CHARISMA VS CHARACTER: A LEADERSHIP INTEGRITY VERVE!

One of my spiritual daughters in Christ Jesus, once wrote in response to describing someone that hurts her badly in this sum, that ‘CHARISMA’ without ‘CHARACTER’ makes a CARICATURE of life and the individual. And I completely and wholly agreed. Then I pause, think through it as always, though the essence is not new and then asked – What do you think you worth?

And for us to be people of INTEGRITY we must resolve to be a person of PRINCIPLE, RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY both to God and to mankind, and as gracious stewards of God for mankind.

Let’s MEASURE in this insight’s statements below – I think, it might help us to reconsider our doings as God’s Ambassador’s and embassy of His dwelling.

CHARISMA and CHARACTER

CHARISMA and CHARACTER: SIGNALS FRUITFULNESS AND MATURITY IN THE SPIRIT!

“But the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” Galatians 5:22-23.

The essence of enacting the CHARISMA and CHARACTER in the life of every achiever with God and of God, should be a paramount focus check in our journey of life and grace in Christ Jesus stead; this is of paramount importance, if we are to derive fully, the meaningful and purposeful FULNESS in God’s BLESSEDNESS concerning us in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

For any MINISTERIAL CHARISMA without the corresponding CHARACTER breeds arrogance, pride and possibly success in disguise – which is failure; and any MINISTERIAL CHARACTER without CHARISMA breeds a form of religion that is dogmatic, sectarianism, sectionalised and it’s without the inspiration, revelation and empowerment of the graciousness and gracefulness that defines God’s perspective and principle in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

And by the acts and operations of the Holy Spirit, one can possibly acquire and enact fully – the synergy of FRUITFULNESS and MATURITY that’s in the making of the Believers in Christ Jesus, as are given in their rights and privileges in Redemption. For FRUITFULNESS is as a result of SPIRITUAL fruit and spiritual gifts enabling; while MATURITY is as a result of the MINISTERIAL gifts enabling.

I pray God’s grace that’s made available to us by the blessed Holy Spirit will not be frustrated but be received in grace to give one the enabling to be FRUITFUL IN CHARACTER and be MATURED IN CHARISMA.

“But the MANIFESTATION of the Spirit is given to every man to PROFIT withal. 8 For to one is GIVEN by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 but all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, DIVIDING to every man SEVERALLY as he will” 1 Corinthians 12:7-12.

TO AUGUST YOUR LIFE ON EAGLES’ FLIGHT

TO AUGUST YOUR LIFE ON EAGLES’ FLIGHT: THERE SHOULD BE NO STRANGE GODS!

“Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I BARE you on EAGLES’ WINGS, and BROUGHT you unto myself” Exodus 19:4.

“As an EAGLE stirreth up her nest, FLUTTERETH over her young, SPREADETH abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her WINGS: 12 so the Lord alone did LEAD him, and there was NO STRANGE GOD with him” Deuteronomy 32:11-12.

I hope people come to know that CHARISMA can take one in an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory, but what sustains and maintains one THERE is CHARACTER. Hence both are needful to ensure a fulfilled LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus stead. And it’s not an EITHER this OR that, but both are complimentary to a healthy life in the Spirit of grace to thrive and be fulfilled in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

CHARISMA and CHARACTER are of the Holy Spirit – The Spirit of the EAGLE FLIGHT – called THE WIND – (John 3:3-8/Genesis 1:1-3). It’s the knowing and understanding of the move and movement of THE WIND that enables the EAGLES to SOAR and GLIDE with strength and vigour, instead of FLAPPING as other birds does in weakness and tiredness over time. And it is in the same knowing and understanding, that as THE WIND – the Holy Spirit, when He moved, Father God took advantage of that movement and CREATED the HEAVEN and the EARTH and all that dwells therein.

CHARISMA is the SPIRITUAL/MINISTERIAL GIFTS – (1 Corinthians 12:7-12, 27-31/Ephesians 4:7-16); and while CHARACTER is the SPIRITUAL FRUIT not FRUITS – (Galatians 5:22-23), meaning one fruit with many character components embedded – enclosed and within.

Unfortunately, some people in some cases, as the Corinthians Church, are heavily gifted of CHARISMA, yet with STRANGE GODS in their midst, as such, the expected CHARACTER has been choked up, adulterated, perverted and counterfeited; and it means nothing to them anymore in everyway – (1 Corinthians 1:4-7/ 1 Corinthians 12:1-3).

The Corinthians Church was graciously gifted CHARISMATICALLY, such that they came not behind in SPIRITUAL CHARISMATIC GIFT, and are enriched with knowledge and utterance among others in comparison. Yet, IDOLS, the spirit of idolatry, a carryover from their past was still PRACTICE within them, which ends up distorting the genuineness of the gracious DIVERSITIES, OPERATIONS and ADMINISTRATIONS of the Holy Spirit manifestation that’s within them – 1 Corinthians 12:5-7.

When God led the children of Israel on EAGLES’ FLIGHT, there was NO STRANGE god(s) among them – Deuteronomy 18:9-14. As a result, Egypt was glad when they left because they dread them, and other enemies kept at bay from them. The WIND of the EAGLES’ FLIGHT was, and is the Holy Spirit.

Today, the Scriptures says as many who are LED, not just HAVE the Holy Spirit are the sons of God – Romans 8:14-17. When you say the Holy Spirit LEADS you, be sure you have NO STRANGE god(s) within.

Charisma is not enough, character is much more needful. Work on them. Don’t be a problem Christian/Gospel Minister to the – Local Church Assembly or Body of Christ, and don’t let the enemy and cohorts use you to hinder the effectual work of God as the Corinthians Church was a very problematic people hence a second book needed to be written to correct the abnormalities within them by Apostle Paul.

STRANGE GODS ARE NOT NEEDED ON THE EAGLES FLIGHT THAT GOD LEADS – ALWAYS DO A CHECK UP WITHIN YOU OTHERWISE YOU CAN’T BE ABLE TO GLIDE AND SOAR.

THE ADD-ONS TO YOUR FAITH

THE ADD-ONS TO YOUR FAITH: THE INGREDIENTS OF CHARACTER – TO ENSURE YOUR CHARISMA ABOUND IN GRACE!

FAITH is – the legal and vital tender to do business with the heavens in the earthly affairs. We do BUSINESS in earthly affairs with men by MONETISING it – that is, by using FINANCE – Cash or Kind, in transactions; but in the Kingdom, we do BUSINESS in life and godliness with God by FAITH – built on His WORD, as a means of transactions in order to receive the heavenly enabling in our earthly affairs. And this act of God’s grace, supersedes and transcends the BUSINESS with men indeed. And is done by FAITH built on God’s infallible, unadulterated and authoritative WORD and not on fantasy or sentiments or on human dogmas and religious make belief and philosophy and such like.

Hence being DILIGENCE in FAITH it’s a necessity, for it pleases God. It accords heavens reward, it unveils and gives access to stand before kings (place of noble, honour, dignity and worth) and not in a place of obscure, unpredictable, unproductive, disgruntled and mean people. [Hebrews 11:6; Proverbs 22:29].

Therefore, it’s imperative to start your daily schedules and routines – being today, with a DILIGENT SERVICE OF FAITH with God. Keep the same spirit through the week, months and each passing years, you’ll experience for yourself, the awesome reward of diligent service and work by faith in Christ Jesus.

However, in all that the act of FAITH matters to one in life with God, there are some ADD-ONS that are vital to synergies the effectual results of our FAITH transaction and communication – in LIFE and GODLY LIVING. These vitalities that will ensure that our FAITH delivers to us all things that pertains to life and godliness are but not limited as in 2 Peter 1:1-11, in these add-ons:

** VIRTUE

** KNOWLEDGE

** TEMPERANCE

** PATIENCE

** GODLINESS

** BROTHERLY KINDNESS

** CHARITY (LOVE)

These add-ons ingredients of CHARACTER, makes you abound in your CHARISMATIC grace, and more so, as you stay DILIGENT in FAITH. It gives and makes the Kingdom default toward the HEAVENLY transaction in EARTHLY affairs seamless as we think on these THINGS as in the Holy Writ of Philippians 4:8, but not limited: “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are TRUE, whatsoever things are HONEST, whatsoever things are JUST, whatsoever things are PURE, whatsoever things are LOVELY, whatsoever things are of GOOD REPORT; if there be any VIRTUE, and if there be any PRAISE, THINK ON THESE THINGS”

I pray you God’s grace, wisdom and speed in everyway of living and doing life, as you ADD TO YOUR FAITH THESE NECESSARY ADD-ONS INGREDIENTS OF CHARACTER, TO ENSURE YOUR CHARISMA ABOUND IN GRACE in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

DEFINE AND COLOUR YOUR LIFE WITH SPIRITUAL FRUIT: YOUR CHARACTER [SPIRITUAL FRUIT] IS WHAT WILL SUSTAIN AND MAINTAIN YOUR CHARISMA AND CHARISMATIC ATTRIBUTES!

“FINALLY, BRETHREN, whatsoever things are TRUE, whatsoever things are HONEST, whatsoever things are JUST, whatsoever things are PURE, whatsoever things are LOVELY, whatsoever things are of GOOD REPORT; if there be any VIRTUE, and if there be any PRAISE, THINK [MEDITATE] ON THESE THINGS” Philippians 4:8.

CHARISMA could be defined as the ability to attract, charm, and influence the people around you for a given cause in your Plan, Purpose and Pursuit. CHARISMA is often said to be a mysterious ineffable quality, you either have it or don’t have it. The term charisma (/kəˈrɪzmə/; pl. charismata, adj. charismatic) has two senses: COMPELLING ATTRACTIVENESS or CHARM that can inspire devotion in others; and, a DIVINELY CONFERRED power or talent to make you be what you wants to be in LIFE and GODLINESS.

It must be noted that the sustainability of your CHARISMA or CHARISMATIC life in cause of time, is only in picture by the CHARACTER you exhibit in and through it. Otherwise it becomes a CARICATURE in every respect of manifestation and operations.

CHARACTER – THE RESILIENT TEMPER – is define and applies to the aggregate of moral qualities by which a person is judged and examine apart from intelligence, competence, or special talents. Strength of character personality applies to an aggregate of qualities that distinguish one as a person mentally and morality.

And for the BELIEVER’S in Christ, our CHARISMATIC or CHARISMA life which is as a results of SPIRITUAL GIFTS and ENDOWMENT cum TALENTS are sustained [kept in checking] in the grace by the SPIRITUAL FRUIT – the CHARACTER – of the Holy Spirit that’s at work and in operation in us. It is the spiritual fruit ELEMENTS that formulate ones character and behavioural mannerisms, thereby ensuring that one is able to uphold, sustain and maintain any position with integrity and etiquette, in one’s charisma or charismatic endowment. Any lack of these sustainability and checking process by the character fruit, will consequently results to a caricature of one’s acts of displayed in charisma or charismatic attribute, which are – blindness, barrenness and unfruitfulness – to the reality and tangibility of the TRUTH in life and godly living in Christ Jesus stead.

“And beside this, giving all diligence, ADD to your FAITH VIRTUE; and to virtue KNOWLEDGE; 6 and to knowledge TEMPERANCE; and to temperance PATIENCE; and to patience GODLINESS; 7 and to godliness BROTHERLY KINDNESS; and to brotherly kindness CHARITY. 8 For if THESE THINGS be in you, and ABOUND, they make you that ye shall NEITHER be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But he that LACKETH THESE THINGS is BLIND, and CANNOT SEE afar off, and hath FORGOTTEN that he was purged from his old sins. . .” 2 Peter 1:5-11.

The elements that makes up the spiritual fruit ARE but not limited to these:

** Love (Charitable)

** Joy

** Peace

** Longsuffering (Endurance)

** Gentleness

** Goodness (Virtue)

** Faith (Faithfulness)

** Meekness

** Temperance (Self Control)

** Patience

** Brotherly Kindness

** godliness

** Honesty

** Purity

** faithfulness

** truth

** reverential fear of God

** . . . And such like the more . . .

And where these elements that makes up the – SPIRITUAL FRUIT (CHARACTER) – abound more and more, one can be able to live and ensure sustainability in grace with the endowed CHARISMA placements; and then, to do life and godliness, without making excuses or explaining reasons to any, just as Jesus did exhibited in humanity for our example as written in the Holy Writ of 1 Peter 2:21-25.

Beloved in Christ Jesus, know for sure and full well that you are the CUSTODIAN of your happiness in all aspects of doing life and living godly. Therefore, make your CHARISMA and CHARISMATIC GIFTS and TALENTED ENDOWMENT be sustainable with an unquestionable CHARACTER. CHARISMA is good and great and it takes you to heights in any field and endeavour in life when it’s graciously and gracefully in operative. It helps to evolve your uniqueness in life from others. But always remember in cause and course of doing life and living godly that ONLY your CHARACTER, makes you be truly you to WORTH the living after all.

I SAY THEN – DEFINE AND COLOUR YOUR LIFE WITH SPIRITUAL FRUIT – FOR YOUR CHARACTER IS THE SUSTAINABLE SPIRITUAL FRUIT – FOR YOUR CHARISMA AND CHARISMATIC ATTRIBUTES TO BE OF WORTH.

DOING LIFE BY CHARISMA AND CHARACTER

DOING LIFE BY CHARISMA AND CHARACTER: IT’S MADE POSSIBLE BY THE HOLY SPIRIT IN REDEMPTION!

“As for you, the ANOINTING [the SPECIAL gift, the preparation] which you RECEIVED from Him remains [permanently] in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you. But just as His ANOINTING teaches you [giving you insight through the PRESENCE of the Holy Spirit] about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as His ANOINTING has TAUGHT you, you must REMAIN in Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him]” 1 John 2:27/AMP.

Being CHARISMATIC is a gracious tool in life and godliness for any especially for the born again believer of God in Christ Jesus. But one’s CHARACTER is the only vehicle to sustain the CHARISMA in doing life and living godly and to continuously enjoy A MORE THAN CONQUERORS, in our REDEMPTION, in Christ Jesus stead.

It then means CHARISMA is of no PURPOSE, if one is found wanting in CHARACTER. It makes the whole PURPOSE of being MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION caricatured and laughable. For CHARACTER speaks of ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR, INTEGRITY and HONESTY, JUSTICE, TRUSTWORTHY and TRUTH and such like in the Holy Spirit that’s given unto us in redemption.

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the LOVE of God is SHED [LAVISHED, SPREAD] abroad in our HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us” Romans 5:5/Emphasis Mine.

In life most people are most likely to be carried away by CHARISMA, which unfortunately is not sustainable in cause of time without character. Hence this WISDOM NUGGETS is needful for guidance as

I hereby state:

“The CHARISMA – capacity, talents and the good of riches, friends, certificates, politics, enterprise and more, may TAKE you to the TOP, but only INTEGRITY, ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR and such like, the essence of CHARACTER, will sustain you there with honour and dignity”

However, to operate graciously and gracefully in life and godliness – CHARISMA and CHARACTER – are ESSENTIALS to doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY, in order to ensure a MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN REDEMPTION; and the NEED to continuously walk in and by the HOLY SPIRIT is imperative, to APPROPRIATE and ENACT these virtues of CHARISMA and CHARACTER on daily basis.

The knowing and understanding of these essential virtues indicates these scriptural context:

CHARISMA (capacity, productivity and talents) is an act of the GIFTS by the Holy Spirit, written in 1 Corinthians 12:9-12; 1 John 2:20, 27.

CHARACTER (attitude, behaviour, integrity, honesty and truth) is an act of the FRUIT of the Holy Spirit as written in Galatians 5:22-23; Matthew 7:15-20; John 15:1-16.

The Holy Spirit is the personality that ENABLE God’s GRACE to activate a genuine CHARISMA and CHARACTER. Therefore, to ensure a genuine CHARISMA and CHARACTER in life and godliness, you need to be BUILT UP by the Holy Spirit by the WORD of God as in the Holy Writ.

Thriving in God’s BLESSEDNESS through balancing the essence of CHARISMA And CHARACTER makes doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus a complete Gospel.

“But you, beloved, BUILD yourselves UP on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an EDIFICE higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, 21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life” Jude 20-21 (Amplified).

“These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26 But the COMFORTER, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall TEACH you all things, and BRING all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” John 14:25-26.

“But the ANOINTING which ye have RECEIVED of him ABIDETH in you, and ye need not that any man TEACH you: but as the same ANOINTING TEACHETH you of all things, and is TRUTH, and is NO LIE, and even as it hath TAUGHT you, ye shall ABIDE in him” 1 John 2:27.

LIFE CHOICES – DEALING WITH THE TRINITY WITHIN – THE I, ME, MYSELF: THE THREE ENEMIES THAT HINDERS DESIRED ALTITUDE!

“I therefore so RUN, NOT AS UNCERTAINLY; so FIGHT I, NOT AS ONE THAT BEATETH THE AIR: 27 but I keep UNDER MY BODY (I, ME, MYSELF), and BRING IT INTO SUBJECTION: lest that by any means, when I have PREACHED to others, I MYSELF should be a CASTAWAY” 1 Corinthians 9:26-27 Emphasis Mine.

Everyone craves for a high and higher rise in life. There’s the more earnest desire for an onward and upward trajectory irrespective of any, and it’s deepened in every human subconscious thought. And higher heights are born in our ATTITUDE for such ALTITUDE we earnestly desired and yearns daily to attain. Unfortunately for some, the enemies within them have created their stunted growth and success and excellence and such like.

“Love not the world [the worlds mindset], neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the LUST of the FLESH, and the LUST of the EYES, and the PRIDE of LIFE, is not of the Father, but is of the world” 1 John 2:15-17.

The THREE ENEMIES are the – I, ME, MYSELF – that’s within the humans, which is of the flesh [fleshy] and that needs to be urgently brought down and under subjection [control, discipline] if one must constantly be ahead in LIFE and GODLINESS in Christ Jesus stead for His blessedness. And these three enemies within of the I, Me and Myself, are as a result and consequence of these factors:

** The lust of the flesh

** The lust of the eyes

** The pride of life

These three factors are ENEMIES of the faith and the makeup of the trinity within us – I, ME and MYSELF, which otherwise are aligned as the ME, ME and ME; and these enemies that have enveloped and engrossed humanity brings about the self-centeredness and self-gratifications attitudes and mannerisms in all respect that we experience day to day about us – directly or and indirectly.

However, life is about CHOICE and CHOICES for all, and it’s up to anyone to being mindfulness, and if otherwise, to not being mindfulness, in respect to the three enemies that are elements of self-destruction; suffice to know that one’s choice or choices can make and unmake the worlds of success, fulfilment and excellence, in doing LIFE and living in GODLINESS.

“For though we WALK in the flesh, we do not WAR after the flesh: 4 (for the WEAPONS of our WARFARE are not CARNAL, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 CASTING down IMAGINATIONS, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the OBEDIENCE of Christ; 6 and having in a readiness to REVENGE all DISOBEDIENCE, when your OBEDIENCE is FULFILLED” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6.

There’s the need to diligently check and guard your being by the Holy Spirit, as the chief inward and outward trajectory examiner to indicate any of the signs and presence of the I, ME, MYSELF elements that can result to – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, by the illuminating light of the WORD of God.

“Your WORD is a LAMP to my feet and a LIGHT to my path . . . 130 The ENTRANCE of Your WORDS gives LIGHT; it gives understanding to the simple” Psalms 119:105, 130/NKJV.

You are the DECIDED of your ARISING and ALTITUDE, therefore make the wise CHOICE today – to bring your body under; I mean, to subjugate the five SENSES [which is of what you – see, hear, taste, smell and touch/feel], and of the trinity you of the I, ME, and MYSELF – to the lead and influence of the Holy Spirit, to guide and guard you, under the authority and power of the WORD of God. That’s the only Kingdom cause way for you to live in DOMINION, be A MORE THAN CONQUERORS, be an OVERCOMER, be TRIUMPHANT and VICTORIOUS, in doing life and living godly, in everyway in God’s BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Know full well that your ATTITUDE is an indicator of your CHARACTER. And your CHARACTER is an indicator of your PERSON. And your PERSON, which is born of your ATTITUDE does not only defines you, but it’s what will SUSTAIN you in your desired ALTITUDE when you arrived at it. Hence, a no-GOOD ATTITUDE means an ILLUSION to your DESIRED ALTITUDE and the SUSTAINABILITY of your person and personality, in the POSITION of ALTITUDE.

Herein are some common sayings by others and the scriptural sayings too, that are worth pondering – [meditating and thinking] – about and through, in cause of your doing life and living godly,, in respect to time and in matters of your ATTITUDE [CHARACTER and INTEGRITY]:

People of power are feared.

But only people of CHARACTER are TRUSTED” – Arthur Friedman

“Be it known that the good of riches, friends, certificates, politics, charisma, enterprise and such like the more, may take you to the top, but only INTEGRITY will keep and sustain you there” – Chukie MORSI Snr.

“And CHARACTER and INTEGRITY are made possible by the indwelling precious, gracious and graceful Holy Spirit, which is given to us on the WORD of God in redemption” – Chukie MORSI Snr.

Therefore I say to you my friend, make a wise choice today, for – YOUR ALTITUDE IS WITHIN YOUR REACH BY YOUR ATTITUDE – as you do life and live godly in a daily onward and upward trajectory in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are TRUE, whatever things are NOBLE, whatever things are JUST, whatever things are PURE, whatever things are LOVELY, whatever things are of GOOD REPORT, if there is any VIRTUE and if there is anything PRAISEWORTHY—meditate on these things” Philippians 4:8.

Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” Galatians 5:22-25.

COLOUR YOUR LIFE IN BEAUTY WITH SPIRITUAL FRUIT: YOUR CHARACTER ENSURES AND ASSURES YOUR CHARISMA AND CHARISMATIC ENDOWMENT IN GRACE!

CHARISMA could be defined as the ability to attract, charm, and influence the people around you for a given cause – Plans, Purposes and Pursuits. CHARISMA is often said to be a mysterious ineffable quality, you either have it or don’t have it. The term charisma (/kəˈrɪzmə/; pl. charismata, adj. charismatic) has two senses: COMPELLING ATTRACTIVENESS or charm that can inspire devotion in others; also, a DIVINELY CONFERRED power or talent to make you be what you want to be in LIFE and GODLINESS.

It must be noted that the sustainability of your CHARISMA or CHARISMATIC life endowment is by the CHARACTER you exhibit in and through it. Otherwise, it becomes a CARICATURE, COUNTERFEIT, FAKE, MAN-MADE and SELF-GRATIFICATIONS in every respect of manifestation and operations.

CHARACTER – THE RESILIENT TEMPER CHARACTER – is define and applies to the aggregate of moral qualities by which a person is examined and judged apart from intelligence, competence, or special talents. Strength of character personality applies to an aggregate of qualities that distinguish one as a person mentally and morality.

And for the BELIEVER’S in Christ, our CHARISMATIC ENDOWMENT or CHARISMA of doing life and living godly, which is as a results of SPIRITUAL GIFTS (endowment) cum TALENTS are sustained in grace and life, by the SPIRITUAL FRUIT (CHARACTER) of the Holy Spirit that is GIVEN to us. Romans 5:5. This SPIRITUAL FRUIT that formulate one’s character to uphold integrity and etiquette of one’s charisma or charismatic endowment, are but not limited to these in Galatians 5:22-23 and 2 Peter 1:5-11 and Philippians 4:8 and Romans 12:9-21 etc.

** Love (Charitable)

** Joy

** Peace

** Longsuffering (Endurance)

** Gentleness

** Goodness (Virtue)

** Faith (Faithfulness)

** Meekness

** Temperance (Self Control)

** Patience

** Brotherly Kindness

** godliness

** Honesty

** Purity

** . . . And such like – faithfulness, truth, reverential fear of God and more highlights in various places in the scriptures . . .

If these things – SPIRITUAL FRUIT (CHARACTER) – abound more and more, one can be able to live and sustain in grace one’s CHARISMA placements in life, without making excuses or explaining reasons to any, just as Jesus did in humanity – 1 Peter 2:21-25.

You are the CUSTODIAN of your happiness. Make your CHARISMA sustainable with an unquestionable CHARACTER. CHARISMA is good and great and it takes you to heights in any field and endeavour in life when in operative. It helps to evolve your uniqueness in life from others. But only your CHARACTER, makes and keeps you in your THERE after all.

Your CHARACTER – is the sustainability of your CHARISMA and CHARISMATIC endowment.

“But the FRUIT of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, 23 Meekness, Temperance: AGAINST such there is no law” Galatians 5:22-23.

CHARISMA VS CHARACTER: A LEADERSHIP INTEGRITY VERVE!

And for us to be people of INTEGRITY we must resolve to be a person of PRINCIPLE, RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY both to God and to mankind, and as gracious stewards of God for mankind.

Lets MEASURE in this insights statements below – I think, it might helps us to reconsider our doings as God’s Ambassador’s and embassy of His dwelling.
