THE\u00a0EFFECTIVE\u00a0FAITH THAT WORKS: IT’S\u00a0THE\u00a0FAITH THAT SUBSTANTIATES IN HOPE!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“Now FAITH is\u00a0the\u00a0SUBSTANCE of things HOPED for,\u00a0the\u00a0evidence of things not seen”<\/i>\u00a0Hebrews 11:1.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0FAITH that works and\u00a0that’s\u00a0EFFECTUAL – EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT – is\u00a0the\u00a0FAITH that SUBSTANTIATES in HOPE. Hence COMMUNICATE your FAITH in HOPE.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And by\u00a0the\u00a0PATIENCE of HOPE, you can keep FAITH thriving\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0midst of\u00a0all odds, as you LABOUR in LOVE to SERVE in GRACE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of\u00a0the\u00a0glory of God . . . 5 and HOPE maketh not ASHAMED; because\u00a0the\u00a0LOVE of God is shed abroad in our hearts by\u00a0the\u00a0Holy Ghost which is given unto us”<\/i>\u00a0Romans 5:1-5.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“I thank my God, making mention of\u00a0thee always in my prayers, 5 hearing of thy LOVE and FAITH, which thou hast toward\u00a0the\u00a0Lord Jesus, and toward all saints; 6 that\u00a0the\u00a0COMMUNICATION of thy FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by\u00a0the\u00a0acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus”<\/i>\u00a0Philemon 4-6.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; 3 remembering without ceasing your WORK OF FAITH, AND LABOUR OF LOVE, AND PATIENCE OF HOPE in our Lord Jesus Christ, in\u00a0the\u00a0sight of God and our Father; 4 knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God. 5 FOR OUR GOSPEL CAME NOT UNTO YOU IN WORD ONLY, BUT ALSO IN POWER, AND IN\u00a0THE\u00a0HOLY GHOST, AND IN MUCH ASSURANCE; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake”<\/i>\u00a01\u00a0Thessalonians 1:2-5.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0message\u00a0emphasises\u00a0the\u00a0importance of effective faith that works, which is substantiated in hope. According to\u00a0Hebrews 11:1<\/b>, “Faith is\u00a0the\u00a0substance of things hoped for,\u00a0the\u00a0evidence of things not seen.”\u00a0The\u00a0faith that is effective and efficient is\u00a0the\u00a0one that is rooted in hope and\u00a0demonstrated\u00a0through love and action.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
