CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE]

CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE]; IT’S ABOUT LIVING IN THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST!  

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath PREPARED for them that love him. 10 But God hath REVEALED them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit SEARCHETH all things, yea, the deep things of God . . . 14 But the NATURAL MAN receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are FOOLISHNESS unto him: neither can he KNOW them, because they are SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED. 15 But he that is SPIRITUAL JUDGE [EXAMINE] all things, yet he himself is JUDGED [EXAMINE] of no man. 16 For who hath KNOWN THE MIND of the Lord, that he may INSTRUCT him? BUT WE HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST” 1 Corinthians 2:9-16. 

When Apostle Paul was writing to the mixed multitude Corinthians Church that’s so gifted, as the scripture does indicates that thy lack not behind in spiritual gifting [1 Corinthians 1:7], and yet they were swimming with various vices; he then sensed of their lack of knowledge, and their inability to understand and comprehend spiritual things that they were endowed and endued with to function in the grace. For they were so gifted, but their inability to decipher the spiritual man from the natural man that has been reborn [redeemed] was concerning to him; and more so, they were filled with the Holy Spirit of revelation, which is for them to articulate the mind of God in wisdom – where wisdom is the application of knowledge. It thus means, being gifted without operating in wisdom to bring it forth into a reality  

In 1 Corinthians 2:1-8, he wrote to them as to us of today of the necessity to live by God’s wisdom if we must excel and be exceptional in living above the conscript of the princes of this world in their unwise way of not able to know the mind of God concerning the cross of human redemption until Christ Jesus by the rugged cross of crucifixion SAVED [REDEEMED] us. And in 1 Corinthians 2:9-10, he made known of how the Holy Spirit can reveal to us the mind of God on things about us that no eyes have seen, ears have not heard or neither has entered into the heart of any man knowingly, because of the love for God within us for Him. And Apostle Paul concluded, that by the virtue of our spiritual [reborn] disposition over the natural [unborn] dispositions, we have the MIND of Christ Jesus, to examine and make wise judgement in decisions in the grace over anything. That’s what makes the CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE], to take hold of us and make us walk in the wisdom of God that transcends and surpasses the wisdom of this world [1 Corinthians 2:1-8]. For Christ Jesus in us, is the wisdom of God and the power of God [1 Corinthians 1:18-24, 30] to enable us do life and live godly with God’s speed in His stead, in this present world. 

And it’s for the consciousness of making the day to day wise judgement as the reborn of God, we are admonished in 2 Corinthians 13:5-6, to always examine [make self judgement of] ourselves if we are still on track with the MIND of Christ Jesus in our day to day decision, as we do life and live in godliness – except we ARE reprobates [hardened, unexamined, unprincipled], but we ARE not reprobates as Believers of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“EXAMINE yourselves, whether ye be in the FAITH; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is IN you, except ye be REPROBATES? 6 But I trust that ye shall know that we ARE NOT REPROBATES” 2 Corinthians 13:5-6. 

And Apostle Paul was able to X-ray and charge the Philippians Church in Philippians 2:1-11, with a taste of what it means and takes to have the MIND of Christ Jesus in a different perspective and context from the Corinthians Church. He spoke to them and to us of the essence to cultivate – the spirit of consolation, of comfort, of fellowship, of mercies, of oneness, of one mind of humility of respect to esteem others and such like. He likened it to the MIND of Christ Jesus toward God while in humanity, that earned Him the exaltation of the Father God wherein for today and always for all eternity, that at the NAME of Jesus, His NAME becomes ANSWER to all human QUEST; and His NAME is above all names that all mankind must BOW and KNEE to at the mentioning of the name, as He earned from the Father God without controversy. What an attribute. What a priceless tag. What a life to live in CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE]. That’s what the MIND of Christ Jesus can reproduce in us as we walk in His mind context and default in us – for we have the mind of Christ Jesus as a default in the reborn spirit of our salvation. Make it a living consciousness for you and all about you that are reborn – the New Creation as written: 

“If there be therefore ANY CONSOLATION in Christ, if ANY COMFORT of love, if ANY FELLOWSHIP of the Spirit, if ANY BOWELS AND MERCIES, 2 fulfil ye my joy, that ye be LIKEMINDED, having the same love, being of ONE ACCORD, of ONE MIND. 3. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in LOWLINESS OF MIND let each ESTEEM other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5 LET THIS MIND BE IN YOU, WHICH WAS ALSO IN CHRIST JESUS: 6 who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 and being found in fashion as a man, he HUMBLED himself, and became OBEDIENT unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly EXALTED Him, and GIVEN Him a NAME which is ABOVE every name: 10 that at the NAME of Jesus every KNEE should BOW, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 and that every TONGUE should CONFESS that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the GLORY of God the Father” Philippians 2:1-11. 

I therefore say to you to live in your onward and upward trajectory, in the consciousness of knowing that you have the MIND OF CHRIST JESUS, and you can by the indwelling Holy Spirit judge [examine] rightly all things by the scriptural default in context unlike the natural man [unborn] in Christ Jesus. Stop living in self-defeat as one who can’t make wise judgement on things and always beckoning on others to make private and personal decisions for you while being deceived always as a prey and victim for this agent of darkness. And it’s unfortunate that many have become vulnerable to a fault in many ways to such a crafty, cunning and devouring false brethren that have creeped in to steal, kill and destroy as many innocent ones in the faith as they are cohorts of satan that appears and camouflaged as brethren. 

Today, reboot your mind and reset it to synchronise your spirit being and be transformed by the WORD of God that can refresh and renew your mind to begin a new consciousness of having the Mind of Christ Jesus as a reborn child of God, that no man can deceive any more. This will help you to wisely ARTICULATE and PROVE what is that GOOD, and ACCEPTABLE, and PERFECT, WILL of God for your well-being as you do life and live godly in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, ACCEPTABLE unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that ye may PROVE what is that GOOD, and ACCEPTABLE, and PERFECT, WILL of God” Romans 12:1-2. 

“That ye PUT OFF concerning the former CONVERSATION [CONDUCT] the old man, which is CORRUPT according to the deceitful lusts; 23 and be RENEWED in the spirit of YOUR MIND; 24 and that ye PUT ON the new man, which after God is CREATED in RIGHTEOUSNESS and TRUE HOLINESS” Ephesians 4:22-24. 

I pray that you become what God’s WORD says you ARE and can be, without a shadow of turning, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. I want you to say it repeatedly until it begins to take hold of you by all means: “I HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST” in me.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. 12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing” Psalms 65:11-13/NKJV. 

“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29 whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily” Colossians 1:27-29. 

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ . . . 21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain . . . 27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” Philippians 1:6, 21, 27.

“Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed, is not grievous, but for you it is safe. 2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. 3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. 4 Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain” Galatians 2:20-21. 

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are AMBASSADORS FOR CHRIST, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him” 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.

THE MARK OF BEING FAITHFUL IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS

THE MARK OF BEING FAITHFUL IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS: IT’S FOR YOU TO TILL YOUR LAND IN THE GRACE IN GRACE! 

“But thou shalt REMEMBER the Lord thy God: for it is he that GIVETH thee POWER [ENABLING, RIGHT] to GET [CREATE, INITIATE, INNOVATE, EXPLORE] wealth, that He may ESTABLISH His covenant which He sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day” Deuteronomy 8:18/Emphasis Mine. 

We live in the age of wisdom [the application of knowledge], which thus means and indicates, it’s a high time to seek for God’s wisdom to become, and to stop running around seeking after miracles and mystery’s – by resolving and resulting to TILL YOUR LAND in grace in the grace – for that’s the true mark of being FAITHFUL in having faith in God’s faithfulness to supply all your needs in Christ Jesus stead, amen. 

And to have [possess] and to be ensured and to be assured, of God’s POWER to GET [CREATE, INITIATE, INNOVATE, EXPLORE] wealth as in Deuteronomy 8:18, it’s not just by a wish [wishful] thinking and imagination, but it’s an act of being faithful in God’s faithfulness, which embodiments is for us to do life and live godly by wisdom – that’s the wisdom to till our land in the grace in order for us to have plenty of bread that we crave to earn. 

“He that TILLETH his LAND shall be SATISFIED with BREAD: but he that followeth VAIN persons is void of understanding” Proverbs 12:11. 

“He that TILLETH his LAND shall have PLENTY of bread: but he that FOLLOWETH after VAIN persons shall have POVERTY enough. 20 A FAITHFUL man shall ABOUND with BLESSINGS: but he that MAKETH HASTE to be RICH shall NOT BE INNOCENT” Proverbs 28:19-20. 

For it’s when Isaac tilled, cultivated and sow in his land that he went from obscurity to prosperity, for the land he cultivated and sow into yielded a hundredfold returns, and he became very great in the same land in the midst of famine and economic meltdown while the lazy wishful thinkers envied him as we see many do in today’s environment. Life is not by a wishful listing, thinking and imagination to have an entitlement without a process – otherwise it’s a fraud and a scam. The Believer of God in Christ Jesus knows that he that will not work – be effectual [productive and result-oriented], must not eat and such a person is subject to be disciplined and denied of any access to prosperity in the grace. 

“Let him that STOLE STEAL NO MORE: but rather let him LABOUR [CULTIVATE, TILL], working with his hands the thing, which is good, that he may have to GIVE to him that needeth” Ephesians 4:28. 

“If anyone fails to PROVIDE for his own, and especially for those of his own family, he has DENIED the faith [by disregarding its precepts] and is WORSE than an unbeliever [who fulfills his obligation in these matters]” 1 Timothy 5:8/Amplified. 

“For even while we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is NOT WILLING TO WORK, then HE IS NOT TO EAT, either. [11] Indeed, we hear that some among you are leading an UNDISCIPLINED and INAPPROPRIATE life, DOING NO WORK at all, but ACTING LIKE BUSYBODIES [MEDDLING in other PEOPLE’S BUSINESS]. [12] Now such people we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and WORK QUIETLY and EARN THEIR OWN FOOD and other necessities [supporting themselves instead of depending on the hospitality of others]” 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12/Amplified. 

“And there was a FAMINE [AUSTERITY, ECONOMIC MELTDOWN] in the land, beside the first FAMINE that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. [2] And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: [3] sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; [4] and I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; [5] because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws . . . [12] Then Isaac SOWED [CULTIVATED, TILLED]in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. [13] And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: [14] for he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him” Genesis 26:1-5, 12-14/Emphasis Mine. 

For when Apostle Paul writes in the epistles of 1 Corinthians 12:1-12, indicating that he doesn’t want us to be ignorant of matters concerning the spiritual gifts – it’s because he knows that one of the major reasons why God has made the Holy Spirit spiritual gifts available for our enduement endowment as written, is to enable us to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in our doing life and living godly for our today and tomorrow definition. This thus indicates that it’s a high time for any to stop blaming others for nearly everything about themselves in doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. It’s time to wake up and stay awake, to rise up and stay arisen, to get a life to live and TILL YOUR LAND, for your own happiness and satisfaction without sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation. 

Know that your today and tomorrow is not merely define by the craven to obtain miracles and spiritual mysteries of God without being mystical as some do crave after because of the spiritual gifts given to us – but it’s for us to be able to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, on matters of doing life and living godly as God’s ambassador’s on earth – this thus helps us in knowing the God of the TRUTH in all miracles and mystery’s too. 

And if all we are craven about it’s just for miracles and mystery’s without the most important desire of knowing the God of the TRUTH in the miracles and mystery’s we are craven, we will otherwise end up and be likened as the children of Israelites, whose only DEFINITION was SOLELY having and obtaining the MIRACULOUS ACTS of God without knowing the God of such craven; while unlike them, Moses, who was craven to know God and stay in His presence for his definition in the grace [Exodus 33:12-19; Psalms 16:11]. And for Moses good spirited and hearted intent to be craven to know God primarily, requires him to have FAITH and be FAITHFUL in the FAITHFULNESS of God of Miracle and mystery’s; and for such attitude he puts on toward God, God shows him His WAY – the PATH of doing life and living godly, that makes and made his DEFINITION in grace and blessedness, in Christ Jesus stead. 

“He made KNOWN his WAYS unto Moses, His ACTS [MIRACLES]unto the children of Israel” Psalms 103:7/Emphasis Mine. 

It then means your DEFINITION for today and tomorrow is within the CHOICE you make daily in your PATH of doing life and living godly – either to KNOW God or to PURSUE just the miracles God, which unfortunately many have been deluded and misguided by it. That’s to say, your HARVESTING and DEFINITION are in the CHOICES you make today and will be making daily, in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. [Genesis 8:22; Deuteronomy 30:19-20; Proverbs 22:29; Galatians 6:7-8; Luke 16:10-13[. It thus means that your ability to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, with the capacity of the measure of the grace and of the faith that’s available to you in God’s BLESSEDNESS, is what ensures and defines you in Christ Jesus stead. 

“But unto every one of us is GIVEN GRACE according to THE MEASURE of the GIFT of Christ” Ephesians 4:7. 

“For I say, through the GRACE GIVEN unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man THE MEASURE OF FAITH” Romans 12:3. 

For one to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in order to be assured of one’s DEFINITION, is for one to stop being SLOTHFUL and LAZING around with reliance on a mere seeking after bottle of Anointing OIL, Holy WATER, special PROPHET handkerchief, miracle WRISTBAND, car or door STICKERS for your protection and the craven to possess various prayer chaplets for incantations in order to access and see spiritual things, and other such like religious practices; and to avert being slothful and lazing around its but to be DILIGENT, by having a set PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT that leads one to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in order to succeed by God and with God’s enabling power -[Deuteronomy 8:18; Proverbs 12:11; Proverbs 28:19-20]. For its within you to define the atmosphere and happiness you desire to have in God and with God, in His endowed enabling grace, wisdom and speed in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus. 

May I admonish you to know that your sustainable definition for today and tomorrow is not something you just enter or jump into overnight. It’s born out of a deliberate and intentional CHOICE to become. Meaning it’s something you create, initiate through exploring and innovating in the course of time and within the given enabling grace of God, in the measure of applicable FAITH in God, in Christ Jesus stead. Applying anything otherwise, you will keep shouting “I RECEIVE” in emptiness, with all the noise and bubbles around for instant miracle at no foundation to SUSTAIN and no sense of direction with the needed PURPOSE to keep the PLAN and PURSUIT steadily steady. 

Just know that you are born of God, and you can have your Definition in Him, for He’s FAITHFUL to His promises. For man (you), is the reason the earth was created. Meaning, the earth is made for man and not the other way round. Therefore, TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, and you will be satisfied with the GOODNESS and ABUNDANCE of God’s BLESSEDNESS in His FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus. [Psalms 115:16; Psalms 8:4-6; Isaiah 45:11-12]. 

I pray that you find meaningful FULFILMENT in God’s FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus stead as you TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND in the grace in grace, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“He that TILLETH his LAND shall be SATISFIED with BREAD: but he that followeth VAIN persons is void of understanding” Proverbs 12:11.

“Seest thou a man DILIGENT in his BUSINESS? he shall STAND before kings (HONOUR, DIGNITY, FAVOUR); he shall not stand before mean (OBSCURE, UNPRODUCTIVE) men” Proverbs 22:29 (Emphasis Mine). 

“The PREPARATIONS of the heart in man, and the ANSWER of the tongue, is from the Lord. 2 All the WAYS of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord WEIGHETH the spirits. 3 COMMIT thy WORKS unto the Lord, and thy THOUGHTS shall be ESTABLISHED . . . 9 A man’s heart DEVISETH his way: but the Lord DIRECTETH his steps” Proverbs 16:1-3, 9. 

“The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the EARTH hath he GIVEN to the children of men” Psalms 115:16.

MONTH OCTOBER – “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”

WELCOME TO MONTH OCTOBER: THE MONTH TO – “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD! 

“O Lord, thou art my God; I will EXALT thee, I will PRAISE thy name; for thou hast done WONDERFUL things; thy COUNSELS of old are FAITHFULNESS and TRUTH” Isaiah 25:1. 

And may you be BLESSED accordingly as you “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” in month October, for an inwardly, and upwardly trajectories in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

MONTH OCTOBER – “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”: FOR GOD IS FAITHFUL IN HIS FAITHFULNESS – IT’S HIS BEING AND HIS NATURE! 

“I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy FAITHFULNESS to all generations. 2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy FAITHFULNESS shalt thou establish in the very heavens. 3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, 4 thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah. 5 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy FAITHFULNESS also in the congregation of the saints . . .” Psalms 89:1-52. 

One thing is certain in life and grace, that is – LIKE BEGAT LIKE. A tree doesn’t give birth to an animal or mammal. A Lion don’t give birth to a Leopard or Tiger, nor a Goat give birth to a Sheep or Ram, even in their proximity of likeness or characteristics. And if anyone wants to be god like God as the Scriptures enjoins, one needs to “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”, for as He is, so are we in this world as written: 

“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of judgment: BECAUSE AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD. 18 There is no FEAR in love; but PERFECT love CASTETH out fear: because fear hath torment. He that FEARETH is not made PERFECT in love” 1 John 4:17-18. 

One need to know full well that we ARE the offspring of God, the sheep of His pasture according to the Holy Scriptures – [(Acts 17:24-29; Psalms 100:3; 1 John 4:17-18); (John 10:34-35; Psalms 82:6; Genesis 3:5)]. It then means that we can live a FAITHFUL life and achieve good successes with God when we dare “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” for us in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

“O Lord, thou art my God; I will EXALT thee, I will PRAISE thy name; for thou hast done WONDERFUL things; thy COUNSELS of old are FAITHFULNESS and TRUTH” Isaiah 25:1. 

The other reason that we can achieve success is because we are the seed of Abraham – who was FAITHFUL to ‘HAVE IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS’ and therein prospered when he dared. The same enabling grace as to being FAITHFUL to ‘HAVE IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS’ is available to us today when we dare, and it’s irrespective of any of our challenges toward being FAITHFUL and to then PROSPER in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. [2 Peter 1:2-4; Galatians 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29. (See Genesis 13:2; 24:1)]. 

Our God is the FAITHFUL God, that is, His NATURE and His BEING. He’s God of FAITHFULNESS – He lives within Himself – it’s His NATURE and His BEING, and as such, in achieving life’s goals with God in Christ Jesus stead, it would be great for you to have FAITH in the nature of God, regarding FAITHFULNESS as found of Him in the Holy writ: 

  1.  God is FAITHFUL to Himself in FAITHFULNESS. 2 Timothy 2:13. 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL to His Word and promises in His FAITHFULNESS. Hebrews 10:23. 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL to His relationship in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Corinthians 1:9; Hebrews 8:28-30. 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL to forgive in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 John 1:9 (5-10). 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL in agreement in His FAITHFULNESS. Deuteronomy 7:9. 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL to establish and deliver in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Corinthians 10:13, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. 
  1.  God is FAITHFUL to accomplish His part in the assignment that He gives to us in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Thessalonians 5:24. 
  1.  God is the, and a FAITHFUL creator in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Peter 4:19.

Considering the above mentioned nature of God in being FAITHFUL, you can bank on His FAITHFULNESS in His grace and BLESSEDNESS to all about life and godliness; this will give you the enabling leverage to abound the more, in sharing and partaking of His promises in the REDEMPTION DEED, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE]

CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE]: IT’S ABOUT HAVING GOD’S APPROVAL AND NOT MEN’S APPLAUD [HYPER]!

“Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man APPROVED of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by Him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: 23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: 24 whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that He should be holden of it” Acts 2:22-24.

There’s nothing as dangerous as endeavouring to win favour outside the context of anything that has a stand – an ethics and etiquette – that worth priceless. As I have said in some writ, when you take a text out of a context, it becomes a con – and we all know when someone becomes a con person, con artist, conman and such like, we all will naturally distance ourselves from anyone who is already known to be a con in such spheres of doing life except you share in such person acts of behavioural bargains. If we can be able to distance ourselves, how much more when such it’s in conflict with God’s Scriptural CONTEXT and INSTRUCTIONS to our doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. And God does not share His glory with mortal men in their hyper and applaud:

“And Herod was highly DISPLEASED with them of Tyre and Sidon: but they came with ONE ACCORD to him, and, having made Blastus the king’s chamberlain their friend, desired peace; because their country was nourished by the king’s country. 21 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, SAT upon his throne, and made an ORATION unto them. 22 And the people gave a SHOUT [APPLAUSE, HYPER], saying, It is the VOICE of a god, and not of a man. 23 And immediately the angel of the Lord SMOTE him, because he GAVE not God the GLORY: and he was EATEN of worms, and gave up the GHOST [DIED]” Acts 12:20-23.

There are many out there who will do anything outside the book to get the applause that men can give them to enable them outdo and undo others – and you can see it in places of doing life – workspaces, factory, business transaction, family circles, Church leadership position, government Offices and other expected civic places that’s – nongovernmental and many such like. For this kind of behaviour, Apostle Paul warned, charged and exhorted young Bishop Timothy, to note that leadership position for example it’s not for self-gains and should not be taken lightly; and people should not for any human reasons on selfish applause be placed in places they are not qualified to be otherwise it will undermine God’s authority and misplaced priority in honouring and magnifying God’s WORD that’s above all things as God had done.

“I CHARGE thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the ELECT angels, that thou OBSERVE these things without PREFERRING one before another, doing nothing by PARTIALITY. 22 LAY HANDS SUDDENLY ON NO MAN, neither be PARTAKER of other MEN’S SINS: keep thyself PURE” 1 Timothy 5:21-22.

“I will worship toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth and faithfulness; for You have EXALTED above all else Your NAME and Your WORD and You have MAGNIFIED Your WORD above all Your name!” Psalms 138:2/Amplified Classic Edition.

It’s of this emboldened spirit of getting God’s APPROVAL in all things in context and not just on somethings, that Apostle Peter was speaking of our Lord Jesus Christ in Acts 2:22-24. He was giving an admonishment about our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ – who is the author and finisher of our faith [Hebrews 12:2], and who is our God’s given and living example in doing God’s kingdom business in our earthly affairs [Hebrews 1:1-4], and by whom we ARE God’s ambassador on earth – to note how He ensured that He RECEIVED God’s APPROVAL and not men APPLAUSE, to do God’s given purpose and assignments in humanity [Luke 2:1-2, 14, 16-18, 22]. Jesus Christ cause in humanity was always to get God’s APPROVAL [intent] in every step because He knows, it must always be of the FATHER’S WILL to be done and not MEN’S WILL for egotism, self-gratification and self-centeredness and such like.

“. . . 25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear WITNESS of me . . . 37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. 38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him” John 10:22-38.

Apostle Paul had in his keen interest for us to live through God’s approval and signature in all we do to fulfil purpose and life, in CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE. He then charged the Believers of God as you and me and as to Timothy, to endeavour to STUDY, to enable us get God’s APPROVAL [SCRIPTURAL CONTEXT] to a cause, so that we can be able to rightly apply the word of God appropriately in all matters of doing life and living godly. And to be embroidered to stand up against the enemy and cohorts voices when they show up too. For pure wisdom to do life and live godly is the application of knowledge. And where there’s no knowledge of a thing, it’s not only that IGNORANCE WILL PREVAIL, people will ABUSE PURPOSE of the intended. People had abused their relationship [spouses, children, family, friendship] for the lack of knowledge to the cause and context; people had abused position of leadership and authority for lack of knowledge of the context; people do evil and wickedness as abusers to undermine others especially toward the vulnerable and such like because of the lack of the knowledge to the context of the cause; you can name lots of places abuse have taken place or happening right now because of the stupidity and foolishness born out of ignorance to a cause [purpose] – and it’s all for the lack of wisdom – application of knowledge to such cause.

“STUDY to shew thyself APPROVED unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, RIGHTLY DIVIDING [APPLYING, HANDLING] the WORD of TRUTH” 2 Timothy 2:15/Emphasis mine.

God wants us to live a life of CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE], to enable us be His true ambassador for Christ. And being God’s representative on earth [Isaiah 45:11-12; Psalms 115:15-18; Psalms 8:4-8; 2 Corinthians 5:20], is not limited to a particular person or nation but to all who intend to do God’s purpose in RIGHTEOUSNESS; meaning those who wants to get on His APPROVED context and not in men trying to use UNRIGHTEOUSNESS to get His APPROVAL for their APPLAUSE. For Gods glory is not to be shared with men. This is the caution and exhortations that Apostle Peter gives of God’s openness to all as He’s not a respecter of men; while Apostle Paul also in a different respective context gave a dire warning to the Believers who wants to be on God’s good book and purpose not to dare God, by using the unrighteousness cause of men to an approval and signature to get God’s righteous approved cause.

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS: 35 but in EVERY NATION he that FEARETH him, and WORKETH RIGHTEOUSNESS, is ACCEPTED with Him” Acts 10:34-35.

“For the WRATH of God is REVEALED from heaven AGAINST ALL UNGODLINESS and UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OF MEN, who hold the TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS . . . 32 who KNOWING the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have PLEASURE in them that do them” Romans 1:18, 32.

Therefore, knowing the danger and wrath of working through men’s crazy approval cause to make you feel important and good while you know you are going to face God’s wrath, why not today, even now, resolved intentionally and pragmatically, to do God’s approved purpose in context unreservedly, by STUDYING the WORD of God like the Berea Christian of Acts 17:10-12 and by taking up Apostle Paul exhortation to Timothy as written in 1 Timothy 4:14-17. These will make you to walk in wisdom – rightly applying the word through knowledge.

“And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto BEREA: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more NOBLE than those in Thessalonica, in that they RECEIVED THE WORD with all READINESS of mind, and SEARCHED THE SCRIPTURES DAILY, whether those things were so. 12 Therefore many of them BELIEVED; also of HONOURABLE women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few” Acts 17:10-12.

“But continue thou in the things which thou hast LEARNED and hast been ASSURED of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 and that from a child thou hast KNOWN the holy SCRIPTURES, which are ABLE TO MAKE THEE WISE unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All SCRIPTURE is given by INSPIRATION of God, and is PROFITABLE for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 that the man of God may be PERFECT [MATURE, COMPLETE, WHOLE], throughly FURNISHED unto all good works” 2 Timothy 3:14-17/Emphasis mine.

It’s my PRAYERS that you will not struggle in CHRISTLIKENESS [BEING CHRISTLIKE], as you do life by ensuring and assuring God’s approval is what’s always in your top heartfelt without men’s approval to your being God’s true Ambassador for Christ.

“You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. 12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing” Psalms 65:11-13/NKJV.

“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29 whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily” Colossians 1:27-29.

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ . . . 21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain . . . 27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” Philippians 1:6, 21, 27.

“And to whom SWARE He that they should NOT ENTER into His REST, but to them that BELIEVED NOT? 19 So we see that they could NOT ENTER in because of UNBELIEF” Hebrews 3:18-19.

The good and faithful, true and sure God that we claim to serve acceptably and unreservedly and to worship worthily, in spirit and truth, is the same God that searches the hearts and thoughts of men to ensure that their motives are of a contrite and broken hearts [spirit] all the way. [Psalms 51:17; Psalms 34:18; Isaiah 62:2; Revelation 2:23; Jeremiah 17:10].

And because God does not share His glory with any, hence Lucifer that turns Satan the devil with the third stars call demons were all kicked out of heavens for such enabling thoughts and imagination and worse to have attempted to carry such impossible mission in God’s highly sanctified and consecrated throne of holiness and righteousness. [Ezekiel 28:11-19; Isaiah 14:12-19; Revelation 12:3-5]. God is a jealous God and won’t share His shekinah glory with a mere mortal in the flesh too just as He dealt with devil in the spirit for his complete negligence of the purity and sanctity of the heavenly.

It thus means that the thought of living a life of grace toward God in Christ Jesus with an unbelieving spirit it’s not permissible in the New Creation Church of Christ Jesus as it was not permitted in the Old Creation Church of the wilderness through Moses. [Hebrews 3:18-19; Hebrews 11:6; Romans 4:19-21; Mark 11:20-24]. Unbelief has no place and reckoning in the kingdom of God for any who seeks His heavenly intervention in their earthly affairs in Christ Jesus – it’s always repentance toward God and Faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ [Acts 20:20-21]. It thus means that those who wants to have alternative plan A to plan Z as a rescue plan under God as they have an act of UNBELIEF of God’s enabling in all things that pertains to life and godliness [2 Peter 1:2-5; John 1:12], are living in self-deception and lying to themselves and cohorts. And nothing from God will answers to UNBELIEF state for any cause or context within the Kingdom provisions.

You can’t be set to live the CHRISTLIKENESS life of being CHRISTLIKE by the spirit of UNBELIEF toward God in Christ Jesus. The children of Israel of the Church in the wilderness under Moses, didn’t enter their place of rest in fulfilling God’s purpose for them meaningfully, because of UNBELIEF. An UNBELIEF toward God is worst than any measures of describing a cancerous condition. Thus, indicating that God does not accommodate those who live a double-minded attitude towards His WORD in any context. For such does not receive anything from God irrespective.

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, NOTHING WAVERING. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall RECEIVE ANY THING of the Lord. 8 A DOUBLE MINDED man is unstable in all his ways” James 1:5-8.

“And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. 22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, HAVE FAITH IN GOD. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall NOT DOUBT IN HIS HEART, but shall BELIEVE that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, BELIEVE that ye receive them, and ye shall have them” Mark 11:20-24.

It’s impossible to receive anything of God through UNBELIEVE. For God only reward only the act of Faith toward Him in Christ Jesus. And Faith is the de facto of God to be victorious on the earth and be heavenly connected without sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation. For while we may live in the flesh, our life battle are of faith. We fight the fight of faith. God is of Faith and not of the flesh where unbelief dwell [Hebrews 11:6; 1 John 5:4-5; 2 Corinthians 5:7; 2 Corinthians 10:3-6; 1 Timothy 6:12.].

Do you want a pure rest with God in Christ Jesus in order to obtain your full salvation rights and privileges in redemption? You have to live by the WORD OF FAITH and not that of UNBELIEF. [Romans 10:8-10, 17; Hebrews 6:10-12; Romans 14:23 (Hebrews 10:38; Galatians 3:12; Romans 1:16-17; Habakkuk 2:4)]. Unbelief toward God in Christ Jesus is a self set denial from any good and goodness of God. You can’t serve God with haphazard attitude – you either stick to God fully in His faithfulness or walk away with the default of disappointment that’s set on the place of UNBELIEF [Hebrews 10:23, 35-39].

Therefore, know that in living the CHRISTLIKENESS [being CHRISTLIKE], there’s no place for self-deception and self-gratification through double mindedness toward God in Christ Jesus stead. Any of such that’s contrary to faith toward God is considered an enemy of God which could be any of these:

* The Enemy WITHIN – The Flesh [five senses – hear, see, feel, taste and touch (feel)].

* The Enemy you SEE – The world [and it’s systems].

* The Enemy we KNOW – Satan and cohorts [demons].

* The Enemy we DO – Religion [found through denomination, sectarianism and such like].

It’s my earnest PRAYERS that you walk by faith and not in unbelief toward God [you can search through in many of my writs on faith] to help you learn to walk by faith toward God in Christ Jesus, so that you can find fulfilment and have a meaningful purpose in your doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. 12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing” Psalms 65:11-13/NKJV.

“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29 whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily” Colossians 1:27-29.

THE MARK OF BEING FAITHFUL IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS: IT’S FOR YOU TO TILL YOUR LAND IN THE GRACE IN GRACE!

“But thou shalt REMEMBER the Lord thy God: for it is he that GIVETH thee POWER [ENABLING, RIGHT] to GET [CREATE, INITIATE, INNOVATE, EXPLORE] wealth, that he may ESTABLISH his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day” Deuteronomy 8:18/Emphasis Mine.

We live in the age of wisdom [the application of knowledge], which thus means and indicates, it’s a high time to seek for God’s wisdom to become, and to stop running around seeking after miracles and mystery’s – by resolving to TILL YOUR LAND in grace – for that’s the true mark of being FAITHFUL in having faith in God’s faithfulness to supply all your needs in Christ Jesus stead, amen. And to have and to ensure to be assured of God’s power to get wealth as in Deuteronomy 8:18, it’s not just by a wish, but an act of being faithful in God’s faithfulness which embodiment is for us by wisdom to till our land in the grace in order for us to have plenty of bread that we crave to earn.

“He that TILLETH his LAND shall be SATISFIED with BREAD: but he that followeth VAIN persons is void of understanding” Proverbs 12:11.

“He that TILLETH his LAND shall have PLENTY of bread: but he that FOLLOWETH after VAIN persons shall have POVERTY enough. 20 A FAITHFUL man shall ABOUND with BLESSINGS: but he that MAKETH HASTE to be RICH shall NOT BE INNOCENT” Proverbs 28:19-20.

For when Apostle Paul writes in the epistles of 1 Corinthians 12:1-12, indicating that he doesn’t want us to be ignorant of matters concerning the spiritual gifts – it’s because he knows that one of the major reasons why God has made the Holy Spirit spiritual gifts  available for our enduement endowment as written, is to enable us to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in our doing life and living godly for our today and tomorrow definition. This thus indicates, that it’s a high time for any to stop blaming others for nearly everything about themselves in doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. It’s time to wake up and stay awake, to rise up and stay arisen, to get a life to live and TILL YOUR LAND, for your own happiness and satisfaction without sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation.

Know that your today and tomorrow is not merely define by the craven to obtain miracles and spiritual mystery’s of God without being mystical as some do craven after because of the spiritual gifts given to us – but it’s for us to be able to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, on matters of doing life and living godly as God’s ambassador’s on earth – this thus helps us in knowing the God of the TRUTH in all miracles and mystery’s too.

And if all we are craven about it’s just for miracles and mystery’s without the most important desire of knowing the God of the TRUTH in the miracles and mystery’s we are craven, we will otherwise end up and be likened as the children of Israelites, whose only DEFINITION was SOLELY having and obtaining the MIRACULOUS ACTS of God without knowing the God of such craven; while unlike them, Moses, who was craven to know God and stay in His presence for his definition in the grace [Exodus 33:12-19; Psalms 16:11]. And for Moses good spirited and hearted intent to be craven to know God primarily, requires him to have FAITH and be FAITHFUL in the FAITHFULNESS of God of Miracle and mystery’s; and for such attitude he puts on toward God,  God shows him His WAY – the PATH of doing life and living godly, that makes and made his DEFINITION in grace and blessedness, in Christ Jesus stead.

“He made KNOWN his WAYS unto Moses, His ACTS [MIRACLES]unto the children of Israel” Psalms 103:7/Emphasis Mine.

It then means your DEFINITION for today and tomorrow is within the CHOICE you make daily in your PATH of doing life and living godly – either to KNOW God or to PURSUE just the miracles God, which unfortunately many have been deluded and misguided by it. That’s to say, your HARVESTING and DEFINITION are in the CHOICES you make today and will be making daily, in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. [Genesis 8:22; Deuteronomy 30:19-20; Proverbs 22:29; Galatians 6:7-8; Luke 16:10-13]. It thus means that your ability to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, with the capacity of the measure of the grace and of the faith that’s available to you in God’s BLESSEDNESS, is what ensures and defines you in Christ Jesus stead.

“But unto every one of us is GIVEN GRACE according to THE MEASURE of the GIFT of Christ” Ephesians 4:7.

“For I say, through the GRACE GIVEN unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man THE MEASURE OF FAITH” Romans 12:3.

For one to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in order to be assured of one’s DEFINITION, is for one to stop being SLOTHFUL and LAZING around with reliance on a mere seeking after bottle of Anointing OIL, Holy WATER, special PROPHET handkerchief, miracle WRISTBAND, car or door STICKERS for your protection and the craven to possess various prayer chaplets for incantations in order to access and see spiritual things, and other such like religious practices; and to avert being slothful and lazing around it’s to be DILIGENT, by having a set PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT that leads one to TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, in order to succeed by God and with God’s enabling power –[Deuteronomy 8:18; Proverbs 12:11; Proverbs 28:19-20]. For its within you to define the atmosphere and happiness your desire to have in God and with God, in His endowed enabling grace, wisdom and speed in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus.

May I admonish you to know that your sustainable definition for today and tomorrow is not something you just enter or jump into overnight. It’s born out of a deliberate and intentional CHOICE to become. Meaning it’s something you create, Initiate through exploring and innovating in the course of time and within the given enabling grace of God, in the measure of applicable FAITH in God, in Christ Jesus stead. Applying anything otherwise, you will keep shouting “I RECEIVE” in emptiness, with all the noise and bubbles around for instant miracle at no foundation to SUSTAIN and no sense of direction with the needed PURPOSE to keep the PLAN and PURSUIT steadily steady.

Just know that you are born of God, and you can have your Definition in Him, for He’s FAITHFUL to His promises. For man (you), is the reason the earth was created. Meaning, the earth is made for man and not the other way round. Therefore, TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND, and you will be satisfied with the GOODNESS and ABUNDANCE of God’s BLESSEDNESS in His FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus. [Psalms 115:16; Psalms 8:4-6; Isaiah 45:11-12].

I pray that you find meaningful FULFILMENT in God’s FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus stead as you TILL [explore, create, initiate and innovate] OUR LAND in the grace in grace, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

BEING FAITHFUL AS FAITHFUL ABRAHAM: ON GOD’S FAITHFULNESS!

“Hearken to me, ye that FOLLOW AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS, ye that seek the Lord: LOOK UNTO THE ROCK whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. 2 Look unto ABRAHAM YOUR FATHER, and unto SARAH THAT BARE YOU: for I CALLED him alone, and BLESSED him, and INCREASED him. 3 For the Lord shall COMFORT Zion: he will COMFORT all her waste places; and he will make her WILDERNESS like Eden, and her DESERT like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody” Isaiah 51:1-3.

As I read, ponder and make up this write up, I recall countless times I have sang and still sing the song: “ABRAHAM BLESSINGS ARE MINE”. As seed of Abraham, there’s the need to being FAITHFUL, as FAITHFUL Abraham on God’s FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus.  This I have done for over 50yrs and still counting. And then while working on the cause and course of this month theme, the Lord reminds me again of the Scripture of Galatians 3:9, 29 in a more ASSURED insight and foresight, as written:

“So then THEY which be of FAITH are BLESSED with FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. . . 29 And if ye BE Christ’s, then ARE ye Abraham’s SEED, and HEIRS according to the PROMISE” Galatians 3:9, 29.

How gracious and graceful for one to easily lay claim to be Abraham seed and wants Abraham Blessings; more so, to be God’s friend as Abraham, as we do sing “I AM A FRIEND OF GOD”, even as the Scriptures indicate in James 2:23. Yeah, the Scriptures did say in Galatians 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29, that as many of us who ARE of FAITH in Christ Jesus, ARE of Abraham and can share in the Abrahamic BLESSEDNESS of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. This becomes possible because Abraham was ascribed as being FAITHFUL ABRAHAM; this is due to his obedience cum humility in believing God’s word above anything else and being ASSURED of God’s FAITHFULNESS in His promise, to let go of himself and let God be, in all about him doing life and living godly to fulfil God’s divine PURPOSE meaningfully.

“But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father JUSTIFIED by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how FAITH wrought with his works, and by works was FAITH made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham BELIEVED God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the FRIEND of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only” James 2:20-24.

Abraham was FAITHFUL toward God from the moment the GOSPEL as said in Galatians 3:8 was PREACHED to him; and I repeat, that the GOSPEL of God in FAITH was PREACHED to him, wherein he BELIEVED and acted upon accordingly, intentionally and unreservedly. He believed God, and in obedience through FAITH, he journeyed with God in FAITHFULNESS until death as in his memoir in the Holy writ of Genesis 12-25 and Hebrews 11:8-12, 17-19. And all who came afterwards in FAITH have shared in his BLESSEDNESS of him with God, in that he was FAITHFUL as ascribed as – FAITHFUL ABRAHAM.

“Even as Abraham BELIEVED God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7 Know ye therefore that they WHICH ARE OF FAITH, the same are the CHILDREN of Abraham. 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, PREACHED before the GOSPEL unto Abraham, saying, IN THEE SHALL ALL NATIONS BE BLESSED. 9 So then they which be of faith ARE BLESSED with FAITHFUL Abraham” Galatians 3:6-9.

Let us see some FAITHFUL characteristics of FAITHFUL ABRAHAM that we can learn of him and can use as a measure to ascertain in SHARING in his GOSPEL enabling for us today:

  1. He was FAITHFUL to OBEY when he received the call of God without conferring with flesh and blood. He left all, his people inclusive, to cleave to God in faith. How I wish we can learn of him, on how to LEAVE and CLEAVE to a CAUSE – PURPOSE. [Genesis 12; Galatians 1:12-17; Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5 (Make 10:7)].
  2. He was FAITHFUL to depend on God’s provisions when tried and tested by his nephew – Lot – who was in his greediness on business deals and acquisitions with him. He turned his face to God, instead of having a fight on Earthly possessions that takes people lives instead of offering life. [Genesis 13; Luke 12:15; Mark 10:28-3; Philippians 4:13, 19; 2 Corinthians 9:8; 2 Corinthians 3:4-6].
  3. He was FAITHFUL to pay up in FAITH at no pressure or dispute, the TITHE of his earnings. [Genesis 14; Hebrews 7:1-9; Hebrews 3:1-2; Matthew 23:23; Matthew 22:15-22; 2 Corinthians 8-9; Luke 6:38; Luke 8:1-3; Acts 20:32-35; (Proverbs 3:9-10; Malachi 3:10-12; Deuteronomy 26:1-19; Leviticus 27:30-33)].
  4. He was FAITHFUL toward God in Covenant in FAITH, being assured that God will do the needful. [Genesis 15-17; Philippians 1:6; 1 John 5:14-15; Hebrews 10:23, 35-39].
  5. He was FAITHFUL to receive and entertained Angelic visitors unaware and at no question or cost. [Genesis 18; Hebrews 13:1-3; Romans 12:9-21].
  6. He was FAITHFUL to intercede in prayers for His family and Nation in crises and awaiting God’s judgement, peradventure God might show mercy. [Genesis 18/19; Isaiah 59:16; Ezekiel 22:30; Romans 8:26:26-27; Isaiah 53:12; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25].
  7. He was such FAITHFUL to let GO of his wife when challenge, in order to fulfil PURPOSE in God; and God foreseeing his sincerity save him and wife from such challenging test of his marital relationship. [Genesis 20; Mark 10:28-31; Colossians 4:17; 1 Corinthians 4:1-2; 1 Corinthians 1:9; Romans 8:28-30].
  8. He was FAITHFUL in the midst of the CONFUSION he finds himself by the errors and failures he made in course of time in his decision. And God was there to turn his MESS into a MESSAGE because he was troubled and repentant. [Genesis 21; 2 Thessalonians 3:3; Galatians 1:3-5; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; 1 John 1:9-10].
  9. He was FAITHFUL to let Go of his precious and most treasured gift – his son Isaac to God, at God’s request and demand, without questioning and arguing with God of His intent. [Genesis 22; Hebrews 11:17-19].
  10. He was FAITHFUL even at his loss of his dear wife and in bereavement. And turn his lost for legacy, in that by her burying place, he then set up a foundation stone (the land of Canaan) that earmarked that which was to be FULFILL for posterity in God’s Prophecy in MOSES and the Israelites in years to come. [Genesis 23; (Galatians 3:17-18; Genesis 15:12-14); 2 Corinthians 1:3-11; John 11:1-45; Romans 12:15; James 5:13].
  11. He was FAITHFUL in that he was able to create the needed atmosphere that his son Isaac could get married faithfully. [Genesis 24; 1 Timothy 4:12; Titus 2:1-8; Ephesians 6:1-4; Ephesians 5:21-33; 1 Peter 3:1-12].
  12. He was FAITHFUL to leave an inheritance for his Children as he died in FAITH, fulfilling PURPOSE in FAITHFULNESS. [Genesis 25; Proverbs 13:22].

Abraham have FAITH in God’s FAITHFULNESS – being FAITHFUL; that’s why he was prepared from the moment of receiving the GOSPEL of FAITH, to LET GO of himself of anything, counting and accounting that God will take CARE of him no matter what may happen; thus indicating that whatsoever he let go at God’s request, God knows best as He’s a FAITHFUL God to make it up for him in a far better placement than the one he could have held unto and held back with; and in selfishness and in not Believing and Trusting that GOD IS FAITHFUL to keep to His PROMISE.

Today, we as Abraham seed, who are partakers of his enabling in Christ Jesus, how much can it be said, that we are as him, in being called FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. Let us not be the Believers in Christ Jesus stead, who wants the BLESSEDNESS of Abraham but are not PREPARED of the PROCESS in it; especially when that is the part that can fortified and make us grounded and rooted in FAITH and in the FAITH, in Christ Jesus stead, as we share in his blessing.

ABRAHAM was called a friend of God – James 2:23, because of the attribute of being FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. May we be as he’s toward God in Christ Jesus stead I pray for now and always. Amen.

WELCOME TO MONTH OCTOBER 2024: THE MONTH TO – “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD!

“O Lord, thou art my God; I will EXALT thee, I will PRAISE thy name; for thou hast done WONDERFUL things; thy COUNSELS of old are FAITHFULNESS and TRUTH” Isaiah 25:1.

And May you be BLESSED accordingly as you “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” in month October, for an inwardly, onwardly and upwardly trajectories in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

And I do believe that as you follow along the expository teachings through this Month OCTOBER as we explore God’s “FAITHFULNESS” and why you must “HAVE FAITH” in God, in Christ Jesus stead, that you may experience the rewards and rewarding that’s bestowed upon all who “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”, more so, are set to stay in patience in their being toward God and toward Christ Jesus by the leading of the Holy Spirit, on God’s eternal living Word. WELCOME TO MONTH OCTOBER 2024: “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”: FOR GOD IS FAITHFUL IN HIS FAITHFULNESS – IT’S HIS BEING AND HIS NATURE!

“I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy FAITHFULNESS to all generations. 2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy FAITHFULNESS shalt thou establish in the very heavens. 3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, 4 thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah. 5 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy FAITHFULNESS also in the congregation of the saints . . .” Psalms 89:1-52.

One thing is certain in life and grace, that is – LIKE BEGAT LIKE. A tree don’t give birth to an animal or mammal. A Lion don’t give birth to a Leopard or Tiger, nor a Goat give birth to a Sheep or Ram, even in their proximity of likeness or characteristics. And if anyone wants to be god like God as the Scriptures enjoins, one needs to “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS”, for as He is, so are we in this world as written:

“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of judgment: BECAUSE AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD. 18 There is no FEAR in love; but PERFECT love CASTETH out fear: because fear hath torment. He that FEARETH is not made PERFECT in love” 1 John 4:17-18.

One need to know full well that we ARE the offspring of God, the sheep of His pasture according to the Holy Scriptures – [(Acts 17:24-29; Psalms 100:3; 1 John 4:17-18); (John 10:34-35; Psalms 82:6; Genesis 3:5)]. It then means that we can live a FAITHFUL life and achieve good successes with God when we dare “HAVE FAITH IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS” for us in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

The other reason that we can achieve success is because we are the seed of Abraham – who was FAITHFUL to ‘HAVE IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS’ and therein prospered when he dare. The same enabling grace as to being FAITHFUL to ‘HAVE IN GOD’S FAITHFULNESS’ is available to us today when we dare, and it’s irrespective of any of our challenges toward being FAITHFUL and to then PROSPER in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. [2 Peter 1:2-4; Galatians 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29. (See Genesis 13:2; 24:1)].

Our God is the FAITHFUL God, that is, His NATURE and His BEING. He’s God of FAITHFULNESS – He lives within Himself – it’s His NATURE and His BEING, and as such, in achieving life’s goals with God in Christ Jesus stead, it would be great for you to have FAITH in the nature of God, regarding FAITHFULNESS as found of Him in the Holy writ:

  1. God is FAITHFUL to Himself in FAITHFULNESS. 2 Timothy 2:13.
  2. God is FAITHFUL to His Word and promises in His FAITHFULNESS. Hebrews 10:23.
  3. God is FAITHFUL to His relationship in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Corinthians 1:9; Hebrews 8:28-30.
  4. God is FAITHFUL to forgive in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 John 1:9 (5-10).
  5. God is FAITHFUL in agreement in His FAITHFULNESS. Deuteronomy 7:9.
  6. God is FAITHFUL to establish and deliver in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Corinthians 10:13, 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
  7. God is FAITHFUL to accomplish His part in the assignment that He gives to us in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Thessalonians 5:24.
  8. God is the and a FAITHFUL creator in His FAITHFULNESS. 1 Peter 4:19.
  9. . . . and many more of His FAITHFULNESS as in the Holy Writ . . . Kindly read the HOLY BIBLE to know the more.

Considering the above-mentioned nature of God in being FAITHFUL, you can bank on His FAITHFULNESS in His grace and BLESSEDNESS to all about life and godliness; this will give you the enabling leverage to abound the more, in sharing and partaking of His promises in the REDEMPTION DEED, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.
