BEING RAISED TO BECOME IN GROWTH: THAT’S THE PATH OF MATURED, SPIRITED-HEARTED LIFE!

“If You Are Not RAISED, You Will Soon Be ERASED Out Of The RACE” – Rev Dr Favour Adeshina

“But GROW [spiritually MATURE] in the GRACE and KNOWLEDGE of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory (honor, majesty, splendor), both now and to the day of eternity. Amen” 2 Peter 3:18 Amplified.

You are either RAISED to BECOME in GROWTH or you only just GREW and GROWN to BECOME without being RAISED to MATURITY – and it’s this contrary, that makes the difference in life for so many. A MATURED spirited HEARTED person is the consequence of being RAISED in GROWTH. It’s a cause for HUMILITY that bring about EXALTATION – Otherwise, pride, arrogance, immaturity and such like limitation traces shows up, because they wasn’t any cultivation – of being RAISED in unto MATURITY in GROWTH. Hence you can see a grown adult by age and size, still lacking the ADULTHOOD principle of ACCOUNTABILITY and RESPONSIBILITY in places of expectations, because POSITIONS test will reveal and bring forth the TRUE NATURE in CHARACTER and MATURITY. You see these effect manifesting in places of opportunities: Governance, Marital Relationship, Career Opportunities, Work Place Positions And Inter Job Relationship, Leadership Positions, Ministerial etiquette and Conducts test, Family Relationship and such like.

Jesus Christ our Saviour and Lord, as a CHILD was BORN, but as a SON He was MADE to BECOME what He’s to us. He did not just GREW, He submitted Himself to be RAISED through learning and obedience to the necessary guidance for His EXALTATION. Luke 2:44-52. Being RAISED He was MADE to BECOME to fulfil PURPOSE. Being MADE as a son, he was GIVEN for our REDEMPTION, fulfilling the cause and purpose for which He came into the world. That’s what stands Him out from all. Trace His path on earth with God, His natural parents and dealings with others in Ministry. For thirty years He submitted Himself to be RAISED in order to GROW and MATURED for the CALLED PURPOSE; and being MADE and ready to be, He was GIVEN for the undeniable gracious and graceful three and half years Ministry, fulfilling His given cause and eternal purpose on the earth. Philippians 2:5-11; Luke 1:41-52.

There’s no great person that have outlasted the history of his time that just GREW without being RAISED along to BECOME in GROWTH. The great and envied sustainable people with courtesy in character, were raised by many factors of life that came their way to make them become the envy of others, epitome of trust, confidence and history; hence you can see in them humility, diligence, faithfulness, service, sacrifice, responsibility, accountability and dedication to their causes and purposes. Unlike some, who lack the matured hearted growth of being raised, and are full of arrogance, pride, selfishness, wickedness, immaturity, controversy and such like immature childish behaviour no matter their attainments in life.

Are you RAISED in GROWTH to BECOME? Are you being RAISED to BECOME in GROWTH? or did you just GREW to Become and or GROWN to BECOME without being RAISED in GROWTH? You need to take a purse and think through which and where you belong momentarily. You need to watch your track and path of life – that will tell you WHAT YOU ARE and WHERE YOU ARE and WHAT YOU MAY LIKELY BE or HAD BECOME. It’s WORTH being RAISED to BECOME in life and godliness. It’s wise to SUBMIT for GUIDANCE, TUTORING, MENTORING and such like, in order to be RAISED as you GROW in life and grace, in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. It will pay up greater dividend if you are HUMBLED enough in it. Being raised save you from PRIDE that GOES before a FALL and STUPIDITY – 1 Peter 5:5-6; James 4:7-10.

IS WORTH BEING RAISED IN GROWTH TO BECOME IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD. AMEN.

“But the PATH of the JUST (RIGHTEOUS) is as the shining light, that SHINES MORE AND MORE unto the PERFECT (DAWN) day.” Proverbs 4:18 (Emphasis Mine).

“Likewise you YOUNGER people, submit yourselves to your ELDERS. PRAYER WORKS

PRAYER WORKS: IT DEFINES YOU AND YOUR WORLDS!

As you PRAY to God the Father in Christ Jesus stead – you can behold your TRANSFORMATION as Jesus did in humanity while He PRAYED.

“And AS HE PRAYED, the FASHION of his COUNTENANCE WAS ALTERED, and his RAIMENT was WHITE and GLISTERING” Luke 9:29.

“And it came to pass, that, AS HE WAS PRAYING in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, TEACH US TO PRAY, as John also taught his disciples” Luke 11:1.

Prayer is MORE a communion – a fellowship to enhance relationship with the Father God, than to be of request.

Our knowing and understanding of the essence of a PRAYING ATTITUDE will give the enabling.of the TRAJECTORY ALTITUDE that we desire of God.

I PRAY you come to this place of knowing and understanding that PRAYER WORKS – AND IT DEFINES YOU AND YOUR WORLDS. AND IT’S MORE OF A PLACE OF COMMUNION THAN A PLACE OF REQUEST.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And in the morning, RISING UP A GREAT WHILE BEFORE DAY, he went out, and departed into a SOLITARY PLACE, and THERE PRAYED” Mark 1:35.

And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray. 29 And AS HE PRAYED, the FASHION of his COUNTENANCE WAS ALTERED, and his RAIMENT was WHITE and GLISTERING. 30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias: 31 who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem. 32 But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, THEY SAW HIS GLORY, and the two men that stood with him. 33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said. 34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud. 35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him. 36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. CHOSEN AS A SPECIAL PEOPLE

CHOSEN AS A SPECIAL PEOPLE: IT’S ALL BECAUSE THE LORD LOVES YOU!

“. . . 4 just as [in His love] He CHOSE us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, so that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In LOVE 5 He PREDESTINED and LOVINGLY planned for us to be adopted to Himself as [His own] children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the kind intention and good pleasure of His will . . . 11 In Him also we have RECEIVED an inheritance [a destiny—we were claimed by God as His own], having been PREDESTINED (CHOSEN, APPOINTED beforehand) according to the PURPOSE of Him who works everything in agreement with the COUNSEL and DESIGN of His will . . .” Ephesians 1:3-12 Amplified.

The knowing that God LOVES you and CHOSE you should propel you to have faith and be faithful in God. His love for you is irrelevant and irrespective of who you are, where you are, what you are in life prior and afterwards. He just LOVES you – for He CHOSE you for His PURPOSE and in His PURPOSE. Life is about living in the acknowledgement that God loves and loved me and have chosen me in spite of all things.

If you are wondering about Love, know full well that the Biblical definition of LOVE is – God, as it’s written – “FOR GOD IS LOVE” (1 John 4:8, 16). Therefore, let love be your propellant in the way you do and live life day to day in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

You are God’s CHOSEN – His LOVE made it possible. Keep GLOWING, REFRESHING and REJUVENATING in God’s LOVE.

Life is WORTH living, and when living it in – LOVE, now and always.

“Beloved, let us [unselfishly] LOVE and seek the best for one another, for LOVE is from God; and everyone who LOVES [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. 8 The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], FOR GOD IS LOVE. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.] . . .16 We have come to know [by personal observation and experience], and have believed [with deep, consistent faith] the LOVE which God has for us. GOD IS LOVE, and the one who ABIDES IN LOVE abides in God, and God abides continually in him” 1 John 4:7-8, 16.

“Ye have not CHOSEN me, but I HAVE CHOSEN YOU, and ORDAINED (APPOINTED) you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you” John 15:16 (Emphasis Mine).

“For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath CHOSEN thee to be a SPECIAL PEOPLE unto himself, ABOVE all people that are upon the face of the earth. 7 The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor CHOOSE you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: 8 BUT BECAUSE THE LORD LOVED YOU, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. 9 Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations” Deuteronomy 7:6-9.

“You [believers], like living stones, are [a]being built up into a spiritual house for a holy and dedicated priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices [that are] acceptable and pleasing to God through Jesus Christ . . . 9 But you are a CHOSEN race, a ROYAL priesthood, a CONSECRATED nation, a [SPECIAL] PEOPLE for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the EXCELLENCIES [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who CALLED you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 10 Once you were NOT a people [at all], but now you ARE God’s people; once you had NOT RECEIVED mercy, but now you have RECEIVED mercy” 1 Peter 2:5, 9-10 Amplified.

THE KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU CAME FROM GOD

THE KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU CAME FROM GOD: IT’S WHAT HELPS TO KEEP YOU STAY IN THE REALM OF BEING – ABOVE ONLY!

“For we ARE His WORKMANSHIP [His own master work, a work of art], CREATED in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would WALK in them [LIVING the GOOD life which He PREARRANGED and MADE ready for us]” Ephesians 2:10 Amplified.

It’s a high time to stop any saying that LIMITS you as such or that phrases of yours especially the FAILURE or FAILING concepts as – it RUNS in the family, it’s in the family DNA, it’s in family BLOOD, it’s PART of the family, it’s of the family TREE and we CAN’T help it, like father LIKE son, like mother LIKE daughter and other such like. Such acts of BELIEF and CONFESSIONS, DECLARATIONS, PROCLAMATION and PROCESSING may have been part of your entanglement for limitations and setbacks knowingly or unknowingly. Because it contradicts the NEW CREATION terms of reference on your place in God’s Redemption in Christ Jesus for you. It’s time to REASSESS and REASSURE yourself for the NEW DAWN you, in Christ Jesus.

“Therefore if ANYONE is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a NEW CREATURE [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the OLD THINGS [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, NEW THINGS have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]” 2 Corinthians 5:17 Amplified.

“For neither is CIRCUMCISION anything [of any importance], nor UNCIRCUMCISION, but [only] a NEW CREATION [which is the result of a new birth—a spiritual transformation—a new nature in Christ Jesus]” Galatians 6:15 Amplified.

The KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that can make you to LIVE and be ABOVE ONLY is your ability to come to the terms within you, that God MADE you, created you and you CAME FROM God only THROUGH your Parent’s to fulfill divine PURPOSE of God, and you are not FROM YOUR Parent’s in real terms of doing life and living godly in fulfilling the PURPOSE of God – Romans 8:28-30; Ephesians 1:11-12. This is NEEDFUL in order to FULFILL PURPOSE. Henceforth, you can now stop the ANALOGY and BLAME game ON your Parent’s for your present or past limitations and setbacks.

“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes ALL THINGS TO WORK TOGETHER [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are CALLED according to His PLAN and PURPOSE. 29 For those whom He FOREKNEW [and loved and chose beforehand], He also PREDESTINED to be CONFORMED to the IMAGE of His Son [and ultimately share in His COMPLETE sanctification], so that He would be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers. 30 And those whom He PREDESTINED, He also CALLED; and those whom He CALLED, He also JUSTIFIED [declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He JUSTIFIED, He also GLORIFIED [raising them to a heavenly dignity]” Romans 8:28-30 Amplified.

“In Him also we have RECEIVED an inheritance [a DESTINY—we were claimed by God as His own], having been PREDESTINED (chosen, appointed beforehand) according to the PURPOSE of Him who works everything in agreement with the COUNSEL and DESIGN of His will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ [who first put our confidence in Him as our Lord and Savior] would exist to the praise of His glory” Ephesians 1:11-12 Amplified.

This knowing and understanding of who you are in God’s PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT in Christ Jesus, is needful, otherwise, you will live in your parents image and not in God’s image in you – which you are. For you are of God, made in His image and likeness in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 1 John 4:4, 6; Revelation 4:11; Genesis 1:26-28. Be informed today as a reminder and as an awakening, that your parent’s image of you is of a limited abilities and it’s prone to failures and setbacks in all about mortality. God’s image of you as in His WORD that’s governed by the blessed Holy Spirit, is pure in all goodness and it’s irrevocable; for God’s WORD unveils the FULNESS of God about you in Him. And the KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of His WORD by the Holy Spirit about you in Him keeps you to be ABOVE ONLY in everyway in His grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Living in your parent’s images instead of God’s default of you, means the NATURAL human setbacks and limitations in SICKNESS, POVERTY and SPIRITUAL DEATH will set in as a consequence of the Adamic nature – Romans 5:17-21. And that adamic nature, limits you in every level of human endeavours – wherein the SPIRITUAL DEATH is exacerbated and that leads to PHYSICAL DEATH and finally ETERNAL DEATH.

It’s true that Joseph and Mary were and are the vehicle to bring forth Christ Jesus into the world for human Redemption, but Christ didn’t come FROM them. He only came THROUGH them to fulfill PURPOSE – which is the CAUSE of God for human REDEMPTION in Him. Hence Christ wasn’t reckoned after them in terms of REDEMPTION but purely use them as avenue as expected of any to live and operate on the earth. Hence they (Joseph and Mary), as every human being, needed Christ Jesus to have access to God without any special exemptions – Romans 5:1-2.

It’s for this knowing and understanding of who you are of God in Christ Jesus, that will make you rise above your parental image and lineage in every good and perfect way to LIFE and GODLY LIVING. The idea that your parents were and are poverty strickened, uneducated, die of a particular branded sickness and diseases, lives in the low segments of life and such like, should not and cannot be RECKONED to you when you have the knowing and understanding of God’s image of you through His WORD by the Holy Spirit, in everyway of doing LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in Christ Jesus perceptive of God’s BLESSEDNESS.

I pray you come to know and understand that you are FROM God only in essence THROUGH your parents to fulfill purpose as you do LIFE and live GODLY in the EARTLY BUSINESS on the BEHALF of God. It’s time to SEARCH the SCRIPTURES to fashion and condition your image in the similitude of God in you in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Good UNDERSTANDING giveth favour: but the way of TRANSGRESSORS is HARD (DIFFICULT)” Proverbs 13:15 Emphasis Mine.

“The man that WANDERETH out of the WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall REMAIN in the CONGREGATION of the DEAD (IGNORANCE, FOOLISHNESS, STUPIDITY, UNPRODUCTIVE)” Proverbs 21:16 Emphasis Mine.

“Then the Lord God FORMED [that is, CREATED the BODY of] man from the dust of the ground, and BREATHED into his nostrils the BREATH of life; and the man BECAME a living being [an individual complete in body and spirit]” Genesis 2:7 Amplified.

THE BLESSEDNESS OF GOD: IS A GIVEN AND ENTRUSTED – AVAILABLE TO ENRICH YOU IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD!

“THE BLESSING of the Lord brings [true] RICHES, and He ADDS NO SORROW TO IT [for it comes as a BLESSING from God]” Proverbs 10:22 Amplified.

” . . . 3 BLESSED be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who HAS BLESSED US with every spiritual BLESSING in the heavenly PLACES in Christ . . .” Ephesians 1:1-12 NKJV.

It’s a high time for you to HARNESS in grace by faith, your FAITH walk with God in Christ Jesus stead, in order to live unhindered in the ABOVE ONLY realms of doing life and living godly. For the BLESSEDNESS of God is a GIVEN and is ENTRUSTED to all that are born of God in Christ Jesus stead; and it’s AVAILABLE to all to to enact and authenticate with no personal or group limitations; and it’s without sentiments, prejudice and dissimulation (hypocrisy) as in our redemption deeds of rights and privileges in the Kingdom.

“Opening his mouth, Peter said: “Most certainly I understand now that God is NOT one to SHOW partiality [to people as though Gentiles were excluded from God’s BLESSING], 35 but in EVERY NATION the person who fears God and does what is right [by seeking Him] is ACCEPTABLE and WELCOMED by Him” Acts 10:34-35 Amplified.

And our promiser and provider is faithful, trustworthy and committed to ensure your rights and privileges in Him are not denied by any factors, be it – human placement, geographical location, tongue, tribes and gender and such like. For His BLESSEDNESS is unto all who calls upon His name.

“FAITHFUL and absolutely TRUSTWORTHY is He who is CALLING you [to Himself for your salvation], and He will DO it [He will FULFILL His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own]” 1 Thessalonians 5:24 Amplified.

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED US to God by thy blood out of every KINDRED, and TONGUE, and PEOPLE, and NATION; 10 and hast MADE US unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth” Revelation 5:9-10.

And the BLESSEDNESS of God is given and entrusted to all, and it’s available to you today for an onward and upward trajectory in Christ Jesus stead. And it’s for the following reasons but not limited for you to enact and authenticate in grace by faith. Herein are the reasons for the given and entrusted – and available BLESSEDNESS of God:

** That you have in all sufficiency and abundance for yourself – wanting nothing – thereby giving God thanks in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:17, 19; Ephesians 1:3; 2 Corinthians 8:9 (NIV/LB); John 10:10; 3 John 2.

** That the Gospel might advance in grace, and the enemy and cohorts kept at bay without limitations. Luke 8:1-3; Zechariah 1:17; Haggai 2:6-9.

** That you have plenty enough and left overs to give to others in great needs without murmuring, withholding and complaining. Galatians 6:1-9; Hebrews 6:9-12. Luke 6:38.

** To make you, the saints in Christ Jesus, to abide in the FAITH – for poverty takes and sway people away from the FAITH. Especially in their seeking answers to basic necessities of life and more, they thereby fall prey of ungodly, evil and dubious ways to prosper and achieve the desired needs and greatness. Psalms 23:6; John 15:4-8; Psalms 112:1-3.

** To help cleanse the Church of evil and wickedness and such like. POVERTY itself and POVERTY mentality leads to stealing, robbery, bribery and such like. Proverbs 30:7-9; Psalms 112:3; Psalms 89:20-29, 34.

** To keep and ESTABLISH the righteous in DOMINION – as overcomers, victorious, triumphant and more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus stead. Ecclesiastes 9:13-18; Ecclesiastes 7:12.

** To establish, enact and authenticate His covenant as promised in Christ Jesus. Deuteronomy 8:18; Psalms 89:34; Galatians 3:13-14, 26-29; Jeremiah 33:20-21, 25-26; James 1:17.

These above and many as may be revealed to you by the Holy Spirit within, indicates the graciousness and gracefulness of our God in Christ Jesus to see you do life and live godly in righteousness, in the kingdom, on this side of the heavenly in our earthly temporary domain. The whole concept is the essence of you knowing and understanding your RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES In REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

Now that you know that the BLESSEDNESS of God is a GIVEN and ENTRUSTED, and also AVAILABLE for you in grace, what manner of person OUGHT you to become in your path of doing life and to live godly in Christ Jesus stead; this is in order to help you to be fulfilled meaningfully the purposefully for the while you are ENDOWED and ENTRUSTED with God’s BLESSEDNESS. THE CHARISMATIC GIFTS: THESE GIFTS ARE GIVEN TO EDIFY – BUILD UP, MATURE, COMPLETE AND PROFIT – ALL IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CALLINGS AND SKILLS/TALENTS (ABILITY)!

“There are DIVERSITIES OF GIFTS, but the same Spirit. 5 There are DIFFERENCES OF MINISTRIES, but the same Lord. 6 And there are DIVERSITIES OF ACTIVITIES, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the MANIFESTATION of the Spirit is GIVEN TO EACH ONE FOR THE PROFIT OF ALL” 1 Corinthians 12:4-7 NKJV.

About a week ago, I went out to get a replacement pressing Iron for the house while on my way to doing the set day schedule and activities. My natural instinct was to go to the same shopping centre where we bought the last one, knowing it was good and had lasted in use for a while. And as I drove into the parking lot of the shopping mall, I heard a voice within me as always, the Holy Spirit sayings that I should check the MOBILE APP of another shop in another shopping centre location which wasn’t an intended plan by me. So I did check the MOBILE APP as I was instructed, to see the kind of the pressing Iron I intend to buy as I have heard. And when I have done so, I went into the shopping mall that I have just parked, while the MOBILE APP was still active on my phone to see reasons and instructions. To my awesome surprise, as saying, lo and behold, the exact intending pressing Iron was there but there was a problem – 10% difference in the prices and the warranty terms of difference in comparison to the shop that I was instructed to check by the Holy Spirit while at the parking lot. As prudence is the scriptural essence, I left to the shopping mall of the MOBILE APP as I was informed and instructed of the Holy Spirit while at the parking lot. I found PEACE at such obedience and SAVINGS in cost of buying and ASSURANCE of the needed warranty to my purchase. The essence of the CHARISMATIC GIFTS in us is at WORK within me to lead and guide as in our REDEMPTION bill of rights and privileges in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. The essence is just about living life and OBEYING THE INSTRUCTIONS of the Holy Spirit as given through the CHARISMATIC GIFTS within you of Him as written in the Holy Writ of 1 John 2:20, 27.

“But ye have an UNCTION from the Holy One, and ye know all things . . . 27 But the ANOINTING which ye have RECEIVED of him ABIDETH in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the SAME ANOINTING TEACHETH you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him” 1 John 2:20, 27

Why is the said storylines above of the pressing Iron? Does it matter? Won’t common sense should have told me obviously about that or what I should have done that check earlier and anyway before leaving home? Whatever you leaned toward, what’s important in the whole sum, is that, there’s an answer in ESSENCE to any of our situation and circumstances; it also thus indicate, that, no matter the circumstances and situations we found ourselves, knowingly and unknowingly, that, the ever PRESENCE of the CHARISMATIC GIFTS of the Holy Spirit within us does WORKS; and it’s PRESENCE in our Christian life, is to help build up, complete and mature our triune being in everyway and everywhere, while we make daily decisions in our callings, skills/talents (ability), in fulfilling purpose, while doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

When you get BORN AGAIN (giving your whole being to believe in God through the redemption act of Christ Jesus as your Saviour and Lord) and be BAPTISED with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit in essence comes along with His CHARISMATIC GIFTS to dwell in you the believing one, to help build you up, complete you and mature your well-being in humanity, in respect of doing live and living godly through any and all of these but not limited:

(A). ***Your Spiritual CALLINGS (Ministerial/Others) – Romans 8:28-30, 1 Corinthians 1:9; Romans 12:3-8; 1 Corinthians 12:27-30; Ephesians 4:11. Numbers 11:24-30; 1 John 2:20, 27.

(B). ***Your Human SKILLS/TALENTS (ABILITY) – Daniel 1:17; Ecclesiastes 9:11; 2 Chronicles 34:12; 2 Chronicles 2:7-8; Nehemiah 5:8; Proverbs 18:15-16; 1 John 2:20, 27.

Just for clarification, each and everyone of the believing ones in Christ Jesus is given the charismatic gifts by THE MEASURE of God’s grace and not by A MEASURE, according to the given callings and skills/talent (ability) that we are respectively involved in our doing life and godliness. Romans 12:3; Ephesians 4:7; 1 John 2:20, 27. It thus means you have all it takes within you by the Holy Spirit to do life and live godly unlimitedly, except you chose to frustrate such endowed grace that’s given to you to be built up and mature in humanity as some who misuses their opportunities for righteous cause – Galatians 2:21; Romans 1:18.

“I do not FRUSTRATE (SET ASIDE) the GRACE of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain” Galatians 2:21 Emphasis Mine.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who SUPPRESS the TRUTH in unrighteousness” Romans 1:18 NKJV

Now, know that when Christ Jesus led CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE in His ascending to the heavenly, in the CAUSE of our REDEMPTION, He RECEIVE gifts and GAVE these gifts to us (as explained in some of my past post). Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:8-10; Revelation 12:9-12. One aspect of the GIFT is the the gift of the comforter, teacher, helper and more – the blessed Holy Spirit – Ephesians 1 :11-14; John 14:15-17, 26; Luke 24:49; Joel 2:28-32; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1-20; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-7; Romans 8:26-27. And the Holy Spirit comes with the CHARISMATIC GIFTS which could be called SPIRITUAL GIFTS. I used the CHARISMATIC GIFTS to differentiate because everything God gave us in Christ Jesus comes spiritual, which by our act of FAITH in obedience to such gifts, are then made physical – tangible, touchable and reachable. Ephesians 1:3, 20; Ephesians 2:6; Proverbs 10:22.

CHARISMA could be defined as the ability or synergy within that gives one the enabling to attract, charm, booster and influence others towards a given driven CAUSE – Plan, Purpose and Pursuit. CHARISMA is often said to be a mysterious ineffable quality, you either have it or don’t have it, but however everyone needs it to do life in their CALLINGS and Talent to be fulfilled in God. For the term charisma (/kəˈrɪzmə/; pl. charismata, adj. charismatic) has two senses: COMPELLING ATTRACTIVENESS or charm that can inspire devotion in others; also, a DIVINELY CONFERRED power or talent to make you be what you wants to be in LIFE and GODLINESS. And all these by the Holy Spirit through the WORD makes one to be fulfilled meaningfully in Christ Jesus stead.

The Holy Spirit is the personality that ENABLE God’s GRACE to activate a genuine CHARISMA and CHARACTER. Therefore, to ensure a genuine CHARISMA and CHARACTER in life and godliness, you need to be BUILT UP by the Holy Spirit in the WORD of God as it’s written:

“But you, beloved, BUILD yourselves UP on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an EDIFICE higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, 21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life” Jude 1:20-21 (Amplified).

And for the BELIEVER’S in Christ, our CHARISMATIC or CHARISMA life which is as a results of SPIRITUAL GIFTS (endowment) cum TALENTS are sustained in grace by the SPIRITUAL FRUIT (Character) of the Holy Spirit. It must be noted that the sustainability of your CHARISMA or CHARISMATIC life, is by the CHARACTER you exhibit in and through it. Otherwise it becomes a CARICATURE in every respect of manifestation and operations. These spiritual fruits that formulate ones character to uphold integrity and etiquette of one’s charisma or charismatic gifts and acts are but not limited as in these Scriptures: Galatians 5:22-23; 2 Peter 1:5-8; Philippians 4:8.

There are nine (9) major of these charismatic gifts that are given to us to be BUILT UP and MATURED to HELP us to live in the realm of being ABOVE ONLY, meaning, from the ordinary common realm in cause of doing life and living godly. So, the believing ones have no excuse of living a limited life by any measure or be subjected or controlled or dominated by any as a helpless one. Each is to use the charismatic gifts to PROFIT and EDIFY – BUILD UP – and MATURE each order in Christ Jesus and not the other way round as we see some today: ROBBING, CONTROLLING, SUBJECTING, DOMINEERING OTHERS, who are less or and in a vulnerable state by their CHARISMATIC GIFTS; while they are OTHERS who used theirs to create SCHISM – DIVISION, CONTENTION, ENVY, STRIFE and such like, in the local and collective BODY MINISTRY of Christ Jesus – Philippians 1:15-18; 1 Corinthians 1:10-17; 1 Corinthians 14:12, 26, 33; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27. And for such that cause schisms, contentions, disorders and such like, you need keep away and at bay, as Apostle Paul warns too – Romans 16:17-18; Timothy 1:18-20; 1 Corinthians 11:17-19; 1 Corinthians 3:2-9; 1 Corinthians 1:10-17.

However, these NINE (9) CHARISMATIC GIFTS can be classified in this context of 1 Corinthians 12:9-11 in this principle:

The REVELATION Gifts – The gifts that REVEALS things: THE WORD OF WISDOM; THE WORD OF KNOWLEDGE; THE DISCERNING OF SPIRITS.
The POWER Gifts – The gifts that DOES things: THE GIFT OF FAITH; THE WORKING OF MIRACLES; THE GIFTS OF HEALINGS.
The INSPIRATIONAL Gifts – The gifts that INSPIRE things: THE GIFT OF PROPHECY, THE INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES; THE DIVERSE (DIFFERENT) KINDS OF TONGUES.

Each of the above gifts are given to everyone severally by the Holy Spirit as one earnestly desire their PRESENCE in one’s work and walk with God in Christ Jesus stead. Whether is about your ministerial calling and or to others as business and entrepreneurship, family, marital and friendship relationship, career pursuit, leadership and governance at any level, matters of creativity, innovation, exploring and such like, the CHARISMATIC GIFTS are here for your well-being to grow, thrive and to be fulfilled meaningfully. 1 Corinthians 12: 1; 1 Corinthians 14:12, 39-40.

I pray that you find the reason not to depend on yourself, but on the Holy Spirit of promise, that He might gives you the needed CHARISMATIC GIFTS, in order to fulfill PURPOSE, in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in God’s BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast RECEIVED GIFTS FOR MEN; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them” Psalms 68:18.

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED US to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast MADE US unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth . . . 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was SLAIN TO RECEIVE power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing” Revelation 5:9-12.

“As for these four children, God GAVE them knowledge and SKILL in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams” Daniel 1:17.

“But ye have an UNCTION from the Holy One, and ye know all things . . . 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him” 1 John 2:20, 27.

“In Him also we have received an inheritance [a destiny—we were claimed by God as His own], having been predestined (chosen, appointed beforehand) according to the purpose of Him who works everything in agreement with the counsel and design of His will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ [who first put our confidence in Him as our Lord and Saviour] would exist to the praise of His glory. 13 In Him, you also, when you heard the word of truth, the good news of your salvation, and [as a result] believed in Him, were STAMPED with the SEAL OF THE PROMISED Holy Spirit [the One promised by Christ] as owned and protected [by God]. 14 The Spirit is the GUARANTEE [the first installment, the pledge, a foretaste] of our inheritance until the redemption of God’s own [purchased] possession [His believers], to the praise of His glory” Ephesians 1:11-14 Amplified.
