Kingdom & Redemption greetings in the victorious, triumphant, overcomer’s and a more than conquerors name of our Saviour-King & Lord Jesus Christ, in whom we live, move and have our being according to the scriptures of Acts 17:28, Amen. Once again, I gladly welcome new and existing readers and recipients of the Achiever’s FAITH Digest ‘Monthly TEACHING Newsletter’ to this edition, trusting God that at the receipt of this month edition all things shall be not only under your feet but also in your absolute charge and control. Thanks go to all who sent in their feedback with testimonies of the impact that the Monthly TEACHING Newsletter is having on them, their friends and loved ones whom they have also reached out to. We want you to know that we have you in our hearts, thoughts and prayers; praying that the good Lord give you the leverage to another level of grace in achieving your desired goals. I pray and trust that this AFDSEPTEMBER 2020 EDITION will bring you to a place of TRIUMPH, VICTORY and OVERCOMER in every circumstance of life that may have limited you and questioned the essence of your FAITH TESTIMONY in Christ Jesus our Saviour-King and Lord. It’s my prayer and earnest desire that you will crave for the knowledge and understanding that will enable you have DOMINION and TRIUMPH over all things and to live dignified; more so, that you will eventually locate yourself in God’s plan, purpose and pursuit to achieve your desired set goals in life through the path to dignity.

I do know that a man’s ignorance is his own mountain and the knowledge of the truth will set him free, because ones dominion, freedom and effectual faith in life is a product of ones knowledge as enacted in these scriptures – Daniel 11:3, John 8:32, Philemon 1:6 and Romans 6:14 . Hence I therefore commend you to take time to ponder and meditate on the theme through and through in prayers.

Acts 20:32 “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified”

Shalom and Kingdom greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen. My wife Faith and I would like to welcome you to the new dawn LEAP YEAR 2020 – YEAR OF EXALTATION – LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE “The Year Of Thriving In The Consciousness of God’s Righteousness In Christ Jesus For The Greater, Colourful, Purposeful, Meaningful and Fulfilling Life”. We also say welcome to new and existing recipients of our monthly Teaching newsletter, the Achievers’ FAITH Digest. I thank God for the year that has gone by and by God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS, we are entering into the 15th year of the AFD Monthly TEACHING publication.

And this kingdom business has been made all possible by the abundant supply of God’s enabling grace that was bestowed and given to me to carry on in this kingdom mandate and assignment. I am grateful for the constructive suggestions and other useful contributions that have kept the Kingdom mandate steady, constant and consistent over the years. I’m most grateful to God for His bestowed grace and sustenance; and the great insight and foresight that He made available through the inspiration, revelation and empowerment of the blessed Holy Spirit which I have received over the years.

For those who have sown seeds into this ministerial work – I would like to say, “Thank You”. I pray that you will know and understand this word of King David as in: 1 Samuel 30:24 “. . . but as his part is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike”. Your generosity means that we are able to share the blessings that accompany this work. I pray that God keep inspiring, revealing and empowering you all, and to quench your thirst and feed your hungry being with His truth and righteousness through this sound, undiluted, and unadulterated ‘AFD Monthly TEACHING Publication.

I would also like you to know, that by your continuous feedback and testimonies we are inspired to aspire, to fuel and keep the flames of the altar burning, while trusting God to bring the vision for the New Year and for January through this edition to you. The Lord cares about you and wants to mature, establish, strengthen and settle you for all your losses. You are here, right now in the year 2020 in spite of all.

1 Peter 5:7-11 “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a -while, make you perfect, 3 stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.”

Finally, my heart is inditing a greener 2020 with the spirit of Living the Greater Life. Through this edition, come with me to Bethel for an encounter by the WORD & PRAYER in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. It’s a time to seek the Lord, wait on Him until we hear of and from Him and take on the year with a stronger spirit as we read in the Psalms:

Psalms 45:1-7 “My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. 2 Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever. 3 Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty. 4 And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things. 5 Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king’s enemies; whereby the people fall under thee. 6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre. 7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows”.

Job 17:9 ”The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger”.

I am excited about God’s intentions as we finish the year stronger which is rejuvenating my heart with inspiration, revelation and empowerment which is being made available by the Holy Spirit into a stronger 2020 which we have themed: YEAR 2020 YEAR OF EXALTATION – LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE (EXALT2020).

A YEAR OF EXALTATION: LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE (EXALT2020)

The EXALTED LIFE is about LIVING and THRIVING in DOMINION and EXALTATION. It is made possible through THRIVING in the consciousness of God’s righteousness in Christ Jesus. And the following is an insight and foresight highlight to this EXALTED LIFE realm:

** EXALT2020 will be a great year to stimulate faith, inspire godly living. It means that we are inspired to aspire in God’s image and will not expire or be burnt out – (Romans 6:14/Genesis 1:26-30).

** EXALT2020 will be a year crowned with God’s goodness and abundance as we believe, belong and become by the Word and prayer in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. It’s our year of thriving with colourful living. You don’t need to fake till you become, just by being a doer of the Word, in prayer and in being led by the Spirit in every aspects of doing life, you become whom and what you believe – (Psalms 65:1113/Psalms 92:11-15/Genesis 26:1-6, 12-14).

** EXALT2020 is a year of living the greater life because greater is He that’s in you than the he that’s in the World – (1 John 4:4/John 14:15-17, 26).

** EXALT2020 is a year of living for a cause, that is, a purposeful life and not a wishy-washy, aimless and clueless and causeless life style – (1 John 3:8/John 18:37).

** EXALT2020 is a year of living for fulfilment and not an unending goals of achieving results without satisfaction and fulfilment – (Colossians 4:17).

** EXALT2020 is a year to maximise every opportunity within the God given time in order to earn fulfilling results. That includes understanding the time frame of grace and the wisdom to do life accordingly. (Ecclesiastes 9:11-12/1 Chronicles 12:32/ Ecclesiastes 8:5/Psalms 90:12).

** EXALT2020 is a year to maximise our God given resources which are – Time, Effort (Strength/Talent) And Finance (Monetary – cash/kind) – with possible attitudes for our altitude and aptitude – (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 11; Haggai 2:8; Mark 12:30; Genesis 8:22; Proverbs 24:10).

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:

Philosophical opinions on economy, politics, climatic conditions and predictions are plastered all over the internet, TV channels and radio stations about the Decade/Year 2020. Some of the analyses are negative, while some with both negative and positive connotations, inconclusive or undecided conclusions and an undefined sense of understanding on what the future holds. Hence many making contingency plans to handle the unprecedented matters that may arise in 2020 as a response to strategic governance.

At this time of the year, different people choose different mediums to influence their decisions and resolutions for the coming year. Be it governments, spiritual leaders, family members and such likes. In all these, what it important to me for the believers is that the Scriptures encourage us as God’s people to attend to God’s word and to incline our ears to His sayings, because they are life and health, that is medicine – to our destiny, sustenance and ways of doing life as written in the scriptures of:

Proverbs 4:20-22; 5 “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health (medicine) to all their flesh” (Emphasis mine).

Beloved, it’s time to hear for yourself, that is, – attend, keep and incline – your ear to the Word of the Lord. There may be ‘facts’ to prove how our circumstances will turn out in 2020, but the good Lord wants you to ARISE and SHINE with the spirit of LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE in the midst of the darkness that has befallen the world. The following scripture is God’s indicator of the light, to give you the leverage to live the greater, thriving, colourful, purposeful and fulfilling life in EXALT2020.

Isaiah 60:1-3 “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising”.

Psalm 36:9 “They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light”

Proverbs 4:18 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day”

Isaiah 60:19-20 “The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended”

2 Peter 1:19 “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the DAY STAR arise in your hearts”.

For each day in the new year the Lord has intended for you to arise, shine, celebrate and be glad in it according to Proverbs 4:18; Isaiah 60:19-20; 2 Peter 1:19. So, enter the new year with gladness no matter how dark it may seem; or how much the enemy of our faith wants to remind you of the years past; simply because this is your year of LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE. As the word of the Lord came to me saying in this wise statement:

“Say to my people, as they incline their ears to hear my sayings and attend to my Words, I will guide and guard them to their promised blessing through and through; and as by the Spirit of promise, so shall my people be led to their place of salvation, deliverance, favour and peace through the Word and prayer over poverty, sickness and spiritual death; such that they can live the greater, thriving, colourful, purposeful and fulfilling life. I have brought my people to the place of LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE as they are called by my name and I am in their midst standing in righteousness. Let them know that as every star above in the sky shines, so shall every one of my people shine in the midst of the confusion in this world. Foreknowing that the light is superior to darkness, so shall they reign and rule, LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE. Then my people can live the greater, thriving, colourful, purposeful and fulfilling life in my sovereignty and in the midst of darkness; for the daystar is come to dwell in our hearts and to cause us to shine and glory in all that pertains to doing life and godliness. Therefore, let my people ARISE, SHINE and walk in the path of the daystar who is the sure Word and through prayers and the leading of the Holy Spirit, to lighten them up as a star and reign and rule, LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE. For I the Lord am the fountain of life and in my light you will find life and the true light that will guide you to your destiny and places of rest”

Beloved, your response by the word of faith to the negatives and facts you see and hear determines how much of God’s word you will walk in; and how the Lord can crown 2020 for you as you LIVE THE EXALTED LIFE for your goodness and abundance; and as you serve Him in spirit and in truth through His leading. Triumph, dominion and victory are available to you as you incline your ear to the saying of the Lord for Decade 2020S and Year 2020.

This is the year of LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE, a year to live the greater, thriving, colourful, purposeful, meaningful and fulfilling life with amazing opportunities, possibilities and surprises as an achiever, while serving the Lord and enjoying His goodness and abundance – “Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness. 12 They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing” Psalms 65:11-13.

Psalms 18:28-30 “For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. 29 For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall. 30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him”.

2 Samuel 22:29-31 “For thou art my lamp, O Lord: and the Lord will lighten my darkness. 30 For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall. 31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him”

1 John 4:4 “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”.

Philippians 1:21 “For to me, living means opportunities for Christ, and dying—well, that’s better yet!” (Living Bible).

2 Peter 1:19-21 “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost“

However, this DECADE 2020S, Year 2020 and January 2020 theme will be expanded in course of the SERVICES & TIMES in all meetings through the year and Month in “Scripture Pasture” Study and “Pastoral Messages & Ministrations”.

I gladly welcome you, your friends and family to be with us in Fellowship and Worship. I promise you that you can never be the same again as you ponder over the truth of these unadulterated, inspiring, revealing and empowering living word of God. I pray that God revitalize and rejuvenates you and all that is about you, so that you may become the very best of which God has created you to be in your daily journey of Destiny Molding, Life Transformation, Dignity Restoration and Kingdom Faith Establishment, Community Social Cohesion and Enrichment and Development, Success Empowerment & Fulfillment, Grace Impartation and more, while awaiting the Lord’s Return.

Until then, have a crown DECADE2020 – THE DECADE OF SIGNIFICANCE “The Decade Of Being Significant By The Living WORD” and YEAR 2020 YEAR OF EXALTATION: LIVING THE EXALTED LIFE “The Year Of Thriving In The Consciousness of God’s Righteousness In Christ Jesus For The Greater, Colourful, Purposeful, Meaningful and Fulfilling Life”.

POSSIBILITIES 2017: I BELIEVE, THEREFORE SPEAK!

One great question before you at this Year 2017 entrance is – Do you actually believe in the you in you, I mean what you are declaring or have declared about yourself in 2017? Or you are acting on presumptions or assumptions which will definitely brings one to a place of delusion as before?

But if you can actually believe in your 2017 goals, then keep on keeping on, speaking and declaring it forth; for when your spirit heart believe and mouth declaring agrees in same spirit of grace, it will brings about your desires and fulfilment into reality.

So keep unwavering Faith in that which you believe and trust God about to do on your behalf. God believes in you, but do you believe in yourself?

As Apostle Paul would make known in the Holy Writ, believe, then Speak Forth your affirmation and stay on it until your answer come.

God’s grace and blessings.

“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak” (2 Corinthians 4:13).

The Crowning of Diligent Service

Serving the Lord . . . Enjoying His Goodness

Psalms 65:11 “Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness”.

Prov 22:29 “Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”.

Job 36:11 “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasure”.

Hurrah! Hurrah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!! Hosanna! Hosanna!! It’s the dawn of a brand new year 2009. Shalom & kingdom greetings! Grace, love and mercy be to you in the triumphant, precious and redeeming name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

I can only thank God for you and many others who have been recipients and a part of the grace given to me in this kingdom assignment. Much more, thanks to God for the grace that has enabled us into this precious year 2009 after all the battles of 2008.

YEAR 2009

To some it’s normal to see 2009 dawn before them – but for those with knowledge, it’s by the grace of God. When you consider all the pains, trials and turbulent life experiences that have taken hold of our world – economic crunch and meltdown, business closures, job losses, marital and relationship breakdown, natural disasters, domestic and regional unrest, various sicknesses and disease epidemics, political instability and many others. There is a great need to thank God continuously for you being alive to make amends for a better tomorrow.

Prophetic Declaration

Matt 2:1-2 “Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship him”.

When you skip through the various channels on TV, radio stations, go through the World Wide Web – all the news, discussions, debates, comments that you hear are opinions on the way the world and national economy and politics will go. Some negative, some with both negative and positive connotations.

In life people tend to lean towards these debates and declarations of their leaders in government, business and financial statements of fact, while others might lean towards the dictates of family circumstances, natural laws and dictates of colleagues.

Beloved, hear the Word of the Lord. There may be ‘facts’ to prove how our circumstances will turn out – the good Lord wants you to ARISE and SHINE for your light is come to shine in the midst of the darkness that has befallen the world.

The word of the Lord came to me saying – “Say to my people, as the wise men saw the star of Christ to guard and guide them, so shall my people be led to their place of salvation. That as every star shines, so shall every one of my people shine in the midst of the confusion in this world. For the light is superior to darkness, so shall they reign supreme for the daystar is come in their hearts to cause them to shine and glory in the Lord – ARISE, SHINE and walk in the path of my star, to lighten you up as a star.”

Beloved, your response by faith to the negatives and facts you see and hear determines how much of God’s word you will walk in and how the Lord can crown the year for your goodness as you SERVE Him in spirit and in truth. Triumph and victory is available to you if you incline your ear to the saying of the Lord for the year 2009. Crowning the New Year with goodness is God’s plan, therefore ARISE and SHINE.

2009 – Manifestation of Spiritual Gifts & Fruit

I Cor 12:4–11 “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will”.

Gal 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law”.

The figure nine ‘9’ signifies completeness, perfection, maturity and wholeness. There are also nine ‘9’ gifts of the Spirit and nine ‘9′ fruit of the Spirit.

The spiritual gifts are to enhance the ministerial gifts – offices – in the body ministry and all that pertains to life. The spiritual fruit is to produce the Christian faith character that we have of our God. I can perceive of God that as many who diligently covet after these spiritual provisions of God will definitely have them to enhance them in all aspects of life and godliness.

This is the year for a complete and perfect time for you to ask God to endow you with spiritual gifting to enhance the walk of life in your hand and the spiritual fruit to enhance a befitting Christ-like character in every area of our life. You cannot afford to do without them if you must make the mark of crowning a fruitful year and serve God uprightly in obedience.

Inclining to God’s Sayings

Prov 4:18-22 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble. My son, attend to my words; INCLINE thine ear unto MY SAYINGS. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh”.

Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts”.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.

Beloved, year 2009 is a year of great possibilities for God’s people in spite of what news you hear, see and feel. The scriptures above indicate one prominent statement of faith – Our God is faithful consistently consistent towards His thoughts and plans about us. He is a God who will keep to His sayings even in the midst of life’s mess-ups – if only you will incline your ears and attend to God’s sayings and keep them in the frontlets of your eyes.

The scriptures simply indicate that:

  • God’s thoughts and plans toward us are good.
  • God’s thoughts and plans toward you are not evil.
  • God’s plans for you are peaceful.
  • God has hope and a beautiful future and final outcome for you.
  • . . . & many more.

Inclining to the sayings of God is what will take you to your promised blessings in 2009. This is a choice that you have to make lest you walk like mere men and not as God’s chosen child designed for victory and triumph.

Prov 22:28 – 29 ″Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”.

Prov 12:11 “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding”.

Prov 28:19 “He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough”.

Heb 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.

As I look back in my years of serving the Lord and look at the present in the course of seeing the heart of God by the knowledge and understanding that He has given me thus far, I have come to realise why many great prophesies given to men as individuals, local churches or ministries stay stalled or appear unfulfilled. Its is because some people just receive the prophetic declaration on new years eve as well as in the beginning of the year and yet not walk diligently in the fulfilment of the words of grace in their life. There is an ancient landmark in the scripture that makes the diligent stand before kings not mere men and that makes God rewards those who diligently seek Him.

In 2009, colourful living is not for those who are lazy to walk in God’s prophetic statement of faith. Crown success is not for the idle minded but for the diligent.

Diligence – a consistent steady effort or hard work – is for those who want to reign in life and be crowned as kings in their doings.

Rev 5:9-10 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth”.

Being a child of God demands for the pressing if we must make progress, for great and established achievement is recorded on diligent pursuits. He that tills his ground shall have plenty of bread. (Prov.12:11; 28:19). Diligence involves investing your abilities, strength and all that you have into the pursuit of your life vision and mission for 2009 in order to earn the desired crown year.

God will only prosper the callings – mission – in your life by prospering your efforts, your investments toward your goals through diligence (Heb 11:6). Run away from idleness and idle people, because idleness is a career and carrier of POVERTY – spiritual, physical, financial etc – and it has no remedy.

Therefore invest in labour – tilling your land – and reap the great harvest of 2009. For your part in 2009 is the task of planting and watering, God’s task is to bring about the increase and overflow. (1Corinth 3:6-7; Phil 3:14; 1 Cor 9:24; Psm 1:1-3). Be diligent in prayers, in studying – not just reading – the scriptures, in fellowship, in business and in all aspects of doing life to enable you know how to observe God’s inspiration and revelation for your breakthroughs. (Joshua 1:8)

Obedience in Service

Job 30:11 – 12 “If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure”

Ex 23:25-27 “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee”.

Isaiah 1:19 “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:”

Josh. 15:24:15-17 ” . . . Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve . . . But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord . . . ”

The things that have happened to our world economy and political instabilities is far beyond the thought that its the fault of the United States of America or any other nation that may have been attributed with the evils and problems today – be it domestic or otherwise.

These happenings are a process through which God wants His Church to ARISE and take their place in SERVICE through obedience to bring about His purposes to the world in His Church.

Eph 3:10-11 ”To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:”

The scriptures on obedience indicate that if we obey and serve Him:

  • We will spend our days in prosperity.
  • We will spend our years in pleasure.
  • We will eat the good of the land.
  • We will not be barren in the land, in our body & in our business.
  • We will be in good health and strength.
  • We will not have miscarriages in body, vision, ministry, marriages, business etc.
  • We will be free from the evil that is in the world
  • . . . and many more. (See 2Peter 1:1-13; John 15:1-8)

Beloved, these are the days when our Christian faith is challenged by what is happening in our world on a daily basis.

It is only by engaging in serving the Lord through absolute obedience that we can bring about a true and lasting change in our lives and society in such a time as this. Serving the Lord in obedience includes – but is not limited to – the following:

  • Time availability
  • Financial ability
  • Physical and mental abilities.
  • Spiritual and ministerial abilities
  • Services in various opportunities of a local church.
  • Reaching the poor and needy.
  • Giving to missionary causes
  • . . . and many more

Serving the Lord in obedience can only be achieved through the heart of love in spirit and in truth. You cannot serve the Lord effectively without a genuine act of love in our hearts and lives. In 1st Corinthians 12, we are told of spiritual gifts but to effectively function with them as in 1st Corinthians 14, there is an injunction in chapter 13 to express an excellent spirit of love. Love is the only principle that can cause a genuine service of obedience to bring about God’s blessings in our lives. (Mark 12:29-31; Gal 5:6, 13; 1 Tim. 1:5)

Finally: Crowning Year 2009

Psalm 65:11 (1-13) ‘’Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness’’.

Serving the Lord, diligent walk and walking in obedience to the Word of God are the keys to enjoying His goodness.

One thing that God has assured me in the spirit and in the Word is to crown the year with His goodness and this is why Christ came, to give you a good, beautiful and colourful life. (John 10:10, 3 John 2)

God is not a man that He should lie. He will bless you and make His part of the deal come to pass. I am assured of God’s ability to turn your darkness and setbacks of 2008 into a blossoming glory in 2009.

I therefore welcome you by the grace of God into year 2009 of the 42nd Generation Foundation mandate. I pray by the anointing vested in us by the reason of this commission that you will do well, prosper and enjoy the fullness of God as He crowns you with His goodness.

‘’The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you Peace’’ Numbers 6:24-26

THE GOODNESS OF YEAR 2008!

 

I prophesy that YEAR 2008 become your year of ‘’DOMINION, Through SERVING The Lord’’.

 

Gen. 1:26-31 ‘’And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  And God Blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

 

Rom 6:14 ‘’ For Sin shall not have Dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but

under grace’’

 

I give God thanks for His immeasurable grace to usher in the ‘’Achievers FAITH Digest’’ into another year again. I perceive strongly that 2008 becomes your year of DOMINION over All things that have limited you, also, an entrance to enjoy the abundant life Jesus have offered us through serving God thru Him.

 

John 10:10 ‘’ The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly’’

 

3John2 ‘’Beloved, I wish above all things that thou  mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth’’

 

In Rom. 6:14, we are enjoined by the scripture that SIN, the reason for Poverty, Sickness and Spiritual Death SHALL not have Dominion over us; Meaning, because of what Christ have done, our lost glory to a life of dominion as found in Gen. 1:26-28, have been redeemed, and we can now live through the year(s) reigning in life.

Rom. 5:17 ‘’For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ’’ Reigning in life is not just having a sensuous feeling of our freedom but living in the spirit of dominion over our fears and limitations.

Heb. 2:14-15 ‘’Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage’’.

A life of dominion is to REIGN in Health, Peace, Wisdom, Prosperity, Love, Favour, etc; also, a life of dominion becomes eminent thru SERVING the Lord as our King, Saviour & Lord. This is more than going to Church, it’s a wholesome package of a dedicated life to God & His service on earth with a willing & obedient heart of love, involving our: Life, Family, Time, Money, endowment (Natural/Spiritual), Career etc.

Know full well that there is an absolute enthronement to every believer in Christ Jesus our Lord to reign in Dominion as we endeavour to serve the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. Let’s examine some of these scriptures:

 

Rev. 5:9-12 ‘’And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; (10)And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. (11) And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; (12) Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing’’

 

Isaiah 1:18-19 ‘’Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land’’

 

Job 36:11 ‘’If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures’’;

 

Ex. 23:25-26 ‘’And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.  There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil’’

 

Lk.1:68-75 ‘’Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began: That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us; To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; The oath which he swore to our father Abraham, That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life’’.

 

Mk. 10:28-30 ‘‘Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. And Jesus answered and said,  Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, But he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life’’.

 

Mal. 3:16-18 ‘’ Then they that feared the LORD spoke often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not’’.

 

FINALLY, I earnestly pray that in 2008, you will serve the Lord as Joshua did in Josh. 24:15  ‘’And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD’’.

May our God, whom I serve with the spirit of His Son Lord Jesus, cause you to reign in Dominion with Life, Peace, Health, Love, Prosperity, Favour and in the abundance of ALL THINGS.

 

 

Have a graceful new year as our God CROWN The YEAR with His GOODNESS (Psm 65:11) ’‘Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness’’.
