Taking STOCK on God’s WORD In LOVE: LOVING to DO God’s WORD in LOVE – And Not As A BURDEN – Makes All The Difference!

Do you always take stock on God’s WORD? and do it in LOVE? Yea. GREAT. However it’s summed up in this – LOVING to DO God’s WORD of commands in LOVE is a hallmark of doing the WORD effortlessly, selflessly and without sweat and guilt; more so, considering always that God’s WORD, is not IRKSOME, BURDENSOME, TASKMASTER, TROUBLESOME, HARD and DIFFICULT to practice when in a loving approach. For DOING God’s WORD in LOVE makes all the difference in LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

It must be noted that God is not a taskmaster, hence His commands are not an advice, they are genuine, faithful, true, sure, real and empowering to help and give leverage in living and doing life in all circumstances.

A WILLING and OBEDIENT hearts of LOVE towards God’s WORD, it’s all it takes and when not taken with DUTY hearts as if God is a TASKMASTER; and knowing that God have not TASKED you to tempt you with an obligation He knows it’s impossible for you and any to do; and He’s not out to see you fail, in order that He might punish you to suit Himself well and good.

Therefore, taking STOCK on God’s WORD in LOVE, and LOVING to DO God’s WORD in LOVE – should not be as a BURDEN – for that MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE in doing LIFE and living GODLY.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“By this we know that we LOVE the children of God, when we LOVE God and keep His commandments.  3 For this is the LOVE of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not BURDENSOME” 1 John 5:2-3.

“If ye be WILLING and OBEDIENT, ye shall eat the good of the land” Isaiah 1:19.

“There hath no TEMPTATION taken you but such as is common to man: but God is FAITHFUL, who will not SUFFER (ALLOW) you to be TEMPTED above that ye are able; but will with the TEMPTATION also MAKE A WAY TO ESCAPE, that ye may be ABLE to bear it” 1 Corinthians 10:13 (Emphasis Mine).

“Let no man SAY when he is TEMPTED, I am TEMPTED of God: for God CANNOT be TEMPTED with evil, neither TEMPTETH he any man: 14 but every man is TEMPTED, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed” James 1:13-14.

“Some indeed PREACH Christ even of ENVY and STRIFE; and some also of GOOD WILL: 16 the one PREACH Christ of CONTENTION, not SINCERELY, supposing to add AFFLICTION to my bonds: 17 but the other of LOVE, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel. 18 What then? NOTWITHSTANDING, every way, whether in PRETENCE, or in TRUTH, Christ is PREACHED; and I therein do REJOICE, yea, and will REJOICE” Philippians 1:15-18.

“Though I SPEAK WITH THE TONGUES of MEN and of ANGELS, but HAVE NOT LOVE, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 And though I have the GIFT OF PROPHECY, and UNDERSTAND ALL MYSTERIES and ALL KNOWLEDGE, and though I have ALL FAITH, so that I could remove mountains, but HAVE NOT LOVE, I am nothing. 3 And though I BESTOW ALL MY GOODS TO FEED THE POOR, and though I give my body to be burned, BUT HAVE NOT LOVE, IT PROFITS ME NOTHING . . .” 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 NKJV.

“LOVE has been PERFECTED among us in this: that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of judgment; BECAUSE AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD. 18 There is NO FEAR IN LOVE; but PERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR, because FEAR involves TORMENT. But he who FEARS has not been MADE PERFECT IN LOVE” 1 John 4:17-18.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because THE LOVE of God is SHED abroad in our HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us . . .But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE toward us, in that, while we were YET SINNERS, Christ DIED for us”  Romans 5:5, 8.

There’s GREAT POWER To FUNCTION In LOVE – And GREAT GRACE To BECOME What LOVE Entails!

“And with GREAT POWER gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all” Acts 4:33.

God’s Love it’s of the Human Hearts by the precious and blessed Holy Spirit; outside it, is PERVERTS, hence no man can genuinely LOVE beside what is Scripturally entails.

There’s the need to MANIFEST and DEMONSTRATE God’s kind of Love to this generation and dispensation. A world full of LOVE PERVERTS that’s indescribable in lusts and affections, hatred, evil and wickedness.

Manifesting and demonstrating God’s love is of the Holy Spirit embedded in human hearts, that is – the human spirit (Romans 5:5; Ecclesiastes 3:11 (Amplified). Outside it are an acts of perversions. Hence there are many evils and in fightings today in the name of love (James 4:1-5/Galatians 5:24-25).

Loving God and experiencing His eternal purpose for you is of the human spirit, because God’s love is poured or shared only in our hearts by the Holy Spirit; and from that human hearts (spirit being) we can manifest and demonstrate God’s love in us. It thus indicates, when you can’t receive and comprehends God’s love in your spirit being to manifest and demonstrate it by the Holy Spirit, it turns to PERVERTS. Hence many today have in the name of love which is of the head (senses) and not of the hearts (spirit) done many silly, evil and dangerous acts that’s too marvelling to comprehend (Proverbs 20:27/Galatians 5:24).

For example, when you keep BEATING UP  your spouse and yet say to her or him – I LOVE YOU. That’s pervert and demonic, because it’s only in the head. When it’s of the hearts by the Holy Spirit, you won’t think or imagine to do that at all.

For God gives the POWER to FUNCTION in LOVE and the GRACE to BECOME what Love entails!

The Scriptural writ of the Acts of the Apostles indicates that the Holy Spirit is of – POWER to FUNCTION – Acts 1:8; and of GRACE to BECOME – Hebrews 10:29/Zechariah 12:10.

It thus mean in the context of LOVE with God, one can’t genuinely acclaim to love God and still struggle to be in His presence, pray, read the Bible, fellowship with like minded believers and more – 1 John 5:1-3. God’s love when its of the heart – human spirit – by the Holy Spirit, life is at ease, there’s no room for excuses because God don’t excuse Himself, for He is love and in you.

Think about it. I know that very much. Do you?

POWER AND GRACE THROUGH AGAPE LOVE:  GOD’S VITALITY FOR ONE TO WIN & TRIUMPH IN LIFE AND GODLY LIVING!

God’s love – AGAPE, it’s the vitality you need to do life and live through any phase of human endeavours by FAITH. The reason being – the Love of God is SHED abroad in our HEARTS – the human spirit – by the Holy Ghost, and it’s not of our head else it’s PERVERSION; and God has COMMENDED His LOVE toward us in Christ Jesus, which is makes it awesome and graciously gracious – Romans 5:5,8.

As you kick starts life demands today, being another opportunity to THRIVE and not SURVIVE, if you can start LOVING genuinely from the stagnation you’ve been in God’s AGAPE love, you can then experience the working POWER and GRACE of God that enhances your FAITH to win and triumph in life.

Herein are some SCRIPTURAL VITALITY OF LOVE for your perusal. Meditate and be blessed:

** Love gives power of initiative, is a giver, sacrificial: John 3:16-17.

** Love is the royal law for the redeemed who are a  royal priesthood – kings & priests unto God: James 2:8; Revelation 5:9-10; 1 Peter 2:5, 9.

** Love works no ill to self or others and it’s the fulfilment of all God’s commands: ◦Romans 13:8, 10.

** There is no hypocrisy or dissemination in love. It sees people through in life and not through people: Romans 12:9 –11; Philippians 2:3-4.

 ** There’s NO fear in love: 1 John 4:17–18.

** Love is the greatest gift in ranking: 1 Corinthians 13:13.

** Love is the end of all commandments and above all things: 1 Peter 4:7–9.

** Love is the bond of perfection (maturity, completeness): Colossians 3:12–14.

** Love is the excellent way to enhance and manifest the Ministerial  and Spiritual gifts; and Character (Fruit) gifts of the Holy Spirit: 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 31 – 13:1-13; Ephesians 4:7-16; Galatians 5:13, 22-25.

** Love restores the weak ones back to Faith not an accuser: Galatians 6:1; John 8:1-11; John 4.

** Love is the most excellent way to excel and to have overflowing life: 1 Corinthians 12:31.

 ** Love is considerate: John 15:13.

** Love is patient, kind, not boastful or arrogant, not selfish and keeps record of no wrong and more: 1 Corinthians 13.

** Love forgives and does not offend: Psalm 119:165.

** Love edifies – builds. 1 Corinthians 8:1–3.

** Love overlooks a multitude of sins: Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8, John 3:16.

KNOW FULL WELL THAT LIVING IN LOVE THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT OF LOVE – MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For in Jesus Christ NEITHER circumcision AVAILETH any thing, NOR uncircumcision; BUT FAITH WHICH WORKETH BY LOVE . . . 13 For, brethren, ye have been CALLED unto liberty; only USE NOT LIBERTY for an occasion to the flesh, but by LOVE SERVE ONE ANOTHER” Galatians 5:6, 13.

THE NEW CREATION MINDSET: THE DAILY ASSURED CONSCIOUSNESS OF BEING TRULY FREE INDEED!

DO YOU DAILY PERCEIVE THE SAME ASSURED CONSCIOUSNESS IN YOUR BEING THAT YOU ARE FREE INDEED IN CHRIST JESUS OR YOU STILL QUESTION WHO YOU ARE AND WHEREIN YOU DO STAND IN GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS?

What is it that sets you up and enlightens your day, every morning? Is it based on – the house you live; the sorts of car you drive; the size of your bank account; the empire business and enterprise you’ve established; the career you are into; the size of the Church and Ministries you go to or called to be a Pastor and Pastoring; the trophies, ornaments, treasures or precious stones you’ve accumulated in life; WHAT SETS YOU UP AND BRIGHTENS UP EACH DAY, MY FRIEND?

What does the quality of your life depends upon and how is it measured? How do you actually define the graciousness and gracefulness of your God given opportunity to do life and live godly on earth in humanity. Does the scripture of Luke 12:15, ever trigger your daily stand and well-being in Christ Jesus; especially in the daily PURSUIT of all that pertains to LIFE and GODLINESS as it’s written?

“And he said unto them, TAKE HEED, and BEWARE of covetousness: for a MAN’S LIFE CONSISTETH not in the ABUNDANCE of the things which he POSSESSETH” Luke 12:15

For me, the quality of daily well-being in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, is the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of being ASSURED that I am a NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus. That God LOVES me and HIS presence lives IN me and He’s WITH me and He’s FOR me – and that knowing and understanding is PRICELESS! That’s what gives me HOPE, FAITH and the needed LOVE and synergy to win my day for me and all about me for others. WHAT ABOUT YOU?

More so, the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that the NEW CREATION have NO PAST in Christ Jesus anymore; and that my PAST no matter how terrible and unpleasant it was, it CAN’T hold back my TODAY and TOMORROW anymore, because of what Jesus has DONE in redemption, to wash (erased) them away and cleans me from EVERY UNRIGHTEOUSNESS by His precious and REDEEMING BLOOD.

What a true freedom, to live ASSURED from the eternal God, every morning and everyday. Amen. And much more, the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that His STEDFAST LOVE never ceases and are new every morning and everyday towards you and I – That’s GRACIOUS and GRACEFUL indeed to me.

I pray you will be most consumed today of God’s love to you, expressed in Christ Jesus and not with consumables.

This Day . . . This Christmas – A Child Is Born, A Son Is Given!

AS WE MAKE MERRY TO CELEBRATE, LETS ALSO COMMEMORATE THE CHRIST OF CHRISTMAS CAUSE ON EARTH – FOR US, IN US, WITH US AND THROUGH US.

“For unto us A CHILD IS BORN, Unto us A SON IS GIVEN; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” Isaiah 9:6

“. . . 10 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. 11 For there is BORN TO YOU THIS DAY in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord . . . 14 “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men! . . .” Luke 2:1-20.

Dear Friend,

SOME TEN GOLDEN RULES TO ASSIST YOU IN THIS CHRISTMAS

WHAT’S CHRISTMAS: A yearly commemoration and Celebration of God’s love to mankind in the birth of our Lord and Saviour – Christ Jesus and His cause on earth.

Some Ten Golden Rules I Love You To Observe:

1ST RULE:

You shall prepare your soul for Christmas – Romans 12:1-2.

We need to prepare a room in the Inn of our heart for the Lord in this Christmas –Revelation 3:20; Luke 2:7b

2ND RULE:

You shall not over burden the Sale Clerk with your worries – Matthew 6:25-34 (note especially vs. 33 – the need to seek right).

We need not let the worry of gifts – Shoes, games, transport, groceries, clothing’s, jewelleries and other shopping and shoppers to weigh us down and get into debt.

3RD RULE:

You shall give yourself with your gift – 2 Corinthians 8:1-5; 2 Corinthians 9:7-11; Psalm 49:6-9.

Give God your heart before your material gains and gifts: Give me your heart, the Lord requires first before anything. Your life is worth to God than your gift.

4TH RULE:

You shall not value gift by their cost – Luke 21:1-5; Matthew 2:11.

The least expensive gift may speak LOVE and with great hearts than the costly.

5TH RULE:

You shall not leave (keep) Christ outside Christmas – Matthew 2:13.

Joseph was with Christ on and in Christmas mood hence he could hear God of the enemy plan – King Herod’s – against baby Jesus. Don’t let Christmas be used for evil work to you and your family.

6TH RULE:

You shall not allow Father Christmas to replace Christ in your heart and that of your family – Ephesians 3:13-14; Colossians 1:27; Luke 2:11.

Some has put up some masquerade acts to display in devilish mood, terrorising and frightening people in the name of Christmas. Don’t get people hurt please.

7TH RULE:

You shall not forget and neglect the needy – James 1:27; 2:14-20.

Christmas is a very good time to extend God’s love to you to the needy around you. For the have not will always be among us the scriptures says – Deuteronomy 15:11; Mark 14:7.

8TH RULE:

You shall not neglect your Church of gathering for Fellowship and Worship – Hebrews 10:25.

What is the Church? It is the voluntarily gathering of people to fellowship with one another and to worship God in spirit and truth. The service in the Church highlights the Christmas. In the morning it is called MASS – Celebration and Commemoration while in the evening – it is called BENEDICTION.

9TH RULE:

You shall be as a little Child – Mark 10:15

It takes a childhood heart to embrace the spirit of Christ birth called Christmas.

Hence it’s a time of childhood spirit and not childish attitude which we see on our streets during this period.

10TH RULE:

You shall worship and give your heart to Christ – Matthew 2:11; John 3:16; Revelation 3:20; John 1:12.

Let Christ be at the top of your Christmas. Prepare and decorate your hearts much more to your house.

AND FINALLY:

SELFISHNESS makes Christmas a BURDEN but LOVE makes Christmas – PEACE, LOVE, GOOD WILL and JOYFUL.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING – WARNING SIGNS ON LUSTING AND AFFECTION CRAVINGS OF THE FLESH!

God Loves And Cares for your total well being.

“Do not love the world [of sin that opposes God and His precepts], nor the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the lust and sensual craving of the flesh and the lust and longing of the eyes and the boastful pride of life [pretentious confidence in one’s resources or in the stability of earthly things]—these do not come from the Father, but are from the world. 17 The world is passing away, and with it its lusts [the shameful pursuits and ungodly longings]; but the one who does the will of God and carries out His purposes lives forever” 1 John 2:15-17 (Amplified).

“1-2 Where do you think all these appalling wars and quarrels come from? Do you think they just happen? Think again. They come about because you want your own way, and fight for it deep inside yourselves. You LUST for what you don’t have and are willing to kill to get it. You want what isn’t yours and will risk violence to get your hands on it. 2-3 You wouldn’t think of just asking God for it, would you? And why not? Because you know you’d be asking for what you have no right to. You’re spoiled children, each wanting your own way. 4-6 You’re cheating on God. If all you want is your own way, flirting with the world every chance you get, you end up enemies of God and his way. And do you suppose God doesn’t CARE? The proverb has it that “he’s a fiercely jealous LOVER.” And what he gives in LOVE is far better than anything else you’ll find. It’s common knowledge that “God goes against the willful proud; God gives grace to the willing humble” James 4:1-6 (The Message Bible).

“What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Isn’t it because there is a whole army of evil desires within you? 2 You want what you don’t have, so you kill to get it. You long for what others have, and can’t afford it, so you start a fight to take it away from them. And yet the reason you don’t have what you want is that you don’t ask God for it. 3 And even when you do ask you don’t get it because your whole aim is wrong—you want only what will give you pleasure. 4 You are like an unfaithful wife who loves her husband’s enemies. Don’t you realize that making friends with God’s enemies—the evil pleasures of this world—makes you an enemy of God? I say it again, that if your aim is to enjoy the evil pleasure of the unsaved world, you cannot also be a friend of God. 5 Or what do you think the Scripture means when it says that the Holy Spirit, whom God has placed within us, watches over us with tender jealousy? 6 But he gives us more and more strength to stand against all such evil longings. As the Scripture says, God gives strength to the humble but sets himself against the proud and haughty. 7 So give yourselves humbly to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you” James 4:1-7 (The Living Bible).

“And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the AFFECTIONS and LUSTS. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” Galatians 5:24-25.

POWER & GRACE THROUGH AGAPE LOVE: God’s VITALITY For One To WIN & TRIUMPH In Life And Godly Living!

God’s love – AGAPE, it’s the vitality you need to do life and live through any phase of human endeavours by FAITH. The reason being – the Love of God is SHED abroad in our HEARTS – the human spirit – by the Holy Ghost, and it’s not of our head else it’s PERVERSION; and God has COMMENDED his Love toward us in Christ Jesus, which is makes it awesome and graciously gracious – Romans 5:5,8.

As you kick starts life demands today, being another opportunity to THRIVE and not SURVIVE, if you can start LOVING genuinely from the stagnation you’ve been in God’s AGAPE love, you can then experience the working POWER and GRACE of God that enhances your FAITH to win and triumph in life.

Herein are some SCRIPTURAL VITALITY OF LOVE for your perusal. Meditate and be blessed:

** Love gives power of initiative, is a giver, sacrificial: John 3:16-17.

** Love is the royal law for the redeemed who are a royal priesthood – kings & priests unto God: James 2:8; Revelation 5:9-10; 1 Peter 2:5, 9.

** Love works no ill to self or others and it’s the fulfilment of all God’s commands: ◦Romans 13:8, 10.

** There is no hypocrisy or dissemination in love. It sees people through in life and not through people: Romans 12:9 –11; Philippians 2:3-4.

** There’s NO fear in love: 1 John 4:17–18.

** Love is the greatest gift in ranking: 1 Corinthians 13:13.

** Love is the end of all commandments and above all things: 1 Peter 4:7–9.

** Love is the bond of perfection (maturity, completeness): Colossians 3:12–14.

** Love is the excellent way to enhance and manifest the Ministerial and Spiritual gifts; and Character (Fruit) gifts of the Holy Spirit: 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 31 – 13:1-13; Ephesians 4:7-16; Galatians 5:13, 22-25.

** Love restores the weak ones back to Faith not an accuser: Galatians 6:1; John 8:1-11; John 4.

** Love is the most excellent way to excel and to have overflowing life: 1 Corinthians 12:31.

** Love is considerate: John 15:13.

** Love is patient, kind, not boastful or arrogant, not selfish and keeps record of no wrong and more: 1 Corinthians 13.

** Love forgives and does not offend: Psalm 119:165.

** Love edifies – builds. 1 Corinthians 8:1–3.

** Love overlooks a multitude of sins: Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8, John 3:16.

KNOW FULL WELL THAT LIVING IN LOVE THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT OF LOVE – MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

“For in Jesus Christ NEITHER circumcision AVAILETH any thing, NOR uncircumcision; BUT FAITH WHICH WORKETH BY LOVE . . . 13 For, brethren, ye have been CALLED unto liberty; only USE NOT LIBERTY for an occasion to the flesh, but by LOVE SERVE ONE ANOTHER” Galatians 5:6, 13.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; BECAUSE THE LOVE OF GOD IS SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS BY THE HOLY GHOST which is given unto us . . . 8 But God COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were YET SINNERS, Christ DIED for us” Romans 5:5, 8.

“Hereby PERCEIVE we the LOVE of God, because he LAID DOWN his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren” 1 John 3:16.

“He that LOVETH NOT KNOWETH NOT God; for GOD IS LOVE . . . 16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. Every NEW Day – The NEW CREATION Mindset: Truly FREE Indeed – Do You PERCEIVE The Same And ASSURED In Your Being!

What is it that sets you up and enlightens your day, every morning? Is it based on – the house you live; the sorts of car you drive; the size of your bank account; the empire business and enterprise you’ve established; the career you are into; the size of the Church and Ministries you go to or called to be a Pastor and Pastoring; the trophies, ornaments, treasures or precious stones you’ve accumulated in life; WHAT SETS YOU UP AND BRIGHTENS UP EACH DAY, MY FRIEND?

For me, is the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of being ASSURED that I am a NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus. That God LOVES me and HIS presence lives in me and with me and He’s for me – That’s PRICELESS! That’s what gives me HOPE, FAITH and the needed LOVE and synergy to win my day for me and all about me for others.

More so, the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that the NEW CREATION have NO PAST in Christ Jesus anymore; and that my PAST no matter how terrible and unpleasant it was, it CAN’T hold back my today and future anymore because of what Jesus has done to wash them away and cleans me from EVERY UNRIGHTEOUSNESS by His precious and REDEEMING BLOOD.

What a true freedom, to live ASSURED from the eternal God, every morning and everyday. Amen. Much more, the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that His STEDFAST LOVE never ceases but are new every morning and everyday towards you and I – That’s GRACIOUS and GRACEFUL indeed.
