GOD IS FAITHFUL: BEING FAITHFUL IS REWARDING!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Many times I have come across the QUEST for an ANSWER by some Believers who are genuine in their dedication and commitment toward God and toward men – burdened as to say\u00a0 – if indeed being FAITHFUL, that’s is, FAITHFULNESS, is still REWARDING at all. Some of these people have been beaten and battered in life in many ways that the drive and passion to remain FAITHFUL seems deceptive, illusive and unrealistic to them in matters of life and godly living.<\/span><\/p>\n

And sometimes as a Pastor, you are almost drawn into these sentiments of people whose acts of FAITHFULNESS are shattered, when you are presented with the vivid facts of their encounters and experiences. Especially when you see matters of life in this light:<\/span><\/p>\n

** A woman being beaten up and maimed by the temperamental and untampered husband or like another husband having a wife you can’t truly be assured anymore of her ways due to the change from a WE statement to an – I, ME and MYSELF trinity.<\/span><\/p>\n

** When an employee working and putting up with much of the skill to see the business setting THRIVE for the good of the Business with hope while such employee is being undermined by the employer with no fair and justifiable returns; or an employer doing and going beyond the company capacity to ensure employees are looked after, are given a good commensurate returns and care, while therein are some mean, dubious, undedicated and untrustworthy employee, who are there only for the looting, wasting and undermining the prospects of seeing such Business THRIVE knowingly and unknowingly; and they knowing that their doings may have terrible impact on them and all those who looks up to them through that means for their livelihood.<\/span><\/p>\n

** When a government is failing in governance to the cause and course of giving leadership and governance in the distribution of the set resources to everyone without prejudice, discrimination and dissemination and such like; while there are some others within the system sabotaging the good effort and structure in place for the good governance and wealth distribution to all by their wicked, crafty, cunning and evil intent to loot the system and make it fail at no consequence.<\/span><\/p>\n

** And the list goes on and on in various life applications of the challenge of FAITHFULNESS – BEING FAITHFUL. You can name them too to make up this paragraph.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, I am emboldened to say by the light of the Scriptures that BEING FAITHFUL – that is, FAITHFULNESS is rewarding in God, no Matter the prevailing challenges and circumstances that one might face or have been facing for a while or may face later on. For me, the knowing that God is FAITHFUL to Himself and His WORD in all about LIFE and GODLY LIVING, I recommend again of the need to live FAITHFUL. Hence, we are employed and enjoined as Believers in Christ Jesus stead, that in whatever capacity – WORD OR DEED, in carrying out our duty or Services, as toward God and toward man, we should do it as unto God in the name of Jesus Christ; for God is FAITHFUL to REWARD us accordingly in spite of all happenings, in His grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. Therefore I say to you, hold fastly and firmly the MYSTERY of your FAITH in the grace in Christ Jesus stead, with a PURE CONSCIENCE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Herein are few hints but not limited to indicate that FAITHFULNESS – BEING FAITHFUL, IS REWARDING in God, in Christ Jesus stead:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. FAITHFULNESS – Being FAITHFUL, gets one an enriching rewards and abounds with blessings. Proverbs 28:20<\/strong>; Proverbs 10:22<\/strong>; Ephesians 1:3<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. FAITHFULNESS – Being FAITHFUL, permits progress and abounds with healing and health. Proverbs 13:17<\/strong>, 2 Corinthians 5:20<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. FAITHFULNESS – Being FAITHFUL, abounds with refreshing grace for the good of others. Proverbs 25:13<\/strong>; Isaiah 44:24-26<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. FAITHFULNESS – Being FAITHFUL, abounds with commendation and the enabling to increase and promotion. Matthew 25:21<\/strong>, 23<\/strong>; Mark 10:28-30<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. FAITHFULNESS – Being FAITHFUL, abounds with eternal reward. Matthew 25:21b<\/strong>, 23b<\/strong>; Mark 10:28-30<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    “FAITHFUL is he that CALLETH you, who also will DO it<\/em>” 1 Thessalonians 5:24<\/strong> (1 Corinthians 1:9<\/strong>; Romans 8:28-30<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

    “But the Lord is FAITHFUL, who shall STABLISH you, and KEEP you from EVIL<\/em>” 2 Thessalonians 3:3<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    “And WHATSOEVER ye do in WORD or DEED, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him<\/em>” Colossians 3:17<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    “And herein do I EXERCISE myself, to have always a CONSCIENCE void of offence TOWARD God, and TOWARD men<\/em>” Acts 24:16<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    “Holding the MYSTERY of the FAITH in a PURE CONSCIENCE<\/em>” 1 Timothy 3:9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    “Let us hold fast the PROFESSION of our faith without wavering; for He is FAITHFUL that PROMISED<\/em>” Hebrews 10:23<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    “Being CONFIDENT of this very thing, that he which hath begun a GOOD work in you will PERFORM it until the day of Jesus Christ<\/em>” Philippians 1:6<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
