CHARISMA VS CHARACTER: A LEADERSHIP INTEGRITY WATCH!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my\nspiritual daughter once wrote in response to describing someone that hurts her\nbadly in this sum, that ‘CHARISMA’ without ‘CHARACTER’ makes a CARICATURE of\nlife and the individual. And I completely and wholly agreed. Then I pause,\nthink through it as always, though the essence is not knew and then asked –\nWhat do you think you worth?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And for us\nto be people of INTEGRITY we must resolve to be a person of PRINCIPLE,\nRESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY both to God and to mankind, and as gracious\nstewards of God for mankind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lets MEASURE in these insight statements below – I think, it might helps us to reconsider our doings as God’s Ambassador’s and embassy of His dwelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Let a man so ACCOUNT of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and STEWARDS of the mysteries of God. 2 Moreover it is REQUIRED in STEWARDS, that a man be found faithful. 3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man\u2019s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self”<\/em> 1 Corinthians 4:1-3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As every man hath received the gift, even so MINISTER the same one to another, as GOOD STEWARDS of the manifold grace of God. 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be GLORIFIED through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever.
