THE EAGLE WAY: LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A CHILD is BORN, but a SON is MADE. Sonship is not a\nMERE GIVEN neither should a CHILD BE BORN FOR NOTHING. The EAGLE WAY – It’s\nabout THE EAGLE and EAGLET, that is, LEADERSHIP and MENTORSHIP. For SUCCESS\nwithout a SUCCESSOR is failure in disguise; in same scenario, PROSPERITY\nwithout POSTERITY in view is a complete unprecedented disaster in waiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EAGLE unlike the OSTRICH is known for\nreplicating it’s kind, that is, are DILIGENT in making the EAGLET to become\nanother KING of the Sky. It’s a believe that the sky is so wide and broad that\nthere can be no room for clashes and jealousy for any that WILLS DILIGENTLY to\nBECOME and to MAKE others to be on the sky. That’s the act that makes the Eagle\nto turn the Eaglet to be king of the sky. This phenomenon is same, whether in\nfamily, ministry, business, career, politics and in every endeavour of human\nacts of doing life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same scenario, Jesus said to Peter, FEED\n(look well after) my SHEEP and my LAMBS. When the SHEEP are well looked after\nthey give life to the LAMBS; and when the LAMBS are well looked after, they\nBECOME a SHEEP to give life to another lamb. That’s the process of PRODUCTIVITY\nand reproducing ones kind BECOMES inevitable. Therefore the EAGLE WAY! is to\nMAKE CONVERTS into DISCIPLES and to MAKE DISCIPLES to MAKE CONVERTS, that is,\nto replicates to other Disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence LEADERSHIP without appropriate MENTORSHIP\ndestroys the SEED of GREATNESS; and MENTORSHIP without appropriate LEADERSHIP\nis very dangerous to PRODUCTIVE humanity, and as such to ones plans, purposes\nand pursuits in any endeavour of doing life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop being a BOSS today! Be a LEADER and start\nMENTORING. Stop being a headless chicken WANDERING around, locate a LEADER and\nSUBMIT to MENTORSHIP. Greatness is within your reach, cleave to the wind, the\nHoly Spirit, He will glide you to greatness if you are willing and obedient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I PRAY YOU LEARN WISDOM TODAY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“For unto us a CHILD IS BORN, unto us a SON IS GIVEN (MADE): and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace . . .”<\/em> Isaiah 9:6-7 (Emphasis Mine) (Galatians 4:1-7).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Be thou DILIGENT to KNOW the STATE of thy FLOCKS, and look WELL to thy HERDS”<\/em> Proverbs 27:23.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Seest thou a man DILIGENT in his BUSINESS? he shall STAND before kings (Honour\/Dignity); he shall not STAND before MEAN (Obscure) men” Proverbs 22:29 (Emphasis Mine)..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS (SHEPHERD) according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15 (Emphasis Mine).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, LOVEST thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, FEED MY LAMBS. 16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, LOVEST thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.
