“STUDY to shew thyself APPROVED unto God, a WORKMAN that NEEDETH not to be ASHAMED, RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH” 2 Timothy 2:15. 

“But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 and that from a child thou hast known the HOLY SCRIPTURES, which are able to MAKE thee WISE unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All SCRIPTURE is GIVEN by INSPIRATION of God, and is PROFITABLE for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 that the man of God may be PERFECT (WHOLE, MATURED, COMPLETE), throughly furnished unto all good works” 2 Timothy 2:14-17 (Emphasis Mine) 

‘We have also a MORE SURE WORD of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a LIGHT that SHINETH in a DARK place, until the DAY dawn, and the DAY star arise in your hearts: 20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of the SCRIPTURE is of any PRIVATE INTERPRETATION. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” 2 Peter 1:19-21. 

“Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the TRUTH through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 23 being born again, not of CORRUPTIBLE seed, but of INCORRUPTIBLE, by the WORD of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 but THE WORD of the Lord ENDURETH for ever. And this is THE WORD which by the gospel is PREACHED unto you” 1 Peter 1:22-25.
