MAXIMIZE THE NAME OF JESUS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

“A profound month <\/span><\/em>to influence our world with God\u2019s Love” <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Matt. 1:21<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span> And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall SAVE his people from their sins\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Phil. 2:9-11<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: \u00a0That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We live today in the time of life that every discovery of man, economic empowering of man etc has not given us absolute PEACE but has led humanity into more trauma. Today, there are wars in our streets, uncertainties in our nations, political and economic instability, family breakdowns, relationship\/marital unfaithfulness and decadence, business and career setbacks etc; you can name thousands of events happening around you today. Our world is in a great thirst and hunger, seeking for who will quench her yearnings and desires as the scriptures clearly states:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rom. 8:19<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.<\/span><\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Matt. 5:6<\/span><\/strong> \u2018<\/span><\/strong>\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/span>Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst<\/strong> after righteousness: for they shall be filled\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 24:1-2<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span> The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.\u00a0 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods<\/span><\/em><\/strong>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Apostles in their days did not have the kind of political and economic <\/strong>power nor the technology in every field of human life as we have today, but they had the \u2018Name of Jesus\u2019<\/em><\/strong> filled with God\u2019s love, empowered by the Holy Spirit to give LOVE<\/strong>, HOPE and FAITH<\/strong> to their world (Family, Relationship, Neighbourhood, Business etc) as in: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Acts 3:1-10<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. \u00a0And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried<\/strong>, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; <\/strong> Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ <\/strong>of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God: And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him. And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering. And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye \u00a0men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk? The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; \u00a0And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. And his name through faith in<\/strong> his name hath made this man strong<\/strong>, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all<\/span><\/em>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Knowing<\/span><\/strong> full well that for this CAUSE <\/strong>Christ was BORN<\/strong> (Jn. 18:37; 3:16)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Jn 18:37<\/span><\/strong>: \u2018\u2019<\/span><\/strong>Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? <\/span>Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world<\/em>,<\/strong> that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice\u2019\u2019<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jn 3:16:<\/span><\/strong> \u2018\u2019<\/span><\/strong><\/span> For<\/span> God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life<\/span>\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We, who by virtues of what Christ have done in us, are to extend His love to our world in this season of commemorating and celebrating the love of God. Knowing full well <\/strong>that for this His CAUSE<\/strong> we are SAVED<\/strong> to give God\u2019s kind of Love<\/em><\/strong> to our world<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1Jn. 4:7-21<\/span><\/strong> \u2018<\/span><\/strong>\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/span>Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God<\/span><\/em>. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.\u00a0 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to<\/em> be<\/em> the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to<\/em> be<\/em> the Savior of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us. If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar:<\/em><\/strong> for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As we commemorate and celebrate the birth of Christ this month of Christmas<\/em><\/strong>, may we not be just occupied by the buying of mere gifts to give out for this season but to acknowledge the Christ of Christ \u2013 mass<\/strong>, that is, Why<\/strong> He Came or was born and what<\/strong> His BEGOTTEN BIRTH has done for us to give to OUR WORLD such as these:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
