THE EAGLE WAY: LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“For unto us a CHILD IS BORN, unto us a SON IS GIVEN (MADE): and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace . . .”<\/i>\u00a0Isaiah 9:6-7\/Emphasis Mine [Read Galatians 4:1-7].<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A CHILD is BORN, but a SON is MADE. Sonship is not a MERE\u00a0GIVEN;\u00a0neither should a CHILD BE BORN FOR NOTHING. The EAGLE WAY –\u00a0It’s\u00a0about RELATIONSHIP – THE EAGLE and THE EAGLETS – that is, LEADERSHIP and MENTORSHIP. For SUCCESS without a SUCCESSOR is failure in disguise; in same scenario, PROSPERITY without POSTERITY in view is a complete unprecedented disaster in the waiting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The EAGLE unlike the OSTRICH is known for replicating\u00a0its\u00a0kind, that is, are DILIGENT in making the EAGLET\u00a0to become\u00a0another KING of the Sky.\u00a0It’s\u00a0a\u00a0belief\u00a0that the sky is so wide and broad that there can be no room for clashes and jealousy for any that WILLS DILIGENTLY, to BECOME; and to MAKE others to be\u00a0in\u00a0the sky.\u00a0That’s\u00a0the earnest act that makes the\u00a0Eagle to\u00a0turn the Eaglet to be king of the sky. This phenomenon is\u00a0same, whether in FAMILY, MINISTRY, BUSINESS, CAREER, POLITICS, LEADERSHIP, CHARITABLE CAUSES and SUCH LIKES; it is in every\u00a0endeavour\u00a0of human acts of doing life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is upon the same scenario, Jesus said to Peter, FEED (look well after) my SHEEP and my LAMBS. When the SHEEP are well looked after, they give life to the LAMBS; and when the LAMBS are well looked after, they BECOME a SHEEP to give life to another lamb.\u00a0That’s\u00a0the process of PRODUCTIVITY and the continuous reproducing of\u00a0one’s\u00a0kind BECOMES inevitable.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0the EAGLE WAY – is to MAKE CONVERTS into DISCIPLES and to MAKE the DISCIPLES to MAKE CONVERTS, that is, to\u00a0replicate\u00a0to other Disciples.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hence,\u00a0LEADERSHIP without\u00a0appropriate MENTORSHIP\u00a0destroys the SEED of GREATNESS; and MENTORSHIP without\u00a0appropriate LEADERSHIP\u00a0is\u00a0very dangerous\u00a0to PRODUCTIVE humanity, and as such to\u00a0one’s\u00a0plans,\u00a0purposes\u00a0and pursuits in any\u00a0endeavour\u00a0of doing life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Stop being a BOSS today! Be a LEADER and start MENTORING. Stop being a headless chicken WANDERING around,\u00a0locate\u00a0a LEADER and SUBMIT to MENTORSHIP.\u00a0Don’t\u00a0be a SHEEP without a SHEPHERD. Greatness is within your reach, cleave to the wind – the Holy Spirit – He will glide you to greatness if you are willing and obedient.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Greatness Is Within Your Reach.\u00a0It’s\u00a0Time\u00a0For\u00a0Productivity – THE EAGLE WAY.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I PRAY YOU LEARN WISDOM TODAY.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Be thou DILIGENT\u00a0to\u00a0KNOW the STATE of thy\u00a0FLOCKS, and\u00a0look WELL to thy HERDS”\u00a0<\/i>Proverbs 27:23.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Seest thou a man DILIGENT in his BUSINESS? he shall STAND before kings (Honour\/Dignity); he shall not STAND before MEAN (Obscure) men”<\/i>\u00a0Proverbs 22:29 (Emphasis Mine).<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS (SHEPHERD) according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING”\u00a0<\/i>Jeremiah 3:15 (Emphasis Mine).<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
