWS, nor to THE GENTILES, nor to THE CHURCH OF GOD: 33 even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved” 1 Corinthians 10:32-33.

“For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; 10 making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. 11 For I long to see you, that I may IMPART unto you some SPIRITUAL GIFT, to the end ye may be ESTABLISHED; 12 that is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual FAITH both of you and me” Romans 1:9-12.

“I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers, 5 hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints; 6 that the COMMUNICATION OF THY FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by the ACKNOWLEDGING of every good thing which is in you IN Christ Jesus” Philemon 1:4-6.

THE UNPARALLELED ARMY

THE UNPARALLELED ARMY: EXERCISING THE USE OF THE WEAPONRY OF WAR FOR WARFARE!

I just want to remind you now and for your tomorrow, hoping that you might have known or and probably be informing you for first time to know that every born-again believing child of God in Christ Jesus, is a battlefield; and in a battlefield knowingly and unknowingly. And there’s the need to daily sharpen your instrument [weaponry] and keep it readily ready to engage in any battles in the now or tomorrow. Because the enemy and cohorts we are engaged with is roaring and roaming around looking for whom to devour. 1 Peter 5:8-11. Therefore, there’s the need to get yourself and spiritual weaponry ready 24/7 as you do life and live godly in the grace in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“. . . 11 PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD, that ye may be able to STAND AGAINST THE WILES of the devil. 12 For we WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD, but AGAINST principalities, AGAINST powers, AGAINST the rulers of the darkness of this world, AGAINST spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the WHOLE ARMOUR of God, that ye may be able to WITHSTAND in the EVIL day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your LOINS GIRT ABOUT WITH TRUTH, and having on the BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS; 15 and your FEET SHOD with the preparation of THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; 16 above all, taking THE SHIELD OF FAITH, wherewith ye shall be able to QUENCH all the FIERY DARTS OF THE WICKED. 17 And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is THE WORD of God: 18 PRAYING ALWAYS WITH ALL PRAYER and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints . . .” Ephesians 6: 10-18.

It’s time as an unparalleled army of God in Christ Jesus, to exercise the KNOW-HOW to be THE COMBATANT and MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER with the ARMOURING for warfare – and THE ANTIDOTE to deal with the ENEMY and COHORTS WILES and ASSAULT.

“Through God we shall do VALIANTLY [VICTORIOUSLY]: for He it is that shall TREAD [TRAMPLED] DOWN our ENEMIES” Psalms 60:12/Emphasis Mine.

It may not surprise you on how much forecast are made yearly in budgetary investment, that showcased for military might by some nations. Their intent is to ensure that both their OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE operations and mechanism along with the training of their combatant military forces are ready and safely set at the top of the range for combating. This they do as a measure to stand out among other nations and to ensure the measure of warning signs on their national neighbourhoods and competitors on how prepared they are in any battle that may arise – be it on land, air and sea and such like.

Today, lots of nations are investing heavily to fight cyberspace wars against many factors in the sphere and while others are on terrorisms of various sphere. This is to tell you that the ENEMY and COHORTS are are at war naturally as you can hear or look or see or read about of various places and some are near you or you are a part of the national wars and warfare; while some are undergoing some threatening and others are at an international war investment in various continents of the world. In each case WEAPONRY is involved with personal answering to their commandants and head of state as commissioned.

DESPITE all the huge investments in these natural nations, lives are lost, weaponry weapons are destroyed while some goes obsolete in order to give room to new innovations in technology. These natural wars and warfare are at vast difference from the wars and warfare which the unparalleled armies of God in Christ Jesus is engaged with; and are equally located and stationed in every territory of the world beyond the limits and boundaries of nations and national limitations.

As in the humanly made army described above that are limited in nature in comparison to the divinely arranged spiritual army, as ascribed as the UNPARALLELED ARMY – which is the Church of God in Christ Jesus – the weaponry weapons in use for warfare are not carnal – meaning are not man made or humanly crafted. The weaponry weapons in use by the UNPARALLELED ARMY are not external as in the world; and are spiritual made as an OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE armour for spiritual warfare. For our warfare are spiritual and not fought or battled in the flesh (physical) though it has physical effect, hence our armour is expected to be PUT ON 24/7 by God’s unparalleled army in order to be always readily ready to triumph in Christ Jesus stead in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14. This is also explained in full as enjoined in the epistle scripture of Ephesians 6:10-18, as instructed by Apostle Paul to the Church of Ephesus. It’s by PUTTING ON this OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE armour that we can be able to stand AGAINST the enemy and cohorts in every phase of warfare in our walk of FAITH in God in Christ Jesus stead.

It must be noted that the armouring for our warfare to battle against the WILES of the enemy and cohorts’ mode of operandi – at every and all their forms of manifestations, against our FAITH in Christ Jesus – are readily available for our disposal and utilisation. Our place in Christ is to EXERCISE the rights and privileges in the FAITH upon which we stand in Christ Jesus in order to enact, authenticate and put the weapons and armouring into use to ensure and assure the essence and purpose for which it’s been given to us all – as the REDEEMED of God in Christ Jesus stead.

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into this GRACE WHEREIN WE STAND, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2.

For when our grandstanding PURPOSE are not exercised or utilised, and misused, the enemies rule and reign – hence there are many REDEEMED today that are still struggling in their walk and work with God, for not their inability to EXERCISE or be EXERCISING the SURELY and ASSURED weaponry weapon to bring ALL the works of the enemy and cohorts down as Jesus and the early Disciples – called Apostles did exercise ahead of time before us all in Christ Jesus stead.For we are enjoined in this scripture to:

“For though we WALK in the flesh [as mortal men], we are not CARRYING ON our [spiritual] WARFARE according to the flesh and using the WEAPONS of man. 4 THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE ARE NOT PHYSICAL [weapons of flesh and blood]. Our WEAPONS are DIVINELY POWERFUL for the destruction of fortresses.5 We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ, 6 being ready to punish every act of disobedience, when your own obedience [as a church] is complete” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6/Amplified.

“Behold, they shall SURELY GATHER TOGETHER, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. 16 Behold, I have CREATED the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an INSTRUMENT for his work; and I have CREATED the waster to destroy. 17 No WEAPON that is FORMED AGAINST thee shall PROSPER; and every TONGUE that shall rise AGAINST thee in JUDGMENT thou shalt condemn. This is the HERITAGE of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord” Isaiah 54:15-17.

Herein are some major spiritual weaponries or armouring to be exercised to put to use in order – to authenticate and enact and realise our VICTORY in ALL battles and warfare:

a. EXERCISING the spirit of being always on your UNIFORM – SPIRITUAL ARMOURING and WEAPONRY – Ephesians 6:10-18.
b. EXERCISING the WORD of FAITH (Knowledge and understanding of the WORD and Faith declaration or Confession of the WORD accordingly) – Mark 11:22-23; Luke 4:1-3; Luke 4:1-13 (Deuteronomy 8:3; Psalms 91:11-12); Revelation 12:11; Matthew 8:16; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 Peter 5:8-9; John 6:63; Hebrews 10:23; Proverbs 6:2; Romans 10:8-10.
c. EXERCISING the NAME of JESUS – Luke 10:17; Philippians 2:9-11; Acts 4:12; Acts 3:6-7; 1 Timothy 2:5; Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:16-20; John 14:12-17.
d. EXERCISING the BLOOD of JESUS – Revelation 12:11; Hebrews 9:12; Colossians 1:14: Ephesians 1:7; Revelation 5:9-10; Revelation 1:5-6.
e. EXERCISING the Power of PRAISE and WORSHIP – Psalms 149; Psalms 150; Psalms 8:2; 2 Chronicles 20:20-25, Joshua 6:1-21.
f. EXERCISING the PLACE of PRAYERS and FASTING – Acts 4:23-31; Acts 6:4; Mark 1:35; Matthew 4:1-11; Luke 4:1-13; Matthew 17:13-21/Mark 9:14-29; Luke 18:1-8; James 5:13-16; Mark 6:12-13. Matthew 6:5-18.
g. EXERCISING the Leadership of the Holy Spirit – Acts 1:8; Luke 24:49; John 3:8; John 16:13-15; Romans 8: 11-16, 26-27; Jude 1:20; Ephesians 6:18.

And there are three strategic WILES and MODE of OPERANDI that are scriptural known in use by satanic and cohorts against our FAITH in Christ Jesus; and for each we are fully informed with the Scriptural ANTIDOTE that can and will always COMBAT the enemy and cohort wiles as we are enjoined to:

“PUT ON THE WHOLE Armour of God, that ye may be ABLE to STAND AGAINST the WILES of the DEVIL” Ephesians 6:11.

Herein are the ENEMY and COHORTS wiles and mode of Operandi and our instructed antidote to note about them and the how to deal with their craft and cunning tactics accordingly:

AS A ROARING LION – 1 Peter 5:8.
ANTIDOTE: 1 Peter 5:9; James 4:7
AS A WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING – Matthew 7:15.
ANTIDOTE: Matthew 7:16, 20.
AS AN ANGEL OF LIGHT – 2 Corinthians 11:13-15.
ANTIDOTE: 1 Corinthians 12:8-10.

Suffice to know full well that overtime, one thing is certain and it’s worth noting that – Kingdoms, Nations, Empires, Politicians, Political and Military dictators, Kings and Rulers that have covenanted with satan and cohorts to do evil and wickedness, have risen and fallen – lost their greatness and collapsed, reigned and died – yet the Church of God in Christ Jesus, hallelujah, the greatest and only UNPARALLELED ARMY force that’s universally located and stationed – and known on earth, beneath the earth and in the heavens, keeps marching on triumphantly in the face of absolute oppositions and challenges – and all these in spite of all the attacks of the ENEMY and COHORTS on God’s mandate – plan, purpose and pursuit through His UNPARALLELED ARMY – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Crowns and thrones may perish

Kingdoms rise and wane

But the Church of Jesus constant will remain:

Gates of hell can never

‘Gainst that Church prevail;

We have Christ’s own promise –

And that cannot fail” – S. Baring-Gould

The UNPARALLELED ARMY, the CHURCH of God is undaunted in every way of the challenges that are emanating today and any day in future, because the Kingdom purpose and cause is of God and it’s an EVERLASTING KINGDOM; and thus endures and will endure through ALL GENERATIONS, irrespective of the challenges, opposition and difficulties in the path way as we see daily in all the multimedia channels and events near you.

“Thy KINGDOM IS AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM, and thy DOMINION endureth throughout ALL GENERATIONS” Psalms 145:13.

“For THE KINGDOM is the Lord’s: and he is the GOVERNOR among THE NATIONS” Psalms 22:28.

The militant-like soldier – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead, is at WAR with the FLESH within; and without, at WAR with the enemy and cohorts that’s against our FAITH in Christ Jesus; at WAR with spiritual forces and principalities and powers in heavenly and earthly places of doing life; at WAR with man-made religious dogmas and denominational entanglement and doctrinal sectarian bonds and traditional bye-laws and creeds in the name of God and at war with many such like as may be identified by the Holy Spirit in the WORD of God as He leads the Church – you, local and universal.

“FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses” 1 Timothy 6:12.

“Be SOBER, be VIGILANT (SMARTLY SENSITIVE, ALERT); because your ADVERSARY THE DEVIL, AS A ROARING LION, WALKETH ABOUT, SEEKING WHOM HE MAY DEVOUR: 9 whom RESIST STEDFAST IN THE FAITH, knowing that the same AFFLICTIONS are accomplished in your BRETHREN that are in THE WORLD. 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you PERFECT, STABLISH, STRENGTHEN, SETTLE YOU. 11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” 1 Peter 5:8-11.

And because we ARE at war and warfare entails, it takes a spirited combatant Militant-Like Soldier’s stand to combat to win and triumph daily and always as Apostle Paul admonished Timothy in the Holy writ of 2 Timothy 2:1-5. And to be a Soldier of Christ under the heavenly, wherein our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ is the captain of the host of God’s unparalleled army on earth with the angelic assisted army is a promise of full assurance of victory, triumph, overcoming and such like. Joshua 5:13-15. And this rare privilege to be a Militant-like Soldier is made possible by the grace of God and that gives us in earthly sphere the right to be His ambassadorial and representative in Christ Jesus stead – 2 Corinthians 5:17-21. And as such, there’s no room for errors and perversions in our walk in His stead. We need to war lawfully and obediently otherwise we will be courtmartialed and be declared upon with a “PERSONA NON GRATA” statuesque for woefully defiling and disobeying orders as expected. 2 Timothy 1:1-5; 2 Corinthians 10:3-6.

Be assured that our weaponry weapon is sure, assured to bring all things under God’s control. For in in Christ Jesus all things and flesh – animate and inanimate are subdued and SUBJECTED to the captain of the host of God’s unparalleled army. (John 17:2; John 13:3; Philippians 3:20-21; Matthew 28:18; Mark 16:15-20; Luke 10:17-20).

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his SWORD DRAWN IN HIS HAND: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? 14 And he said, Nay; but as CAPTAIN OF THE HOST of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? 15 And THE CAPTAIN of the Lord’s host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so” Joshua 5:13-15.

“It is true that I am an ordinary, weak human being, but I don’t use human plans and methods to WIN MY BATTLES. 4 I use God’s MIGHTY WEAPONS, NOT THOSE MADE BY MEN, to knock down the devil’s strongholds. 5 These WEAPONS can break down every proud argument against God and every wall that can be built to keep men from finding Him. With these WEAPONS I can capture rebels and bring them back to God and change them into men whose hearts’ desire is obedience to Christ. 6 I will use these weapons against every rebel who remains after I have first used them on you yourselves and you surrender to Christ” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (LB).

“This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest WAR A GOOD WARFARE; 19 HOLDING FAITH, AND A GOOD CONSCIENCE; which some having PUT AWAY CONCERNING FAITH have made shipwreck: 20 of whom is Hymenæus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme” 1 Timothy 1:18-20.

“I HAVE FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT, I have finished my course, I have KEPT THE FAITH: 8 henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing” 2 Timothy 4:7-8.

“Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. 16 Behold, I have CREATED the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an INSTRUMENT for his work; and I have CREATED the waster to destroy. 17 No WEAPON that is FORMED AGAINST thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise AGAINST thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. HOLDING FORTH UNTO THE MYSTERY OF THE FAITH: AS AN UNPARALLELED ARMY – THE GOD’S BATTLE AXE AND WEAPONS OF WAR!

“Thou art my BATTLE AXE AND WEAPONS OF WAR: for with thee will I BREAK (SHATTER ) in pieces the nations, and with thee will I DESTROY kingdoms; 21 and with thee will I BREAK in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I BREAK in pieces the chariot and his rider; 22 with thee also will I BREAK in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I BREAK in pieces old and young; and with thee will I BREAK in pieces the young man and the maid; 23 I will also BREAK in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I BREAK in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I BREAK in pieces captains and rulers” Jeremiah 51:20-23 Emphasis Mine.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY- the Church of God needs to firstly come to the point to fully acknowledge and understand the essence of embracing the SCRIPTURAL truth and vitality that – YOU ARE – GOD’S BATTLE AXE and WEAPONS OF WAR! Thus indicating you are not just enrolled in the army by virtue of being born of God, but you are the army, the vessel, the weapon in use to transmit the weaponry to WIN and TRIUMPH in everyway of God’s cause on earth in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. And this you do, by HOLDING onto the MYSTERY of the FAITH in PURE CONSCIENCE in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Holding the MYSTERY of the FAITH in a PURE CONSCIENCE” 1 Timothy 3:9.

FAITH is our life connection and currency of demands and supply in the heavenly for our earthly affairs. FAITH is NOW – Present tense and it’s active not passive unlike BELIEF which is passive. Faith is the only spiritual legal and tender mystery to do Kingdom business exchange with God. It pleases God. And FAITH is about ACTING accordingly and correspondingly on what you BELIEVE on, and of, God’s WORD in context, without doubtful thoughts. Mark 11:20-24. Hebrews 11:1-40. Faith is not MYSTERIOUS or MYSTICAL as some may THINK. It’s not a CREED, DOCTRINE or RELIGION or SECTARIAN or DENOMINATIONAL. Faith is the heavenly currency that operates in divine mystery that can’t be adulterated and counterfeited as other legal and vital tenders in use in the world. Faith is spiritual and life streaming 24/7 to meet all human affairs with the heavenly supply unhindered.

And there’s the need for you to hold earnestly and steadfastly unto the Faith that brings about the victory if one must succeed and excel and triumph with God in an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory in life and grace. Faith is not just the spiritual legal and vital tender to do the heavenly business for our earthly affairs, but the mystery of grace that can and will always paralyse every operation of the ENEMY and COHORTS against the Believer’s FAITH in Christ Jesus in God. And as such, there’s the need to be alert, vigilant and sensitive in the Spirit to exercise a pure heart and of a good conscience to safeguard the FAITH from the modus operandi of the enemy and cohort operations, especially toward you as the UNPARALLELED ARMY – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead.

“And herein do I EXERCISE myself, to have always a CONSCIENCE void of offence toward God, and toward men” Acts 24:16.

“Now the END of the commandment is CHARITY (LOVE) out of a PURE heart, and of a GOOD CONSCIENCE, and of FAITH UNFEIGNED” 1 Timothy 1:5 Emphasis Mine.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are TRUE, whatsoever things are HONEST, whatsoever things are JUST, whatsoever things are PURE, whatsoever things are LOVELY, whatsoever things are of GOOD REPORT; if there be any VIRTUE, and if there be any PRAISE, THINK ON THESE THINGS” Philippians 4:8.

There is and there are – LIFE BATTLES, knowingly or unknowingly. And these Life BATTLES are real to ALL and it’s irrespective to any – and it’s not about if and when. And OVERCOMING and TRIUMPHING is ASSURED as we do life by holding steadily steady on the mystery of FAITH. That’s what the enemy and cohorts can’t figure out how by faith victory is certainly certain over the world systems, when and while in dealing with an INFORMED unparalleled army – the you, the local and universal body of Christ Jesus.

“For everyone born of God is VICTORIOUS and OVERCOMES the world; and this is the VICTORY that has CONQUERED and OVERCOME the world—our [continuing, persistent] FAITH [in Jesus the Son of God]. 5 Who is the one who is VICTORIOUS and OVERCOMES the world? It is the one who BELIEVES and RECOGNIZES the fact that is the Son of God” 1 John 5:4-5 Amplified.

And the greatest of ALL life battles, is the BATTLE of your FAITH in Christ Jesus. And there are ENEMY and COHORTS out there 24/7 that’s fighting daily, going to and fro, roaring aggressively and looking for any avenue and opportunity to devour you of your FAITH in Christ. For the ENEMY and COHORTS knows that if it can get hold of your FAITH, EVERYTHING about you will be DEVOURED. Your FAITH is the VICTORY and TRIUMPH that overcomes the WORLD’S set up SYSTEM, which is run and controlled by the ENEMY and COHORTS against your well-being in Christ Jesus.

“Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be ALERT and CAUTIOUS at ALL TIMES. That ENEMY of yours, the DEVIL, PROWLS around like a ROARING lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour. 9 But RESIST him, be FIRM in your FAITH [against his attack—rooted, established, immovable], knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world. [You do not suffer alone.] 10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favour], who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you [making you what you ought to be]” 1 Peter 5:8-10 (Amplified).

Hence when the ENEMY and COHORTS roar, or make attacks on you in its acts of operandi, you need to know and understand that its actual PRIMARY aim and objective are not after your – Money, Family, Career, Relationship, Business, Ministry and such like. Its PRIMARY intent is that you GIVE UP and QUIT on your FAITH, for your FAITH is the ONLY divinely instilled mechanism that OVERCOMES and ENACT your REDEMPTION in humanity to live and do life.

“FIGHT the GOOD FIGHT of FAITH, lay HOLD on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast PROFESSED a good PROFESSION before many witnesses” 1 Timothy 6:12.

We are enjoined therefore, to stand up tall by HOLDING on the mystery of our FAITH, in order to FIGHT the GOOD FIGHT of FAITH in any life BATTLES. There is no room for fainting and giving up so easily in any phase and sphere because the victory is ASSURED to come.

“If thou hast RUN with the FOOTMEN, and they have WEARIED thee, then how canst thou CONTEND with HORSES? and if in the land of PEACE, wherein thou TRUSTEDST, they WEARIED thee, then how wilt thou DO in the SWELLING of Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5.

Therefore, BUILD UP your most Holy FAITH, as a way of PREPAREDNESS to life’s daily BATTLES in order to SOAR IN DOMINION through life and the years of living that our God will make possible for you in Christ Jesus stead. For a NO FAITH means a NO PLEASING of God, for the just must live in the holding up on the mystery of the Faith to win and triumph. Hence PREPAREDNESS is imperative and non negotiable.

“The horse is PREPARED against the day of battle: but SAFETY is of the LORD” Proverbs 21:31.

For your FAITH is the MYSTERY for your VICTORY, TRIUMPH, SUCCESS, DOMINION, THRIVING and ACHIEVING; and to OVERCOME and to live the life of A MORE THAN CONQUEROR status – in LIFE and GRACE, in Christ Jesus stead – and you need to hold to the FAITH MYSTERY in a PURE CONSCIENCE thereby making it in all possible. Your FAITH is a one lane two way street – Your Today and your Tomorrow – TREASURE IT. And Hold unto it in a PURE CONSCIENCE as an UNPARALLELED ARMY. Your FAITH is the MYSTERY for your VICTORY in life and godliness – HOLD UNTO IT WITH A PURE CONSCIENCE.

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, THE WORD OF FAITH, which we PREACH; 9 that if thou shalt CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE IN THINE HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the HEART man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH confession is made unto SALVATION” Romans 10:8-10.

A MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER

A MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER: THE UNPARALLELED ARMY – The CHURCH of God in Christ Jesus stead!

“Thou therefore, my son, be STRONG in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same COMMIT thou to FAITHFUL men, who shall be able to TEACH others also. 3 Thou therefore endure hardness, AS A GOOD SOLDIER of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that WARRETH entangleth himself with the AFFAIRS of this life; that he may PLEASE him who hath CHOSEN him to be a SOLDIER. 5 And if a man also STRIVE FOR MASTERIES, yet is he NOT CROWNED, except he STRIVE LAWFULLY” 2 Timothy 2:1-5.

The Church of God as an UNPARALLELED ARMY is a Militant-like Soldier who is daily at WAR in every aspect of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. The Church of Christ is engaged constantly and continuously in spiritual WARFARE. And everyone born of God’s nature in Christ Jesus, needs to know it and be readily ready to get engaged whenever and wherever in this spiritual battle that has physical effect in our world with resultant challenges to the individual lives, families, communities, nations and more.

AND YOU ARE THE CHURCH THAT’S GLORIOUS, MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER AND TRIUMPHANT IN NATURE IN CHRIST JESUS, BUILT-UP TO WIN AND TRIUMPH DAILY AS SET AND ASSURED.

The Church of God in Christ Jesus stead, though engage in constant MILITANT-LIKE spiritual warfare, is also a TRIUMPHANT Church. Each warfare and battle defines, refines, refreshes, energizes, rejuvenates, refires and renews the Church; hence the Church is GLORIOUS in all, because its beauty is awesome despite satanic cohorts effort to fake, duplicate, pervert and counterfeit this glorious attributes.

Therefore, get engaged and don’t watch from the sidelines or grandstand else you become a victim and prey rather than a victor. You are a WINNER in Christ Jesus stead any day and anyway in everywhere as long as you know and understand that you are equipped as being born of God and filled with His Spirit to get engaged with the battles within and without. Ephesians 6:10-20.

The militant-like soldier – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead, is at WAR with the FLESH within; and at WAR with the ENEMY and COHORTS that’s against our FAITH in Christ Jesus; and at WAR with spiritual forces and PRINCIPALITIES and POWERS in heavenly and earthly places of doing life; and at WAR with man-made religious dogmas and denominational entanglement and doctrinal sectarian bonds and traditional bye-laws and creeds in the name of God and at war with many such like as may be identified by the Holy Spirit in the WORD of God as He leads the Church – you, local and universal. [2 Corinthians 10:3-6; Ephesians 6:10-20; Galatians 1:6-9; Jude 1:3-4; Philippians 1:15-18; Philippians 3:18-19; 1 Peter 5:8-10; Acts 8:9-25].

And this WAR and WARFARE is about our FAITH in our Lord Jesus Christ. Hence Apostle Paul says we should FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH, indicating some fights are uncalled-for, not good fights, not fights worth engaging in and we should be aliens to them by every means. Suffice to know that the ENEMY and COHORTS are not necessarily after your physical possession and well being in their engagement of WAR and WARFARE against you. They are actually using the things you consider they ARE after as a distraction from the real deal. Their main target is your FAITH. To make you GIVE UP on your FAITH in God in Christ Jesus. Knowing that, as long as your steadfastness in God in Christ Jesus is steadily steady, you can ALWAYS recover all losses by the winning and victorious FAITH as Job deed [1 John 5:3-5]. For Job recovered the MORE by taking the stand that the REDEEMER lives in spite of all he went through with satan and cohorts, friends and wife against his stand in God – Job 19:25; Job 42:10-17.

“FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses” 1 Timothy 6:12.

And because we ARE at war and warfare, it takes a spirited Militant-Like Soldier stand to win and triumph daily and always as Apostle Paul admonished Timothy in the Holy writ of 2 Timothy 2:1-5. And to be a Soldier of Christ under the heavenly, wherein our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ is the captain of the host of God’s unparalleled army on earth with the angelic assisted army is a promise of full assurance of victory, triumph, overcoming and such like. Joshua 5:13-15. And this rare privilege to be a Militant-like Soldier is made possible by the grace of God and that gives us in the earthly sphere the right to be His ambassadorial representative in Christ Jesus stead – 2 Corinthians 5:17-21. And as such, there’s no room for errors and perversions in our walk in His stead. We need to war lawfully and obediently otherwise we will be court-martial and be declared upon with a “PERSONA NON GRATA” statuesque for woefully defiling and disobeying orders as expected. [2 Timothy 1:1-5; 2 Corinthians 10:3-6].

Herein are some lessons to keep in mind as the UNPARALLELED ARMY – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead, in order to avoid the setbacks, set ups and create a safety and security net that’s WORTH doing to win in life and grace.

To begin with, WHAT IS A CHURCH? A Church is the you (an individual), the local and the universal body of born again (of God) Believer’s on the WORD of God in Christ Jesus, filled with and led by the Holy Spirit, having (under) a Shepherd.

The reason why this CHURCH definition is important in the context of the scriptures is because there are many loose and loosely individuals and locals Believers out there who belongs to no Shepherd or rather not under any Shepherd for reckoning, as such are uncountable to any under God as the Scripture has enjoined – [Hebrews 13:16-17]. Such Believers are vulnerable or positioned in a vulnerable state knowingly and or unknowingly – which is a state of ignorance, foolishness and arrogance and stupidity due to some zealousness without knowledge and understanding in context and perception.

For a while, my younger children have been watching a Netflix documentary program called OUR PLANET. In the course of them watching the program for the few occasions of sitting down around with the children, I was curious about how the Cat family – especially the Lion and Leopard can easily target up their prey in order to feed and make a meal off them. Most of the time, I discovered they are always looking out to target a stand alone prey from the herd. And once identified, in their chase they can corner out that vulnerable stand alone, and their day meal is is set and made readily ready.

And it gives me a picture on how the ENEMY and COHORTS go about looking for that vulnerable stand alone Believer in Christ Jesus – who are not keen to have a covering Shepherd over their head. They roam about as spiritual harlots accountable to no one and none can account on their behalf – Hebrews 13:16-17. These Believers that belong to no fellowship or Local assembly or attend any gathering of God’s precious and redeemed people are exposed as lone soldier for the enemy and cohorts to PREY upon at challenging and difficult times.

DON’T BE A LONE MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER BELIEVER AND MINISTER IN THE BODY OF CHRIST GOSPEL MINISTRY.

When you think because you can read the Bible and pray to Father God in Christ Jesus, speak in tongues of the Holy Spirit, makes you not to see the need to have interaction and communication and fellowship with other Believers of same like father – you are knowingly setting yourself as lone soldier. I have seen people who are more in bond and bound to their set denomination and doctrine and sectarians settings that when they come to a new dwelling places and can’t find the same kind of local assembly they came from, they are not going to worship and serve God wholeheartedly in any new places of gathering for worship.

And some immediately will either form their own gathering assembly as if that’s the only mark to worship and serve God worthily and acceptably and make heaven. And unfortunately, some Ministers are not in any way out of this hook, because they have so much indoctrinated people with denominational spirit than with the Gospel of the body ministry of Christ Jesus, as such wants their members to use the opportunity to open up an extension of their denomination branch setting and immediately make such people Pastors overnight, even the individuals knows there’s no call of God upon their life for such spiritual placement and position – hence today there’s all manners of confusion and schisms and perversion and adulteration in the body ministry of the Gospel of Christ Jesus. And it’s of such like that Apostle Paul warns Timothy not to suddenly lay hands on any man for a spiritual high office to safeguard the body ministry – 1 Timothy 5:22.

In my watching over the xnatural national militant soldiers and interacting with few to hear their respective storyline, one thing I have learnt and can conclude from them is that they never fight alone without a team spirit and set back ups so that when there’s an injury from the enemies and cohorts side, there’s an immediate response to take their own out of the battle side whether dead or alive to preserve the honour and dignity and integrity to SERVE as soldier.

Unfortunately, in Church life over the years, especially where ignorance, stupidity and foolishness and schism exist, I have seen from grandstand where fellow UNPARALLELED ARMY are abandoned and left for the enemy and cohorts to have a full feed day upon in the name of punishment or sectarian reasons. Yet, the commandant of the UNPARALLELED ARMY, our Lord Jesus won’t abandon and let His own be devoured but will take them along as good, chief and great shepherd of the sheep to nurse His own and strengthen them so that they can recover speedily and live to fight another day as David will do against the Lion and the Bear that came along his way with his father’s sheep he was shepherding – and he was able to keep the sheep safe, secure and protected as the scriptures recorded – 1 Samuel 17:34-37.

You ARE a MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER. You ARE THE UNPARALLELED ARMY. You ARE the CHURCH of God in Christ Jesus stead. Be wise to take your place and PUT OFF the civilian uniform and PUT ON the armour of who you ARE in God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. Colossians 3:9-15; Ephesians 6:10-18.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY – The CHURCH of God: The PERSONIFIED Church That’s Spirit-Filled, Word-Filled, Love-Filled, Hope-Filled And Faith-Filled!

“But KNOW that the Lord hath SET APART him that is GODLY for Himself: the Lord will HEAR when I CALL unto him” Psalms 4:3.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY – the Church of God in Christ Jesus stead, is spiritually charged – energised and synergised and SET APART uniquely as a WORD-BASED Church for the GLORY and PRAISE of God, in the person of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ [Psalms 4:3]. Even so, Christ Jesus in humanity INSTRUCTED that those who will be followers called DISCIPLES to be enlisted as the UNPARALLELED ARMY of the Church of God in Him, must CONTINUE in His WORD as a de facto without compromise of any sort and in every respect, irrespective of anything known and unknown so that they might share in the INHERITANCE that’s for all that are SANCTIFIED – SET APART by His WORD.

“As he spake these words, many BELIEVED on him. 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which BELIEVED on him, IF YE CONTINUE IN MY WORD, then are ye MY DISCIPLES INDEED; 32 and ye shall KNOW the TRUTH, and the TRUTH shall make you FREE” John 8:30-32.

Another gracious fundamental and foundational basis that makes the WORD-based UNPARALLELED ARMY – The Church of God so unequalled, is on the rooting and grounding as a Spirit-Filled, Love-Filled, Hope-Filled and Faith-Filled Church of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. This aforementioned and not limited can’t be obtained anywhere else in the paralleled universe. And it’s efficacious because of the effectual and efficient working that is energised and synergised of the blessed Holy Spirit by the WORD of God into the being of the UNPARALLELED ARMY – the CHURCH of God in Christ Jesus stead, which you ARE in Him. Amen.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the LOVE of God is SHED (LAVISHLY) abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us . . . 8 But God commendeth his LOVE toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:5, 8/Emphasis Mine.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY is located there in every place of doing life in humanity on the earth and is not limited by geography; and is multi-generational, nondenominational, multilingual, multicultural, multidimensional and such like. And you ARE that UNPARALLELED ARMY – the Church of God in Christ Jesus, that’s born of God and is both locally and universally located, accessible and reachable with a liveable and lovable personality.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY – the CHURCH of God in Christ Jesus is THE YOU, THE LOCAL and THE UNIVERSAL body of Christ Jesus; and it’s characterised with Holy Spirit synergised character and energised dunamis and charisma, in all personality because of these but not limited in endowments and endearments:

You ARE the Love-Filled Church
You ARE the Hope-Filled Church
You ARE the Faith-Filled Church

When you begin to manifest in essence who you ARE in Christ Jesus, the Spirit of the Greater one in you will begin to work through you to make the needed difference to make OTHERS come to join this uniquely set apart unparalleled army that’s invincibly and angelically assisted to do the kingdom cause of God, in keeping the enemy and cohorts at bay. Be the difference in someone’s life as the UNPARALLELED ARMY – the CHURCH of God for the good of others near you and by you.

I hereby in God’s grace do urge you to get yourself spirited in grace by being the UNPARALLELED ARMY- the CHURCH of God that’s SPIRIT-FILLED, WORD-FILLED, LOVE-FILLED, HOPE-FILLED and FAITH-FILLED in all that pertains to doing life and living godly on earth, until our Saviour and Lord Christ Jesus returns.

BEING AND BECOMING AN UNPARALLELED ARMY: IT’S AT A COST – THE WILLIAM TYNDALE STORY EFFECT!

“. . . 6 As ye have therefore RECEIVED Christ Jesus the Lord, so WALK ye in him: 7 rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8 beware lest any man SPOIL you through PHILOSOPHY and VAIN DECEIT, after the TRADITION of men, after the RUDIMENTS of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power . . .” Colossians 2:1-23

Being born of God in Christ Jesus stead is always exciting; but becoming whom you believe in truth and spirit – to serve Him acceptably and worship Him worthily is at a cost in becoming that UNPARALLELED ARMY. And especially in dealing near you – the religious norms setting of creeds, bylaws and dogmas of the established denominationised, traditionalist and culturalised doctrinal sectarians – that contradict the TRUTH of God’s WORD to suit the norms of the day – in order to keep everyone happy, by appealing extremism and or to sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation (hypocrisy) – knowing it’s CONTRARY and or AGAINST the WORD of God.

We know in the days of humanity how our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ told the religious sectarians – Pharisees , Sadducees, Herodians and such like – that they make the word of God of no effect because of their traditional and doctrinal dogmas. And the emboldening of standing up to the then atmosphere sectarianism came at a cost, however resulting our SALVATION. Mark 7:11-12; 1 Timothy 3:16.

For such cost of being and becoming UNPARALLELED ARMY, is what William TYNDALE embarked upon to ensure today you have the Holy writ in English, in your hand by dealing with the religious sectarians of His days. And when I came across this beautiful piece of writ concerning him, I resolved to share it with you as you can thoughtfully read now below.

Know for sure I don’t own the writ, it’s Copied and Author unknown. Be INFORMED and TRANSFORMED, it’s my prayer for you now as you read the writ:

HOW TYNDALE WAS KILLED: THE MAN WHO TRANSLATED THE BIBLE INTO ENGLISH – BURNT ALIVE ON OCTOBER 6, 1536.

William TYNDALE, the man who TRANSLATED The Holy Bible into English and was burnt alive at the ridiculous young age of 42 years old, for his efforts. (Google search – FOXE’S BOOK OF MARTYRS by John Foxes.)

Nearly 500 years ago, this week, William Tyndale, fondly called ‘Father of the English Bible’ was strangled and burned at the stake after being tried and convicted of heresy and reason for translating the Bible into English.

HIS OFFENSE:

He translated the Greek Bible into English.

That you have a Bible in a language you can read is largely due to his labours, and many of the very phrases you read in it retain the flavour of his understanding of the Greek and Hebrew.

A graduate of Oxford and Cambridge, Tyndale had a powerful desire to make the Bible available even to the common people in England, in order to correct the ‘Biblical ignorance of the priests.’ At one point Tyndale told a priest, “If God spares my life, are many years pass, I will cause a boy that driveth the plow, shall know more of the Scriptures than thou dost.

Today, 90% of the King James Version of the Holy Bible and 75% of the Revised Standard Version are from the translation made by Tyndale, a man to whom you owe more than you’ll ever know.

A nice dream, but how was Tyndale to accomplish his task, when translating the Bible into English was ILLEGAL at the time?

He went to London to ask Bishop Tunstall if he could be authorised to make an English translation of the Bible, but the bishop would not grant his approval.

However, Tyndale would not let the disapproval of men stop him from carrying out what seemed so obviously God’s will. With encouragement and support of some British merchants, he decided to go to Europe to complete his translation, then have it printed and smuggled back into England.

In 1524 Tyndale sailed for Germany. In Hamburg, he worked on the New Testament, and in Cologne, he found a printer who would print the work. However, news of Tyndale’s activity came to an opponent of the Reformation who had the press raided.

Tyndale himself managed to escape with the pages already printed and made his way to the German city Worms where the New Testament was soon published.

Six thousand copies were printed and smuggled into England.

The bishops did everything they could to eradicate the Bibles. Bishop Tunstall had copies ceremoniously burned at St. Paul’s; the Archbishop of Canterbury bought up copies to destroy them. Tyndale used the money to print improved editions!

Tyndale continued hiding among the merchants in Antwerp and began translating the Old Testament while the King’s agents searched all over England and Europe for him.

A copy of Tyndale’s “The Obedience of a Christian Man” fell into the hands of Henry VIII, providing the king with the rationale to break the Church in England from the Roman Catholic Church in 1534.

In 1535, Tyndale was arrested and jailed in the castle of Vilvoorde (Filford) outside Brussels for over a year.

Tyndale’s work was denounced by authorities of the Roman Catholic Church and Tyndale himself was accused of Heresy.

Tyndale, 42 was finally found by an Englishman who pretended to be his friend but then turned him over to the authorities. After a year and a half in prison, he was brought to trial for heresy — FOR BELIEVING, among other things, IN THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS and that THE MERCY OFFERED IN THE GOSPEL WAS ENOUGH FOR SALVATION. In August 1536, he was condemned and was executed [burned alive at the stake] publicly on October 6, 1536, in a small town in Belgium.

As he burnt to death, Tyndale reportedly said “Lord, open the king of England’s eyes.”

WAS HIS PRAYER ANSWERED? YES! The prayer was answered first in part when three years later, in 1539, Henry VIII required every parish Church in England to make a copy of the English Bible available to its parishioners. Today, Tyndale’s prayer is fully answered, not only are the King’s eyes opened, but the Bible a universal instrument.

In 1611, the 54 scholars who produced the King James Bible drew significantly from Tyndale, as well as from translations that descended from his.

In 2002, Tyndale was placed at number 26 in the BBC’s poll of the 100 Greatest Britons; but in heaven he surely would be before the preceding 25.

A very important and interesting piece of history worth knowing and appreciating by all believers.

And may it challenge us to spend quality time in this same glorious book that this great servant literally gave his life for.

Today it’s hard to imagine the world without an English Bible, and there could now be as many as 900 of such translations in existence – but before Tyndale it had never happened. He’s known as the Father of the English Bible, since the later, epochal work of the King James Version of the Bible largely consisted of Tyndale’s scholarly and accessible translations.

The English language, as with scholarly understanding, continues to evolve – and so the work of Bible translation continues today.

But without the courage and genius of men like Tyndale, who challenged the status quo before them and died for doing so, it might never have been possible.

Do you remember the firebrand man of God, Archbishop Benson Idahosa, who declared that the planned meeting of Witches and Wizards in Benin cannot hold while he was alive.

People like Kathryn Kuhlman, Billy Graham, Smith Wigglesworth and those great men and women of God . . . ASK THOSE WHO SAW THE REVIVAL OF 1930s,1970s AND 1980s, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHY WE ARE CRYING OVER THIS “FIRE-LESS-NESS” WE ARE SEEING IN OUR GENERATION OF BELIEVERS.

John Knox prayed: “Lord, give me Scotland or I die”.

St Patrick, a rugged Believer that brought even dead animals and trees back to life Prayed: “God, Give Me souls or Give Me Nothing Else”

Brethren, The Hebrides revival prayed: “Lord, if you will not use us, please, kill us”

The brethren from England who brought the Fire from Azusa Street revival gathered everyday under the terrible cold and their only prayer topic was: “Lord, give us Men that will spread Your Fire in the streets of England”.

During the Indonesia Revival, those Hungry Hearts were seen Praying day and night, saying: “Lord, the harvest is ripe . . . If it pleases you, please use us”.

One prayer that was common during the days of William J. Seymour was: “Lord, this is another day that hell must lose men and women. Please, we are here use us”.

Paul said: “Woe unto me if I preach not the Gospel”

Rachel said to her husband, Jacob: “Give me children or I die”.

But unfortunately, our churches are filled today with people who are not ashamed of spiritual barrenness. We are asking “God give me money. God give me spouse. God give me Visa”.

Where do we see believers again that will be praying and fasting, and when you listen to them, you will be hearing: “Lord, let Your Fire fall in my community and let there be revival?”

When Paul encountered Christ, he fell and rose. What He asked was: “Lord, what will You have me do”. But today, when we fall under anointing, we start expecting marriage proposals, Visas and Employment letters. This generation of members in our Churches have not had a genuine encounter with the Man of Calvary.

No generation has carried Bibles like us without opening it.

No generation is materially driven like ours and we expect the land to obey us.

Jesus said, pray to the Father that He brings His Kingdom on Earth.

GOD help us to get it on time. Amen.

Let’s build up our spiritual life because it’s very necessary.

If you miss heaven, you can never miss hell. Think about it. Hell isn’t a pretty place.

THE UNPARALLELED ARMY – THE CHURCH OF GOD: THE LOVELY, GLORIOUS, MILITANT-LIKE SOLDIER AND TRIUMPHANT CHURCH!

Yea, Kingdoms, Nations, Empires, Politicians, Political and Military dictators, Kings and Rulers that have covenanted with satan and cohorts to do evil and wickedness, have risen and fallen – lost their greatness and collapsed, reigned and died; yet the Church of God in Christ Jesus, hallelujah, the greatest and only UNPARALLELED ARMY force known on earth, beneath the earth and in the heavens, keeps marching on triumphantly in the face of absolute oppositions and challenges; and in spite of all the attacks of the ENEMY and COHORTS on God’s mandate – plan, purpose and pursuit.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY, the CHURCH of God is undaunted in everyway of the challenges that are emanating today and any day in future, because the Kingdom purpose and cause is of God and it’s an EVERLASTING KINGDOM, that endures and will endures through ALL GENERATIONS irrespective of the challenges, opposition and difficulties in the path way as we see daily in all the multimedia channels and events near you.

“Thy KINGDOM IS AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM, and thy DOMINION endureth throughout ALL GENERATIONS” Psalms 145:13.

“For THE KINGDOM is the Lord’s: and he is the GOVERNOR among THE NATIONS” Psalms 22:28.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY, the CHURCH of God is Spirit-breathed and alive; and not a mere organisation; and is living on the wings of Him who ever lives and is ageless. And He’s building the Spirit-inspiring, Spirit-revealing and Spirit-empowering army that’s ensured and assured that the gates of hades of the ENEMY and COHORTS can’t prevail and can’t matched the army as is captained by Him who rules and reigns supreme in the heavenly, on earth and beneath the earth. The UNPARALLELED ARMY is the Church of God on the earth and is energised and synergised along with an invincible armoury and weapons and angelically assisted.

“. . . 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH; and THE GATES OF HELL shall not PREVAIL AGAINST IT. 19 And I will give unto thee the KEYS of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt BIND ON EARTH shall be BOUND IN HEAVEN: and whatsoever thou shalt LOOSE ON EARTH shall be LOOSED IN HEAVEN . . .” Matthew 16:13-20.

The CHURCH of God is the you, local and universal body of born again and Spirit-filled believers of God in Christ Jesus, under a Shepherd. For under the Sun, there are two groups (THE JEWS and THE GENTILES (otherwise called the Greeks) and the third – THE CHURCH OF GOD. And the Church of God is made of the born again of THE JEWS and THE GENTILES (GREEKS) otherwise called the the circumcised or the uncircumcised in Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1:18-24; 1 Corinthians 10:32; Galatians 5:6.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY is equipped with an invincible armoury and weapons in union with an invisible heavenly angelic army as a re-enforcement with an emboldening and a fearless and unfailing dedicated and committed physical army called – The Church of God that’s of individual, local and universal across every continent on earth with unparalleled captain and commander and headship of God’s army – Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:20-23; Ephesians 3:20-21.

An unparalleled army that’s beyond the walls and boundaries of any known and to be known denomination, tribe, kindred, colour, tongue and nation and such like – and spread across the universe and far superior and above any known government and governance, principalities and powers and dominions that are known, written and yet unknown by any measure. Revelation 5:9-10; Revelation 1:5-6; 1 Peter 2:4-10; Galatians 3:6-9, 26-29.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY is the only known army that’s invincibly and angelically assisted and ministered to irrespective of location without respect to person’s; and faith in to the authority of the supreme commander captain and headship of God in Christ Jesus stead by the blessed Holy Spirit. Hebrews 1:7, 14; Joshua 5:13-15.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY battle field is not warred in the flesh but in the spirit – pulling down strong holds and kingdom, casting down vain imaginations, authorities and leadership, principalities and powers and rulers of evil and wickedness and such like, that are disrespectful and not subject to the authority of God. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6; 1 Peter 5:7-11; Ephesians 6:10-20.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY is beyond being a Jew or Gentile or Greek, heathen or circumcised or uncircumcised but is born of God from any of the aforementioned to be called the THE CHURCH OF GOD in Christ Jesus the Saviour and Lord and God personified. 1 Corinthians 10:32, Romans 2:28-29; Galatians 3:6-9, 26-29; 1 Corinthians 1:18-24; Galatians 5:6; Galatians 6:13-16; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Romans 3:28-29; Romans 10:4, 8-13.

And you are that individual, local and universal Church of God as depicted as the BODY OF CHRIST JESUS – for which is one God, one baptism, one Lord, one faith, one God and father. Ephesians 4:4-6; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27.

The UNPARALLELED ARMY has only one Shepherd who only is ascribed as the GOOD, CHIEF and GREAT SHEPHERD of this superior army. Psalms 23; John 10:11-18; 1 Peter 5:4; Hebrews 13:20-21.

THE CHURCH OF GOD – IT’S BEYOND WALLS

THE CHURCH OF GOD – IT’S BEYOND WALLS: IT’S THE ONLY UNIFYING BOND OF THE JEWS AND THE GENTILES [GREEKS] – IN REDEMPTION!

“Give NONE offence, NEITHER to THE JEWS, nor to THE GENTILES, nor to THE CHURCH OF GOD” 1 Corinthians 10:32.

“And herein do I EXERCISE myself, to have always a CONSCIENCE void of offence TOWARD God, and TOWARD men” Acts 24:16.

The scriptural books of the New Testament are grossly fielded with matters of the JEWS and the GENTILES – which sometimes the context of the GENTILE in reference is applicable to the GREEK indicating they are one and same in classification.

The scriptural people in the New Testament CONTEXT are classified into TWO and the THIRD groups of people in kind. The FIRST groups are THE JEWS, who are the custodian of THE LAW under Moses and depicted as the NATURAL OFFSPRING of Abraham. While the SECOND groups are THE GENTILES, often depict as THE GREEK, which together are summed to represent all people (called unbelievers) irrespective, who are not The Jews, for having no law of God as the natural Jews, thereby are seen to reason in their ways outside the law or commandments of God as given through Moses with the BLESSEDNESS of Abraham [Ephesians 2:1-22; Philippians 3:1-16; Galatians 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29; 1 Corinthians 10:32-33; Romans 2:17-29].

And most times in the scriptural context, the natural JEWS are classed as those of the CIRCUMCISION, while the GENTILES otherwise the GREEKS, are classed as the UNCIRCUMCISION. When either of The Jews – the CIRCUMCISION, and The Gentiles [Greeks] – UNCIRCUMCISION, gets BORN AGAIN [BORN OF GOD] in Christ Jesus, they form the basis for the THIRD groups called – THE CHURCH OF GOD. It thus means that the Jews and the Gentiles are UNIFIED and BONDED only in Christ Jesus, in the REDEMPTION – the REDEMPTION of God in Christ Jesus stead, for all mankind irrespective. Hence, the once term the Gentiles and the Jews are UNIFIED and BONDED by REDEMPTION, and have now become together – the SPIRITUAL JEWS [these are NEW CREATION breeds of God – having the law of God written in their hearts and with the written WORD available to them], which CIRCUMCISION is of the HEART and not of the FLESH to worship and serve together by the Holy Spirit, in spirit and truth, under one fold and irrespective, as written:

“For the name of God is blasphemed among the GENTILES through you, as it is written. 25 For CIRCUMCISION verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy CIRCUMCISION is made UNCIRCUMCISION. 26 Therefore if the UNCIRCUMCISION keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his UNCIRCUMCISION be counted for CIRCUMCISION? 27 And shall not UNCIRCUMCISION which is BY NATURE, if it FULFIL THE LAW, judge thee, who by the letter and CIRCUMCISION dost transgress the law? 28 For he is Not A Jew, which is one OUTWARDLY; neither is that CIRCUMCISION, which is OUTWARD in the FLESH: 29 but he is a JEW, which is one INWARDLY; and CIRCUMCISION is that of the HEART, in the spirit, and NOT IN THE LETTER [FLESH]; whose praise is not of men, but of God” Romans 2:24-29.

It’s only the basis of the REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, that formulated the principle that makes up of the “JEWS” and the “GENTILES” to become ascribed as “THE CHURCH OF GOD”. This gives both the basis to sing a common new sung instead of their respective old sung of difference that gives no wholesome stands and access to God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. The song that binds together the REDEEMED of God from every kindred, tongue, people and nation as it’s written:

“And they SUNG A NEW SONG, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to OPEN THE SEALS thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy blood out of EVERY KINDRED, and TONGUE, and PEOPLE, and NATION; 10 and hast MADE us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall REIGN on the earth” Revelation 5:9-10.

Today, the redeemed – born of God Jews and Gentiles that have been bonded to become the Church of God, can now together, without sentiments, prejudice, and dissimulation (hypocrisy), have a STAND by GRACE to ACCESS by FAITH and ENJOY their REDEMPTION RIGHTS and Privileges, in Christ Jesus. For “THE CHURCH OF GOD” that consist of both the REDEEMED Jews and Gentiles – is God’s physical enabling on earth that guarantees the ensuring of the rights and privileges into His BLESSEDNESS to ‘POSSESSING OUR POSSESSION’ in Christ Jesus stead. AMEN.

The CHURCH OF GOD, which is the CITY of God, the EMBASSY of God, the TEMPLE of God, the HOUSEHOLD of FAITH, the BODY of Christ, the AMBASSADOR of Christ and the MOUNT ZION and such like – is you, the redeemed (born of God) Jews and Gentiles. And knowingly and unknowingly, your being by redemption, is having the DNA of God in Christ Jesus to POSSESS God’s BLESSEDNESS, and in POSSESSING your Possessions as inheritance, in the kingdom of our God in Christ Jesus stead. For there’s an INHERITANCE for ALL in the kingdom as we soar and thrive in grace as Christ has made us BECOME in REDEMPTION both THE JEWS and THE GENTILES – THE CHURCH OF GOD.

In Possessing your Kingdom PRIVILEGED and RIGHTFUL possession in Christ Jesus, your best place to start, is to get along WITH – THE CHURCH OF GOD – the ASSEMBLY or INGATHERING of God’s precious and redeemed people. For as goes THE CHURCH OF GOD in a physical assembly – so goes YOU and THE NATION at large, otherwise it’s catastrophic when this order is overlooked and misappropriated for any selfish and disgruntled reasons. For in any ingathering the Holy Writ thus indicates the heavenly are equally present as it’s written:

“But ye are come unto MOUNT SION (Zion), and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general ASSEMBLY and CHURCH of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 and to Jesus the MEDIATOR of the NEW COVENANT, and to the blood of sprinkling, that SPEAKETH better things than that of Abel” Hebrews 12:22-24 (Emphasis Mine).

For the above PRINCIPLE and UNDERSTANDING to ENSURE God’s BLESSEDNESS, you must as a matter of RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY, endeavour to BELIEVE, BELONG in the local assembly Church of the Body of Christ Jesus, in order to BECOME a part to FUNCTION effectually and efficiently. There’s no room for a lone person outside the body that’s perfectly meant to be joined together – Ephesians 4:7-16. The reason been, the Church which is you and the Churches of Christ, which is the mount Zion of God – the Church of God, are assured of three things when this order of grace is followed accordingly – by coming together, for the ingathering. The principal order of grace enables one and all, to access and receive these but not limited:

DELIVERANCE from all sorts (you name it).
HOLINESS – God’s nature, accessible to all in order to obtain God’s grace and blessings.
POSSESSING YOUR POSSESSIONS – all that Christ had obtained for you in REDEMPTION made Possible with the ease of His grace.

Your POSSIBILITIES can start now. However, envision yourself with a great start to possess your possessions in Christ Jesus by being in HIS CHURCH not as an OBSERVER – that is – but as one that has intentionally BELIEVE, BELONG to BECOME as in God’s REDEMPTION plan, purpose and pursuit as it’s written in the Holy Writ:

“But upon MOUNT ZION shall be DELIVERANCE, and there shall be HOLINESS; and the house of Jacob shall POSSESS THEIR POSSESSIONS” Obadiah 1:17 (Emphasis Mine).

Therefore, we can now be emboldened to say, declare, announce, proclaim that our DOMINION IN REDEMPTION is beyond walls – and it’s the UNIFYING BOND of the JEWS and the GENTILES (GREEKS) in becoming – THE CHURCH OF GOD in Christ Jesus. Amen.

“For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks? 31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 32 GIVE NONE OFFENCE, NEITHER TO THE JEWS, NOR TO THE GENTILES, NOR TO THE CHURCH OF GOD: 33 even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved” 1 Corinthians 10:30-33.

“For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH. 6 For IN Jesus Christ neither CIRCUMCISION availeth any thing, nor UNCIRCUMCISION; but FAITH which worketh by love . . . 11 And I, brethren, if I yet preach CIRCUMCISION, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the OFFENCE of the cross ceased” Galatians 5:5-6, 11.

THE MONTH AUGUST 2024: ENTITLED – “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”!

The law of faith is about the PRINCIPLES – the guiding laws – upon which the subject Faith operates – with, through, in, upon and on – in order to ensure and assure it’s fundamental and foundation basis of our belief and believe in God in Christ Jesus stead. The knowing and understanding of this principle helps one to do life and live godly in the grace of God through any forms of persecutions, in receiving God’s promises, and help one through the process of the enduring and persevering in the faith, doing righteousness, stopping the satan and cohorts, and such like, respectively [Hebrews 11:32-40].

The essence of knowing and understanding of the act of living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace is to ensure and assure the Believer’s of God in Christ Jesus stead, and on how one can by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace be energised in their spirit-being instead of their mental exertion which is not of faith toward Father God and our Saviour and Lord, Christ Jesus.

The essence of living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace of God in Christ Jesus, consists in the BELIEVING and RECEIVING what God has REVEALED – and hence, may be defined as the absolute trust in the God of the Scriptures and in Christ Jesus whom He sent, to fulfil the redemption of mankind through the loving obedience and good works [Acts 20:20-21; John 1:12; James 2:14-26; Hebrews 5:7-9].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace, is operational through these four fundamental principles of applications in doing life and living godly under God in Christ Jesus stead:

FOR SALVATION: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, ensures the personal faith (personal trust) to obtain Salvation is possible without our meritorious works to prove a point to Father God in Christ Jesus – who is our deliverer from the clutches of sin to our justification – wherein we’ve being made and declared – Gods righteousness in Christ Jesus. Amen. For our merits are filthy rags before God and our wealth can save a soul but our Faith operating under grace will give us our SALVATION access to Father God in Christ Jesus. [Romans 4:5, 23-25; 5:1-2; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Isaiah 64:6; Psalms 49:6-9].
FOR PRAYERS: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles helps to ensures that our PRAYERS [fellowship – communion – to enhance relationships] with Father God in Christ Jesus, is of assurance and confidence; it helps us to ensure that we are assured of our justified state of being and our access state of being, of our Father God in Christ Jesus, when we STAND in the grace of our RIGHTEOUSNESS of Him to offer PRAYERS without an iota of mistrust. [Romans 5:1-2; Hebrews 4:14-16; 1 John 5:14-15; Colossians 1:12-14; Philippians 3:3; 1 Corinthians 1:9; John 4:19-24].
The UNSEEN: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, help ensures one to know and understand that the UNSEEN world makes and brings about the SEEN world; and that helps to make the act of doing life and living godly possible as it helps to bring about the unknown – the unseen – things into being – into reality – into tangibility. And one can then act on the conviction that God’s word is practicable, reachable and touchable beyond a mere sight before believing God in Christ Jesus – [Hebrews 11:1-3; Romans 4:17; 2 Corinthians 6:13; 2 Corinthians 5:7].
DAILY LIVING: Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace principles, means living by the principles that ensures a practicable and liveable essence in our day to day living when we understand the working principle in life, and the uses and applications of faith – that the otherwise WORD OF FAITH is true and real to do life and live godly, irrespective of our daily circumstances. [Habakkuk 2:4 (Galatians 3:11; Romans 1:16-17; Hebrews 10:38); Romans 10:8-10].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH in the grace helps to ensures and to be assures that the Believer’s of God in Christ Jesus live beyond borders and walls, by the governing and bounding law by which THE [SAVED] JEW’S (which is of the circumcision) and THE [SAVED] GENTILE’S (which is of the uncircumcision) can have access to God’s redemption rights and privileges to become and make up – THE CHURCH of Christ Jesus that makes up the born of God – Jew’s and the born of God Gentile’s [Romans 3:27-29; Romans 2:28-29; 1 Corinthians 10:32].

Living by THE LAW OF FAITH does mean for the Believer’s in Christ Jesus is subjected to operate LAWFULLY within the grace of God, otherwise there’s disqualification on that particular context and subjects of life plan, purpose and pursuit [2 Timothy 2:5.; Galatians 5:1; Romans 8:2; 1 Corinthians 9:24-27].

WELCOME TO MONTH OF AUGUST 2024:THE MONTH OF – “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”!

You are highly and specially WELCOME to MONTH AUGUST 2024 – The MONTH I have entitled: “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”! For by GRACE we are SAVED and by GRACE we STAND; and living by and living through THE LAW OF FAITH IN THE GRACE, we are ensured and assured of the rights and privileges of our REDEMPTION in Principle, and it belongs to all ends of the spectrum that makes the people that makes up THE CHURCH OF GOD in Christ Jesus – The JEWS [The CIRCUMCISION] and The GENTILES [The UNCIRCUMCISION] .

The dawn Month AUGUST, is the eight month of the year and thus represents a NEW BEGINNING. It is the eighth [8] month of the JULIAN and GREGORIAN calendars and one of the seven [7] months that is 31 days long.

The name AUGUST means to inspire (or inspiring) – REVERENCE, ADMIRATION, OF SUPREME, DIGNITY OR GRANDEUR, MAJESTIC, VENERABLE, EMINENT, GRAND AND LORDLY. And in conjunction with the month theme which is “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”, to AUGUST by the theme therefore is to ensure “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE” to be DIGNIFIED, to be REVERED, to be ADMIRED, to be MAJESTIC, EMINENT, VENERABLE, GRAND and more of such like . . .

In GENESIS 1-2:3, the scripture gives the wonderful acts of God in creation of the planet earth and of all that is on earth as summed up in PSALMS 24:1-2. From the scripture we see that by the sixth day God had created all His intended creation including man whom He also empowered to oversee all created creation; and on the SEVENTH day God RESTED in pleasure of His creation as in REVELATION 4:11 and ECCLESIASTES 3:11.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast CREATED ALL THINGS, and for THY PLEASURE they ARE and WERE CREATED” Revelation 4:11.

“He has MADE everything beautiful and appropriate in its time. He has also planted ETERNITY [a sense of divine purpose] in the human HEART [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except God]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what God has done (His overall plan) from the beginning to the end” Ecclesiastes 3:11/AMP

When God rested on the SEVENTH day, what then do you think happened on the next day – being the EIGHTH. I tell you now what I think and have come to know and understand by the Spirit of God. This is what I believe and conclude, that on the EIGHTH, the man’s NEW DAY WAS DAWN, that is born and made to begin; meaning the EIGHTH day was the BEGINNING of man [non-gender] to LIVE for purpose and meanings [Romans 8:28-30; Ephesians 1:11-2; Ecclesiastes 3:11/AMP]; and it’s for man to start taking on in PRINCIPLE, the act of RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY from the REST of God on the seventh [7] day, in order to find his OWN REST when done of God’s purpose for him [Romans 8:28-30; Hebrews 4:8-11; Revelation 14:13]; and it’s for man to EXERCISE his eminent given and endowed authority to be fruitful and multiply, to replenish the earth, subdue it and reign in it, and to live in majestic splendour, thrive, colour, grandeur and have dominion as in the Holy Writ Scripture of Genesis 1:26-28.

The EIGHTH day was such a day of great influence, affluence and significance of honour and dignity, for man to take the chance and opportunity accorded him by the uncreated creator God to enhance the PATH OF LIFE in the path of divine responsibility and accountability on earth to fulfil God given purpose and assignment. It was a dawn day of becoming God’s representative and ambassador on earth according to these Scriptures but not limited – Psalms 115:16; Psalms 8:4-6; Isaiah 45:11-12; 2 Corinthians 5:20.

HEREIN NOW IS THE TRAJECTORY TO – “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”:

Do you recall your first time of going to school, college, university – that you so much desired, deserved and cherished – and how well you PREPARED and DRESSED up to AUGUST it? Or when you were starting that desired and precious job – how you started it on a very good note with majestic show that you were around and capable to AUGUST it? Or going for that first or special date with that special person – how much you gorgeously accorded yourself with such great value to AUGUST it? Or on that lovely, sweet and gracious wedding – how much you ensured and AUGUST it, that it becomes the most talked about the day for an honourable marriage? and at the top of the note before all invited friends and families?

It’s time to SELAH – PAUSE and THINK, of any situations that you dignified, accorded respect and honoured though not mentioned here. That’s what it means to AUGUST an occasion precisely and pricelessly, and the how and while you need to AUGUST this month of AUGUST, in doing LIFE and living GODLY in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

It’s this act to AUGUST one’s life that makes Apostle Paul to say, I dearly and earnestly MAGNIFIED or DIGNIFIED my MINISTERIAL OFFICE such that no man would disdain or take his calling and ministerial office repute for granted and disdain. Meaning, he AUGUST the office of his CALLING with GRACIOUSNESSS and GRACEFULNESS with such grace to ensure it’s DIGNIFIED, REVERED, ADMIRED, MAJESTIC, EMINENT, VENERABLE, GRAND and more of such like as it’s written:

“Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness? 13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I MAGNIFY MINE OFFICE: 14 if by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them” Romans 11:12-14.

I can therefore conclude that the number EIGHT is the dawn number of OPPORTUNITY and POSSIBILITY to make a start and of a new day for man’s new beginning. When God rested to have His leisure on His done work, mankind began its ambassadorial role in a great fashion of chance and opportunity, polished and fashioned in the path of dignity and gracious display of being revered, admired, majestic, eminent and venerable.

You need to believe again in the you that’s of God and in God to live and reign dignified. This is the month of AUGUST – let us AUGUST it again by “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE”.

I pray that as you turn into this month of August, being the eighth of the calendar year, that it shall be the beginning of months for you. A month in which you will live and reign in the path of majesty, in dignity, eminent, revered, admired, venerable and lordly; A life where all things are under your control while you reign in the path of dominion. May you spend time in God’s presence that He might order your life to greatness and peace as written in Jeremiah 17:12 “A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary”.

Unlike Adam who misplaced his priority with Eve, I pray that this honour of being justified by the deeds of Christ as in Romans 5:1-2, your path shall ever shine and shine brighter and clearer and brighter until the full glow of you is shown around that all may see your great eminence of God; and then glorify our Father God, the Father of our Saviour-King and Lord Jesus, whose presence is your source of life and grace. Amen!

May this month of number eight being August, turn your shame to fame, your disdain to honour and glory, your failure to success, your setbacks to steppingstones, your disappointment to appointment; may your present lamentable situation and circumstance become your positioning for greater heights in life and godliness.

I pray that the good Lord will order your step, uphold you and help you to put on the same kind of spirit as that of Joseph of the twelve; who after hearing that Pharaoh wanted him, instead of going as he was in disdain, sorrowful and in a battered prison uniform, rather went to SHAVE HIS BEARD, exchange his prison clothes with a dignified robe; assured himself in God that when he got to the palace of pharaoh, a place of HONOUR, EMINENT, DIGNITY and REVERED, he would not return to prison again which eventually was his story. Even though he knew that he was in prison he did not imprison himself as a prisoner, meaning that the prison did not have him, because the eminent one – Jehovah-Adonai, lived in him [Genesis 41:12-16; 1 John 4:4-6].

I PRAY that you have a gracious and graceful month August in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead, as you start “LIVING BY ‘THE LAW OF FAITH’ IN THE GRACE” Amen.
