A month to \u201cMaximize Time and Opportunity\u2019\u2019<\/em> towards the cause wherein you are born<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Ecclesiastes 9: 11-12<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it<\/em> with thy might; for there<\/em> is<\/em> no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is<\/em> not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance<\/strong> happeneth to them all. For man also knoweth not his time<\/strong>: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are<\/em> the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Ecclesiastes 3:1<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 To every thing<\/em> there<\/em> is<\/em> a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Ecclesiastes 8:5<\/strong> \u2018\u2019Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment<\/em><\/strong>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Time and Opportunity are God given gifts to man and must be wisely utilised to enhance us in achieving our life goals and aspirations. Like everyone under the sun, you have equal year, month, week, day, hour, minute and second<\/em>. What you do by the given time and opportunity (chance) that comes your way, makes you become much more towards Gods given cause for your life. Although you are of God, born of the spirit to – Reign in life, Live in victory, Triumph, Succeed, be a Winner and more than a Conqueror –<\/em> in all battles of life, yet there are many victims, wandering and wondering Believers\u2019 today in that they have not applied wisdom to time and opportunity that comes their way. May I remind you that:<\/span><\/p>\n I John 5: 1-5<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even<\/em> our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?\u2019\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n 1John 4: 4, 6<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n 2 Corinthians 2: 14<\/strong> \u2018\u2019Now thanks be<\/em> unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us in every place\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Why are they many believers wandering and wondering today?<\/strong> First many do not know their CAUSE of being born of God, while some who do know their CAUSE, have no definite understanding in the fullness of it, hence the lack of Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding has made them become a prey to the enemy.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hosea 4:6<\/strong> \u2018\u2019My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Isaiah 5:13-15<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have<\/em> no knowledge: and their honorable men are<\/em> famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Proverbs 4:5, 7<\/strong> \u2018\u2019A wise man<\/em> will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels. The fear of the LORD is<\/em> the beginning of knowledge: but<\/em> fools despise wisdom and instruction\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n Ephesians 5: 13 -17<\/strong> \u2018\u2019But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is<\/em>\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n I Chronicle 12: 32<\/strong> \u2018\u2019And of the children of Issachar, which<\/em> were<\/em> men<\/em> that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were<\/em> two hundred; and all their brethren were<\/em> at their commandment\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n Colossians 4: 5<\/strong> \u2018\u2019Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Psalm 90: 12<\/strong> \u2018\u2019So teach us<\/em> to number our days, that we may apply our<\/em> hearts unto wisdom\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n In the Bible days as in Numbers, there is divine grace to meet people at the time of their life. The victory that overcomes the world \u2013 Our Faith (I John 5: 4)<\/strong> has a time limit to rule and reign. Therefore for time to be effective, we need to redeem our time. Examples:<\/span><\/p>\n At 20 years of age you would go to war (Numbers 1: 3, 18, 22, 24, 26)<\/strong>, while at 30 years (Numbers 4: 3-23)<\/strong> you are destined to begin a new phase of your purpose on earth. This is how it was in the Bible days \u2013 The shadow Church in the wilderness on Redemption process.<\/span><\/p>\n TIME TO AWAKE FROM SLEEP<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Romans 13:11 <\/strong>\u2018\u2019And that, knowing the time, that now it<\/em> is<\/em> high time to awake out of sleep: for now is<\/em> our salvation nearer than when we believed<\/span>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Ephesians 5:4 <\/strong>\u2018\u2019Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light<\/span>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s time to awaken from sleep and get challenged to redeem and maximise your time and take every chance to make you become what God has destined for you. Salvation is free but the Crown \u2013 ruling and reigning in life is time tagged, if it costs \u2013 its price tagged<\/strong>. This is why the world says, Time is Money, \u2018no pain no gain\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n Hebrews 5:5-10<\/strong> \u2018\u2019 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made a high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place,<\/em> Thou art<\/em> a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him<\/em><\/strong>; Called of God a high priest after the order of Melchizedek<\/span>\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n For this Cause, I challenge that this month you take time to know and understand the cause<\/strong> for which you are born into the Kingdom. Furthermore with your heart of wisdom, you can maximise your time, take every chance of all God given opportunity to live your life in full as a victor and not as a victim. Understanding time will restore lost years in life. Knowing full well how valuable time and opportunity are vital to our walk in life, it\u2019s wise to develop strategies to redeem, buy back out time and plan to enhance the future (Ephesians 5: 13-16, Colossians 4:5).<\/strong> This is what David earnestly prayed for (Psalm 90: 12, 39: 4, 119: 84)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We can\u2019t be complacent in our time and opportunities as we can see in the main text that life depends on it. Success is based on it. Having skills is not enough. Its time to maximise time and opportunities, for the days are evil and great wisdom is required to deal with it (Luke 2: 15-21; Mark 8: 36; Psalm 90: 12; Psalm 39: 4)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Likely Areas to Maximise your Time and Opportunities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n If we must achieve goals and make great changes or differences in our generations, we must value time and take our chances in life.
