\u2018\u2019PONDERING ON & REKINDLING YOUR FIRST LOVE\u2019\u2019<\/span> – Rev. 2:4 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Nevertheless I have somewhat<\/span> against thee, because thou hast left thy FIRST LOVE\u2019\u2019<\/strong>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can you recall the Love experiences you had the first time you gave your life to God through Christ; when you met your spouse; when you met or had your Friend\u2019s, Children, Family, Colleagues at work, neighbour etc. That first time you had an encounter with all or any, how much worth was it to you then. What has changed over the period of time, Is the Love life still as refreshing? Has anything gone wrong? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The book of Revelation chapter 2 and 3, gives an amazing and awesome x-ray of seven Churches over a period of time, while Rev. 2:1-7 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019<\/span><\/span>Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks: I know thy works, and thy labor, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast labored, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat<\/span> against thee, because thou hast left thy FIRST LOVE<\/strong>.\u00a0 <\/span>Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.\u00a0 <\/span>But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

was about the Ephesus Church\/Christians. They had a good commendation on almost every phase of Christian walk except in one, their \u2018\u2019FIRST LOVE\u2019\u2019. Their Love flame, inspiration, passion, was gone and decaying. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The BIBLE LOVE:<\/span><\/strong> Is the frame work and hinges where every Christian ought to live their life. Love is one of the Fruit of the Holy Spirit – Gal. 5:22-23; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019<\/span><\/span>But the fruit of the Spirit is LOVE<\/strong>, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, the lubricant by which our FAITH can WORK and SERVING others can be express –\u00a0 <\/span>Gal. 5:6 \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/span> For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but FAITH<\/strong> which WORKETH<\/strong> by LOVE<\/strong> <\/span><\/em>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em>;\u00a0 <\/span>Gal. 5:13 \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/span> For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use<\/span> not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by LOVE SERVE<\/strong> one another<\/span><\/em>\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The Scripture declare LOVE a \u2018More Excellent Way\u2019<\/em><\/strong> of doing Life (1 Cor. 12:31-13:13 <\/span><\/span>\u2018\u2019But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet show I unto you a MORE EXCELLENT WAY<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/span>Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as<\/span> sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the<\/span> gift<\/span> of<\/span> prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the<\/span> poor,<\/span> and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and<\/span> is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there<\/span> be<\/span> prophecies, they shall fail; whether there<\/span> be<\/span> tongues, they shall cease; whether there<\/span> be<\/span> knowledge, it shall vanish away. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is<\/span> charity (Love)\u2019\u2019<\/strong>. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No matter what, I can hear the Holy Spirit saying, ARISE, give me a chance to help REKINDLE & BLOSSOM you into RIVERS of Love again – Rom. 5:5 \u2018\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/span> And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em>; <\/span>John. 4:14 \u2018\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span> But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life\u2019\u2019;<\/span><\/em> Prov. 4:23 \u2019\u2019<\/em><\/span><\/span> Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are<\/span> the issues of life\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/em>;\u00a0 <\/span>Rom. 8:26-28<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018\u2019Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is<\/span> the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the<\/span> will<\/span> of<\/span> God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his<\/span> purpose\u2019.\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The RESULT of the Ephesus Church\/Christians rekindling their \u2018First Love\u2019 is the Book of Ephesians which affects every facets of human Love relationship, also, on the how to war spiritually against the enemy of our FIRST LOVE. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I do pray you be WISE this month of FEBRUARY in allowing God to do a surgical work in your \u2018FIRST LOVE\u2019. Have an awesome and amazing time. Jesus Loves you, so do I,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
