Abiding In God’s Presence: Means Abiding In His WORD And Abiding In His LOVE – Nothing More or Less!

Moses demands from the Father God to show him the “WAY” to life. In other words, the “PATH” to true life that’s thriving, fruitful, enjoyable, fulfilling and enduring with the fullness of God within.

And as Moses, to have and enjoy the PATH of life that brings about the fullness of God’s joy and pleasures that is evermore, you must determine with gracious hearts to abide in His presence.

And to abide in God’s presence is to – Abide in His WORD and in His LOVE. Nothing more and Nothing less. This is the how to thrive and rejuvenate in God’s gracious presence.

“. . . 12 And Moses said unto the Lord, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight. 13 Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. 14 And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. 15 And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. . .” Exodus 33.

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore” Psalms 16:11.

As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it ABIDE in the vine; no more can ye, except ye ABIDE in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my WORDS ABIDE in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall ABIDE in my LOVE; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. 11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. 12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you . . .” John 15:1 -16.

An Hour In God’s Presence: Endeavour To Practice It Daily!

Can’t You Watch With Me For An Hour? That is, can’t you spend at least an hour in God’s PRESENCE? That was the question that Jesus did asked the early followers called Disciples who later became Apostles.

Any acclaimed Believers in Christ, who can’t spend at least – an hour in God’s presence a day, is prone to fall into diverse temptations knowingly or unknowingly as the Disciples who couldn’t watch did. If they did watch for an hour in Father’s presence, they would have known His mind about matters concerning Christ and their faith in the kingdom. The consequential results of not watching for examples are these: Peter cut Marcus ears, later denied Jesus; others hid themselves as many does today when questioned if they knew Jesus. Adam and Eve hid themselves too remember; and many same like challenging matters.

Will you watch for an hour at least a day in Father God’s presence, as a schedule in your PATH OF LIFE? For therein is the FULNESS of joy and PLEASURE forevermore – (Psalms 16:1).

“Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, “Sit here while I go and pray over there.” 37 And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. 38 Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.” 39 He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” 40 Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” 42 Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless[e] I drink it, Your will be done.” 43 And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy. 44 So He left them, went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. 45 Then He came to His disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. 46 Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand” . . . 51 And suddenly, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword, struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear. 52 But Jesus said to him, “Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish[f] by the sword. 53 Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels? 54 How then could the Scriptures be fulfilled, that it must happen thus?” 55 In that hour Jesus said to the multitudes, “Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to take Me? I sat daily with you, teaching in the temple, and you did not seize Me. 56 But all this was done that the Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples forsook Him and fled” Matthew 26:36-56 (NKJV).

Nothing Less Than God’s PRESENCE

Nothing Less Than God’s PRESENCE: That’s All You NEED Today To Make Your Difference!

For the fullness of unspeakable, thriving and rejuvenating Joy and God’s pleasures, nothing less than His presence, is all that’s needed Today to make life a living worth.

Moses knew hence he refuses anything less than God’s presence. That’s all that was needed and it’s needed in today’s changing and challenging world and times. Exodus 33.

Remarkably, our Lord Jesus Christ in humanity, though He was ANOINTED to carry on the Kingdom cause for which He came, NEEDED us the abounding love PRESENCE of our Father God to keep Him keeping on. How much more could we need God now then ever. Acts 10:38.

Much more, God had promised to be with us always as long as we are in the path of life that is of His WILL, in His WORD in His Kingdom causes. Matthew 28:19-20.

Crave for God’s presence today I plead with you, in order to enjoy His abounding grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Thou wilt shew me the PATH OF LIFE: in thy PRESENCE is FULNESS OF JOY; at thy RIGHT HAND there are PLEASURES for evermore” Psalms 16:11 (Ephesians 1:3, 20; Ephesians 2:6)

“. . . Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people.’ But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.’ 13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, SHOW ME NOW YOUR WAY, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.” 14 And He said, “MY PRESENCE WILL GO WITH YOU, AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST.” 15 Then he said to Him, “IF YOUR PRESENCE DOES NOT GO WITH US, DO NOT BRING US UP FROM HERE. 16 For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth.” 17 So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by your name . . .” Exodus 33 NKJV.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: AND, LO, I AM WITH YOU ALWAY, even unto the end of the world. Amen” Matthew 28:19-20.

“How God ANOINTED Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; FOR GOD WAS WITH HIM” Acts 10:38.

Enjoying Father God’s Abiding Presence!

It’s about experiencing continuously in relationship and fellowship, the fulness of the indwelling Holy Spirit for guidance as Jesus did say to Philip even as written:

“Philip saith unto him, Lord, SHEW US the Father, and it SUFFICETH us. 9 Jesus SAITH unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not KNOWN me, Philip? he that hath SEEN me hath SEEN the Father; and how sayest thou then, SHEW US the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. 12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him” (John 14:8-21).

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS: THE WORK OF GRACE – NOT ASHAMED!

Are you ASHAMED of the Gospel of Christ? When last where you EMBOLDENED to make your FAITH by the Gospel of Christ KNOWN to all ABOUT you. Still hiding from public view as Christ Disciple? A hidden Believer of the FAITH of God in Christ Jesus stead? Not willing to make known your RESOLVED to be an AMBASSADOR of and for Christ Jesus?

You need not to be ASHAMED of the GOSPEL of Christ for its the ENABLING of God for human DIGNITY to be ACTUALISED in His divine PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT.

In all situations, am PROUDLY and EMBOLDENED to be Christ Jesus DISCIPLE and AMBASSADOR by the GOSPEL.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

“For I am not ASHAMED of the GOSPEL of Christ: for it is the POWER of God unto SALVATION to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God REVEALED from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall LIVE by faith” Romans 1:16-17.

Daily Seven Recipes’ Worth Giving Your Spouse

When it comes to giving, many married people are generous to everybody except their spouses. There are seven things but not limited you should consciously give your spouse daily. These are not weekly, monthly or annual giving. They are healthy, lovely medicinal things I called them, you should and must endeavour to give your spouse daily. Let’s see at least some of them:

1. Give Your Spouse A Gracious TOUCH:

One of the ways to bond with your spouse is to give him or her a gracious warm touch. We have such touch as – Encouragement Touch, Affirmation Touch, Healing Touch, Apology Touch, and we have Sexual Touch. Study your partners and know what touch to give at a particular time. If you want God to touch your marriage graciously and gracefully, touch your spouse with a warmly heartfelt love. Don’t let today go like that without touching your partner with God’s abounding goodness and BLESSEDNESS that’s within you in Christ Jesus.

2. Give Your Spouse A Refreshing SPACE:

As much as you need to bond with your spouse and be together for daily intimacy, communication, affection, planning, etc., yet, you still need to give your spouse his/her space. There is time for couple’s prayers, time for couples bonding. Also there is time for personal prayer, personal meditation, personal rest, personal planning, etc. Don’t choke your spouse. Don’t be over-possessive and over-demanding to your spouse. Stop unnecessary policing and monitoring. Give your spouse a space they need when they need it. It helps each other to refresh and regain energy to spice up that relation by every measure.

3: Give Your Spouse An Affectionate CALL/CHAT:

Some people can chat with all the contacts on their phones & all the friends on their friends list on their social media platforms and such likes – Facebook and Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, Twitter and Facetime, SMS message and email, etc. But they will never chat or call their spouse throughout the day. Chatting or calling your spouse in a day at work is a way of saying, ‘Dear, despite my busy schedule, I have you in mind. I am thinking about you’. Make sure you send a chat, or give a call to your spouse today. Make it a daily thing. No body can be tired of receiving a caring chat or a call from someone they love and care about.

4: Give Your Spouse A Memorable HUG:

Hugging is fast disappearing in many marriages today. It has been researched that, hugging is one of the emotional needs of every human being. It is scarcity of spousal hug that makes many men to hug ladies who are not their wives indiscriminately. Many women too crave for hugs and they allow every Tom and Jerry to hug them because their husbands are not giving them hug. It might be in the morning, or at night, let no day pass without hugging your spouse. It is one valuable thing you must give your spouse. It could be a welcoming hug, a goodbye hug, an appreciating hug, affirmative hug. Hugging is a non verbal means of communication. Use it well. Don’t let your husband or wife crave for hug from strangers when you are still alive. Hug Now. Hug passionately. Hug romantically and Hug Always.

5. Give Your Spouse A Lovely SMILE:

God smiles on a home when couples smile at each other. A smile is a way of telling your spouse, ‘You delight me’, ‘Your presence amuses me’, ‘I am pleased with you’. Frowning at your spouse is not a thing that should last a whole day. One of the way to know your marriage is SMELLING bad is when you are not SMILING with each other. Smile. It is one of the best gifts you can give your spouse in a day. I love to smile a lot and I love to see my Queen smile. I don’t like people who are not generous with their smile. It is free. You don’t need to pay to smile. Just relax your muscles and smile. Couples – smile, keep smiling! To prevent your marriage from smelling bad, keep smiling with your spouse.

6: Give Your Spouse A Homely Peace Of MIND:

The home is the end-point of every thing we do daily. Let me explain it this way. If you are a doctor, you can’t sleep in the hospital all the days of your life. You will need to come home. If you are an engineer, you can’t sleep in the site all days. If you are a lawyer, you can’t sleep in the bar or court all days. Even as a pastor, you can’t be in the Church 24/7. We all must go back home. Home is the end point. So, if your spouse will be excited to come home, it must be a peaceful home. You need to stop nagging, fighting, insulting, abusing, threatening, and humiliating your spouse all day long. Give him rest of mind. Give your wife rest of mind. Be the head of your wife that leads not boss, not the headache of your wife. Madam, be a wife, and not a ‘knife’ to your husband. Blessed are the couples that give each other peace of mind daily! Amen!!

7: Give Your Spouse A Heartfelt PRAYER:

No matter how wealthy or highly connected you are, there are things you can not do for your spouse. You are limited. One of the ways to show love to your spouse is to commit him/her to the unlimited God. Say a word of prayer to your spouse daily. Every other thing may fail and may not work. But no force can withstand the power of prayer. You can’t heal your spouse, only God can heal him/her. You can’t lengthen the days of your spouse. Only God can do that. You can’t save your spouse. You can’t take away addiction and evil habits from your spouse, only God can do that for him/her. Pray to God. Mention the name of your husband/wife to God. As a man, you are the priest, prophet and king of your family, lay your hands on your wife, or hold her hands and say a word of prayer to her life. It is a major gift many couples find so difficult to give each other. Blessed is that wife whose husband gives a gift of prayer daily (vis-à-vis).
Pray for your spouse if you don’t want him/her to become a prey and victim in the hand of the devil and his cohorts.

FINALLY:

All these seven things but not limited, you must endeavour to give your spouse daily, are very easy, simple, free and important. Put them on your ‘to-do-list’. Don’t forget to give it. Remember, givers never lack. If you give your spouse all these, I can assure you that, there is a high assurance that you will get it back.

“I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive“ Acts 20:35.

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: ²⁵the Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: ²⁶the Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace“ Numbers 6:24-26.

GREETINGS:

Shalom! Kingdom & Redemption greetings in name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. Faith, my wife and I would like to welcome you again to the dawn of the night Month – SEPTEMBER in the LORD’S year 2017 as He crown your life with the Year2017 themed – POSSIBIBLITIES – in all you do. It is for this cause we’ve set out in grace to earnestly pray on your behalf through the year, in the awesome and covenant, gracious and graceful, precious name of our redeemer King, Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. We do also say welcome to the new and existing recipients of the Monthly TEACHING Publications to the ‘Achievers’ FAITH Digest’ website for your perusal.

Achievers Faith Digest Month SEPTEMBER 2017 has been themed as a month of: CREATING YOUR MAGNETIC FIELD BY THE WORD! Meaning “Your Word Colour Your Worlds”. Therefore, as Month SEPTEMBER is the 9th Month of Year 2017 Georgian Calendar, it reminds me of the Nine (9) Fruit of the Spirit for your Christian Faith character, behavioural and conduct enabling – (Galatians 5:22-25); It reminds me of the Nine (9) Spiritual gifts of the Spirit to enable one to function in ministerial & spiritual life demands – (1 Corinthians 12:7-11). The essence of the SEPTEMBER2017 theme is to help you and I colour our worlds, by ‘Enacting Our REDEMPTIVE RIGHTS In Christ’ in ALL that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS through our word or sayings! I am emboldened to announce to you, that it’s not enough to know your redemptive rights in Christ, until you ENACT, that is, cause them to BE into life reality SCRIPTURALLY. Make September your Scriptural Month to Enact your redemptive rights in Christ.

It’s my prayer and earnest desire that you will come to the place of ensuring that your redemption rights and privileges in Christ are never undermined, but actualised in all that pertains to you in doing life and enjoying a godly living. Hence there’s the need to crave for the knowledge and understanding that will enable you ENACT YOUR REDEMPTIVE RIGHTS IN CHRIST over all things and to live dignified; more so, that you will eventually locate yourself in God’s plan, purpose and pursuit to achieve your desired set goals in life as you follow the path to dignity in POWER, RICHES, WISDOM, STRENGTH, HONOUR and BLESSING.

How then do we do one enact his redemption rights, it’s by creating a magnetic field by the word of embedded in your spirit being even as God did. A MAGNETIC FIELD is the lines of force surrounding a permanent magnet or a moving charged particle; and a MAGNETIC FIELD STRENGHT (FORCE) is the amount of magnetic flux in a unit area perpendicular to the direction of magnetic flow.

Revelation 5:9-12 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; ¹⁰and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth; ¹¹And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; ¹²saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to RECEIVE power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing“.

Revelation 1:5-6 “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, ⁶and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.“

By this knowledge and understanding, I pray that as you incline to read and hear God’s sayings through this publication edition, that the enabling grace of our God will be made available unto you and minister wholly to your well being – spirit, soul and body – in Jesus precious Name, Amen; even as it’s written in – 1 Thessalonians 5:23 and Hebrews 4:12-13 and Colossians 2:9-10.

Also, I do know that a man’s ignorance is his own mountain and the knowledge of the truth will set him free. Hence I therefore commend you to take time to ponder and meditate on the theme through and through in prayers and where possible accompany with fasting even as the Scripture below do enjoin.

Acts 20:32 “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified“.

Here Is The Wisdom For Today For The Quest Above!
A Colourful and thriving life is gracious, graceful and lovely, more so, when God’s intent for your life is to be whole, complete and full in all that pertains to life and godliness, for which Christ came to pay the ransom for our WHOLESOME REDEMPTION. The knowing and understanding of this God’s concept of grace for us is our RIGHTEOUSNESS in Him by Christ Jesus, which enable and make us to ride steadily and readily to enact our God given plans, purposes and pursuits to succeed, triumph, win and overcome and be a victor in life and godliness no matter where and when and how. And that makes colourful and thriving life accessible and dignified, and the knowing and understanding that the greater one lives in you.
I pray you Blessed! Be empowered to succeed, triumph and be victorious and in dominion as you adhered to ensure the holy writ purpose of God about you and I, as in this month AUGUST theme – AUGUST YOUR LIFE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS! “The PATH To Live A DIGNIFIED Life” while awaiting His return. Amen!

“It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness” Proverbs 16:12.

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the …seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth” Revelation 5:9-10.

Righteousness – the Kingdom streamline to AUGUST life, is the right of grace to stand upright in faith before Father God without fear, guilt, shame and to be undaunted by the accuser of the brethren, the devil.
The Scriptures indicates that the kingdom of God is not just food, drink and pleasures only, but Righteousness, Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost. When we seek the …kingdom of God firstly, and His righteousness, which is, His will, commanded deed and ways of doing & living life, ALL other things – food, drink, pleasures and more will be added unto us accordingly..
Righteousness works, promotes and enhances PEACE with God, self and others. PEACE – which means concord, agreement, harmony and a mind free from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts. The resultant of righteousness is innermost quietness or resolve, assurance and exaltation. I pray that as you resolve for righteousness, may you experience the work and effect of the grace of God in this regard.

“And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever” Isaiah 32:17.

It’s awesome, gracious and graceful to stand before Father God’s presence, day by day until final day, without the sense of guilt, or inferiority or sin consciousness. That is to be a crown of the believer’s life. There’s A CROWN of righteousness laid up and awaiting ALL who August their life in righteousness by – fighting the good fight of righteousness, finishing the good course of righteousness and keeping the faith of righteousness while on this side of the heavens as Apostle Paul affirmed to Received.

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing” 2 Timothy 4:7-8.

“Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. 6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits” 2 Timothy 2:1-6.

“For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) . . .21 that as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 5:17, 21.

** The Path To August A Dignified Life – It’s In God’s Presence: The Righteousness of God In Christ Jesus! It exalts, promotes, illuminates more and more, brighter and brighter until the dawn of the complete work of grace is perfected in us. For we saved, we are been save, and we shall be save.

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore” Psalms 16:11

“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people“ Proverbs 14:34.

** You Are Complete And Completely Made Whole: spirit, soul & body, In Christ Jesus – Don’t Live or Think or Believe For Less Until Christ Returns!

** Don’t Be Mistaken By Any For Whatsoever – You Are Complete & Made Righteous In Christ Jesus In God! That Settles It!

“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: ³¹that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:30-31.
