THE CHRISTMAS REASON

THE CHRISTMAS REASON: THE EXPRESSION SEASON OF GOD’S LOVE – IN RELATIONSHIP & FELLOWSHIP!

By the virtue of birth, my gracious, sweet, loving and dear wonderful children have an awesome RELATIONSHIP with me. But if any is to enjoy a more than the usual, normal and generalised BLESSEDNESS of GRACIOUSNESS and GRACEFULNESS, they have to engage in a constant FELLOWSHIP and COMMUNION to know and understand the path to it, that’s their RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Much more in the same scenario, by virtue of God’s love in Christ Jesus’ we obtain RELATIONSHIP in our being born of God (comely called Born Again). But if we are to enjoy the fullness of God, we must endeavour to explore a FELLOWSHIP decorum with Him. Adam lost his fellowship at Eden and it cost him at Eden as we know till date with the afterward generations of him. Jesus in humanity maximise His FELLOWSHIP and He made all the difference as we know.

This is not about Church or special programs and busy prayer meetings and schedules, but how much of fellowship you are having with Father God personally, to enhance and boost your worth in Him and for Him is what ‘This Christmas’ in ‘This December’ and ‘This Day’ should be about. The REASON for the SEASON.

It is the fellowship that strengthens relationship. Sin hinders the fellowship and in time destroys the relationship as in Eden. Hence during this season of Christmas, give room for the reason, that is, God’s love in Christ Jesus in relationship for fellowship to count and account for you. Make time to be ‘ALONE WITH FATHER GOD’.

Every Blessing in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were called unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have FELLOWSHIP with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have FELLOWSHIP one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin” 1 John 1:5-7.

“And in the morning, RISING up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a SOLITARY place, and there PRAYED” Mark 1:35.

“Thou wilt shew me the PATH OF LIFE: in thy PRESENCE is FULNESS of joy; at thy RIGHT HAND there are PLEASURES for evermore” Psalms 16:11.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature: OLD things are passed away; behold, all things are BECOME NEW” 2 Corinthians 5:17.

The Christmas REASON: The Expression SEASON Of God’s LOVE to HUMANITY – In RELATIONSHIP And FELLOWSHIP!

By virtue of birth, my wonderful children have an awesome RELATIONSHIP with me. But if any is to enjoy a MORE THAN the usual, normal and generalised blessings, they have to engage in a constant FELLOWSHIP to know and understand the path to it, that’s their RESPONSIBILITY.

Much more in the same scenario, by virtue of God’s love in Christ Jesus’ we obtain RELATIONSHIP in our being born of God (comely called Born Again). But if we are to enjoy the fullness of God, we must endeavour to explore a FELLOWSHIP decorum with Him.

Adam lost his FELLOWSHIP at Eden and it cost him at Eden as we know. Jesus in humanity maximise His FELLOWSHIP in His humanity and He made all the difference as we know.

This is not about Church or special programs and busy prayer meetings and schedules, but how much of FELLOWSHIP you are having and engaging with Father God personally. This is good and necessary, in order to enhance and boost your worth in Him and for Him. This is what ‘THIS CHRISTMAS” in ‘THIS DECEMBER” and ‘THIS DAY” should be about – The REASON for the SEASON.

It is the FELLOWSHIP that strengthens RELATIONSHIP. Sin hinders the fellowship and in time destroys and erases the relationship as in Eden. Hence during this SEASON of Christmas, give room for the REASON, that is, God’s love in Christ Jesus in relationship for fellowship to count and account for you and your good.

Make time to be ‘ALONE WITH FATHER GOD’ and have your own ACQUAINTANCE with Him. For LOVE makes Christmas a gracious event while SELFISHNESS (SELF-CENTEREDNESS) makes it a burden and pain.

May you have an amazing Christmas in all you do I pray.

UNDERSTANDING To PROFIT In The GRACE

UNDERSTANDING To PROFIT In The GRACE: Get The UNDERSTANDING In ALL Your KNOWING And PASSION!

I have always said, and will always say: Until You Understand What You Claim To Know Or To Have Known In Any Matter Of Life And Godliness, You Are Not Better Than The Ignorant and the unwise fool.

Having an idea is good, understanding your idea is another ball game. I have seen the assumed rich fall from the penthouse glory to be a beggar and have seen the one time poverty stricken rise to grace from grass. All because the assume rich just landed into wealth by a mere knowledge and zeal without understanding the take and know-how to sustain the position; while the once poverty stricken took to knowledge know-how along with understanding of the journey, arrives there, lives to sustain it, in spite of all changes in weather conditions.

Knowing your spouse is good, but if you don’t understand each other, there’s going to be a bomb explosion one day.

Being educated in a career or trade is good, but not understanding your career or trade will cause you a problem to yourself and to others probably one day.

Being a Gospel Minister is a gracious privilege. But not understanding the etiquette of being a Shepherd of looking well over God’s heritage will make you a hypocrite and wolf in sheep clothing.

Being a leader or in government or position of making decision is good, but if you lack the understanding for leadership and governance, you will destroy the RESOURCES of such position – PEOPLE, TIME, EFFORTS, MATERIAL & FINANCE under your watch.

More so, a lack of UNDERSTANDING will cause you to always REACT, make EXCUSES and BLAME others for your inadequacy; It will cause you not to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY for your actions; and a lack of PURPOSEFUL UNDERSTANDING to achieving meaningful RESULTS.

In UNDERSTANDING, the PURPOSE of a thing is ACHIEVE with GRACE. A lack of ALL NEEDED UNDERSTANDING makes people live a life without PURPOSE for themselves and others. It’s time to be PRINCIPLED by doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY through UNDERSTANDING in the GRACE wherein we stand to become all that God in Christ Jesus has done in us, is doing in us and through us by His WORD and the blessed HOLY SPIRIT of grace. Amen.

I know why the difference, the scriptures has an answer, and is this:

“WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get WISDOM: and with ALL thy getting GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7.

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but the way of TRANSGRESSORS (Ignorant, puff up, fool, disobedient) is HARD (Difficult Challenging, Rough)” Proverbs 13:15 (Emphasis Mine).

“The man that WANDERETH out of the WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall remain in the CONGREGATION (Gathering, Places) of the dead (Unproductive, Foolish , Ignorant)” Proverbs 21:16 (Emphasis Mine).

Scriptural UNDERSTANDING For Wisdom: Get The UNDERSTANDING In ALL Your KNOWING!

I have always said, and will always say: “Until You UNDERSTAND What You Claim To KNOW Or To Have KNOWN In Any Matter Of Life And Godliness, You Are Not Better Than The IGNORANT”

Knowing your spouse is good, but if you don’t understand each other, there’s going to be a bomb explosion one day.

Being educated in a career or trade is good, but not understanding your career or trade will cause a problem to you and others probably one day.’

UNDERSTANDING the PURPOSE of a thing, is the needed enabling grace in order to achieve meaningfully and be fulfilled in any driven cause. A lack of ALL NEEDED understanding makes people live a life without meaningful PURPOSE and FULFILMENT for themselves and others.

WISDOM – KNOWLEDGE + UNDERSTANDING – It’s based on PRINCIPLE, which is GOOD and PROFITABLE and a DEFENCE, GIVING one’s LIFE an ESSENCE!

“Wisdom is GOOD with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun. 12 For wisdom is a DEFENCE, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom GIVETH life to them that have it” Ecclesiastes 7:11-12.

“WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get WISDOM: and with ALL thy getting GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7.

The Knowing And Understanding Of – THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY

The Knowing And Understanding Of – THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY: It Delivers And Emancipates One From ERRORS – And From Being MISTAKEN!

Erring or being Mistaken in Scriptural terms indicates the idea of being DECEIVED and DECEIVING; but the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of “THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY” sets one FREE from being MISTAKEN and walking erroneously in a world where many wants to be RATIONALISTS to the Scriptures which is – The Living WORD of God.

That’s why you sometimes if not most times, hear people in a way to cover up their deception and ignorance, will say – GOD UNDERSTANDS. God understands what? Their erroneous or deceptions or ignorance or state of being mistaken?

God wants us to KNOW and UNDERSTAND the TRUTH that SETS us FREE by you making an intentional commitment to see that the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING is your own personal RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY and not someone else’s. Meaning God wants us to be principled to DO or DOING – that is to Be DOER of His WORD and not RATIONALISTS, in order to be BLESSED INDEED – James 1:22-25.

Herein are three INCAPACITIES but not limited of the state of the RATIONALISTS:

*1* Self Deception (Romans 1:21-22).

*2* Ignorance of the Spiritual Content of the Scriptures (Acts 13:27).

*3* The Disbelief in the INTERVENTION of DIVINE POWERS in matters of life and godly living (2 Peter 3:4-9; 1:2-4).

God does not wants us to be DECEIVED – living and walking in errors due to our ERRING on Scriptural Truth and in our IGNORANCE (lack of knowledge and understanding) of the THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY.

I pray you get WISDOM in KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING in order to ensure you are stable in SPIRITUAL MATTERS that pertain to LIVING LIFE and GODLINESS in Christ Jesus stead. AMEN.

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do ERR, not KNOWING the SCRIPTURES, nor the POWER of God” Matthew 22:29.

“Jesus answered and said to them, “You are MISTAKEN, not KNOWING the SCRIPTURES nor the POWER of God” Matthew 22:29 (NKJV).

“And the TIMES of this IGNORANCE God WINKED AT; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” Acts 17:30-31.

“But be ye DOERS OF THE WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not A DOER, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a DOER of the work, this man shall be BLESSED in his DEED” James 1:22-25.

Wisdom Nuggets

Wisdom Nuggets: Taking RESPONSIBILITY & Stop REACTING – No Matter What or Who!

Your destiny is defined by the act to either REACT or RESPOND to the circumstances that had befallen or has befallen you.

Most time in life, people or persons may be INVOLVED and or BLAMED for the reasons for our fall into the ditch; but one must come to know that it’s ones RESPONSIBILITY to rise up and shake off that dust in order to become in life again. You need to know, that the New Creation has no past and can’t be limited either, in order to become what one is born of God to be in spite of the circumstances.

Alternatively, one can take the place of REACTING negatively and live a life of blaming ones past and whosoever for the reasons of ones fall in order to remain in the same statuesque, seeking for pity and sympathy party.

You must come to know that it’s your ATTITUDE and not your APTITUDE, in taking responsibility to the position of your fall and circumstances that had or has befallen you, that defines and determines your ALTITUDE.

That’s the lesson of responsibility to become, which I wants you to learn from a Biblical man called JABEZ in the scriptures below rather than the negative reaction of some to their situations.

Ponder thoughtfully and be bless accordingly. And I pray you God’s grace, wisdom and speed in everyway in Christ Jesus. Amen.

“And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow. 10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! AFD FEBRUARY 2013 EDITION

FEBRUARY_2013_THEMEShalom! Kingdom greetings in the precious name of our Lord & Saviour King – Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. With majestic privilege, I gladly welcome all visitors and existing browsers into this Month of FEBRUARY 2013, which is THEMED: CALLED & ANOINTED FOR A CAUSE! Believe it, Receive It & Live It. It’s time to activate, arise and go forth to fulfil that cause wherein you are called and anointed which is within you, upon you and for you. Note very well that:

“God does not call the equipped, He equip the called. Meaning, He anoint only the called to accomplish His plan, purpose and pursuit in them. Those who are available not those who have ability. For men ability and self equipping are filthy rages before God. Every call requires an Anointing, very anointing carries a RESPONSIBILITY“

Hence, this month of FEBRUARY is your month to ACTIVATE the anointing of God in you, in other to enhance and to achieve your God given kingdom goals, For therein you are called in all things that pertain to life and godliness. Hence some of our scriptures for the theme reads –

John 18:36-37 “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. 37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”

Acts 10:37-38 “That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him”

1 John 3:8 “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.”

Luke 4:18-21 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. ”

Isaiah 61:1-3 “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.”

1 Corinthians 1:1-3, 24, 26-31 “Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their’s and our’s: 3 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.”

2 Corinthians 1:21 “Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God”

1 John 2:20, 24, 26-27 “But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things . . . 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. ”

Mark 3:13-15 “And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him. 14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, 15 And to have power to heal the sicknesses, and to cast out devils: ”

John 15:16 “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

Revelation 5:9-10 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth”

1 Peter 2:5, 9 “Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light”

Isaiah 10:27 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.”

John 14:16-17 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.”

I do know that a man’s ignorance is his own mountain and the knowledge of the truth will set him free. Hence I am leaving you with this AFD FEBRUARY  2013 Edition newsletter for your perusal and as a guide of grace to give you food for thought indicating how the theme of the month will be approach. I therefore commend you to take time to ponder and meditate on them in prayers (Acts 20:32).

However, this month theme will be expanded in course of the SERVICES & TIMES in all meetings through the Month/year in “Scripture Pasture” Study and “Pastoral Messages & Ministrations”.

I gladly welcome you, your friends and family to be with us in Fellowship and Worship.
