Scriptural Meditation – FIRST IN THE MORNING: The THRONE Before or The PHONE!

“And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed” Mark 1:35

“Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. 2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. 3 My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up” Psalms 5:1-3.

“I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me” Proverbs 8:17.

“But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows” Hebrews 1:8-9 (Psalms 45:6-7).

“But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” Proverbs 4:18.

“But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. 11 My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. 12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food” Job 23:10-12.
