WISDOM NUGGETS: In The GRACE To STAND And BECOME: The Essence For – ZEAL/PASSION, KNOWLEDGE And UNDERSTANDING!

It’s high time to desire the PRINCIPAL thing. That is, to seek for WISDOM in ones PASSION, and the KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING in it, to do LIFE and GODLY LIVING. For therein is the PATH to GRACIOUSNESS and GRACEFULNESS.

“If any of you LACK WISDOM, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ASK IN FAITH, NOTHING WAVERING. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways” James. 1:5-8.

Herein for your perusal to think and ponder upon are takes on – PASSION/ZEAL, KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING:

PASSION/ZEAL:

***PASSION, meaning Zeal, strong feeling or intensely emotional about something, is a vitality to life PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT. ZEAL – otherwise passion is good, but if without KNOWLEDGE, it’s dangerous and deadly – full of foolishness and frustration. Hence a mere passion or being passionate or zealous about something, is not enough to carry one through in life’s PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT. One needs KNOWLEDGE to enhance the PASSION or ZEAL to a fruitful end.

It thus also means, being passionate about somethings as: Career, Marriage, Relationship, Skill, Trade, Governance, Leadership, Ministry and more, can only be meaningful when there’s an added KNOWLEDGE to such desired PASSION. And is simply as written for our knowing:

“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a ZEAL (PASSION) of God, but not according to KNOWLEDGE. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth” Romans 10:1-4 (Emphasis Mine).

KNOWLEDGE:

***KNOWLEDGE is not very appreciated until you’ve experience effect of IGNORANCE. It’s very vital in our cause to life PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT to enhance one’s endeavours with the required or expected KNOWLEDGE for proficiency and for effectual and efficient results.

It thus means that, as good as KNOWLEDGE is important, it is not enough except there’s an UNDERSTANDING to that KNOWLEDGE in order to make it meaningful. A mere KNOWLEDGE without UNDERSTANDING puffed (PRIDES) up and it’s dangerous. And KNOWLEDGE is good, but if without UNDERSTANDING, it breeds arrogance and rudeness. It’s for the limitations, there’s the need to add understanding to one’s knowledge even as it’s written:

“Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. KNOWLEDGE PUFFED UP, but charity edifieth. 2 And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know. 3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him” 1 Corinthians 8:1-3 (Emphasis Mine).

UNDERSTANDING:

***UNDERSTANDING what you KNOW and PASSIONATE about is the key to WISDOM for one’s life PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT. Hence where ZEAL (passion) and KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING are together, therein is the WISDOM to do life and much more, the WISDOM to be accomplished and fulfilled in life, will always show up.

For until one UNDERSTANDS full well what one is KNOWLEDGEABLE and PASSIONATE about, there will be life struggle to a THRIVING, COLOURFUL, MEANINGFUL and FULFILMENT in LIFE and GODLINESS. Hence, the need to get UNDERSTANDING as it’s written:

“WISDOM is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and WITH ALL THE GETTING GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7 (Emphasis Mine).

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but the way of TRANSGRESSORS is HARD (Difficult, Challenging, Rough, Struggling)” Proverbs 13:15.

“The man that WANDERETH out of the WAY OF UNDERSTANDING shall REMAIN in the CONGREGATION of the DEAD (Unproductive, Ignorant, Foolish, Unwise)” Proverbs 21:16.

COMMUNICATION OF THE FAITH: Embedded In “UNDERSTANDING” – In the GRACE!

The Genuine PROFESSION Of Your FAITH Is The CONSEQUENCE Of The POSSESSION Of The FAITH In Christ Jesus.

You can’t acclaimed to COMMUNICATE, PROCESS and CONFESS to the FAITH in Christ Jesus to work together for your good when you have not resolved genuinely to the POSSESSION of the FAITH within you. You can only MAKE GOOD out of the GOOD WITHIN that you’ve ACKNOWLEDGED in Christ Jesus stead.

God is not mocked and can’t be deceived by mere religious believe – hence the need to the UNDERSTANDING IN THE GRACE wherein you stand and can stand to become in Christ Jesus stead.

UNDERSTANDING To PROFIT In The GRACE: Get The UNDERSTANDING In ALL Your KNOWING And PASSION!

I have always said, and will always say: Until You Understand What You Claim To Know Or To Have Known In Any Matter Of Life And Godliness, You Are Not Better Than The Ignorant and the unwise fool.

Having an idea is good, understanding your idea is another ball game. I have seen the assumed rich fall from the penthouse glory to be a beggar and have seen the one time poverty stricken rise to grace from grass. All because the assume rich just landed into wealth by a mere knowledge and zeal without understanding the take and know-how to sustain the position; while the once poverty stricken took to knowledge know-how along with understanding of the journey, arrives there, lives to sustain it, in spite of all changes in weather conditions.

Knowing your spouse is good, but if you don’t understand each other, there’s going to be a bomb explosion one day.

Being educated in a career or trade is good, but not understanding your career or trade will cause you a problem to yourself and to others probably one day.

Being a Gospel Minister is a gracious privilege. But not understanding the etiquette of being a Shepherd of looking well over God’s heritage will make you a hypocrite and wolf in sheep clothing.

Being a leader or in government or position of making decision is good, but if you lack the understanding for leadership and governance, you will destroy the RESOURCES of such position – PEOPLE, TIME, EFFORTS, MATERIAL & FINANCE under your watch.

More so, a lack of UNDERSTANDING will cause you to always REACT, make EXCUSES and BLAME others for your inadequacy; It will cause you not to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY for your actions; and a lack of PURPOSEFUL UNDERSTANDING to achieving meaningful RESULTS.

In UNDERSTANDING, the PURPOSE of a thing is ACHIEVE with GRACE. A lack of ALL NEEDED UNDERSTANDING makes people live a life without PURPOSE for themselves and others. It’s time to be PRINCIPLED by doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY through UNDERSTANDING in the GRACE wherein we stand to become all that God in Christ Jesus has done in us, is doing in us and through us by His WORD and the blessed HOLY SPIRIT of grace. Amen.

I know why the difference, the scriptures has an answer, and is this:

“WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get WISDOM: and with ALL thy getting GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7.

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but the way of TRANSGRESSORS (Ignorant, puff up, fool, disobedient) is HARD (Difficult Challenging, Rough)” Proverbs 13:15 (Emphasis Mine).

“The man that WANDERETH out of the WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall remain in the CONGREGATION (Gathering, Places) of the dead (Unproductive, Foolish , Ignorant)” Proverbs 21:16 (Emphasis Mine).

MAY 2020 THEME: “UNDERSTANDING” – IN THE GRACE!

GRACE, the enabling of God to and for us to STAND and BECOME whatsoever we want to be in Him can be frustrated, utilised unrighteously and in vain or as a vain thing, where UNDERSTANDING is absent and misleading – (Galatians 2:20-21; 1 Corinthians 15:10; Romans 1:18-21). It thus mean if only PASSION and KNOWLEDGE is all we have, the CONSEQUENCE of such is deadly to our walk and work of FAITH to STAND and BECOME in God in Christ Jesus (Proverbs 21:15; Proverbs 13:15). So it’s very imperative that every decisions – acts of FAITH we dare to put FORTH in the grace of God in Christ Jesus stead, must be well UNDERSTOOD, otherwise it will cost us the losses of – TIME, FINANCE and EFFORT (Physical and Mental Exertion), and sometimes people’s LIFE and LIVELIHOOD, no matter how much we’ve tried. In advancing the KINGDOM CAUSES of our God at any acts and intent of living, and to keep the ENEMY and COHORTS at bay, PASSION and KNOWLEDGE is not enough – UNDERSTANDING is imperative and immeasurable in all.

Therefore, it’s not enough to be ZEALOUS and PASSIONATE about anything, neither is it enough to be full of KNOWLEDGE; but until you come to the UNDERSTANDING of what you are passionate and knowledgeable about to carry out, you can’t go far to the fullness of what you can be in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus stead.

There’s therefore then the need to crave for UNDERSTANDING in the grace of God wherein we STAND as God’s People so that we can be the very best of God’s intent in our REDEMPTION DEED OF RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES, otherwise we will be as good as a fool and ignorant. For it’s UNDERSTANDING that makes PASSION and KNOWLEDGE meaningful and fulfilling indeed.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK ABOUT IT SCRIPTURALLY!

“Wherefore he saith, AWAKE THOU THAT SLEEPEST, AND ARISE FROM THE DEAD, and Christ shall GIVE THEE LIGHT. 15 See then that ye WALK CIRCUMSPECTLY, not as fools, but as wise, 16 REDEEMING THE TIME, because the days are evil. 17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, BUT UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE WILL OF THE LORD IS” Ephesians 5:14-17.

I pray that Father God gives you the enabling UNDERSTANDING in His GRACE for the WISDOM and SPEED you dearly need to THRIVE, INNOVATE, CREATE, EXPLORE and INITIATE in everyway PURPOSEFULLY in this Dawn Month of MAY2020.

May you UNDERSTAND by the Holy Spirit of UNDERSTANDING, all you intend to know in this GRACE wherein we STAND in order to OPERATE, ADMINISTER and MANIFEST in WISDOM and FULFILMENT to ensure and enhance your LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Understanding will emancipate one from all IGNORANCE and ANSWER the QUEST of our times IN THE GRACE wherein we STAND in Christ Jesus. ENOUGH of what people say or didn’t say. It’s time to THRIVE in the midst of our TIME REALM CHALLENGES by the enabling of the TIMELESS GRACE through the UNDERSTANDING of TIMES by the Holy Spirit of UNDERSTANDING.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT – ‘MORTIFY’

FOOD FOR THOUGHT – ‘MORTIFY’ – PUT THE FLESH TO DEATH: BEFORE BED TIME – FOR YOUR NEW DAY IS COME!

Until King Uzziah died, there was no NEW DAY and HEADWAY for Prophet Isaiah to experience an UPWARD, INWARD and OUTWARD path to thrive, shine and become; and to live meaningfully and purposefully; and to be fulfilled in LIFE and GRACE – Ministry.

King Uzziah was a symbol of the flesh in the way of Prophet Isaiah. The consequence and effect was that Prophet Isaiah though a great Prophet to be and in making, could not move FORWARD and ONWARDS with God from Chapter One to Chapter Five. But as soon as his king Uzziah gives way in Chapter Six, he was able to witness and experience the three dimensional phase of God’s dealings – UPWARD, INWARD and OUTWARD; that change his LIFE and MINISTRY perception of God’s PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT to enable him become that great Prophet that he was born of God to be in LIFE and GRACE.

Until you motify, that is, put to death the act and deeds of the FLESH – what you SEE, FEEL, SMELL, TASTE and HEAR – it will be difficult to explore, innovate, create and initiate life with God. For by the deeds of the flesh shall no man be JUSTIFIED in the sight of God.

God wants you to experience His onward and upward plan Purpose and pursuits, but you must have a look – UPWARD, INWARD AND OUTWARD as Prophet Isaiah, to make it happen for you. It’s what you do intentionally and responsibly in order to be accountable in the grace wherein to stand in Christ Jesus stead – unashamed, unafraid and emboldened.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

“In the year that KING UZZIAH DIED I SAW ALSO THE LORD SITTING UPON A THRONE, HIGH AND LIFTED UP, AND HIS TRAIN FILLED THE TEMPLE. 2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. 3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. 4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 THEN SAID I, WOE IS ME! “Therefore by the DEEDS of the law there shall no flesh be JUSTIFIED in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin” Romans 3:20.

‘Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the FLESH, to LIVE after the FLESH. 13 For if ye live after the FLESH, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do MORTIFY THE DEEDS OF THE BODY, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Romans 8:12-14.

“This I say then, WALK in the Spirit, and ye shall not FULFIL the lust (DEEDS) of the flesh . . . 25 If we LIVE in the Spirit, let us also WALK in the Spirit” Galatians 5:16, 25 (Emphasis Mine).

CALL TO PRAYERS – REPORT TO DUTY POST: Will You PRAY? Can You PRAY? Let’s PRAY!

There’s The need To PRAY – God Promise To Answer When We Play Our Part To Get The Change We duly Need In Such A Time As Now. Create a PRAYER WALL – I mean moments of PRAYERS Daily, as HEZEKIAH did, until our change comes in the FULNESS of Joy (2 Kings 20:1-11; Isaiah 38:1-8)

Prayer Is The Believers’ Inescapable Access To God. God Breaths Through The Believer’s PRAYERS (Revelation 5:7-10; 8:2-4). Prayer is more than request, it’s the FELLOWSHIP that enhances our RELATIONSHIP with Father God through His WORD by the enabling of the Holy Spirit of grace.

PRAYING is employing and giving the HEAVENLY the permission into our EARTHLY affairs. God knows our needs, and knows we have needs, but wants us to be involve, that is, to be participants in making it happen for our good. SO, LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN. God is faithful.

Three PANDEMIC Current Effect:

** NO RAIN (Job Losses)

** DEVOURING LOCUST (Economic Loss)

** PESTILENCE (Diseases & Sickness)

“If I shut up heaven that there be NO RAIN, or if I command the LOCUSTS TO DEVOUR THE LAND, or if I send PESTILENCE AMONG MY PEOPLE; 14 if my people, which are called by my name, shall HUMBLE themselves, and PRAY, and SEEK my face, and turn from their WICKED ways; then will I HEAR from heaven, and will FORGIVE their sin, and will HEAL their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place” 2 Chronicles 7:13-15.

“O thou that HEAREST prayer, unto thee shall ALL FLESH come” Psalms 65:2.

THE ONLINE Digital CHURCH Services: The Need To ABOUND And ABASED In Changing Times!

If we as a Church must be strenghtened, gracious and graceful in grace to keep on keeping on in our changing world by various factors that may come or show up as the current pandemic – we must learn from Apostle Paul to ABOUND and ABASED in everyway. Delivering this generation unto our God is only going to be effective and result oriented as we awake from set Man-Made dogmas and traditional made-up by-ways and static creeds. It’s time for the character check, a dynamic and charismatic acts of doing life with our generation in the new. For we can’t be ignorance of the devices and schemes of the enemy and cohorts in our time (2 Corinthians 2:10-11; Acts 17:30-31).

I read a book many many years ago entitled “WHERE WAS THE CHURCH WHEN THE YOUTH EXPLODED’. The Church was sleeping then and took the youth of that generation for granted in not adapting to their changes of time to win them for the Lord. That generation gap created a vacuum that made many once thriving Church Worship Centres to become a deserted places, swimming pools, accommodation centres/hotels, dancing boardrooms and many such likes. In fact I saw in my visit to a particular country one turn into brothel and dance floor cum clubhouses. And so many in their dilapidated state over time.

It’s true that the Building may not be the Church as in the above paragraph cases, but it was and is a relevant gathering place to grow the Churches over the years overtime. But for failure of the Churches then not creating, adapting, innovating and initiating avenues to know and understand their upcoming youth dimensions of travel, they lost a huge generation. The impact and effect has NEVER been recovered over the years.

It’s very imperative that the Churches today wakes up before the enemy sow tares that will corrupt and degrade the Church to a place of irrelevance and from being the ANSWER to the generational changes of today’s world. We must, I say must, DELIVER THIS GENERATION of ours to God from the clutches and deception of Satan and Cohorts.

If we must set the lawful captives free and deliver this generation unto our God, we must be awake and not be sleeping in the midst of the changing times to every phase of our doing life and living godly.

It’s time to ABOUND and ABASED, ABASED and ABOUND in everyway in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING:

“But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. 14 Wherefore he saith, AWAKE THOU THAT SLEEPEST, AND ARISE FROM THE DEAD, AND CHRIST SHALL GIVE THEE LIGHT. 15 See then that ye WALK CIRCUMSPECTLY, not as fools, but as wise, 16 REDEEMING THE TIME, BECAUSE THE DAYS ARE EVIL” Ephesians 3:13-16.

“Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12 I know both how to be ABASED, and I know how to ABOUND: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ which STRENGTHENETH me” Philippians 4:11-13.

“Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKENED UNTO A MAN WHICH SOWED GOOD SEED IN HIS FIELD: 25 but WHILE MEN SLEPT, HIS ENEMY CAME AND SOWED TARES AMONG THE WHEAT, AND WENT HIS WAY. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn” Matthew 13:24-30.

“SHALL THE PREY BE TAKEN FROM THE MIGHTY, OR THE LAWFUL CAPTIVE DELIVERED? 25 But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. 26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob” Isaiah 49:24-26.
