GOODLY HERITAGE: JESUS CHRIST – MY SAVIOUR AND LORD!
The best and ultimately incomparable, indescribable and unimaginable INHERITANCE ever to have in life and grace is having my SAVIOUR and LORD Jesus Christ. Amen.
“For to me, to LIVE is Christ [He is my source of joy, my reason to live] and to die is gain [for I will be with Him in eternity]. 22 If, however, it is to be life here and I am to go on living, this will mean useful and productive service for me; so I do not know which to choose [if I am given that choice]” Philippians 1:21-22.
Being born of God as a New Creation in Christ Jesus, is just awesomely awesome and I couldn’t have ask for anything else MORE. I am daily super excited, contented and fulfilled both meaningfully and purposefully in all that pertains doing life and living godly.
SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:
“In whom also we have OBTAINED an INHERITANCE, being PREDESTINATED according to the PURPOSE of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12 that we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ” Ephesians 1:11-12.
“The Lord is the PORTION of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou MAINTAINEST my lot. 6 The LINES are fallen unto me in PLEASANT places; yea, I have a GOODLY HERITAGE. 7 I will bless the Lord, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. 8 I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope . . .11 Thou wilt shew me the PATH OF LIFE: in thy PRESENCE is fulness of joy; at thy RIGHT HAND there are pleasures for evermore” Psalms 16:5-11.
