THIS DECEMBER: THE CHRIST OF CHRISTMAS – IS BEING COMMEMORATED & CELEBRATED!

CHRIST JESUS – He’s the reason for the season. He’s the reason for the celebration. Outside Him there’s no authentic and genuine reason that can be efficacious.

For me, when you take Christ from ‘CHRISTMAS’ you have ‘MAS’ which means ‘MAN AT SELF’ while with Christ it means ‘MAN AT SUFFICIENCY’.

CHRISTMAS means – A yearly commemoration and Celebration of God’s love to mankind in the birth of our Lord & Saviour Christ Jesus and His cause on earth.

CHRIST means – The anointed one, Messiah, Saviour, The Redeemer and more; while MASS means – to Celebrate, to observe and commemorate.

Therefore, in this Month DECEMBER, let’s commemorate and celebrate Him for

He is indeed born in our hearts and in our being. His birth is the rebirth of:

*Peace and goodwill toward men

*Hope, Faith & Love for men

*Fellowship and Relationship

*Salvation for all mankind and more.

However, as wonderful as Christmas commemoration and celebration is, be it known that Christ is enthroned. He’s no longer:

* The babe in the manger

* The servant to death

* The limited one and

* The Christ on the Cross.

He’s now the:

* God on the throne

* Omnipotent- (unlimited, all powerful)

* Omnipresent – (ever present, everywhere the same time) and

* Omniscience (all knowing, all understanding and all wise).

May Christ be all above to you, this Day, this Christmas and this December. I pray you have a blessed celebration and commemoration.

THIS CHRISTMAS – IT’S AN UNDENIABLE PROOF: THAT GOD LOVES YOU – JESUS CARES ABOUT YOU – DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!

“For God so LOVED the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).

“And this is the record, that God hath GIVEN to us ETERNAL LIFE, and THIS LIFE IS IN HIS SON. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life” (1 John 5:11-12).

SCRIPTURAL MEDITATION: THE BIRTH OF JESUS CHRIST!

“For unto us a CHILD IS BORN, unto us a SON IS GIVEN: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this” Isaiah 9:6-7.

GOOD SUCCESS

GOOD SUCCESS: IT’S ABOUT BEING FULFILLED IN CHRIST!

My father and mentor in the Lord of blessed memory once said:

“SUCCESS WITHOUT A SUCCESSOR IS FAILURE IN DISGUISE”

Taking a stand on wisdom nugget stand above, it thus means, it’s not enough to wake up, count your chickens and say I’m a SUCCESS – that is to say, there is NO TRUE SUCCESS when you have not REPRODUCE yourself in the life of someone or others who goes to make others a SUCCESS in succession.

In the light of the Scriptures, GOOD SUCCESS begins with the Word in your mouth and the Word content in your spirit-hearts of meditation. THINK ABOUT IT.

I know SUCCESS in terms is RELATIVE. But GOOD SUCCESS is about BEING FULFILLED in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, that is to say – laying hold to eternal reward from God, having reproduce your you in life, in the cause of God’s mandate and assignment in your life.

You need to THINK about FULFILMENT while you go concluding I AM A SUCCESS. Just a SUCCESS is not the FINAL, until you KEEP to the FAITH to the end in FULFILMENT of God’s PURPOSE.

Every grace, wisdom and speed in Christ Jesus. Amen.

“For I am now READY to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. 7 I have fought a good fight, I have FINISHED my course, I have KEPT the FAITH: 8 henceforth there is LAID UP for me a CROWN of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall GIVE ME at that day: and not to me only, but unto ALL THEM also that LOVE his appearing” 2 Timothy 4:6-8.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy MOUTH; but thou shalt MEDITATE therein day and night, that thou mayest OBSERVE to do according to all that is written THEREIN: for then thou shalt make thy WAY PROSPEROUS, and then thou shalt have GOOD SUCCESS. 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” (Joshua 1:8-9).

“And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou FULFIL it.” (Colossians 4:17).

THIS CHRISTMAS: CHRIST JESUS IS COME!THIS CHRISTMAS: CHRIST JESUS IS COME!

The great, gracious, graceful and awesome thing about Christmas, is that, it’s God’s intent. It’s of His purpose and it is for our good that Christ Jesus (the saviour, messiah and anointed one) came; and whose birth we do commemorate and celebrate this season in this Christmas.

THIS CHRISTMAS, CHRIST JESUS IS COME:

* To SEEK for ‘THAT’ which humanity lost in creation and

* To SAVE ‘THAT’ which was lost accordingly.

Humanity lost God’s FELLOWSHIP and RELATIONSHIP by their ways of doing life.

Christ is come to seek humanity from their self bondage back to ‘THAT’ lost fellowship and relationship. He seeks for you today, to take the yoke and burden of life off you. That’s a will of your choice you have to accept and make.

Humanity lost their worth as a result of sin. For sin is the reason for poverty, sickness and spiritual death which can result finally – physical death, plus every thing that makes life unbearable.

Until man sin none of those mentioned above items was there, but Christ is come to SAVE one and all from the THAT, which has people bondage and had kept them in captivity of satan and cohort’s.

This Christmas, Christ is come for you, so take advantage of the season to make right with God in Christ Jesus for your complete salvation: *Peace, *wholeness, *safety, *security, *healing, *health, *prosperity, *success, *dignity, *honour, !wisdom, *blessings and *more.

I pray you make a wise decision like the wise men from the east as in the scriptures, who go visiting Christ Jesus at birth when they heard of the saviour who came to seek and save them.

THIS CHRISTMAS, THE PROFOUND TRUTH – CHRIST JESUS CAME!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For the Son of man is come to SEEK and to SAVE THAT which was LOST.” (Luke 19:10).

“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this PURPOSE the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3:8).

“Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a KING. TO THIS END WAS A BORN, and for THIS CAUSE CAME I INTO THE WORLD, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice” John 18:37.

THE CHRISTMAS REASON

THE CHRISTMAS REASON: THE EXPRESSION SEASON OF GOD’S LOVE – IN RELATIONSHIP & FELLOWSHIP!

By the virtue of birth, my gracious, sweet, loving and dear wonderful children have an awesome RELATIONSHIP with me. But if any is to enjoy a more than the usual, normal and generalised BLESSEDNESS of GRACIOUSNESS and GRACEFULNESS, they have to engage in a constant FELLOWSHIP and COMMUNION to know and understand the path to it, that’s their RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Much more in the same scenario, by virtue of God’s love in Christ Jesus’ we obtain RELATIONSHIP in our being born of God (comely called Born Again). But if we are to enjoy the fullness of God, we must endeavour to explore a FELLOWSHIP decorum with Him. Adam lost his fellowship at Eden and it cost him at Eden as we know till date with the afterward generations of him. Jesus in humanity maximise His FELLOWSHIP and He made all the difference as we know.

This is not about Church or special programs and busy prayer meetings and schedules, but how much of fellowship you are having with Father God personally, to enhance and boost your worth in Him and for Him is what ‘This Christmas’ in ‘This December’ and ‘This Day’ should be about. The REASON for the SEASON.

It is the fellowship that strengthens relationship. Sin hinders the fellowship and in time destroys the relationship as in Eden. Hence during this season of Christmas, give room for the reason, that is, God’s love in Christ Jesus in relationship for fellowship to count and account for you. Make time to be ‘ALONE WITH FATHER GOD’.

Every Blessing in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were called unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have FELLOWSHIP with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have FELLOWSHIP one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin” 1 John 1:5-7.

“And in the morning, RISING up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a SOLITARY place, and there PRAYED” Mark 1:35.

“Thou wilt shew me the PATH OF LIFE: in thy PRESENCE is FULNESS of joy; at thy RIGHT HAND there are PLEASURES for evermore” Psalms 16:11.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature: OLD things are passed away; behold, all things are BECOME NEW” 2 Corinthians 5:17.

THIS CHRISTMAS: AS YOU MERRY – SHARE FAITH! SHARE HOPE!! SHARE LOVE!!!

To MERRY is to be full and showing of high-spirited merriment, offering fun, being lively and energetic. So when you say MERRY CHRISTMAS, it thus mean, have fun, enjoy your day lively, have merriment where you can, especially for all that Christ Jesus, the REASON for the SEASON meant to you. For He’s Lord and God at BIRTH and now on the THRONE.

This Christmas as you merry, there’s the need to both OFFER and SHARE your FAITH and God’s LOVE in HOPE to others as the wise men of Matthew 2 did share three significant presents to Christ. Make your LOVE and FAITH and HOPE in Christ Jesus count and account in someone else life this Christmas as in you.

Consider the needy among you, and leave a memorable impact for life in them of God’s love and your faith.

Moreover, the affairs of the kingdom of God in relation to Christ birth is not only about been MERRY (Meat And Drink), but also of RIGHTEOUSNESS, JOY and PEACE in the Holy Ghost. So, ensure that in all your merriment of Christmas season, that there’s an act of joy, peace and righteous goodwill promised of God in it.

I pray all things work for your good to enable a MERRY CHRISTMAS that you can both share and offer LOVE, FAITH and HOPE in the righteous acts of PEACE, JOY and GOODWILL to others in the Holy Ghost. Amen.

BLESSED CELEBRATION IN COMMEMORATION

“When they SAW the STAR, they rejoiced with EXCEEDING GREAT JOY. 11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and FELL DOWN, and WORSHIPPED him: and when they had opened their TREASURES, they presented unto him GIFTS; GOLD, and FRANKINCENSE, and MYRRH” Matthew 2:10-11.

“Let not then your GOOD be evil spoken of: 17 for the KINGDOM of God is not MEAT and DRINK; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, and PEACE, and JOY in the Holy Ghost” Romans 14:16-17.

This Is FREEDOM CHRISTMAS – It’s To Stop SIN CONSCIOUSNESS: No More SIN Fishing – FOR YOU ARE GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS In Christ Jesus!

It’s time to live FREE by THIS CHRISTMAS and even now, for our FREEDOM time is come in Christ Birth.

The reason for the season of Christmas commemoration and celebration is all about God’s LOVE in demonstration through the BIRTH of Christ. It’s not to activate SIN or make SIN CONSCIOUSNESS, meaning it’s not to make you GUILTY again and again, but to give and make us receive God’s RIGHTEOUSNESS in Christ Jesus, because God’s LOVE in Christ Jesus is STRONGER than the stings and pangs of SIN.

Hence the scriptures of Micah says God had buried our inequities under the SEA of forgetfulness and I say to you – NO FISHĪNG or NO MORE FISHING! Meaning, don’t go fishing what God has forgiven you of, no matter the gravity of it. Don’t go feeling guilty with memory of events that had happened. No fishing!

This is your freedom Christmas.

“Who is a God like unto thee, that PARDONETH INIQUITY, and PASSETH by the TRANSGRESSION of the remnant of his heritage? he RETAINETH not his ANGER for ever, because he DELIGHTEH in MERCY. 19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will SUBDUE our INIQUITIES; and thou wilt cast ALL their SINS into the DEPTHS of the SEA” Micah 7:18-19.

Don’t go and visit place or places of reminder, even if it is called a Church. Go to a place or places where you are WELCOME and RECEIVE; and the LOVE and RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in Christ Jesus is celebrated to enhance your FREEDOM and REDEMPTION in Him.

Living in SIN CONSCIOUSNESS will invite the enemy and that will rob you of your worth and dignity especially during this period of expressing true LOVE and RIGHTEOUSNESS to fellow men because of Christ.

“For he hath MADE him to be SIN for us, who knew no SIN; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

Let LOVE and RIGHTEOUSNESS CONSCIOUSNESS possess your day, that’s what makes Christmas worth expressing and everything. This CHRISTMAS is about God’s LOVE and your access to FREEDOM in Christ and not to LIVE IN GUILT anymore.

GOD’S GRACE AND BLESSINGS.

THIS CHRISTMAS: BE ALERT, SENSITIVE AND VIGILANT AGAINST HEROD’S PLOT!

We do live in a challenging and difficult time, of various unprecedented and unpredictable happenings; it’s paramount that in course of this Christmas and afterwards, there’s the need to INCLINE your HEARING EARS to HEAR God – for THERE MAY BE HEROD’S PLOT knowingly and unknowingly – you don’t have to be a PREY and VICTIM for the ENEMY and COHORTS.

In Your MERRIMENT – It’s NEEDFUL to HEAR God’s SAYINGS as Joseph did hear ahead, against HEROD’S PLOT as enjoined in Matthew 2:13-15 for these wisdom nuggets:

** Don’t be so carried away with this Christmas celebration and commemoration without being sensitive in your spiritual network towards God for you, family, loves one’s and those you care about.

** Don’t shut off or shut down the indwelling Spirit of God within you. The Spirit of God has made you and the breath of the almighty gives you life, understanding and sense of direction – Job 32:8; Job 33:4; Proverbs 20:27.

Know full well that Joseph ALERTNESS and VIGILANCE saves the day and the season for the reason. I pray you will be ALERT, SENSITIVE and VIGILANT to hear God when there’s a need and to obey accordingly also in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

BLESSED CELEBRATION AND COMMEMORATION!!

“And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord APPEARETH to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and TAKE the young child and his mother, and FLEE into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for HEROD will seek the young child to DESTROY him. 14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: 15 and was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son” Matthew 2:13-15.

“My son, attend to my words; INCLINE thine EAR unto my SAYINGS. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” Proverbs 4:20-23.

“Be SOBER, be VIGILANT; because your ADVERSARY the devil, as a ROARING lion, WALKETH about, SEEKING whom he may DEVOUR: 9 whom RESIST STEDFAST IN THE FAITH, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 10 But the God of ALL GRACE, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you PERFECT, STABLISH, STRENGTHEN, SETTLE YOU” 1 Peter 5:8-10.

CHRISTMAS MOOD

CHRISTMAS MOOD: KNOWING WHAT VS KNOWING HOW!

It’s not enough to KNOW WHAT the Scriptures Says, what’s MOST IMPORTANT is the KNOW HOW to ENACT and APPROPRIATE the Scriptures into your day to day acts of DOING LIFE and LIVING GODLY in Christ Jesus stead .

In same scenarios, you need to know that, it’s not enough to KNOW WHAT to PRAY for, but it’s much more better to KNOW HOW to PRAY for that need, which the HOLY SPIRIT, is there to HELP us in the OUGHT. Hence, in the MOOD of Christmas, you need to ensure you KNOW THE HOW as you KNOW THE WHAT to do.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.

“Likewise the Spirit also HELPETH our INFIRMITIES: for we KNOW NOT WHAT WE SHOULD PRAY FOR AS WE OUGHT: but the Spirit itself maketh INTERCESSION for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that SEARCHETH the hearts KNOWETH WHAT is the mind of the Spirit, because he MAKETH INTERCESSION for the saints ACCORDING to the WILL of God” Romans 8:26-27.

“I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will GUIDE you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will SHEW you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you” John 16:12-14.
