PLAN, PURPOSE AND PURSUIT: ENVISION IN FAITH – BEFORE EMBARKING ON ANY MISSION!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

God’s PLANS and INTENTS for us is always for the good and best anytime, anywhere, anyhow and anyway; but many times we’ve FAILED in our mission to excel and be established in life because our mission has not got CLEARANCE – a clear cut VISION – from the start and sometimes through the course of that mission we’ve embarked on. It’s wise to ENVISION – plan before launching out on any project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where there’s no envision PLAN, PURPOSE and PURSUIT before a mission is embarked on, not only that PEOPLE PERISH, other resource in used for that mission, such as – MATERIAL, FINANCE, TIME and EFFORT are also wasted; consequently, the expected intent damaged, destroyed and probably the end or death of such project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The horse, that is, RESOURCE for mission needs to be PREPARED with a clear cut vision before that mission is embarked upon in order to be FULFILLED and have an EXCELLENT result at the end of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The HORSE is PREPARED against the DAY of BATTLE: but SAFETY is of the Lord” <\/em>(Proverbs 21:31<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

This consciousness is APPLICABLE to any phase in life but not limited – for example:<\/span><\/p>\n

** A Student needs to envision what course to study before sourcing the books to enhance such career, otherwise, the diligent effort of study on a course with wrong books will be a waste at the end of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

** A person that’s leaved the house to the shopping Centre AIMLESSLY, that is, with unplanned expending on the only amount of money that’s available for the needful – which supposedly for now, the needful is to buy groceries to prepare meal for the lovely kids. Such a person will only end up buying the item’s that’s not needed – such as clothing, shoes and such like; and upon returning home to meet hungry kids awaiting food on the table – but none. Such behaviour happens among people all the time – in business, relationship, governance, leadership, career and such like.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore I say to you – ‘ENVISION BEFORE EMBARKING ON ANY MISSION’ – it saves one in not expending unwisely these three resources of doing life and living godly: TIME, MONEY and EFFORT.<\/span><\/p>\n

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“Moreover THE WORD of the Lord came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, WHAT SEEST (ENVISION) THOU? And I said, I SEE (ENVISION) a rod of an almond tree. 12 Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well SEEN (ENVISION): for I will hasten MY WORD to PERFORM it” <\/em>Jeremiah 1:11-12<\/strong> (Emphasis Mine).<\/span><\/p>\n

“Where there is NO VISION, the people PERISH: but he that KEEPETH the law, HAPPY is he”<\/em> (Proverbs 29:18<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

“The HORSE is PREPARED against the day of battle: but SAFETY is of the Lord”<\/em> (Proverbs 21:31).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“The PLANS and REFLECTIONS of the heart BELONG to man, But the [wise] ANSWER of the tongue is from the Lord. 2 All the ways of a man are clean and innocent in his own eyes [and he may see nothing wrong with his actions], But the Lord WEIGHS and EXAMINES the MOTIVES and INTENTS [of the heart and knows the truth]. 3 COMMIT your WORKS to the Lord [SUBMIT and TRUST them to Him], And your PLANS will SUCCEED [if you respond to His will and guidance] . . .9\u00a0 A man\u2019s mind PLANS his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord DIRECTS his steps and ESTABLISHES them”<\/em> Proverbs 16:1-3<\/strong>, 9<\/strong> (Amplified).\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“. . . How can one enter into a STRONG man\u2019s house, and spoil his goods, except he FIRST BIND the strong man? and then he will SPOIL his house”<\/em> (Matthew 12:29<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

“And say to Archippus, TAKE HEED TO THE MINISTRY which thou hast RECEIVED in the Lord, that thou FULFIL it.”<\/em> (Colossians 4:17<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

“For I know the THOUGHTS that I think toward you, saith the Lord, THOUGHTS of peace, and not of evil, to GIVE you an EXPECTED end.” <\/em>(Jeremiah 29:11<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n
